The 24 Hours of Le Mans 2027 is the 95th edition of the world's most famous endurance race. The Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO), which organises it, lists the 2027 edition from Wednesday 9 to Sunday 13 June 2027, as the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship. The race itself starts at 16:00 on Saturday 12 June and runs through the night to the finish on Sunday 13 June, with the official programme also covering the build-up days before race week. After a 2026 edition that the ACO describes as a record for attendance, ticketing for 2027 opens to the public on Friday 6 November 2026, with ACO members getting priority from 3 November.
Le Mans is not one of the 141 Elly8.net cities, so this page plans the race from the nearest one: Paris. Most North American visitors fly into Paris, many stay there for part of the trip, and the circuit is about 210 km (130 mi) away by road. Elly8.net books the airport arrival, the transfer to Le Mans, and the return after the Sunday finish, at prices fixed before you travel.
How do you get to the 24 Hours of Le Mans from Paris?
Fly into Charles de Gaulle or Orly, then either take the TGV to Le Mans, about 54 minutes from Paris according to Le Mans tourism, or book a chauffeured transfer for the roughly 210 km (130 mi) drive along the A11. A chauffeur suits groups, luggage, hospitality guests and the late return after the race.
The train is genuinely fast, and for a fan with a backpack it is the obvious choice. The road wins in other situations: four or more travellers with luggage, a family with child seats, a hospitality group heading to a lodge or a château hotel near the circuit, a team that wants to leave the circuit straight after the chequered flag rather than queue for a train, or anyone flying out of Paris on Sunday night or Monday morning.

Arriving in Paris for race week
Charles de Gaulle (CDG) handles almost every flight from North America. It is spread across Terminal 1, the Terminal 2 halls (2A to 2G) and Terminal 3, so the flight number matters: the chauffeur checks your hall, tracks the landing and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. Orly (ORY) sits south of Paris and handles a share of transatlantic and European flights. Le Bourget (LBG) is Paris's business aviation airport, where most private jets land; see private jet and FBO transfers.
| Route or package (Paris price list) | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CDG to the 8th arrondissement | US$170 | US$225 | US$300 | US$445 |
| Orly or Le Bourget to the 8th | US$135 | US$180 | US$240 | US$355 |
| By the hour in Paris (3-hour minimum) | US$90 | US$115 | US$145 | US$180 |
| Evening out and event night (5 hours) | US$450 | US$575 | US$725 | US$900 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$665 | US$850 | US$1,070 | US$1,325 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$810 | US$1,035 | US$1,305 | US$1,620 |
Prices are per vehicle and all-in: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. The Paris to Le Mans transfer, and any direct ride from CDG or Orly to the circuit, is not on the Paris price list; the web booker quotes it as a fixed price as soon as you enter the two addresses, and the quote is locked when you reserve. Rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
Getting to the circuit: road, rail or air
By road. The ACO's own access guidance is clear: from Paris, take the A11 motorway towards Le Mans, and expect heavy traffic around the circuit because of the turnout. For drivers, it recommends the park-and-ride facilities at the motorway exits, with frequent shuttles into the heart of the event. Full access details for 2027 will be published closer to the race, on the ACO's circuit access page.
A chauffeur does not make the traffic disappear. What it removes is the parking, the shuttle queue and the drive home after a sleepless night. The desk sets your drop-off and pickup at the access point your ticket or hospitality package allows, and adjusts to the 2027 traffic plan once it is published. Send any access instructions from your host with the booking.
By rail. Le Mans tourism lists the TGV between Paris and Le Mans at 54 minutes, with 18 trips a day, and gives Le Mans to Roissy (CDG) at 1 hour 30 minutes and Le Mans to Massy, near Orly, at 47 minutes. For a solo fan or a couple with small bags, this is the quickest option, and we would say so. A train station transfer from your Paris hotel to the station, and a car waiting at Le Mans station, combine the two.
By air. Le Mans tourism notes that the Le Mans-Arnage airport, a business airfield open to national and international traffic, sits just outside the circuit. Guests on private aircraft can land there or at Le Bourget; the web booker quotes the pickup at either.
The race-week plan
Most visitors build Le Mans around one of three patterns.
The day trip on Saturday. Leave Paris in the morning, arrive before the grid walk and the start at 16:00, watch the first hours and the dusk, then return to Paris at night. That is a long day for one chauffeur: roughly five hours of driving plus the time at the circuit. The desk plans it as a fixed quote on the web booker or as two one-way transfers with two chauffeurs, so nobody drives tired.
The full race with a stay near the circuit. Transfer from Paris or CDG to your hotel, lodge or campsite near Le Mans on Friday or Saturday morning, stay for the race, and book the return for Sunday evening or Monday morning. This is the most relaxed pattern, and the return is the booking that matters most: after the finish on Sunday 13 June, everyone leaves at once.
Hospitality guests. Corporate hosts often move guests from Paris hotels to a hospitality suite or a private lodge, and back again. An Executive Sprinter carries the group and its bags in one vehicle; several sedans can be staggered from different hotels under one booking. See sports event transportation and group transportation.
The Sunday finish and the trip home
The finish is the moment to plan carefully. The roads out of the circuit fill as soon as the race ends, and many visitors are heading for Paris, CDG or Orly the same evening. Three things help:
- Book the return when you book the outbound. The desk then holds the car and the chauffeur for your return window.
- Agree a pickup point away from the main exits. The chauffeur sends their name and number, and you meet at a point that avoids the worst of the queue.
- Leave margin for flights. A Sunday evening or Monday morning departure from CDG should allow for slow roads out of the Sarthe and the A11 into Paris. If your flight is early Monday, a night in Paris or near CDG is the safer plan.
On the way back, the desk can drop you at your hotel, at Gare du Nord for Eurostar to London, or at the airport. For onward journeys to Brussels or Amsterdam, see city-to-city car service.
Train, park-and-ride, rideshare or chauffeur: the honest comparison
| Option | Price | Journey | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| TGV Paris to Le Mans | SNCF fare | 54 min, 18 trips a day, plus getting to the circuit | Fans with small bags, any day |
| Drive yourself and park-and-ride | Fuel, tolls, parking | about 2 h 30 min on a clear road, plus shuttle | Self-drive travellers comfortable with French motorways |
| Rideshare or taxi from Paris | Long-distance fare, availability not assured | about 2 h 30 min on a clear road | Rarely practical for this distance |
| Elly8.net chauffeur, Paris to Le Mans | Fixed quote on the web booker | about 2 h 30 min on a clear road, door to door | Groups, families, hospitality guests, late returns |
The TGV is the right answer for many fans. A chauffeur is better when you travel as four or more with luggage, when the trip starts at CDG, when you are staying near the circuit and want a door-to-door ride, when you host guests, or when you want to leave as soon as the race ends without standing on a platform. For the general argument, see chauffeur vs car rental and chauffeur vs taxi.
Paris before and after the race
Many visitors spend the days around Le Mans in Paris. The Paris car service page covers the airports, hotel districts and stations in detail. By the hour, a chauffeur in Paris costs from US$90 in a Business Sedan to US$180 in an Executive Sprinter; the evening out and event night package runs from US$450 to US$900. The signature Paris day trip, 10 hours to the Champagne houses of Reims and Épernay, is from US$830 in a Business Sedan to US$1,660 in an Executive Sprinter.
Corporate teams can open a corporate account for monthly invoicing and fixed fares, and travel agents booking race packages can use travel-agent accounts. Well-known guests can ask for discretion and a non-disclosure agreement; Elly8.net is a transportation service, not a security company. Flights and hotels can be booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net.

Frequently asked questions
How far is Le Mans from Paris?
About 210 km (130 mi) by road from central Paris, roughly 2 hours 30 minutes on a clear road via the A11, and about 240 km (150 mi) from Charles de Gaulle. Race-week traffic around the circuit adds time, so the desk sets pickup times with margin, especially on Saturday morning and Sunday evening.
How much is a chauffeur from Paris to the 24 Hours of Le Mans?
The Paris to Le Mans transfer is quoted by the web booker as a fixed price per vehicle as soon as you enter the addresses, and it does not change after you reserve. Airport transfers within Paris are on the price list: CDG to the 8th arrondissement is US$170 in a Business Sedan and US$445 in an Executive Sprinter.
Is the train better than a car for Le Mans?
For a fan with light luggage, often yes: Le Mans tourism lists the TGV at 54 minutes from Paris, with 18 trips a day. A chauffeur is better for groups, families, hospitality guests, trips that start at CDG and the late return after the finish.
Can the car take us right to our grandstand or lodge?
The car goes as close as your ticket or hospitality access allows. The ACO publishes the 2027 access and traffic plan closer to the race; send your access instructions with the booking and the chauffeur sets the drop-off and pickup accordingly.
Can you collect us after the race finishes on Sunday?
Yes, and it is the booking to make first. The chauffeur meets you at an agreed point away from the main exits and drives you to Paris, CDG, Orly or a hotel. Book the return when you book the outbound, and leave margin before any flight.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% at 72 hours or less; 50% at 48 hours or less; 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go to the original card.
When should we book?
As soon as your race tickets or hospitality are confirmed. Ticketing opens on 6 November 2026, and the number of chauffeured vehicles available for race weekend is limited, so the larger vehicle classes go first.
