What to include in your message
The more of this we have, the faster we can confirm:
- Pickup date and time, with the time zone if you are writing from another country.
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the airport and hotel names, plus any stops on the way.
- Flight number for an airport pickup, or the tail number and FBO for a private aircraft.
- Passengers and bags, including golf bags, skis, strollers or anything oversized.
- Child seats, with the age and weight of each child.
- Vehicle preference, if you have one: see the fleet.
- Your receipt number, if you are writing about an existing booking.
For groups over 12, coaches, weddings and multi-day itineraries, send the full schedule and headcount and the desk will come back with vehicles and a fixed price. Companies, travel advisors and hotels can open an account on the corporate, travel agent or hotel sign-up pages.
