Your client lands at Charles de Gaulle after an overnight flight from Chicago. The hotel is booked, the restaurant is booked, and the one piece of the trip that can still go wrong is the first hour on the ground. A pre-booked chauffeur with a name board, a fixed price and a desk that tracks the flight is the part of the itinerary clients remember when it works and never forgive when it does not.
The Elly8.net travel agent program lets you book that hour, and every other ground leg, in 141 cities from one account. You quote your client a price that will not change, the confirmation can carry your agency's name, and our 24/7 desk handles the operational detail so you are not the one answering calls at 6 a.m.
How does the travel agent program work?
You open a free agency account, then book transfers, hourly chauffeurs and day trips for clients in any of 141 cities at fixed, all-in prices. You are paid either through net rates or through commission, with the model confirmed at sign-up. Confirmations can be issued in your agency's name, and our 24/7 desk supports every ride.
The steps are simple:
- Sign up with your agency details and, if you have them, your IATA, CLIA, TICO or ASTA numbers.
- We confirm your account and your earnings model, net rates or commission, by email.
- Book through the desk or the web booker with your client's name, flight number and pickup details.
- Your client travels with flight tracking, meet and greet inside arrivals and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
Net rates or commission, confirmed at sign-up
Agencies work in different ways. Some prefer net rates so they can build ground transport into a package price. Others prefer to book at the published price and earn a commission. We offer both, and the model for your agency is confirmed in writing when your account is approved, so there is no ambiguity before your first booking.
Either way, the starting point is the same fixed, all-in price published on our city pages. That price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, the standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Your client never sees a surge, a meter or a tip request at the kerb.
IATA, CLIA, TICO and ASTA numbers welcome
If your agency holds an IATA code, CLIA membership, registration with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario or membership of the American Society of Travel Advisors, add the numbers to your sign-up. They help us verify your agency quickly. Independent advisors and host-agency members are welcome too; tell us how you are set up and we will confirm the right account type.
Booking for your clients
You book in your client's name, with their flight number and mobile number, and choose who receives the chauffeur details: you, the client, or both. For a family, add the child seats needed at the time of booking. For a group, choose a Business SUV or an Executive Sprinter and we size the vehicle to the luggage, not just the passenger count.
Typical bookings our agency partners make:
- Arrival transfers from the airport to the hotel, with a name board in arrivals.
- Departure transfers timed to the client's check-in window.
- Hourly chauffeurs for a shopping afternoon, a museum day or a business day, with a 3-hour minimum.
- Signature day trips such as the Champagne houses from Paris, Windsor and the Cotswolds from London, or Niagara Falls from Toronto.
- Cruise and rail connections through our cruise port transfers and train station transfers.
White-label confirmations
Clients trust the agent who planned the trip. On request, confirmations for your bookings can be issued in your agency's name, without Elly8.net branding in the client-facing message, so the transfer reads as part of your itinerary. Tell us at sign-up whether you want this and which contact details should appear.
FIT and groups
For FIT clients, the value is precision: one couple, the right car, met inside arrivals and taken straight to the hotel. For groups, it is coordination. The desk can schedule several vehicles against one rooming list or flight manifest, stagger pickups around different arrival times and keep one reference for the whole movement. Our group transportation and Sprinter van with driver pages explain the options, and wedding limousine bookings are common for destination weddings.
Europe for North American clients
A large share of agency bookings are North American clients travelling to Europe. They want the experience they know from home: a quoted price in US dollars, a clear meeting point and someone who answers in English at any hour. That is how every European city on Elly8.net is set up.
| European airport transfer | Business Sedan | Business SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Heathrow (LHR) to Mayfair, London | US$195 | US$255 | US$510 |
| Gatwick (LGW) to Mayfair, London | US$340 | US$445 | US$885 |
| London City (LCY) to Mayfair | US$155 | US$205 | US$405 |
| Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to the 8th arrondissement, Paris | US$170 | US$225 | US$445 |
| Orly (ORY) to the 8th arrondissement, Paris | US$135 | US$180 | US$355 |
Beyond the capitals, the network covers Rome, Amalfi Coast and Naples, Lake Como, Nice, Monaco and Barcelona, and more than 30 other European cities, so an itinerary that moves from London to Paris to the Riviera can be booked through one account. The full list is on the Europe hub.
Who operates the rides
Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. In every other city, rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, with Elly8.net taking the booking, fixing the price and running the 24/7 desk. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley.
Elly8.net is a member of Limousine Worldwide Directory, Limousine Association International, Hotels Worldwide Directory and Vacations Worldwide Directory. Elly8.net books the car only; for flights and hotels our partner is BookingWorldwide.net.
Frequently asked questions
Do you pay commission or offer net rates?
Both models are available. Some agencies prefer net rates to build transfers into package pricing; others book at the published price and earn commission. The model for your agency is confirmed in writing at sign-up, before your first booking, so you know exactly how each ride is settled.
Is an IATA number required to join?
No. IATA, CLIA, TICO and ASTA numbers are welcome because they speed up verification, but independent advisors and host-agency members can also join. Tell us how your business is set up on the sign-up form and the desk will confirm the right account.
Can confirmations show my agency's name?
Yes, on request. Client-facing confirmations can be issued in your agency's name, so the transfer reads as part of your itinerary. Let us know at sign-up which agency name and contact details should appear. Your clients still receive the chauffeur's details before pickup, and our 24/7 desk supports the ride behind the scenes.
What happens if my client's flight is delayed?
Every airport pickup is flight tracked. The chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time and complimentary waiting applies after a tracked landing, so a delayed flight does not mean a missed pickup or an extra charge for the delay itself.
What is the cancellation policy for agency bookings?
The standard policy applies: free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go to the original card. See the cancellation policy.
Can agents book child seats and groups?
Yes. Child seats are available on request; add them when you book. For groups, choose an SUV or Executive Sprinter, or ask the desk to schedule several vehicles against your rooming list or flight manifest under one reference. Larger movements are confirmed by email with every vehicle listed.
