The 2027 Canadian International AutoShow runs from Friday, February 12 to Sunday, February 21, 2027, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, with media day on Thursday, February 11, according to the official AutoShow site. It fills both the North and South Buildings of the MTCC and calls itself Canada's largest automotive show; the 2026 edition set an attendance record of nearly 375,000 visitors.
The MTCC sits in the heart of downtown, next to Union Station, the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena, so the show adds ten days of crowds to a district that is already busy in February. Elly8.net runs it on its own Toronto fleet: a chauffeur who meets you at Pearson or Billy Bishop, a car by the hour for media day and dealer meetings, and an evening car for launches and dinners, at fixed, all-in prices that do not change for the show.
How do you get to the AutoShow at the MTCC?
The show uses both MTCC buildings: the North Building at 255 Front Street West and the South Building at 222 Bremner Boulevard. The MTCC connects directly to Union Station, so the UP Express, GO Transit, the subway and VIA Rail all arrive next door. By car, Pearson is about 30 km (19 mi) away, roughly 31 minutes on a clear road.
Tell us which building you need. The North Building entrance is on Front Street, with a glass-enclosed Skywalk from Union Station on the east side; the South Building entrance is on Bremner Boulevard, and the two are linked by a climate-controlled walkway, per the AutoShow FAQs. On weekends, the show runs a shuttle bus between the North Building's Front Street level and the South Building. A chauffeur can drop you at either door, which matters if you have a stand to set up or guests to meet.

Arriving in Toronto: Pearson and Billy Bishop
Our Toronto prices are set to downtown Toronto, a few minutes' walk from the MTCC, per vehicle and all-in:
| Airport | Distance to downtown | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Toronto Pearson (YYZ) | about 31 km (19 mi), about 31 min clear | US$155 | US$205 | US$275 | US$405 |
| Billy Bishop Toronto City (YTZ) | about 3 km (2 mi), about 8 min clear | US$95 | US$125 | US$170 | US$250 |
Round trips are priced together: Pearson from US$295 in a business sedan to US$770 in an Executive Sprinter, Billy Bishop from US$185 to US$475. Pearson has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3; enter your flight number and the desk confirms the terminal and tracks the landing. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board at the exit from customs and baggage claim, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. February weather can delay flights and slow the Gardiner and the 427; a tracked pickup absorbs it.
Billy Bishop sits on the Toronto Islands at the foot of Bathurst Street, a short ferry or pedestrian tunnel from the mainland, about 2 km (1 mi) from the MTCC on our routing. The meeting point is on the mainland side at Eireann Quay. Since March 2026, US-bound passengers clear US preclearance at Billy Bishop before departure. See airport transfers and meet and greet.
For departures, allow more time than the map suggests. On a weekday morning we usually suggest leaving downtown at least 2 hours and 45 minutes before an international or US departure from Pearson, because the drive can take over an hour at peak and US-bound passengers clear US preclearance before boarding.
Media day, exhibitors and dealer teams
Media day on February 11 is a schedule of reveals and interviews, often with a camera crew and gear. A car by the hour keeps a journalist or a brand team moving between the hotel, the MTCC and off-site appointments; an Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers with equipment at US$220 per hour.
Manufacturers and dealer groups move people every day of the run: product specialists in the morning, executives to meetings, guests to evening events. Several vehicles can run under one booking reference with one invoice. A corporate account puts the whole show on one monthly invoice with a reference per traveller, and our corporate car service covers the meetings around it. See conference and trade show transportation and event transportation. The desk signs NDAs on request for unreleased-product meetings; Elly8.net provides transportation, not security.
Packages in Toronto, per vehicle and all-in:

Book Toronto car service by the hour for a media morning, or the ten-hour corporate roadshow day for a full show day with dinner. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; Highway 407 ETR tolls if you request them, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
Visiting with family or a group
Family Day, Monday, February 15, falls inside the run, and the show is one of Toronto's big family outings in February. The organizer's 2026 ticket list included family passes and free entry for children 6 and under; check the 2027 ticket page when sales open on December 1. In our vehicles, child seats are available on request; tell us each child's age and weight when you book. A Business SUV takes a family of four with winter coats and a stroller, and an Executive Sprinter takes an extended family or a car club group of up to 12.
For visitors from outside Toronto, the car can collect you at home: our Mississauga, Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo pages have their own prices, and a cross-border trip from Buffalo is priced in the web booker. Plan a Niagara Falls day while you are here: the signature Niagara Falls day trip (10 hours) runs from US$1,015 in a business sedan to US$2,025 in an Executive Sprinter.
The AutoShow's partner hotels
The organizer lists four partner hotels with AutoShow group rates for 2027: InterContinental Toronto Centre on Front Street West, Delta Hotels Toronto on Lower Simcoe Street, the Toronto Marriott City Centre at Rogers Centre, and the Chelsea Hotel on Gerrard Street West, each with its own booking cutoff in January 2027. The first three are within a short walk of the MTCC, which makes the chauffeur mainly an airport and evening question for guests staying there. From the Chelsea, Yorkville or Midtown, a car by the hour removes the daily commute. Flights and hotels can also be booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net; Elly8.net books the car.
AutoShow transport options compared honestly
| Option | Cost | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| UP Express from Pearson to Union | C$12.35 adult single | about 28 min, every 15 min | Solo traveller, light bag, hotel near Union |
| GO Transit + AutoShow combo | One ticket for the round trip and admission | Depends on line | Day visitors from across Ontario |
| Subway, TTC streetcar and bus | TTC fare | Varies | Visitors staying on the lines |
| Pearson taxi or airport limo rank | Regulated airport fare, varies by destination | 31 min clear, longer at peak | Walk-up arrivals |
| Rideshare | Varies with demand | Same roads, plus the wait | Off-peak trips |
| Elly8.net chauffeur | From US$155 Pearson transfer, US$110 per hour | Door to door | Exhibitors, media, families, groups |
The UP Express runs from Pearson's Terminal 1 to Union in about 28 minutes, every 15 minutes, at C$12.35 for an adult single, and the MTCC connects to Union by the Skywalk. For one traveller with a carry-on landing mid-day and staying near Union, that is often the smartest choice, and we say so plainly. The GO Transit and AutoShow combo ticket, which in 2026 included a round-trip GO fare from anywhere in Ontario plus admission at C$37 for an adult, is excellent value for a day visit from a GO town, and it avoids downtown parking entirely. Parking at the MTCC is first come, first served; rates are on the MTCC getting-here page, with more Green P lots nearby.
A chauffeur wins when you are landing late, travelling as three or four, bringing children who need seats, carrying camera or display equipment, or need the car to wait through an evening launch and take you on to dinner. Rideshare prices in this district move with demand, which during the show means opening-day evening, weekend afternoons and game nights at Scotiabank Arena. Frequently asked questions
When is the 2027 Canadian International AutoShow?
From Friday, February 12 to Sunday, February 21, 2027, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, with media day on Thursday, February 11. Opening day runs noon to 10 p.m., most days open at 10:30 a.m., and closing day ends at 6 p.m.
How much is a car from Pearson to the AutoShow?
Pearson to downtown Toronto, steps from the MTCC, is US$155 in a business sedan, US$205 in a business SUV and US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in, with meet and greet inside arrivals. The price does not change for the show.
Which MTCC building should the car go to?
The show uses both. The North Building is at 255 Front Street West, linked to Union Station by the Skywalk, and the South Building is at 222 Bremner Boulevard. Tell us which hall your stand or meeting is in and the chauffeur uses that entrance.
Is the UP Express a better option?
For one person with light luggage, often yes: C$12.35 and about 28 minutes from Pearson Terminal 1 to Union, which connects to the MTCC. A chauffeur is better for groups, families with child seats, equipment, late arrivals and evening events.
Can a chauffeur wait during an evening launch?
Yes. The evening out and event night package keeps the car and chauffeur for five hours, from US$550 in a business sedan to US$1,100 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur waits nearby and meets you at an agreed point.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seat is fitted before pickup. Family Day, Monday, February 15, is one of the show's busiest days, so book that one early.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. At 72 hours or less the fee is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less, or a no-show, 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Times can be changed through the 24/7 desk.
Can you move an exhibitor or dealer team every day?
Yes. Several vehicles can run under one reference for the whole show, and an Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers at US$220 per hour. Corporate accounts receive one monthly invoice with a reference per traveller.
