Getting to a concert is easy. Getting home is the part people remember. When the lights come up at Madison Square Garden, the Sphere or The O2, tens of thousands of people head for the same exits, the rideshare app shows a long wait at a peak price, taxis disappear and the nearest subway platform is shoulder to shoulder. A booked chauffeur turns the end of the night into a short walk to an agreed corner.
Elly8.net books concert and festival transportation in 141 cities: a sedan for a couple, an SUV for six, an Executive Sprinter for twelve, or a party bus or stretch SUV for the group that wants the ride to be part of the night. The evening out and event night package on every city page starts at US$425 in a business sedan in cities such as Barcelona, and is US$475 in Las Vegas, US$525 in New York, Los Angeles and London and US$550 in Toronto.
How does concert transportation with a chauffeur work?
The chauffeur collects the group at the agreed time, drops at the venue entrance or the nearest permitted point, and waits nearby during the show. Before the encore, the group messages the chauffeur and walks to an agreed pickup corner away from the main crush. The price is fixed for the evening, per vehicle, all-in.
The pickup point is the key decision. Venues and cities usually close or restrict the streets immediately around arenas and stadiums at the end of a show, and the chauffeur cannot wait at the main doors. The desk and the chauffeur choose a corner a few minutes' walk away, out of the outflow, and send it to the group before the show starts. That walk is almost always faster than waiting for a rideshare match on the closed street.
Vehicles for concert nights
Choose by the size of the group, not the bags; concert nights rarely involve luggage.
| Group | Vehicle | Seats | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 to 3 | Business Sedan or First Class Sedan | up to 3 | The simplest booking for a couple or friends |
| 4 to 6 | Business SUV or First Class SUV | up to 6 | Suburban, Yukon XL, Escalade or Navigator; V-Class in Europe |
| 7 to 12 | Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | One vehicle, one pickup, everyone home together |
| Up to 12, celebrating | Party Bus | up to 12 | Through the web booker; the ride is part of the night |
| Up to 8 or 16 | Stretch Limousine or Stretch SUV | 8 or 16 | Birthdays and big nights, through the web booker |
Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer. The fleet page shows each interior, and party bus rental with driver covers party buses in detail.
Concert night prices
The evening out and event night package covers the usual concert evening: pickup, dinner on the way if you like, the show and the ride home. Published, all-in, per vehicle.
| City and example venue | Business Sedan | Business SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|
| New York, Madison Square Garden | US$525 | US$675 | US$1,050 |
| Las Vegas, the Sphere and Strip residencies | US$475 | US$600 | US$950 |
| Los Angeles, the Hollywood Bowl | US$525 | US$675 | US$1,050 |
| Chicago, arena and Grant Park shows | US$500 | US$625 | US$1,000 |
| Toronto, Scotiabank Arena | US$550 | US$700 | US$1,100 |
| London, The O2 | US$525 | US$675 | US$1,050 |
For a long evening, or a show far from the city centre, book by the hour instead, from US$85 to US$115 an hour for a business sedan and US$170 to US$230 for an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. Tolls and parking are billed at cost. For a twelve-person group in New York, a Sprinter at US$1,050 is under US$90 each, with nobody driving and nobody left behind.
Arenas and venues we plan for every week
Madison Square Garden, New York. The Garden sits above Penn Station in Midtown, and the avenues around it lock up at the end of a show. Chauffeurs hold a few blocks away and move on a message. See Madison Square Garden for the venue's own visitor information, and New York car service for airport legs if you are flying in for the show.
The Sphere and the Strip, Las Vegas. Residencies at the Sphere and the resort theatres turn the Strip into an evening-long traffic queue. A booked car collects you at a resort entrance you choose rather than the rideshare level of a parking garage. Harry Reid airport to the Strip is US$125.
The Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles. The Hollywood Bowl sells Park & Ride and shuttle passes, which says a lot about getting a car up the hill on a show night. A chauffeur with a planned drop-off and pickup point removes the walk to a distant lot.
Scotiabank Arena, Toronto. At the south end of Bay Street, next to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena hosts concerts as well as hockey and basketball. Toronto concert nights run on the Elly8 fleet, which works the arena's surrounding streets every week.
The O2, London. On the Greenwich Peninsula, The O2 is a long way from the West End hotels, and the Jubilee line is packed after a show. A car booked from Mayfair or Kensington for the evening makes the night much easier.
Festivals
Festivals are multi-day versions of the same problem, often far from a city centre, with fields for parking and long walks at the end of the night.
Desert festivals near Palm Springs. The Coachella festival runs over two weekends each April in the Coachella Valley; the 2026 edition ran April 10-12 and 17-19, according to the festival's site. Many visitors fly into Palm Springs, where the airport to downtown Palm Springs is US$125 in a business sedan; see Palm Springs for the price list and day packages.
Lollapalooza, Chicago. Held in Grant Park on the lakefront; the 2026 edition ran July 30 to August 2, according to Lollapalooza. Grant Park sits beside the Loop, so most hotels are a short ride away, but streets around the park are restricted during the festival. See Chicago.
For multi-day festivals, book each day's drop-off and pickup as separate bookings, or an hourly block if the group wants to come and go. Festivals publish their own rideshare and car drop-off points, and chauffeurs use them.
Concert transportation vs rideshare, taxis and transit
On the way in, rideshare and transit both work, and for two people going to a show near a subway line, transit is often the smart choice. The comparison changes at the end of the night.
| Option | Getting there | Getting home after the show | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elly8.net chauffeur | Door to door at a time you set | Chauffeur waiting at an agreed corner; price already fixed | Groups, late nights, venues far from home |
| Rideshare | Easy, at normal prices | Long waits at a designated zone; dynamic pricing rises with demand | Small groups at venues with a well-run rideshare zone |
| Taxi | Usually easy | Scarce as the venue empties | Venues on busy avenues with taxi ranks |
| Transit | Cheap and often fast | Crowded platforms right after the show | One or two people near a direct line |
The biggest saving for groups is not money but cohesion: a group of ten in four rideshare cars arrives at different times and splits up at the end. One Sprinter keeps everyone together. For the wider picture, see chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft.
Flying in for a show
A growing share of concert bookings start at an airport: fans who follow a tour to another city, or who fly to Las Vegas for a residency weekend or to London for a run at The O2. Book the trip as three pieces. The airport arrival goes on the airport transfer price list, flight-tracked with a chauffeur in arrivals and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. The show night is the evening out package or an hourly block. The departure goes back on the airport list, timed to the flight rather than to the morning after.
For a weekend in Las Vegas, that might be US$125 from Harry Reid to the Strip, the evening package at US$475, and US$125 back to the airport, all in a business sedan. For London, Heathrow to Mayfair is US$195 each way. Hotels for the trip can be booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net; Elly8.net books the car. See airport transfers for the arrival.
A note on alcohol, noise and conduct
Laws on alcohol in vehicles differ by city, state and country. The chauffeur follows local rules, and the booking is never made on the basis of drinking on board. Chauffeurs can stop for water and snacks on the way home. For younger concert-goers, parents can put their own mobile number on the booking for updates and set a fixed return time, as they would for a prom limousine.
Booking concert transportation in three steps
- Enter the pickup address, the venue and the show time, and list any stop for dinner. Add the group's mobile number for the chauffeur.
- Choose the vehicle: the evening out package on the city price list, an hourly booking, or a party bus or stretch SUV in the web booker.
- Reserve now on the price list or complete the web booker. Confirmation arrives by email; the chauffeur's details and the agreed pickup point follow before the show.
Cancellation terms are the same for every booking: free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% within 72 hours; 50% within 48 hours; 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show. Refunds go back to the original card. If a show is postponed, contact the desk to move the booking.
Who drives
In Toronto and the GTA, concert nights run on the Elly8 fleet with Elly8 chauffeurs. In every other city, rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Frequently asked questions
How much is a car to a concert?
The evening out and event night package starts at US$425 in a business sedan in cities such as Barcelona, and is US$475 in Las Vegas, US$525 in New York, Los Angeles and London and US$550 in Toronto. An Executive Sprinter for up to 12 is US$950 in Las Vegas and US$1,050 in New York. Prices are per vehicle and all-in.
Where does the chauffeur pick us up after the show?
At a corner agreed before the show, usually a few minutes' walk from the venue and away from the main outflow, because streets around arenas are often closed or restricted at the end of a show. The chauffeur confirms the point by message and moves in when the group says it is leaving.
Does the chauffeur wait during the concert?
Yes, on an evening or hourly booking the chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for the whole show. Coats and bags can stay in the locked car. Tell the chauffeur when the encore starts so the car is in place.
Can we book a party bus for a concert?
Yes. Party buses for up to 12 and stretch SUVs for up to 16 are priced for your date and addresses in the web booker. For a group that wants comfort rather than a party, an Executive Sprinter for 12 is on the fixed price list.
What if the concert is cancelled or postponed?
Contact the desk as soon as you hear, and we will move the booking to the new date where possible. The standard cancellation terms apply only if the booking is cancelled rather than moved: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours.
Can teenagers book a car for a concert?
A parent or guardian should make the booking and add their own mobile number for updates. The chauffeur follows local rules on alcohol and passenger conduct, and the booking can carry a fixed return time and address.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% within 72 hours; 50% within 48 hours; 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show. Refunds go back to the original card.
