Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Fall/Winter 2027-2028 runs from Monday 1 March to Tuesday 9 March 2027, according to the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, which publishes the official calendar. For nine days, editors, buyers, stylists, photographers, talent and brand teams move between shows, presentations and showrooms spread across the city, often with a few minutes between one address and the next.
Elly8.net books Paris Fashion Week transportation the way the regulars do: one car and one chauffeur by the hour for each show day, an airport chauffeur at CDG, Orly or Le Bourget, and an evening car for dinners and parties. Paris prices are fixed and all-in, and the price list does not change for fashion week.
Why do most fashion week guests book a chauffeur by the hour?
Because the schedule is the product. Shows start in quick succession at venues across both banks of the Seine, doors close on time, and taxis and app rides are scarce outside a show at the same minute it lets out. A chauffeur by the hour waits nearby, knows the next address and has you there before the next show starts.
A typical day on the official calendar is a chain of shows and presentations in different arrondissements, some on the Right Bank, some on the Left, with showroom appointments in between. When a show ends, most of the audience steps onto the same pavement and look for the same few cars. That is the moment an hourly booking pays for itself: your chauffeur is already staged a short walk away, you text when you are out, and you are on your way while others are still refreshing an app.
The same logic applies to time. Paris traffic is dense and the routes between venues cross the busiest parts of the city, so a chauffeur who plans the sequence of addresses in the morning, and reshuffles it when a show runs late, is worth more than a fast car.
Arriving in Paris for the shows
Paris has three airports on the price list, all priced to the 8th arrondissement, per vehicle and all-in:
| Airport | Distance to the 8th | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Charles de Gaulle (CDG) | 29 km (18 mi), about 32 min clear | US$170 | US$225 | US$300 | US$445 |
| Orly (ORY) | 19 km (12 mi), about 29 min clear | US$135 | US$180 | US$240 | US$355 |
| Le Bourget (LBG) | 19 km (12 mi), about 27 min clear | US$135 | US$180 | US$240 | US$355 |
Most flights from North America land at Charles de Gaulle in the morning. The chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you inside arrivals with a name board and waits at no charge after a tracked landing, which matters when the passport queue is long. A First Class SUV from CDG is US$275. Round trips run from US$325 in a business sedan to US$850 in an Executive Sprinter from CDG. See airport transfers and meet and greet.
Paris-Le Bourget is the business aviation airport; brand principals and talent arriving by private jet are met at the FBO named in the booking. See private jet FBO transfers. Guests arriving by Eurostar from London are met at the station; see train station transfers.
Most fashion week guests stay in one of three areas: the 8th arrondissement around the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, where the price list is centred; the 1st around the Rue de Rivoli and Place Vendôme; or Saint-Germain on the Left Bank. Each works with a car on standby. The difference is which bridges you cross most often during the day, so tell the desk where you are staying and the chauffeur plans the morning route from there.
The show-day plan with an hourly chauffeur
Morning. Send the desk your day's schedule the night before: show times, addresses and showroom appointments. The chauffeur collects you at your hotel with enough buffer for the first show, because the first wave of guests leaves the same hotels at the same time.
Between shows. The chauffeur drops you as close to each venue as the organiser and police allow and holds nearby. When a show lets out, you text and walk to the agreed point. If a show runs late or a showroom slot moves, the desk and chauffeur reorder the day.
Evening. Dinners, presentations and parties follow the last show. The evening out and event night package keeps one car and chauffeur for five hours, from US$450 in a business sedan. The chauffeur follows local rules on drinks in vehicles.
Packages for fashion week, per vehicle and all-in:
| Package | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$90 per hour | US$115 per hour | US$145 per hour | US$180 per hour |
| Evening out & event night (5 hours) | US$450 | US$575 | US$725 | US$900 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$665 | US$850 | US$1,070 | US$1,325 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$810 | US$1,035 | US$1,305 | US$1,620 |
For a full show day from breakfast to the last party, the ten-hour corporate roadshow day is often the simplest booking; our roadshow chauffeur page explains how a long day with many stops is scheduled. For shorter days, book by the hour. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; parking, tolls and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
Brand teams, talent and press offices
Brands and agencies often run several cars to one plan: a First Class sedan or SUV for a guest of honour, sedans for editors, an Executive Sprinter for a styling team or models moving between fittings and a show. An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers with luggage and costs US$180 per hour in Paris. The desk keeps every car under one reference and updates the chauffeurs when the schedule changes. See event transportation, group transportation and film and production transportation for shoots around the shows.
A corporate account puts the whole week on one monthly invoice, with a reference per guest, and agencies booking for clients can use travel-agent accounts. Hotels arranging cars for guests can work through hotel accounts.
Discretion is part of the job. The desk signs NDAs on request, chauffeurs are briefed only on the route and the names you approve, and itineraries are shared only with the people you specify. Elly8.net provides transportation, not security; protective details should be arranged separately.
Fashion week transport options compared honestly
| Option | Cost | Best for | Weak point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Metro and RER | Paris public transport fares; €14 Paris Region to Airports ticket for RER B to CDG | One person, light bag, venues near a station | Stairs, crowds and changes; tight show timings |
| Official Paris taxi | Regulated meter in town; flat airport fares by bank | Spontaneous single trips | Scarce at the moment a show lets out |
| Rideshare | Dynamic pricing | Off-peak trips | Surge and waits after shows; pickup spots vary |
| Elly8.net chauffeur by the hour | From US$90 per hour, 3-hour minimum | Editors, buyers, talent, brand teams | Book ahead; fashion week books out early |
Public transport is good in Paris. Since 1 January 2026 the Paris Region to Airports ticket costs €14 per trip and covers the RER B to Charles de Gaulle and metro line 14 or Orlyval to Orly, and Paris taxis from the airport ranks charge regulated flat fares, one for the Right Bank and one for the Left Bank, posted at the rank. Airport terminal and access details are on the Paris Aéroport website. For a single traveller with a carry-on and a relaxed day, the metro works.
Fashion week is rarely relaxed. With shows minutes apart, heels, garment bags and a schedule that changes during the day, a car that waits for you is the difference between seeing the show and missing it. There is no surge on a fixed price. For the general comparisons, see chauffeur vs taxi and Uber Black vs a chauffeur.
The fashion calendar around March
The March womenswear week is one of several in the Paris calendar. The FHCM's upcoming seasons page lists Menswear Fall/Winter 2027-2028 from 19 to 24 January 2027, Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2027 from 25 to 28 January 2027, and Womenswear Spring/Summer 2028 from 27 September to 5 October 2027. The official show schedule for each week is published on the Paris Fashion Week calendar closer to the dates, and venues are confirmed by each house.
Many guests travel on from Paris. The signature Champagne houses in Reims and Epernay day trip (10 hours) is priced from US$830 in a business sedan to US$1,660 in an Executive Sprinter. Elly8.net also covers London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Geneva and Milan, and a city-to-city car service or a train with a car on arrival connects them. More on Paris itself is on our Paris car service page. Flights and hotels can be booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net; Elly8.net books the car.

Can the chauffeur wait outside each show?

As early as you can. The best cars and chauffeurs in Paris book out for fashion week, and show-day bookings are long. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so an early booking carries little risk.
