Cancellation charges

Charges are counted back from the scheduled pickup time:

• More than 72 hours before pickup: no charge
• 72 hours or less: 10% of the booking
• 48 hours or less: 50% of the booking
• 24 hours or less, or a no-show: 100% of the booking

Bookings for long weekends, large weddings and peak dates may carry a different deadline; when they do, it is printed on the confirmation.

How to cancel

Use the Manage booking link in your confirmation email: it shows the refund the policy allows before you confirm. You can also reply to the confirmation email or call 1 (877) 324-6688 with your booking reference.

Changing instead of cancelling

Moving the date or time, or changing the vehicle, more than 72 hours before pickup costs nothing; a higher fare is paid as a difference and a lower fare is refunded as a difference.

If we cancel

If we cannot run the trip (a vehicle breakdown we cannot replace in time, a road or bridge closure, or an official restriction) you get a full refund, whatever the timing.
