An Atlantic City limo or car service from Elly8.net is a pre-booked chauffeured car at a fixed, all-in price: Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) to the Boardwalk casinos from US$175 in a business sedan, and Philadelphia International (PHL) to the Boardwalk from US$375. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
Rides in Atlantic City are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Most Atlantic City trips are weekends and celebrations: a casino stay, a show, a bachelor or bachelorette party, a convention. The car takes care of the arrival and the late night, so nobody has to drive the Atlantic City Expressway home.
How much is a car from Philadelphia airport to Atlantic City?
An Elly8.net car service from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to the Atlantic City Boardwalk casinos costs from US$375 in a business sedan, US$490 in a business SUV and US$975 in an Executive Sprinter for a group. The price is fixed and all-in for the vehicle, with flight tracking and a chauffeur meeting you at PHL. Tolls are billed at cost.
PHL is about 64 miles (103 km) from the Boardwalk, around 1 hour 25 minutes on a clear road via the Walt Whitman Bridge and the Atlantic City Expressway. First Class cars from PHL start at US$660 for a sedan and US$600 for an SUV. A round trip, PHL to the casinos and back at the end of the weekend, is priced from US$715 in a business sedan to US$1,855 in an Executive Sprinter.
Philadelphia is where most flights to Atlantic City actually land, because it has far more nonstop routes than ACY. Your chauffeur tracks the flight and meets you after baggage claim, which is the simplest way to book a PHL to Atlantic City car service without working out trains and transfers with luggage.
Atlantic City International and Philadelphia: the two airports
| Airport | Distance to the Boardwalk | Clear-road time | Business Sedan | Executive Sprinter |

Atlantic City International (ACY). In Egg Harbor Township, about 17 miles (27 km) from the Boardwalk, around 42 minutes on a clear road via the Atlantic City Expressway. It is the closest airport, with a smaller schedule than Philadelphia, and it also handles private and charter aircraft. ACY to the casinos starts at US$175 in a business sedan, US$230 in a business SUV and US$455 in an Executive Sprinter; a round trip is from US$335. For private flights, send the tail number and the handler, and see private jet and FBO car service.
Philadelphia International (PHL). The main gateway. At PHL, the airport's ground transportation page puts taxis at Zone 5, sedan, limousine and van services at Zone 6 and ride-share app pickups at Zone 7, all reached by following the Ground Transportation signs from baggage claim. With Elly8.net, your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim and walks you to the car.

Train, bus, taxi or a pre-booked car to Atlantic City
Atlantic City has good public transit links from Philadelphia and New York, and for one person on a budget they are worth using. Here is the honest comparison, with NJ Transit's published fares.
| Option | Price | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| NJ Transit Atlantic City Rail Line from Philadelphia 30th Street | Published by NJ Transit; plus SEPTA from PHL | see the NJ Transit timetable | One traveller, light bag, daytime |
| NJ Transit bus 551 from Philadelphia | US$23.65 excursion round trip | traffic dependent | Budget day trip from Center City |
| NJ Transit bus 319 from Port Authority, New York | US$49.75 excursion round trip | traffic dependent | Budget trip from Manhattan |
| Taxi or rideshare in Atlantic City | Metered or set by the app | short hops | Moving between casinos |
| Elly8.net business sedan from ACY | from US$175, fixed and all-in | about 42 min clear road | Couples, late arrivals, luggage |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter from PHL | from US$975 for the vehicle | about 85 min clear road | Groups, parties, conventions |
The train. According to NJ Transit's Atlantic City guide, the Atlantic City Rail Line runs daily between Philadelphia 30th Street Station and the Atlantic City Rail Terminal, stopping at Pennsauken, Cherry Hill, Lindenwold, Atco, Hammonton, Egg Harbor City and Absecon. The terminal is next to the Atlantic City Convention Center, a few blocks from the Boardwalk, and the AC Jitney Association runs complimentary shuttles from the terminal to every casino, timed to train arrivals. From PHL, NJ Transit's advice is to take SEPTA to 30th Street first, so it is two trains plus a shuttle.
The bus. NJ Transit route 551 runs between Philadelphia and the Atlantic City Bus Terminal with a published excursion round-trip fare of US$23.65, and route 319 runs express from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, with stops at Newark Penn Station and Journal Square, for a US$49.75 excursion round trip bought in advance. For a solo day trip, that is hard to beat.
Taxis and rideshare in town. Once you are in Atlantic City, taxis, jitneys and app rides are fine for short hops between casinos on Pacific Avenue or out to the Marina District.
When the chauffeur wins. A group of eight with weekend bags turns a train and shuttle into four transfers. A pre-booked Sprinter takes everyone from the PHL curb to the hotel entrance at one fixed price for the vehicle, and the same applies for the trip home on Sunday. It also wins for late flights, for couples celebrating, for convention teams with equipment and for anyone who does not want to drive back after a night at the tables. See chauffeur vs taxi and how much a limo or black car costs.
The Boardwalk, the Marina District and the casinos
Atlantic City has two casino areas, and the chauffeur needs to know which one you are going to.
The Boardwalk. The casinos along the beach and Pacific Avenue include Ocean Casino Resort, Resorts Casino Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Caesars, Bally's and Wild West Casino, Tropicana and The Claridge Hotel at the southern end. The car drops you at the hotel's main vehicle entrance rather than the Boardwalk side.
The Marina District. Across town by the bay, about ten minutes from the Boardwalk, are Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, Harrah's Resort and Golden Nugget. These are the casinos closest to the Atlantic City Expressway, so arrivals from ACY or Philadelphia are slightly quicker.
Visit Atlantic City, the official tourism site, lists the casinos, shows and attractions such as Steel Pier, Absecon Lighthouse and the beaches. If you are splitting a weekend between a Boardwalk casino for the show and the Marina for dinner, an hourly chauffeur from US$95 an hour in a business sedan (3-hour minimum) keeps the car with you.
Shows, Boardwalk Hall and the convention calendar
Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. The historic arena on the Boardwalk hosts concerts, family shows and sports. Boardwalk Hall lists Disney On Ice presents Spotlight Magic from November 6 to 8, 2026, with more concerts and events into the winter. Casino theatres add headline concerts and comedy most weekends.
The Atlantic City Convention Center. Next to the rail terminal at the foot of the Atlantic City Expressway, it hosts trade shows, sports competitions and association meetings. Exhibitor teams and delegations usually book an Executive Sprinter between their hotel and the halls; see conference and trade show transportation.
Nights out and parties. The evening out and event night package starts at US$475 in a business sedan, US$600 in a business SUV and US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, covering the ride to dinner and the show and the ride back. Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, birthdays and reunions often book the Sprinter so the group stays together; for bigger groups, see party bus rental with driver and Sprinter van with driver. The chauffeur follows New Jersey's rules on passengers and alcohol.
Summer. Summer brings the beach and Boardwalk crowds and full hotels, so book summer weekends early. Our concert transportation page covers drop-off and pickup planning around big shows.
Weddings. Atlantic City and the nearby shore towns host weddings at casino ballrooms, beach venues and historic halls. See wedding limousine and guest shuttles.
Day trips, tours and the Jersey Shore
The private highlights tour starts at US$380 in a business sedan and US$760 in an Executive Sprinter: the Boardwalk, Absecon Lighthouse, the Marina District and the shore towns of Ventnor, Margate and Longport, with a stop at the beach. A full-day chauffeur starts at US$700 in a business sedan, US$885 in a business SUV and US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter, which also works for a day between Atlantic City and Cape May or Ocean City.
Corporate travel and conventions
Atlantic City is a convention and incentive city as much as a casino town. The corporate roadshow day starts at US$855 in a business sedan, US$1,080 in a business SUV and US$1,395 in a First Class sedan, for a schedule of meetings or site visits. Event planners, casino hosts and travel agents can open accounts with monthly invoicing, and corporate travellers can be booked by an assistant or travel desk; see corporate accounts. NDAs are available on request.
