Booking takes three steps. Choose your city and route on the price list, or enter any pickup and drop-off in the web booker, and add your flight number for an airport pickup. Then choose the vehicle. Finally press Reserve now to pay the fixed price by secure card checkout, or confirm in the web booker. Your confirmation arrives by email with a link to manage the booking.

As early as your plans allow, and at least 24 hours ahead where you can. Early booking matters most for event nights, holiday weekends, conventions and larger vehicles such as Executive Sprinters, which run out first. Yes. Assistants, family members and travel advisors book for others every day. Enter the passenger's name and mobile number as the traveller, and your own email if you want the confirmation. The chauffeur's name board shows the passenger's name, and the desk will contact the passenger on the day if anything changes, such as a delayed flight.

Yes. The price lists cover the airport transfers and packages booked most in each city. For any other address, a multi-stop day, a city-to-city drive or a vehicle priced in the booker, such as a Jet Sprinter, Maybach, Rolls-Royce, stretch limousine, party bus or electric sedan, use the Elly8 web booker. It prices the exact route, and your reservation is confirmed by email.

The published price is per vehicle and all-in. It includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, a standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. You will see the full amount before you pay, and that is the amount charged at checkout. Only tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are added afterwards, and those are billed at cost, with no markup.

Per vehicle. A Business Sedan on the JFK car service to Midtown Manhattan costs the same for one passenger as for three, and an Executive Sprinter costs the same for six passengers as for twelve. Choose the vehicle by passengers and bags rather than by headcount alone: the fleet page shows how many people and suitcases each class takes comfortably.

No. There is no surge or demand pricing. The price you reserve is fixed, whether the pickup is at 2 a.m., on New Year's Eve or as a stadium empties. Prices differ by city, airport and vehicle, because they follow the real road distance and local costs, but they do not change with the clock or the weather once you have booked.

A standard gratuity is already included in every price, so you do not need to tip the chauffeur. If the chauffeur went beyond the job, for example with extra luggage, a long wait or a change of plan handled well, an extra cash tip is entirely your choice and goes to the chauffeur.

The standard airport transfer pickup is meet and greet inside arrivals, with the passenger's name on a board, usually at the arrivals exit after baggage claim and customs. Some airports and private terminals have their own rules for where drivers may wait, and your confirmation explains the meeting point for your airport and how to reach the chauffeur when you land. Terminal maps are on each airport's own site, such as Toronto Pearson.

Yes, on every airport pickup booked with a flight number. The chauffeur follows the actual arrival, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup time automatically and you do not need to call. If your flight is cancelled or you change to a different flight, tell the desk as soon as you can so the booking can be updated to the new arrival.

Yes. Our private jet and FBO car service covers business aviation terminals such as Teterboro for New York, Van Nuys for Los Angeles and Farnborough for London, which have their own prices on those city pages. Give us the tail number or FBO name and the estimated arrival. Where the FBO allows it, the vehicle can wait planeside; otherwise the chauffeur meets you in the lounge.

On airport pickups, complimentary waiting starts after the tracked landing, which allows time for taxiing, bags and customs. On other pickups, the included waiting time is shown in your confirmation. Waiting beyond the included time is billed at cost. If you are running late, message or call the desk so the chauffeur knows and can plan for it.

Tell the desk by phone, WhatsApp or chat as soon as you can. Long immigration lines and slow bags are normal at international arrivals, and the chauffeur plans for them because the waiting starts from the tracked landing. If the delay runs well beyond the included time, the extra waiting is billed at cost.

Yes, on request. Add a note for each child with age and weight when you book, so the right infant, child or booster seat is fitted before pickup. Seats are confirmed by the desk with your booking. Child seat rules differ by country, province and state; in Canada, Transport Canada explains the stages, and the chauffeur follows local law.

Yes. Many families prefer their own seat, especially for infants. Tell us when you book so we do not fit a second one, and allow a few minutes at pickup for the chauffeur to help you install it. The chauffeur may decline to drive if a child is not in a suitable seat where the law requires one, because that rule is not optional for either of us.

A Business Sedan or First Class Sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 2 bags. A Business SUV / Van or First Class SUV takes up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. An Executive Sprinter takes up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. For golf bags, skis, strollers or wheelchairs, tell us when you book: a larger vehicle is often the right call.

Yes. For larger groups we book several vehicles timed together, or a coach through the desk. Group transportation jobs include wedding guest shuttles, conference airport waves and team offsites. Send the dates, times, addresses and headcount through the contact page or call the desk, and we will confirm vehicles and a fixed price for the whole movement.

Yes. A corporate account gives your travellers and assistants one desk across all 141 cities, fixed prices, the vehicle class your travel policy sets and monthly invoicing. Bookings can be made by phone, email or online and are billed to the account. Open one on the corporate account sign-up page and the desk will confirm billing details with you.

Yes. The corporate roadshow day package keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle with you for 10 hours at a fixed price, priced on every city page. Send the meeting schedule in advance and the desk plans the stops, allowing for traffic and parking at each address. For shorter days, book the hourly chauffeur, from a 3-hour minimum.

Yes to both. NDAs are available on request for corporate, government and private clients. Travel advisors can book clients at fixed prices through the travel agent sign-up, on net rates or commission agreed at sign-up. Hotels and concierge desks can offer guests booked cars through the hotel sign-up, with billing agreed when the account is set up.

The same policy applies to every booking. Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. If you cancel 72 hours or less before pickup, 10% of the fare is kept; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less, or a no-show, 100%. The full policy is on the cancellation policy page.

Use the manage link in your confirmation email to cancel: it shows the refund the policy allows before you confirm. To change a time, address or vehicle, call or email the desk, and the change is confirmed in writing. A change that adds time, distance or a larger vehicle is re-priced at the published rate; a reduction inside a cancellation window is treated as a partial cancellation.

Refunds go back to the original card as soon as the cancellation is processed, and you receive an email when the refund is issued. Your bank then decides how quickly it appears on your statement, which is usually within 5 to 10 business days. If it has not appeared after that, email [email protected] with your receipt number.

Most of our travellers are from North America, and one currency makes the 141 cities easy to compare. Every published price, from Toronto to Rome, is in US$, and the card checkout charges exactly that amount in US$. You know the cost before you travel, whatever the local currency, and there is no exchange rate applied by us after the ride.

That depends on your card, not on us. Elly8.net charges in US$. A card issued in US$ will usually show the amount as it is. A card in Canadian dollars, euros or pounds is converted by your bank at its rate, and some banks add a foreign transaction fee. If that matters, use a card with no foreign transaction fees.

Reserve now opens a secure checkout run by Stripe, the payment processor. You enter your card on Stripe's page; your full card number never reaches Elly8.net. We receive confirmation that the payment went through, the amount and a reference, which is how refunds go back to the same card. Bookings made in the web booker show their payment step before you confirm.

The classes are the same, and some vehicles differ. In Europe a Business Sedan is a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series or similar; the Business SUV / Van is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class; and the First Class SUV is a V-Class VIP or a Range Rover. Many historic city centres suit a sedan or a V-Class better than a large North American SUV.

Yes. A city-to-city drive, such as Nice to Monaco or Milan to Lake Como, is booked through the city-to-city car service or the web booker, which prices the exact route. For longer journeys between countries, give us the full itinerary, including border crossings, hotel addresses and any stops, so the desk can confirm the vehicle and a fixed price before you travel.

Yes. Each of our 42 European cities has fixed prices for airport transfers one way and round trip, by the hour, a 4-hour city tour, an evening or event night, a full day and a corporate roadshow day, with a signature day trip where one suits the city, such as Windsor Castle and the Cotswolds from London. The cancellation policy and the 24/7 desk are the same everywhere.
