Scottsdale runs on resort time and event time. Most visitors land at Phoenix Sky Harbor, about 10 miles (16 km) from Old Town, and private aircraft use Scottsdale Airport on the north side of the city, also about 10 miles (16 km) out. On a clear road either drive takes around 20 minutes. During WM Phoenix Open week, Barrett-Jackson or a spring training weekend, the same drive can take far longer, and the curb at the resort or the course is where most of the waiting happens.
Elly8.net books chauffeured sedans, SUVs and Sprinters in Scottsdale at fixed, all-in prices. PHX or Scottsdale Airport to Old Town starts at US$140 in a Business Sedan and runs to US$365 in an Executive Sprinter. Hourly service starts at US$100 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. You see the full price before you pay, and it does not move with traffic, the hour or demand.
How much is a limo or car service from Phoenix airport to Scottsdale?
A pre-booked Elly8.net car from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) to Old Town Scottsdale costs US$140 in a Business Sedan, US$185 in a Business SUV, US$225 in a First Class SUV, US$245 in a First Class Sedan and US$365 in an Executive Sprinter. The price is per vehicle, fixed and all-in, including taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet.
The same prices apply from Scottsdale Airport (SDL) to Old Town. A round trip from either airport runs from US$270 in a Business Sedan to US$695 in an Executive Sprinter. Resorts further north, such as those near TPC Scottsdale or in the McDowell foothills, are quoted by the web booker the moment you enter the address, and the quote is fixed once you reserve.
Each price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, the standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Every route is listed in the Scottsdale fares panel, and the all prices and packages page shows every Elly8.net city side by side.
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) to Scottsdale
Sky Harbor has two passenger terminals in use, Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. The free PHX Sky Train links them to each other, to the Rental Car Center and to the 44th Street light rail station. Your chauffeur tracks the flight number you give at booking, so an early or late arrival is absorbed. On an airport pickup, the chauffeur meets you inside arrivals at baggage claim with a name board, helps with bags and walks you to the car at the curb.
The drive is about 19 minutes on a clear road, on the Loop 202 and the Loop 101 or straight up Scottsdale Road, depending on where in the city you are staying. Late afternoon traffic on the 101 and event days at the north end of the city stretch that out. Because the price is fixed, the extra time does not change what you pay.
Complimentary waiting after a tracked landing is included. If your bags are slow, or customs holds you on an international arrival into Terminal 4, the chauffeur waits without a meter running. You can book this as one leg or as a round trip from US$270, and our airport transfer service page explains the pickup routine in more detail.
Scottsdale Airport (SDL) and private jet arrivals
Scottsdale Airport is a city-run general aviation airport at 15000 N. Airport Drive, inside the Scottsdale Airpark business district. The city describes it as the eighth-busiest single-runway general aviation facility in the United States, and it offers U.S. Customs service for international arrivals. There is no airline terminal, so the pickup is at the FBO lobby or planside, depending on the operator's rules.
For private flights, give us the tail number, the FBO and your estimated arrival. The chauffeur waits at the FBO and the desk watches the flight. SDL to Old Town is about 10 miles (16 km) and around 20 minutes, priced exactly like PHX: from US$140 in a Business Sedan to US$365 in an Executive Sprinter. Many SDL passengers book a First Class SUV at US$225 or a First Class Sedan at US$245. See private jet and FBO car service for how we handle tail numbers, crew pickups and NDAs on request.

Old Town, the resorts and where people actually stay
Old Town Scottsdale is the centre we use for distances. It holds the galleries of the Arts District, the restaurant and bar streets around Scottsdale Road, and Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Valley's luxury mall, where a chauffeur can wait while you shop. Evenings in Old Town are walkable, but getting back to a resort is not, which is why the evening packages exist.
The resort corridors spread north and east. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess sits next to TPC Scottsdale; The Phoenician and Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain sit on the Camelback side, closer to Phoenix. Gainey Ranch, McCormick Ranch, the Kierland area and the north Scottsdale golf communities each add distance and time. Give us the resort name at booking and the chauffeur knows which entrance to use.
For a group dinner in Old Town and a ride home to the resort, the evening out and event night package runs from US$500 in a Business Sedan to US$1,000 in an Executive Sprinter. For a day of golf, spa and lunch moves, the hourly chauffeur is simpler: US$100 to US$200 an hour depending on the vehicle, 3-hour minimum, and the car stays with you.
WM Phoenix Open week at TPC Scottsdale
The WM Phoenix Open is scheduled for February 8-14, 2027, at TPC Scottsdale. It draws some of the largest crowds in golf, and the tournament runs parking shuttles from remote lots. Roads around the course are busy from early morning, and hospitality guests often have three stops in a day: resort, course, dinner.
That is a job for an hourly booking rather than a string of single rides. A Business SUV at US$125 an hour or a First Class SUV at US$150 an hour holds the car for you; the chauffeur drops you where traffic control allows and is waiting when you call. Book early for this week, because Scottsdale's chauffeur supply is shared with every corporate tent on the course. Our sports event transportation page has more on tournament logistics.
Barrett-Jackson, spring training and other demand weeks
Barrett-Jackson holds its Scottsdale collector car auction January 23-31, 2027, at WestWorld of Scottsdale, with nine days of live auction this edition. Bidders and consignors tend to need cars that wait through long sessions and then move to dinner. A full-day chauffeur, from US$740 in a Business Sedan to US$1,475 in an Executive Sprinter, covers a long auction day.
Cactus League spring training opens February 19, 2027. In Scottsdale, Salt River Fields at Talking Stick is home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies, and Scottsdale Stadium is home to the San Francisco Giants. An afternoon game followed by dinner fits the event night package, and families can request child seats at booking.
The same month brings the 2027 NBA All-Star Game to Phoenix on February 21, with events from February 19 at Mortgage Matchup Center downtown. Expect Scottsdale and Phoenix demand to overlap that weekend. Our Phoenix car service page covers the downtown side.
Taliesin West, Sedona and private tours
Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West runs timed tours on the desert edge of north Scottsdale. A car that drops you at the entrance and waits through the tour is easier than parking or hunting for a rideshare out there. The private city highlights tour, from US$400 in a Business Sedan to US$800 in an Executive Sprinter, can combine it with Old Town and a Camelback viewpoint.
The signature day trip is Sedona's red rock country, about 120 miles (190 km) north. Our Sedona day trip package runs 10 hours and is priced from US$920 in a Business Sedan, US$1,150 in a Business SUV and US$1,380 in a First Class SUV, to US$1,840 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur drives, waits at trailheads, galleries and lunch, and brings you back after sunset. Visit Sedona lists trail rules and parking requirements before you go.
Bachelorette weekends, weddings and nights out
Scottsdale is one of the busiest celebration-weekend cities in the West, and Old Town is where those weekends end up. For a group, an Executive Sprinter on the evening package at US$1,000 keeps everyone together and gets them home. Your chauffeur follows Arizona's rules on what can and cannot happen in the vehicle, and there is no exception for a celebration. Larger groups can look at our party bus rental page.
Weddings at the resorts and desert venues need timing more than glamour: guests from three hotels, a couple who must arrive last, and a ride out at the end of the night. Our wedding limousine page explains how to set up a guest shuttle loop with a Sprinter van with driver and a separate sedan for the couple.
Corporate travel, conferences and roadshows
Scottsdale's resorts host a steady run of incentive trips, board retreats and industry conferences, and the Airpark around SDL is a business district of its own. A corporate roadshow day, from US$900 in a Business Sedan to US$1,800 in an Executive Sprinter, covers a full day of meetings across Scottsdale, Tempe and downtown Phoenix with one chauffeur.
Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing, traveller profiles and one confirmation format in every city. Event planners booking a resort conference can see our corporate car service and conference transportation pages. Travel agents and hotels can open their own accounts too.
Elly8.net vs taxi vs rideshare vs public transport
Sky Harbor publishes its taxi rates: US$7 for the first mile, US$2.60 for each additional mile, US$36 an hour for traffic delay and an US$18 minimum, the same for every company and every passenger count. At those rates a 10-mile trip to Old Town meters at about US$30 before delay time and tip. That is well under our US$140 sedan, and for one traveller with a carry-on landing mid-afternoon, a taxi is a sensible choice. Taxis load at the north curb outside door 7 at Terminal 3, and on Level 1 at Terminal 4.
Rideshare (Uber and Lyft, including premium tiers such as Uber Black) picks up at marked outer curbs at both terminals. Prices change with demand and climb during big event weeks. Public transport is a weak option for Scottsdale: Valley Metro Rail, which connects at the PHX Sky Train's 44th Street station, serves Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa rather than Scottsdale.
| Option | Price PHX to Old Town | Meeting point | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Taxi (PHX published rates) | about US$30 metered, plus delay time and tip | taxi curb, door 7 at Terminal 3 | one traveller, light bag, off-peak |
| Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Uber Black) | varies, rises with demand | rideshare curb | short notice, ordinary days |
| Valley Metro Rail | does not serve Scottsdale | 44th Street station | Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa trips |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$140 fixed, gratuity included | inside arrivals with a name board | late flights, families, event weeks |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$365 fixed for the vehicle | inside arrivals with a name board | groups and golf bags |
A pre-booked chauffeur wins on late-night landings, families with child seats, golf bags, groups splitting one fixed price, tournament and auction weeks when rideshare prices climb, and for anyone who wants a person waiting rather than a pin on a map. Our pages on chauffeur vs taxi and Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur go through the trade-offs honestly.

No. SDL to Old Town Scottsdale is priced the same as PHX, from US$140 in a Business Sedan to US$365 in an Executive Sprinter, and round trips run from US$270 to US$695. For private flights, give us the tail number and the FBO so the chauffeur waits in the right lobby and the desk can watch your arrival.
Where does the chauffeur meet you at Phoenix Sky Harbor?
Inside arrivals at baggage claim in Terminal 3 or Terminal 4, holding a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight, so delays are covered, and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing is included. Once you have your bags, the chauffeur walks you to the car at the curb.
Can you book a car for the whole day at the WM Phoenix Open?
Yes. Hourly service runs from US$100 an hour in a Business Sedan to US$200 an hour in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum, and the full-day chauffeur package starts at US$740. The car stays with you between the resort, the course and dinner. Book early for tournament week, February 8-14, 2027.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seat is fitted before pickup. Families landing late with car seats and luggage are one of the clearest cases where a pre-booked car beats a taxi line.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less it is 50%, and at 24 hours or less, or for a no-show, it is 100%. Refunds go back to the original card.
Can a group of friends book a Sprinter for a night in Old Town?
Yes. The evening out and event night package in an Executive Sprinter is US$1,000 and keeps the group together from the resort to dinner, Old Town and back. The chauffeur follows Arizona's local rules on conduct and drinks in the vehicle, so plan the celebration around the venues.
Do you offer corporate accounts in Scottsdale?
Yes. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing, saved traveller profiles and the same fixed prices, and the corporate roadshow day runs from US$900 in a Business Sedan to US$1,800 in an Executive Sprinter. NDAs are available on request for confidential visits and board retreats.
