A Milan car service booked through Elly8.net is a private chauffeur at a fixed, all-in price agreed before you fly, charged to your card in US dollars. Malpensa (MXP) to the Quadrilatero della Moda starts at US$230 in a business sedan and runs to US$600 in an Executive Sprinter; Linate (LIN) starts at US$110 and Bergamo (BGY) at US$250. The chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you inside arrivals.
Rides in Milan are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. This page covers Milan's three airports and which one you are likely to use, the fashion district and business addresses, the 2026 and 2027 calendar of fashion weeks, the Salone and Monza, the Lake Como day, and a straight comparison with the Malpensa Express, the M4 metro and Milan's fixed taxi fares.
How much is a car service from Malpensa to central Milan?
A fixed Elly8.net transfer from Malpensa (MXP) to central Milan's Quadrilatero della Moda costs from US$230 in a business sedan, US$300 in a business SUV and US$600 in an Executive Sprinter. The price is per vehicle and includes the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.
The Quadrilatero, the streets around Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga, is our reference point because it sits between the Duomo, Brera and Porta Nuova, where most visiting executives and fashion buyers stay. The same fares cover central Milan addresses. A round trip from MXP costs from US$440 in a business sedan to US$1,140 in a Sprinter.
Malpensa is about 47 km (29 mi) from the centre, roughly 51 minutes on a clear road. Morning traffic into the city and evening traffic out can add a great deal to that; the fare stays the same.
Milan's airports: Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo
| Airport | Distance to the Quadrilatero | Clear-road drive | Business Sedan | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Malpensa (MXP) | 47 km / 29 mi | about 51 min | from US$230 | US$405 | US$600 |
| Linate (LIN) | 9 km / 6 mi | about 17 min | from US$110 | US$195 | US$290 |
| Bergamo, Il Caravaggio (BGY) | 55 km / 34 mi | about 53 min | from US$250 | US$440 | US$650 |
Malpensa (MXP). Milan's intercontinental airport, north-west of the city towards Lake Maggiore, is where nonstop flights from North America land. It has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, served by different airlines, so the flight number matters: the chauffeur checks your terminal, tracks the landing and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board after baggage claim. Waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary. Book a Malpensa airport transfer at the fixed fare and read how the meeting works on meet and greet.
Linate (LIN). Milan's city airport, about 9 km (6 mi) east of the centre, handles domestic and European flights, which makes it the quick way in on a connection or a domestic hop from Rome. Transfers to the centre cost from US$110 in a business sedan, US$145 in a business SUV and US$290 in a Sprinter, with round trips from US$210. Arriving by private jet? See private jet and FBO transfers.
Bergamo, Il Caravaggio (BGY). Orio al Serio, east of Milan near Bergamo, handles mainly European flights. Transfers to central Milan cost from US$250 in a business sedan, US$325 in a business SUV and US$650 in a Sprinter, with round trips from US$475. Bergamo's upper town is also a short drive from the airport if you want to start your trip there.
The Quadrilatero, Porta Nuova and Milan's business addresses
Quadrilatero della Moda. Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, Via Sant'Andrea and Via Manzoni hold the flagship stores and several of the city's leading hotels. Streets are narrow and some are pedestrian, so the chauffeur sets you down at the entrance the hotel or boutique uses.
Porta Nuova and the Garibaldi district. The towers around Piazza Gae Aulenti are home to banks, law firms and tech companies. Milano Porta Garibaldi station is next door.
CityLife and Tre Torri. The newer business district west of the centre, close to the old Fiera site, houses corporate offices.
Brera, the Duomo and Galleria. The art district and the cathedral square are where most leisure visitors stay. The Pinacoteca di Brera is here.
Milano Centrale. High-speed trains from Rome, Florence and Venice arrive at Centrale. Book train station transfers or a door-to-door city to city car service to or from our Venice car service.
Area C. Central Milan's congestion charge zone, Area C, is active all year from Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 19.30, excluding public holidays, and the standard daily ticket for a car is €7.50, according to the Comune di Milano. It is one more reason a rental car makes little sense for a few days in the city.
Fashion weeks, Salone del Mobile, La Scala and Monza
Milan's calendar is what fills its hotels. These are the next dates published by the organisers.
- La Scala season opening, 7 December 2026. The Teatro alla Scala opens its season with Verdi's Otello, running from 7 December 2026 to 5 January 2027. Opening night is black tie, and Piazza della Scala is cordoned; pre-book the arrival and the post-performance dinner run.
- Milano Fashion Week Women's, 23 February to 1 March 2027 and 21 to 27 September 2027. The Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana publishes the Autumn/Winter 2027/2028 and Spring/Summer 2028 dates. Shows spread from Brera to Porta Romana and the outskirts, doors close on time, and most editors and buyers book a car by the hour.
- Salone del Mobile.Milano, 13 to 18 April 2027. The 65th edition is at Fiera Milano in Rho, per the Salone, while Milan Design Week events run across Brera, Tortona and Isola. Rho is about 14 km (9 mi) from the centre, roughly 23 minutes on a clear road; an hourly chauffeur covers the fair by day and the city by night.
- Formula 1 Gran Premio d'Italia, 3 to 5 September 2027. The Italian Grand Prix at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, per Formula 1. Monza is about 21 km (13 mi) north of the centre, roughly 34 minutes on a clear road on a normal day; on race weekend the access roads around the park are heavily congested, so leave early and tell us your gate.
Fiera Milano in Rho hosts trade shows most weeks of the year, and football and stadium concerts at San Siro create big exits. See conference transportation, sports event transportation and event transportation. The evening out and event night package costs from US$450 in a business sedan to US$900 in a Sprinter.
Lake Como and other days out from Milan
The signature Milan day trip is 8 hours on Lake Como. Como town is about 49 km (31 mi) from the centre, roughly 47 minutes on a clear road, and Bellagio about 72 km (44 mi), roughly 78 minutes. A typical day drives the western shore past Cernobbio, takes in a villa garden and lunch, and returns along the lake or over the hills. It costs from US$665 in a business sedan, US$850 in a business SUV, US$1,070 in a First Class Sedan and US$1,325 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in. For overnight stays, see our Lake Como car service.
Other days on a full-day chauffeur, from US$665 in a business sedan to US$1,325 in a Sprinter:
- Lugano and the Swiss lakes, about 77 km (48 mi), around 65 minutes on a clear road. Bring passports for the border.
- Bergamo's upper town, close to BGY, or the Franciacorta wine area beyond it. See wine tours.
- The Serravalle Designer Outlet, south of the city towards Genoa.
- St. Moritz, a long drive over the Alps; book it as a one-way transfer to our St. Moritz car service.
In the city, the private city highlights tour costs from US$360 in a business sedan to US$720 in a Sprinter. The Duomo sells timed rooftop tickets and The Last Supper is seen in short slots sold well ahead; set the car to your ticket times. Book Milan car service by the hour at US$90 an hour in a business sedan, US$115 in a business SUV, US$145 in a First Class Sedan or US$180 in a Sprinter, 3-hour minimum.
Malpensa Express, metro, taxi or a pre-booked chauffeur
Milan has strong public links to two of its airports. The Malpensa Express costs €15 one way for an adult, €7.50 for children aged 4 to 13, and takes about 51 minutes from Malpensa to Milano Centrale without changes, with trains to Milano Cadorna as well. From Linate, the M4 metro reaches San Babila on the edge of the Quadrilatero in about 12 minutes on a €2.20 ticket, according to YesMilano, the city's tourism site. Taxis use fixed fares on airport routes set by the Comune di Milano: €114 per ride between Malpensa and any address in Milan and €128 between Bergamo Orio al Serio and Milan, all charges included; Linate rides run on the meter, with a €16 minimum from the airport.
| Option | Price | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Malpensa Express to Centrale | €15 per adult | about 51 min, plus onward trip | Solo travellers near Centrale or Cadorna |
| M4 metro from Linate | €2.20 per person | about 12 min to San Babila | Light bags, central hotels |
| Taxi Malpensa to Milan | €114 fixed per ride | Same roads as any car | Two travellers, no booking |
| Taxi Bergamo to Milan | €128 fixed per ride | Same roads as any car | Spontaneous trips |
| Rideshare app | Varies with demand | Depends on availability | Light travellers comfortable with apps |
| Elly8.net business sedan from MXP | US$230 fixed, per vehicle | Door to door, meet and greet | Families, groups, executives, fashion and fair weeks |
The train is good value for one person with a carry-on staying near a station, and the M4 from Linate is quick and cheap. The fixed Malpensa taxi fare is clear, but the rank queue after a wave of long-haul arrivals and the size of a standard taxi boot both work against families.
The pre-booked car wins on the rest: a chauffeur with your name inside the terminal, child seats already fitted, a Business SUV for four large cases, a Sprinter for a buying team with sample bags, a driver who stays on during show days, and a price fixed in US dollars weeks ahead. Compare in detail on chauffeur vs taxi, Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur and chauffeur vs renting a car.
Corporate travel, roadshows and groups
Milan is home to Italy's stock exchange and to the Italian offices of many international companies. The corporate roadshow day costs from US$810 in a business sedan to US$1,620 in a Sprinter, with the car held between meetings in Porta Nuova, CityLife and the centre. A corporate account adds fixed fares at all three airports, monthly invoicing and NDAs on request. See corporate car service and investor roadshows.
For fashion and design teams, an Executive Sprinter with driver moves people and samples together. Weddings on the lakes and in Milan's palazzi use a First Class Sedan for the couple and Sprinters for guests; see wedding transportation. Travel agents and concierges book on account through travel agent accounts and hotel accounts. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley; see the fleet.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service from Malpensa to Milan?

It includes the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.
Which Milan airport do flights from North America use?
Nonstop flights from the United States and Canada land at Malpensa, about 47 km (29 mi) from the centre. Linate, 9 km (6 mi) away, and Bergamo, 55 km (34 mi) away, handle domestic and European flights, so you may use them for a connection or an onward trip.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Malpensa?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, holding a name board after baggage claim. The chauffeur tracks your flight number, and waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary.
Is the Malpensa Express cheaper than a car?
For one person, yes: €15 and about 51 minutes to Centrale. For two or more travellers with luggage going to a hotel away from the station, a fixed US$230 car door to door is closer in cost than it looks, and it avoids the onward trip.
Can you provide a car for fashion week or the Salone?
Yes. Book by the hour from US$90 with a 3-hour minimum, or a corporate roadshow day from US$810, and the chauffeur stays with you between shows, showrooms, Fiera Milano in Rho and dinner. Send the schedule through the web booker.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Ask for child or booster seats when you book and give the children's ages, and the partner fits them before pickup. A Business SUV or Sprinter fits seats, a stroller and transatlantic luggage.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less a 10% fee applies, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds return to the original card.
Do you offer corporate accounts in Milan?
Yes. Corporate accounts include fixed fares at Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo, roadshow days, monthly invoicing and NDAs on request. The same account books Rome, Florence, Venice and our other cities in Europe and North America.
