Toronto limo service on Elly8.net is priced before you travel: a business sedan from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to downtown starts at US$155 all-in, and a Billy Bishop (YTZ) pickup to a downtown hotel starts at US$95. The price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet, and it does not move with traffic on the 401 or demand on a rainy Friday.
Toronto is the Elly8.net home market. Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs, so the car that meets you at Terminal 1, the SUV that waits near Scotiabank Arena after the third period and the Sprinter that takes a team to Niagara Falls all come from the same desk that took your booking.
How much is a car service from Pearson to downtown Toronto?
A pre-booked car from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to downtown Toronto costs from US$155 in a business sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter on Elly8.net, fixed and all-in. The road distance is about 31 km (19 mi), roughly 31 minutes on a clear road and often 45 to 70 minutes at rush hour.
The fares panel on this page lists every vehicle class. In round numbers, a YYZ transfer runs from US$155 (business sedan) through US$205 (business SUV) and US$250 to US$275 (first class SUV and first class sedan) up to US$405 for an Executive Sprinter that seats a full team with luggage. A round trip to downtown, booked together, starts at US$295 in a sedan and reaches US$770 in a Sprinter.
Billy Bishop is a short hop from the core, about 3 km (2 mi) and 8 minutes on a clear road, and priced accordingly: from US$95 in a business sedan to US$250 in an Executive Sprinter, or from US$185 for a round trip.
Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. In Toronto that mostly matters if you ask the chauffeur to use Highway 407 ETR, which is a toll road.
Toronto Pearson (YYZ): Terminal 1, Terminal 3 and where your chauffeur meets you
Pearson has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and they are not a short walk from each other, so the terminal on your boarding pass matters. When you book, enter your flight number. The desk tracks the flight, confirms which terminal you land at and adjusts the pickup if you arrive early or late.
On arrival, your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board, at the exit from customs and baggage claim for your flight. International and transborder passengers clear Canadian customs first, so plan on more time between landing and the meet point than on a domestic hop. You get complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, which covers the normal stretch at the carousel and in the customs hall.
Typical drive times from Pearson:
| From YYZ to | Distance | Clear road | Weekday peak | Elly8.net from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Downtown / Financial District | about 31 km (19 mi) | about 31 min | 45 to 70 min | US$155 sedan |
| Mississauga City Centre (Square One) | about 13 km (8 mi) | about 18 min | 25 to 40 min | see the Mississauga page |
| Downtown Hamilton | about 60 km (37 mi) | about 53 min | 70 to 90 min | see the Hamilton page |
| Fallsview, Niagara Falls | about 121 km (75 mi) | about 95 min | 2 hours or more | see the Niagara Falls page |
If you are heading west rather than downtown, Mississauga car service from Pearson is a shorter, cheaper ride, and Hamilton airport transfers are priced from both YYZ and Hamilton's own airport. For more on how airport pickups work across the network, see airport transfers and airport meet and greet.
For departures, the chauffeur pulls up at the departures curb of your terminal. On a weekday morning we usually suggest leaving the Financial District at least 2 hours and 45 minutes before an international or US departure. The drive alone can take over an hour in the morning peak, and US-bound passengers at Pearson clear US preclearance before boarding, which adds a queue most travellers underestimate.
Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ)
Billy Bishop sits on the Toronto Islands at the foot of Bathurst Street. Passengers reach the terminal by a short ferry or a pedestrian tunnel from the mainland pavilion, and cars do not drive onto the island for a normal pickup, so the meeting point is the mainland side at Eireann Quay.
The airport's own rules shape how a pickup works there. Curbside stopping outside the mainland pavilion and ferry terminal is allowed only briefly, taxis queue in a corral beside the pavilion, and rideshare pickups use a separate curb next to Little Norway Park. A pre-booked chauffeur times the arrival to your landing, so you walk out of the pavilion and into the car rather than into a queue.
US preclearance opened at Billy Bishop on March 10, 2026, according to the airport's preclearance page. All US-bound passengers now clear US immigration and customs before leaving YTZ and land in the US as domestic arrivals. The airport is closed to the public between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., and check-in opens at 5:30 a.m., so for a first-wave flight we schedule the pickup to land you there just after the doors open, not before.
A YTZ transfer to downtown starts at US$95 in a business sedan, the right call for a meeting at King and Bay soon after landing or a hotel in Yorkville.
Union Station, the UP Express and when the train is the better choice
Union Station is the hub for VIA Rail, GO Transit and the UP Express airport train. According to UP Express, the train runs from Pearson Station in Terminal 1 to Union in about 28 minutes, every 15 minutes, from roughly 5 a.m. until about 1 a.m., and an adult single fare is C$12.35.
That is a good deal. For one traveller with a carry-on, landing at Terminal 1 in the middle of the day and staying near Union, the UP Express is often the smartest choice, and we say so plainly.
A chauffeur makes more sense when the hotel is not near Union (Yorkville, Midtown, Liberty Village, the Distillery District), when you are three or four people and the fares add up, when you have skis, golf bags or a child seat to think about, when you land after the last train, or when you need to take a call in private on the way in. We also run train station transfers to and from Union for VIA Rail arrivals from Montreal and Ottawa.
Toronto taxi vs rideshare vs UP Express vs Elly8.net
| Option | Pearson to downtown | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| UP Express train | C$12.35 adult single (official fare) | about 28 min to Union, every 15 min | Solo traveller, light bags, hotel near Union |
| Airport taxi or airport limo rank | Regulated airport fare, varies by destination | 31 min clear road, longer at peak | Walk-up arrivals with no booking |
| Rideshare (standard and premium tiers) | Varies with demand and time of day | Same roads, plus the wait for a match | Flexible plans, off-peak |
| Elly8.net business sedan | from US$155, fixed and all-in | about 31 min clear road, chauffeur waiting in arrivals | Fixed budget, meetings, late flights |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | from US$405 for the vehicle | same | Teams, families, wedding parties, heavy luggage |
The honest reading of that table: the train wins on price for a solo traveller near Union, and a taxi from the rank is fine for a walk-up arrival. A pre-booked chauffeur wins when the arrival time is uncertain, when the group is larger than two, when there are children who need seats (available on request), and when a fixed number matters more than the lowest possible number. Rideshare is convenient, but its price moves with demand, which in Toronto means concert nights, snowstorms and the post-game rush on Bremner Boulevard. For the longer version, read chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft and Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur.
Downtown, the Financial District and Yorkville
Most of our Toronto pickups start or end in a handful of districts, and each has its own curb habits.
The Financial District, around King and Bay, is where roadshows and client meetings happen. Tower lobbies have drop-off lanes but little room to wait, so for back-to-back meetings we keep the car staged nearby and call up when you are ready. The PATH underground walkway links many of the towers, which is worth factoring into how many legs you actually need driven in January.
Yorkville, north of Bloor Street, is the hotel and boutique district. Drop-offs on Yorkville Avenue and Cumberland Street are slow at lunch and on Saturdays, and the chauffeur will usually suggest a side-street pickup point that saves ten minutes.
The Entertainment District, King West, the waterfront hotels near Union, the St. Lawrence Market area and the Distillery District round out the core, with Midtown and North York a straight run up Yonge Street or the Don Valley Parkway.
Convention centres, arenas and the events that fill the city
Toronto's two big exhibition venues sit on either side of downtown. The Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Front Street has a North Building and a South Building, which matters at pickup time, so tell us which building your session is in. The MTCC calendar for late 2026 includes Art Toronto (October 29 to November 1) and the Family Medicine Forum (November 11 to 14), and the Canadian International AutoShow returns to the MTCC from February 12 to 21, 2027, with media day on February 11.
West of downtown, the Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place hosts large consumer and trade shows, and the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is held at Exhibition Place every November. For multi-day shows, conference transportation covers hotel loops, VIP arrivals and booth teams on a schedule.
For sport and concerts, Scotiabank Arena at 40 Bay Street is home to the Maple Leafs and the Raptors, and Rogers Centre is home to the Blue Jays. Both sit on the southern edge of downtown, and both empty onto the same few streets at about the same time. Event-night pickups are planned around a nearby staging point rather than the front door. The evening out and event night package, from US$550 in a business sedan to US$1,100 in an Executive Sprinter, covers the drive in, the wait and the drive home. See sports event transportation and concert transportation.
Every September, the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) brings premieres, screenings and parties to King Street West and the venues around it. Street closures around the festival area change from day to day, so for TIFF bookings the desk works from the day's closure plan and agrees a pickup point with you in advance. Dates for the 2027 festival had not been published when this page was written; we confirm them with your booking.
Corporate travel and roadshows in Toronto
A large share of our Toronto work is corporate: bank and law-firm visitors, investor roadshows, board meetings and site visits along the 401 corridor.
For a full day of meetings, the corporate roadshow day package starts at US$990 in a business sedan and US$1,260 in a business SUV, and runs to US$1,980 in an Executive Sprinter. If the day is shorter, book hourly chauffeur service from US$110 an hour in a business sedan (3-hour minimum), or a full-day chauffeur from US$810. Companies that book regularly can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing, and NDAs are available on request. More on how we plan meeting days is on our corporate car service and roadshow chauffeur pages.
Weddings, proms and nights out
Toronto wedding days often split across a downtown hotel, a church or City Hall, a photo stop at the waterfront or the Distillery District and a reception venue in the suburbs. An hourly booking or a full-day chauffeur keeps one car and one chauffeur with the couple, and a Sprinter handles the wedding party. Prom nights work the same way, with a fixed pickup list and a firm return time. See wedding limousine service and prom limousines. The chauffeur follows Ontario's rules on alcohol in vehicles, so plan the toast for the venue, not the car.
Private tours and the Niagara Falls day trip
The private city highlights tour, from US$440 in a business sedan to US$880 in an Executive Sprinter, is a few hours with a chauffeur covering the waterfront, Old Town, Yorkville, Casa Loma and the neighbourhoods you would not reach on foot in one afternoon. See private city tours.
The signature trip from Toronto is the Niagara Falls day trip, a 10-hour package priced from US$1,015 in a business sedan and US$1,290 in a business SUV to US$2,025 in an Executive Sprinter. That covers the drive around the western end of Lake Ontario, time at the Falls and along the Niagara Parkway, and the drive back. If you would rather stay overnight, our Niagara Falls car service page has the Fallsview hotel transfers and the wine-country day.
Toronto to Buffalo and other cross-border trips
Plenty of Toronto travellers fly out of Buffalo for US fares or connections. The drive crosses the Canada-US border at one of the Niagara bridges, so every passenger needs the travel documents the border requires, and border waits are added to the trip time. For a priced ride on the US side, see Buffalo car service, and for any address pair that is not on a price list, use the web booker below. Longer runs to Kitchener-Waterloo or Collingwood and Blue Mountain are covered under city to city car service.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from Pearson to downtown Toronto?
On Elly8.net, a transfer from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to downtown Toronto costs from US$155 in a business sedan and US$205 in a business SUV, up to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter. The price is fixed and all-in: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls such as Highway 407 ETR, parking and extra waiting are billed at cost.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, holding a name board at the exit from baggage claim and customs. Add your flight number when you book; the desk tracks the flight, confirms the terminal and adjusts the pickup time. You get complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, so a slow customs hall or a late bag is covered.
Is the UP Express cheaper than a car service?
Yes, for one person. The UP Express adult single fare is C$12.35 and the train reaches Union Station in about 28 minutes. It is the right choice for a solo traveller with light luggage staying near Union. A pre-booked car is better value for groups, families with child seats, arrivals after the last train and hotels away from Union.
Can you pick up at Billy Bishop airport?
Yes. Your chauffeur meets you on the mainland side at Eireann Quay, where the ferry and the pedestrian tunnel arrive. A Billy Bishop transfer to downtown starts at US$95 in a business sedan. Billy Bishop has had US preclearance since March 10, 2026, and the terminal is closed to the public from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Do you provide child seats in Toronto?
Yes, child seats are available on request. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seat is fitted before pickup. For families with several children and luggage, a business SUV or an Executive Sprinter gives far more room than a sedan, and the price stays fixed per vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less it is 50%, and at 24 hours or less, or for a no-show, it is 100%. Refunds go back to the original card used for the booking.
Can you handle a group or a corporate event in Toronto?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter carries a team with luggage, and several vehicles can be booked together for a conference, a launch or a wedding. For repeat business travel, a corporate account gives you monthly invoicing, and NDAs are available on request. Corporate roadshow days start at US$990 in a business sedan.
Can I book a trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls?
Yes. The 10-hour Niagara Falls day trip starts at US$1,015 in a business sedan and US$1,290 in a business SUV, up to US$2,025 in an Executive Sprinter. If you want a one-way transfer to a Fallsview hotel instead, use the web booker for your address or see the Niagara Falls page for the hotel-district prices from each airport.
