The 127th Army-Navy Game kicks off at 3:00 p.m. Eastern on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and will be televised on CBS, according to Army West Point Athletics. The game draws cadets, midshipmen, alumni, families, service members and corporate hosts from across the country to one stadium on one afternoon.
East Rutherford is outside the Elly8.net city list, so we book the game from New York: most visitors stay in Manhattan, and the stadium is about 9 miles (14 km) from Midtown, roughly 18 minutes on a clear road on our routing. Elly8.net books the day as a fixed-price plan: a chauffeur who meets you at Newark, Teterboro, LaGuardia or JFK, a car from your hotel to the stadium's designated drop-off area, waiting through the game, and the drive back when the lots empty. Prices are all-in, and the 24/7 desk stays on the booking all day.
What is the best way to get to the Army-Navy Game at MetLife Stadium?
For a family or a group, book a full-day chauffeur from Manhattan: the car drops you in MetLife's designated drop-off area between Lots D and E, waits through the game and collects you there afterwards. Solo fans with no bags can take NJ Transit's Meadowlands Rail from Secaucus Junction or the 351 bus from the Port Authority, when they run.
MetLife Stadium sits in the Meadowlands, surrounded by parking lots and highways rather than a street grid. On a big game day the trip is short in miles and long in time: traffic from Manhattan funnels through the Lincoln Tunnel and onto Route 3, lots fill early, and when the game ends tens of thousands of people leave at once. A pre-booked chauffeur turns that into a known plan. The chauffeur knows the drop-off zone, holds the car through the game and is waiting at the agreed point when you walk out, while app riders queue at the rideshare lot.

Game-day logistics at MetLife Stadium
MetLife publishes its rules for cars, black cars and buses on its general event parking page. The ones that matter for your plan:
| Item | MetLife Stadium guidance |
|---|---|
| Lot opening | Lots typically open 5 hours before the event and close 2 hours after it ends; hours can vary by event |
| Prepaid parking | Pre-paid permits for non-NFL events through ParkWhiz; parking is also payable on arrival |
| Taxi and limo drop-off and pickup | The designated area between parking Lots D and E |
| Rideshare drop-off | The roadway between Lots D and E |
| Rideshare pickup | Lot E |
| Black cars and limousines | Not permitted to occupy lined parking spaces unless single-spaced in size |
| Charter buses | Parking Lot L |
For a 3:00 p.m. kickoff, that means lots opening around 10 a.m., which is when tailgaters arrive. Your chauffeur uses the designated drop-off and pickup area between Lots D and E, so you are not hunting for a space or walking from a far lot. Tell the desk if your group has tickets for a tailgate or hospitality area and we plan the timing around it; check the stadium's event page for the final 2026 game-day details, because hours can change.
Arriving for the game: Newark, Teterboro, LaGuardia and JFK
Fixed airport fares on the New York price list run to Midtown Manhattan, where most visitors stay. For hotels in New Jersey, or a direct airport-to-stadium ride, enter the route in the web booker for a fixed quote.
| Airport | To Midtown (clear road) | To MetLife Stadium (clear road, our routing) | Business Sedan | Business SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Newark (EWR) | about 19 mi (31 km), 34 min | about 13 mi (21 km), 24 min | US$215 | US$280 | US$560 |
| Teterboro (TEB) | about 12 mi (20 km), 25 min | about 5 mi (8 km), 11 min | US$170 | US$225 | US$445 |
| LaGuardia (LGA) | about 9 mi (14 km), 17 min | about 17 mi (27 km), 34 min | US$145 | US$190 | US$380 |
| JFK | about 18 mi (29 km), 29 min | about 26 mi (41 km), 47 min | US$210 | US$275 | US$550 |
Prices are per vehicle to Midtown, all-in. Newark and Teterboro are the closest airports to the stadium, and Teterboro is a private aviation airport a few miles from the Meadowlands; for private flights, give us the tail number or FBO and the chauffeur meets the aircraft as the handler directs. See private jet and FBO transfers.
Give us your flight number when you book. The chauffeur tracks the landing and meets you inside with a name board, and waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary. Child seats are available on request. For how airport pickups work, see airport transfers and meet and greet.
The game-day plan: a full-day chauffeur
A 3:00 p.m. kickoff makes for a long day, and the full-day chauffeur package (8 hours) is the right fit for most visitors.
Late morning. Pickup at the Manhattan hotel around 11 a.m. to noon, depending on your tailgate or hospitality plans. The chauffeur allows for the Lincoln Tunnel and Route 3, which are slow on game days.
Arrival. Drop-off in the designated area between Lots D and E. You walk to the gates; the car holds as the stadium directs.
After the final whistle. The crowd leaves together. You walk back to the drop-off and pickup area, the chauffeur confirms the exact meeting point by message, and the car heads back to Manhattan once traffic starts moving. The desk times the return to avoid the worst of the exit queue, and the drive back to the hotel is part of the same booking.
In New York the full-day chauffeur costs from US$775 in a business sedan to US$1,550 in an Executive Sprinter, with First Class sedans and SUVs in between. If you skip the tailgate and arrive close to kickoff, the five-hour evening out and event night package, from US$525 to US$1,050, can be enough; and hourly chauffeur service costs from US$105 an hour in a business sedan to US$210 in a Sprinter, three hours minimum. Extra time beyond any package is billed at the hourly rate, and tunnel and bridge tolls and any parking are billed at cost.
Families, alumni groups and corporate hosts
The Army-Navy Game is a family and alumni occasion, and many visitors travel in groups: parents of cadets and midshipmen, class reunions, veterans' groups and companies hosting clients. An Executive Sprinter keeps a group of up to six or seven with coats and bags together all day, so nobody is left at the rideshare lot in December cold. For larger parties the desk books several vehicles on one confirmation with one coordinator number. Charter buses use MetLife's Lot L; for big groups, tell us the size and we advise the right mix. See sports event and game-day transportation, Sprinter van with driver and group transportation.
Companies hosting guests can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing, and travel advisers and alumni-trip organisers can book through travel agent accounts. For senior officials and government guests, NDAs are available on request and the desk coordinates with the guest's own protective detail; Elly8.net books chauffeured cars and is not a security company. See government and diplomatic transportation.
The chauffeur follows New York and New Jersey rules on what can be carried in the vehicle; keep the tailgate in the lot.
Honest alternatives: NJ Transit rail, the 351 bus, rideshare and driving
For some fans, public transport is the right answer, and we say so. MetLife's public transportation page sets out the options.
NJ Transit Meadowlands Rail. NJ Transit operates Meadowlands Rail service for events with anticipated attendance above 50,000. Trains run from Secaucus Junction to the stadium station in about 10 minutes, from a few hours before kickoff until a couple of hours after the game.
The 351 Meadowlands Express bus. Coach USA runs the 351 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to the sports complex, starting two and a half hours before the game and running about an hour after it ends, with drop-off and pickup in Lot K.
Rideshare and taxis. Rideshare drops off on the roadway between Lots D and E and picks up in Lot E. After the game, demand is high and so are app prices.
Taxis from the airports. At Newark, the Port Authority publishes taxi zone fares for trips into Manhattan, a good option for one or two travellers with light bags heading to the hotel first.
Driving yourself. Possible, with prepaid or on-arrival parking, but you drive the Lincoln Tunnel and Route 3 both ways and wait in the exit queue.
| Option | Price | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| NJ Transit rail via Secaucus | NJ Transit fare | Solo fans, light bags | Runs only when attendance thresholds are met; crowded after the game |
| 351 bus from Port Authority | Coach USA fare | Midtown fans on a budget | Limited service window |
| Rideshare | Set by the app at request time | Arrivals off-peak | Post-game surge and the Lot E queue |
| Elly8.net full-day chauffeur | From US$775 for 8 hours, fixed | Families, groups, hosts, older fans | Book early for December 12 |
A pre-booked chauffeur wins for families with children or older relatives, for groups, for hosts with clients, and for anyone who does not want to face Secaucus or the Lot E queue at 7 p.m. in December. See chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft and chauffeur vs car rental.
