Las Vegas runs on arrivals: flights landing all night, conventions that bring a city's worth of visitors at once, fight nights, race week and New Year's Eve. Elly8.net books a Las Vegas limo service and car service at fixed, all-in prices, from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to the Las Vegas Strip from US$125 in a Business Sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter, with the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet included.
Rides in Las Vegas are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. The price you reserve is the price you pay, whether you land on a quiet Tuesday or during CES.
How much is a car service from Harry Reid Airport to the Strip?
A pre-booked car service from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to the Las Vegas Strip costs from US$125 in a Business Sedan, US$165 in a Business SUV, US$200 in a First Class SUV, US$220 in a First Class Sedan and US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. Prices are fixed and all-in, with meet and greet and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
The routed distance from LAS to the centre of the Strip is about 9 mi (14 km), and the drive time we plan for is around 39 minutes, because the airport roads, the connector tunnels and the hotel driveways all take time. The airport notes lane closures in the northbound and southbound airport connector tunnels through December 2026 for repaving, so allow extra time this year. A round trip, LAS to the Strip and back on your departure day, is listed from US$240 in a Business Sedan to US$620 in an Executive Sprinter.
Airports: Harry Reid, Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas
| Airport | Distance to the Strip | Clear-road drive | One-way fixed price |
|---|---|---|---|
| LAS (Harry Reid International) | about 9 mi (14 km) | about 39 min | from US$125 to US$325 |
| HND (Henderson Executive) | about 13 mi (21 km) | about 21 min | from US$155 to US$405 |
| VGT (North Las Vegas) | about 8 mi (13 km) | about 17 min | from US$125 to US$325 |
Harry Reid International (LAS)
LAS has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, joined by a courtesy shuttle. According to the airport's taxi and ride share page, app-based ride pickups are on Level 2 of the parking garage at Terminal 1 and on the Valet Level of the parking garage at Terminal 3. Taxis wait outside baggage claim on the east side of Terminal 1, near doors 1 to 4, and on Level Zero near door 52 at Terminal 3. When several flights land together, those garage levels and taxi lines fill fast.
With a pre-booked Harry Reid Airport car service, you skip the walk to the garage. The partner chauffeur tracks the flight, waits inside arrivals with a name board and walks you and your bags to the car. Complimentary waiting starts from the tracked landing, so a late flight or a slow bag belt does not change the fixed price within the included time.
Henderson Executive (HND) and North Las Vegas (VGT): private aviation
Private jets serving Las Vegas often use Henderson Executive Airport, south of the Strip near Henderson and the southern resorts, or North Las Vegas Airport, north-west of Downtown. A private jet and FBO car service from HND to the Strip is listed from US$155 in a Business Sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter; from VGT it is from US$125 to US$325. Round trips are listed from US$295 for HND and US$240 for VGT. Tell us the FBO and tail number, and the chauffeur meets you at the aircraft's FBO. NDAs are available on request.
The Strip, Downtown and the resorts beyond
Our price list is set to the centre of the Strip. The web booker gives a fixed quote to any other address:
- The South Strip: the resorts near Tropicana Avenue and Mandalay Bay, the closest hotels to the airport and to Allegiant Stadium.
- The Center Strip: the big resorts between Flamingo Road and Spring Mountain Road, plus T-Mobile Arena and the Sphere just off the boulevard.
- The North Strip: the resorts near the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Fontainebleau end of the boulevard.
- Downtown and Fremont Street: the original casino district and the Arts District.
- Summerlin and Red Rock: the western suburbs, the resort casinos and Red Rock Canyon.
- Henderson and Lake Las Vegas: the southern resorts and golf communities, close to HND.
Hotel porte cocheres on the Strip are busy places, and each resort has its own rules for where private cars wait. The chauffeur knows the arrival area at your hotel and will confirm the exact pickup spot with you. For a night that moves between resorts, an hourly chauffeur in Las Vegas is listed from US$95 an hour in a Business Sedan to US$190 an hour in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum.
CES, race week, the NFR and the convention calendar
F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix: November 19-21, 2026. The Las Vegas Grand Prix runs on a street circuit along the Strip, with practice, qualifying and a Saturday-night race on November 21. Race week changes how the city moves: parts of Las Vegas Boulevard and nearby streets are used for the circuit, and crossing the Strip can take far longer than usual. The desk plans routes and pickup points around the circuit and confirms them with you each day. The Nevada Taxicab Authority approves special event surcharges for recurring events such as race week and New Year's Eve, which is one more reason to fix your price in advance.
National Finals Rodeo: December 3-12, 2026. The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo brings ten nights of rodeo to the Thomas and Mack Center, and the city fills with western events around it.
CES 2027: January 6-9, 2027. CES is the year's biggest test of Las Vegas transport, with exhibitors and visitors spread across the convention centre and resort venues. Book cars well ahead. Teams often keep an Executive Sprinter by the hour, at US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, for daily loops between hotels, the show floor and client dinners. Our conference and trade show transportation page explains how we plan show weeks.
The Las Vegas Convention Center. The LVCVA owns and operates the 4.6 million square-foot Las Vegas Convention Center, which hosts trade shows throughout the year. For any big show, set your pickup time and location with the desk the day before; show-day kerbs are crowded and change by hall.
Shows, the Sphere and Allegiant Stadium
The Sphere. Sphere hosts residencies and immersive shows. Show nights draw large crowds at one time, so the chauffeur waits at an agreed spot and you walk straight to the car.
Allegiant Stadium. Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders, also hosts concerts, college football and major events. Stadium traffic on Interstate 15 and the surrounding streets builds quickly after the final whistle; a pre-arranged pickup point avoids the wait. See sports event transportation.
Fights, residencies and nights out. T-Mobile Arena, the resort theatres and the clubs give Las Vegas a packed event calendar on most weekends. An evening out and event night package runs from US$475 in a Business Sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, and a First Class Sedan, from US$775 for the evening, is the usual choice for a dinner and a show. For a larger group, see party bus rental with driver and Sprinter van with driver.
Weddings, bachelor parties and celebrations
Las Vegas weddings range from chapel ceremonies to resort ballrooms and desert locations. Our wedding limousine and guest shuttles service handles the couple's car, guest transfers between hotels and the ride to the reception. For bachelor and bachelorette weekends, an Executive Sprinter keeps the group together for the night, at a fixed hourly price. The chauffeur follows Nevada and local rules on passengers and alcohol in the vehicle.
Sightseeing and the Hoover Dam day trip
A private city highlights tour, from US$380 in a Business Sedan to US$760 in an Executive Sprinter, covers the Strip, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, Downtown and the Fremont Street area, at your own pace. Visit Las Vegas, the official visitor site, has the show and event calendar.
The signature day trip is Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, a 6-hour package from US$525 in a Business Sedan, US$665 in a Business SUV, US$805 in a First Class SUV and US$860 in a First Class Sedan, up to US$1,050 in an Executive Sprinter. The route heads south-east past Henderson and Boulder City to Hoover Dam, run by the Bureau of Reclamation, with time at the visitor centre and the dam crest. Many guests add the shoreline and viewpoints of Lake Mead National Recreation Area, whose headquarters are in Boulder City. The desert is hot for much of the year, so carry water; the chauffeur handles the driving and waits at each stop.
A full-day chauffeur is listed from US$700 in a Business Sedan to US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter, for longer routes such as Red Rock Canyon and the Valley of Fire, or a day split between golf and dinner.
Corporate travel and roadshows
Las Vegas corporate travel is built around trade shows, incentive trips and resort meetings. A corporate roadshow day is listed from US$855 in a Business Sedan to US$1,710 in an Executive Sprinter, with one chauffeur and one car for the whole schedule. Our corporate car service handles executive arrivals, client entertainment and VIP transfers between resorts, and a corporate account adds monthly invoicing and saved traveller profiles. Travel agents and hotel concierges can open accounts too.
Elly8.net vs taxi vs Uber and Lyft vs bus in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is the rare city where the taxi flat fares are published, so the comparison is easy to check.
| Option | Price | Time and reliability | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| RTC bus (Route 108, Red Line) | Standard RTC fare | Stops at Terminal 1 Level Zero; Terminal 3 via the shuttle | Solo traveller with time, light bag |
| Taxi, airport to Strip zones | About US$22.25, US$26.25 or US$30.25 by zone, plus US$3.00 card fee | Taxi lines outside baggage claim, surcharges on special events | One or two people, no booking |
| Uber and Lyft (incl. Uber Black) | Dynamic, changes with demand | Pickup in the parking garage, surge at peaks | Flexible solo trips off-peak |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan, LAS to the Strip | US$125 fixed, all-in | Flight tracked, chauffeur inside arrivals | Groups, events, conventions, VIP arrivals |
The Nevada Taxicab Authority publishes approximate flat zone fares from the airport to the Strip: about US$22.25 to Zone 1 (Sunset Road north to Tropicana Avenue), US$26.25 to Zone 2 (Tropicana north to Flamingo) and US$30.25 to Zone 3 (Flamingo north to the Stratosphere), with a 3% excise tax and a US$3.00 credit or debit card fee. For one or two people with light bags, a taxi is good value, and the RTC public bus is the cheapest option of all.
A pre-booked chauffeur wins when you are a group with luggage, when you land late into a long taxi line, during CES or race week when demand and surcharges climb, for VIP and client arrivals, and for families who need child seats (available on request). See Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur and black car vs limousine.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo or car service from Las Vegas airport to the Strip?
From Harry Reid International to the Strip, the fixed one-way price runs from US$125 in a Business Sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. It includes the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. A round trip is listed from US$240.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Harry Reid Airport?
The chauffeur waits inside the arrivals area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board and walks you to the car, so you do not need to find the rideshare level of the parking garage. Include your flight number when you book and the desk confirms the meeting point for your terminal.
Can you pick up a private jet at Henderson or North Las Vegas?
Yes. HND to the Strip is listed from US$155 in a Business Sedan, and VGT to the Strip from US$125. Give us the FBO and tail number when you book and the chauffeur meets you at the FBO. NDAs are available on request.
Should a car be booked ahead for CES or the Grand Prix?
Yes, as early as you can. CES 2027 runs January 6-9, and the Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19-21, 2026, with the race on Saturday night. Both weeks bring the city's heaviest demand for cars, and race week also changes routes around the Strip. A booking made ahead locks in your fixed price.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Every airport pickup is flight-tracked, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. A late flight or a slow bag belt does not change the fixed price within the included time. Waiting beyond the included time is billed at cost, and the desk will let you know before that applies.
How does the Hoover Dam day trip work?
It is a 6-hour package from US$525 in a Business Sedan to US$1,050 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur collects you at your hotel, drives out past Boulder City to Hoover Dam, waits during your visit and can add Lake Mead viewpoints before the drive back to the Strip.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seats are fitted before pickup. Families arriving at LAS often pair this with a Business SUV, from US$165, for the extra luggage.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less, 10% applies; at 48 hours or less, 50%; and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, 100%. Refunds go back to the original card. For convention weeks and race week, book early to keep your flexibility.
