A Muskoka car service from Toronto Pearson through Elly8.net costs US$430 in a business sedan to Bracebridge and the lakes, US$560 in a Business SUV and US$1,120 in an Executive Sprinter, fixed and all-in. Pearson is about 182 km (113 mi) from Bracebridge, roughly two hours and 25 minutes on a clear road up Highway 400 and Highway 11, and the drive is the reason people book: nobody wants to start a cottage week behind the wheel after an overnight flight.
Rides in Muskoka are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Prices are quoted in US dollars and charged to your card in US$, which keeps things simple for American families who own or rent cottages on the lakes.
How much is a car service from Toronto Pearson to Muskoka?
From Toronto Pearson to Bracebridge and the lakes, a Business Sedan is US$430, a Business SUV US$560, a First Class Sedan US$755, a First Class SUV US$690 and an Executive Sprinter US$1,120, fixed and all-in. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost; the standard route on Highway 400 has no tolls.

Pearson to cottage country: what the drive is really like
From Pearson, the chauffeur takes Highway 427 or 409 to Highway 400, north past Barrie, then Highway 11 to Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and on toward Huntsville. On a clear road it is about 144 minutes to Bracebridge. The famous variable is cottage traffic: Friday afternoons northbound and Sunday afternoons southbound on summer weekends and holiday Mondays can add an hour or more, and winter snow belts around Barrie and north of Orillia slow everything.
That is why the fixed price matters. The fare is set when you book, not when you reach the 400, and the chauffeur, not you, deals with the queues. On long runs, a rest stop is included on request.
Your chauffeur meets you inside arrivals at Pearson Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board, after baggage and customs. The flight is tracked, so a late arrival from New York or an early landing from London moves the pickup to match, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Many families combine the transfer with a grocery stop in town before the cottage; tell us when you book and we plan the time. See Pearson airport transfers and our Toronto limo service and Mississauga car service pages if you are staying near the airport first.
Muskoka Airport (YQA) and private flights
For guests flying privately, Muskoka Airport near Gravenhurst is the gateway. The District of Muskoka owns it and Muskoka Airport Inc. operates it, and it is open 24 hours a day, year-round. According to the airport's services page, the main runway is 1,829 m by 45.7 m (6,000 ft by 150 ft), Jet A-1 and Avgas are available, FBO handling should be requested at least 48 hours before arrival, and Muskoka is an official airport of entry served by the CBSA office at Pearson, with flights of up to 15 people cleared on at least two hours' notice.
We meet business aircraft and charters at YQA and take guests straight to the cottage, resort or marina. Give us the operator, tail number and estimated arrival and the chauffeur will be at the right door; see private jet and FBO car service. If you arrive by float plane at a marina or private dock, give us the exact location and time and we meet you there.
For scheduled travellers, the airport also notes that an Air Canada Landline motorcoach service connects YQA with Toronto Pearson from 15 June 2026.
Getting to Muskoka without a car: the honest comparison
There are fewer public options to cottage country than to a city, and they are worth knowing.
Air Canada Landline. A ticketed coach connection between Pearson and Muskoka Airport for Air Canada passengers. Useful if it fits your flight; the airport is near Gravenhurst, not at your dock, so you still need onward transport.
The Northlander train. Ontario Northland is preparing to return the Northlander passenger service, with Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Huntsville on the proposed schedule and Toronto Union Station as the southern terminus. Check its site for the start date; when it runs, it suits travellers starting from downtown Toronto rather than Pearson.
Local taxi and rideshare. Taxis serve the towns, and they are the right choice for a short hop from Bracebridge to a restaurant. App-based cars can be hard to find away from the towns, and late at night availability is limited.
Renting a car. For a two-week stay with lots of local driving, a rental can make sense. For a weekend, or for anyone who would rather not drive the 400 after a flight, the chauffeur is simpler.
| Pearson to Muskoka | Price | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Air Canada Landline to YQA | ticketed with your Air Canada flight | scheduled coach, plus onward ride | Solo Air Canada passengers |
| Northlander train (when running) | rail fare | from Union Station, not Pearson | Downtown starts, light bags |
| Rental car | daily rate plus fuel and parking | you drive, about 144 min clear road | Long stays with local driving |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$430 fixed, all-in | about 144 min clear road | Couples, late flights |
| Elly8.net Business SUV | US$560 fixed, all-in | about 144 min clear road | Families with luggage |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$1,120 fixed, all-in | about 144 min clear road | Groups, wedding guests |

Resorts, towns and the lakes
Muskoka is not one place but a district of towns and lakes, and the car has to know which one. Gravenhurst sits at the south end of Lake Muskoka, Bracebridge on the Muskoka River, Huntsville further north near Algonquin, and Port Carling between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau in the Township of Muskoka Lakes. Lake Joseph, Lake of Bays and the shores of Georgian Bay complete the map, and Muskoka Tourism is the best general guide.
Two resorts we book often are on opposite ends of the district. Deerhurst Resort at 1235 Deerhurst Drive in Huntsville sits on Peninsula Lake and is a major conference and wedding venue. Taboo Muskoka at 1209 Muskoka Beach Road in Gravenhurst is a boutique resort with golf on Lake Muskoka. For both, the chauffeur drops at the main entrance and helps with bags to the lobby.
A Pearson-to-resort transfer is priced exactly in the booker. For a resort conference, we run arrival and departure waves in Executive Sprinters and keep an hourly chauffeur on site for VIPs; see conference transportation and group transportation.
Muskoka weddings
Muskoka is one of Ontario's great wedding destinations, and weddings here are a logistics puzzle: guests flying into Pearson on different flights, a ceremony at a resort or on a dock, a reception at another venue, and late returns along dark country roads. We handle it as one booking:
- Pearson arrivals for the couple, families and guests, grouped where flights allow.
- A First Class Sedan or SUV for the couple on the day, with a Sprinter for the wedding party.
- Shuttles between guest accommodation and the venue, and late returns after the reception.
- Monday departures back to Pearson, timed to each flight.
See wedding limousine service and Sprinter van with driver. The chauffeur follows Ontario rules, so there is no alcohol in the vehicle, and the late return is exactly when a professional driver is worth having.
Days out: Algonquin, towns and dinner
With a chauffeur by the hour or for a full day from US$810, Muskoka opens up without anyone having to stay sober to drive. Popular days include a drive north to Algonquin Provincial Park for the Highway 60 corridor and its trails, a tour of the towns with lunch in Port Carling or Huntsville, and fall colour drives in late September and early October. The evening out package, from US$550, covers a dinner at a resort restaurant with the drive back to the cottage. Our private city tours page explains how a day with a chauffeur runs.
Corporate retreats and executive cottages
Companies use Muskoka for leadership retreats and client events, and executives use their cottages as summer offices with regular trips to Toronto. The corporate roadshow day from US$990 suits a visiting team touring resort venues, and a corporate account gives monthly invoicing for regular Pearson and Toronto runs. See corporate car service. NDAs are available on request for confidential retreats.

How booking works
- Enter pickup and drop-off. For Pearson, add the flight number. For a cottage, give the full civic address and any notes on the road, gate or dock; many Muskoka cottages are on private roads and the chauffeur needs to know before setting out.
- Choose the vehicle. Business Sedan, Business SUV, First Class Sedan, First Class SUV or Executive Sprinter, all four model years or newer. The fleet page shows luggage capacity, which matters for a week at the lake.
- Reserve now or use the web booker. The Bracebridge price goes straight to secure checkout in US$; any other Muskoka address is priced in the booker below. Confirmation arrives by email.

How long is the drive from Pearson to Muskoka?

Summer Friday afternoons northbound and Sunday afternoons southbound can add an hour or more, and winter weather slows the route. The price does not change with traffic, and rest stops are on request.
Can you meet our private flight at Muskoka Airport?
Yes. Muskoka Airport near Gravenhurst handles business aircraft, with fuel, FBO handling on 48 hours' notice and customs clearance for flights of up to 15 people. Send the operator, tail number and arrival time when you book, and the chauffeur meets you at the aircraft operator's door and drives you to the cottage or resort.
Can the chauffeur find a cottage on a private road?
Yes, with good information. Give the full civic address, the road or fire-route number, gate codes and any landmarks when you book. If a road is not suitable for a Sprinter, we will say so and suggest an SUV or a meeting point at the road's end.
Do you provide child seats for the drive up?
Yes, child seats are available on request. Tell us each child's age and weight at booking and the seats are fitted before pickup at Pearson. For families with a lot of luggage, a Business SUV or Executive Sprinter is usually the better choice.

Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%, refunded to the original card where applicable. See the cancellation policy.
Can you handle transport for a Muskoka wedding?
Yes. We plan guest arrivals from Pearson, the couple's car, wedding-party Sprinters, shuttles between accommodation and the venue, late returns and Monday departures as one booking with one invoice. Book early for July, August and September Saturdays, when venues, roads and vehicles are all at their busiest.
