A London, Ontario limo or car service through Elly8.net starts at US$95 in a business sedan from London International Airport (YXU) to downtown, and US$395 from Toronto Pearson. Both are fixed, all-in prices per vehicle, agreed before you travel and charged in US dollars. YXU is close, about 11 km (7 mi) and 16 minutes on a clear road; Pearson is the long one, about 171 km (106 mi) and a little over two hours on Highway 401 when the road is clear.
Rides in London, Ontario are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Most of what we book here falls into four groups: Western University and Fanshawe College travel, hospital and research visits, conventions at RBC Place, and the Pearson run for international and transborder flights.
What does a London, Ontario car service cost?
From YXU to downtown London, a Business Sedan is US$95, a Business SUV US$125 and an Executive Sprinter US$250. From Toronto Pearson the same Business Sedan is US$395 and a Sprinter US$1,030. Hourly service starts at US$110 with a 3-hour minimum. All prices include chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet.
Every price is per vehicle, not per person. On the Pearson run that changes the arithmetic for families and teams: a Business SUV at US$515 carries several travellers and their luggage door to door, and an Executive Sprinter at US$1,030 takes a whole visiting group. Tolls, parking and extra waiting are billed at cost.

London International Airport (YXU)
YXU is a one-terminal airport on the city's north-east side, at 10 Seabrook Way. The airport lists Porter, Air Canada, WestJet, Sunwing and Air Transat, with non-stop service to Toronto and Calgary and leisure routes to Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Cancun, Punta Cana and Montego Bay. That mix means two kinds of arrival: business travellers on the short Toronto and Calgary hops, and families coming home from winter sun with a lot of luggage at a late hour.
Your chauffeur waits at arrivals with a name board, helps with bags and walks you to the car a few steps away. The flight is tracked, so a late landing from Cancun moves the pickup to match, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Downtown hotels, the Western campus and the hospitals are typically 15 to 25 minutes away depending on the route and the time of day.
A YXU pickup in an Executive Sprinter at US$250 is often the simplest answer for a sports team, a choir or a wedding party flying in together.
Toronto Pearson to London, Ontario
For long-haul and US flights, most Londoners fly through Pearson, and "Toronto to London Ontario" is one of the most searched trips in the province. The drive is about 171 km (106 mi) and about 127 minutes on a clear road, almost all of it on Highway 401 through Mississauga, Milton, Cambridge and Woodstock. In weekday traffic or winter weather, two and a half to three hours is realistic.
Your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals at Pearson Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, after baggage and customs, with a name board. Because the price is fixed at US$395 in a sedan, a delayed flight or a slow 401 does not change what you pay. For the return to Pearson, we work back from your flight and suggest a pickup that leaves margin for the 401 and for security queues. Taxi, rideshare, bus or chauffeur from YXU
London has good, cheap options for some trips, and we say so.
London Transit. According to London Transit, an adult fare is CA$3.50 in exact cash or CA$2.65 per trip on a stored-value smart card, each with a 90-minute transfer. The airport's ground transportation page says the LTC serves YXU 14 times daily. It is a fair choice for a solo traveller with a light bag who is not in a hurry.
Taxi. YXU says licensed taxi and limousine services are available outside the terminal at regulated rates. For a short run downtown, a metered taxi is quick and sensible; the tip is on top.
Rideshare. App-based pickups at YXU use the terminal curb outside the arrivals door, at the north end of the sidewalk. Prices are dynamic and wait times grow late at night, when few cars are near the airport.
Sarnia bus. The airport also lists a daily bus between Sarnia and YXU.
| YXU to downtown London | Price | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| LTC bus | CA$3.50 cash / CA$2.65 smart card | longer, 14 airport trips a day | Solo traveller, light bag |
| Metered taxi | regulated meter plus tip | about 16 min clear road | Short-notice solo trips |
| Rideshare | dynamic price | wait plus drive | Off-peak, flexible plans |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$95 fixed, all-in | about 16 min clear road | Late flights, fixed budget |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$250 fixed, all-in | about 16 min clear road | Teams, families, wedding parties |
For one person with a carry-on at midday, the bus or a taxi is the economical answer. A pre-booked car wins when you land late, travel with children who need seats, have several large cases, or simply need the car to be there. The general case is set out in chauffeur vs taxi.
Western University, Fanshawe and the hospitals
Western University shapes London's travel calendar. Move-in week, convocation, homecoming and recruitment visits all bring families and guests through the airports, and the Ivey Business School draws executives for programmes and recruiting days. Fanshawe College adds its own term-start rush on the east side of the city.
London is also a regional medical centre. London Health Sciences Centre brings visiting clinicians, researchers and patients' families to the city. We book comfortable, punctual cars for ambulatory patients and their families and for visiting specialists; we are not an ambulance or medical transport service, and anyone who needs clinical support in transit should use a medical provider.
For faculty and corporate visitors, an hourly chauffeur from US$110 an hour, or a full day from US$810, links campus, hospital and downtown meetings without parking. Organisations with regular visitors open a corporate account for monthly invoicing; see corporate car service.
RBC Place, Canada Life Place and event nights
Downtown London's convention centre, RBC Place London at 300 York Street, describes itself as Southwestern Ontario's largest convention centre. Association meetings and trade shows here bring delegates in through YXU and Pearson, and we set up arrival transfers, hourly cars for VIPs and Sprinter shuttles between hotels and the hall. See conference and trade show transportation.
A few blocks away, Canada Life Place at 99 Dundas Street, the arena formerly known as Budweiser Gardens, hosts London Knights games, the Broadway in London series and touring concerts. Its upcoming calendar includes the Harlem Globetrotters on 27 January 2027, Disney On Ice from 11 to 14 February 2027 and Jersey Boys on 25 May 2027. Dundas Street is busy before and after shows, so we set pickups a short walk away; the evening out and event night package runs from US$550. Our concert and festival transportation page explains how holds and pickups work.
The Western Fair District in the east end hosts fairs, markets and exhibitions, and in summer Sunfest fills Victoria Park; the 2027 edition is set for 8 to 11 July.
Downtown, Richmond Row and where visitors stay
Most of our London pickups start in one of a few areas. Downtown, around Dundas, Richmond and King streets, has the convention centre, the arena, the main hotels and the courthouse district, so it is where conference delegates and business visitors stay. Richmond Row, running north from downtown toward the university, is the restaurant and nightlife strip. Old East Village, east of downtown along Dundas, has the market and a growing food scene, and it is a short ride to the Western Fair District.
North London around Masonville is closest to Western's campus and the research parks, and the hotels on the city's south and west edges, near Highway 401 and Wonderland Road, suit travellers who want quick access to the 401 for an early Pearson run. Tell us which hotel you are in when you book a return to the airport, because a south-end pickup on the 401 and a north-end pickup near campus can differ by 15 minutes before the drive has really begun.
Weddings, proms and nights out
London weddings often run from a downtown church to photographs in a park and a reception at a hall or a rural venue in Middlesex County. We book a First Class Sedan for the couple, an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party and airport runs for out-of-town guests, all on one account; see wedding limousine service. Graduations and formals book prom limousines, with a named contact for parents and a chauffeur who follows Ontario rules, which means no alcohol in the vehicle.
Day trips from London
The Stratford Festival in Stratford, about 60 km from London, is the classic outing, and 2027 tickets go on sale to members on 25 October and to everyone on 16 November 2026. A chauffeur avoids the pre-show parking hunt and the night drive home. Lake Huron's beach towns such as Grand Bend make a summer day trip, and the private city highlights tour (from US$440) covers downtown, the Thames riverside, Western's campus and the neighbourhoods. See private city tours.
Nearby Elly8.net cities
London sits on the 401 corridor between Toronto and Detroit. Kitchener-Waterloo is the next city east, Hamilton beyond it, and Mississauga by Pearson. To the west, Detroit is the cross-border option for DTW flights; bring the documents you need for the border. Each city page has its own fixed prices.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service from Pearson to London, Ontario?
A fixed, all-in Business Sedan from Pearson to downtown London is US$395, a Business SUV US$515, a First Class Sedan US$695 and an Executive Sprinter US$1,030. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet inside arrivals. Your card is charged in US$, and tolls are billed at cost only if a toll route is requested.
How long is the drive from Toronto Pearson to London?
About 127 minutes on a clear road over roughly 171 km (106 mi), almost entirely on Highway 401. Weekday traffic around Mississauga and Milton and winter weather can push it to two and a half or three hours. The price is fixed regardless, and we build margin into pickup times for departures.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at YXU?
At arrivals inside the terminal, with a name board, after you collect your bags. The car is parked a short walk from the door. Flights are tracked, so a late arrival from the south or a delayed Toronto connection does not leave you waiting, and there is complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Give the child's age and weight when booking and the seat is fitted before pickup. Families returning to YXU from winter-sun flights often book a Business SUV at US$125 for the extra luggage space, and the same applies on the longer Pearson run.
Do you offer transport to London Health Sciences Centre?
Yes, for ambulatory patients, families and visiting clinicians, to the hospital entrance you specify. We are not a medical transport or ambulance service, so we cannot provide clinical care or stretcher transport. For appointment days, an hourly booking from US$110 an hour keeps the car on hand.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free if you cancel more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%, with refunds to the original card. Full terms are on the cancellation policy page.
Can a university department or company be invoiced?
Yes. Corporate accounts include monthly invoicing, saved traveller profiles and cost-centre references, which suits departments bringing in guest speakers and companies with regular visitors. Travel-agent and hotel accounts are available as well, and every booking is handled by the same 24/7 desk.
