Event transportation for conferences, concerts, games and festivals

Big events change a city for a few days. Hotel rates rise, airport arrivals bunch into the same few hours, and when the doors open or the final whistle blows, thousands of people look for a ride at the same moment. That is when on-demand prices rise and taxi lines lengthen, and when a car booked weeks ahead, at a fixed price, earns its keep.

Elly8.net books event transportation in all 141 cities: individual cars for speakers and VIPs, hourly chauffeurs for exhibitors, Sprinter shuttles between hotels and venues, and evening packages for concerts and games. Every price is fixed and all-in, and the 24/7 desk stays on the job when schedules change.

What kind of events need ground transportation?

Conferences and trade shows

Trade shows bring exhibitors, buyers and speakers to a convention centre on the same mornings, often from the same flights. We schedule airport arrivals against your manifest, run shuttles between partner hotels and the halls, and keep hourly cars on call for executives moving between the show floor, client dinners and private meetings. See conference transportation and corporate car service.

The busiest convention cities in our network include Las Vegas, where the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority runs the Las Vegas Convention Center, Chicago, home of McCormick Place, and New York, where the Javits Center sits on the far west side of Midtown. In January, CES brings the technology industry to Las Vegas; the next edition runs January 6 to 9, 2027.

Government summits and official visits

Summits, delegations and official visits need discretion, punctuality and coordination with security plans. Our government and diplomatic transportation service covers delegation arrivals, motorcade-style scheduling of several vehicles, hourly cars for each principal and NDAs on request. Washington, DC, Ottawa, Brussels, Geneva and London are natural centres for this kind of travel.

Galas, award shows and private events

For a red-carpet arrival, the car is part of the evening. A First Class Sedan or SUV for the guest of honour, coordinated drop-off times and a chauffeur waiting at an agreed spot for the end of the night. See event transportation and limousine service.

Concerts and festivals

Stadium and arena concerts empty all at once, and festivals run late. A chauffeur booked for a set pickup time, at a spot agreed with the desk, avoids the scramble for a ride at the end of the night. Our concert transportation uses the evening out and event night package in most cities: dinner, the show and the ride home in one booking. Our chauffeurs follow local rules on alcohol in vehicles, which differ by city.

Sports and game days

Game days bring street closures, traffic restrictions around stadiums and parking that sells out. A pre-booked car drops you as close as local rules allow and waits for the final whistle. For teams, families and corporate hospitality groups, a Sprinter keeps everyone together. See sports event transportation.

Event packages and prices

Across all 141 cities, evening packages start at US$425 in a Business Sedan. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. There is no surge pricing on event nights. Find every city's list on the all prices and packages page.

Groups, shuttles and manifests

For a conference, a wedding weekend or a corporate hospitality day, the desk builds a schedule around your guest list: arrivals by flight, shuttles on a timetable, VIP cars and departures. Our group transportation and Sprinter van with driver services cover the vehicles, and one reference covers the whole event. Companies can bill everything to a corporate account, and hotels hosting the event can use the hotel program.

Top event cities

Every city on Elly8.net hosts events, and some host them every week. Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Orlando, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New Orleans and Austin lead in the USA; Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver in Canada; and London, Paris, Barcelona, Milan and Monaco in Europe. See all cities for the full list.

Who operates the rides

Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. In every other city, rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, with Elly8.net taking the booking, fixing the price and running the 24/7 desk. Elly8.net is a member of Limousine Worldwide Directory and Limousine Association International.
