A Paris car service booked through Elly8.net is a private chauffeur at a fixed, all-in price set before you leave home, with your card charged in US dollars. Charles de Gaulle to the 8th arrondissement starts at US$170 in a business sedan and runs to US$445 in an Executive Sprinter; Orly and Le Bourget start at US$135. The chauffeur tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with your name.
Rides in Paris are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Below: the three Paris airports and where you are met, the districts and venues our chauffeurs know, the 2027 events that tighten the city's roads, and a fair comparison with the RER, the taxi rank and rideshare.
How much is a car service from CDG to central Paris?
A fixed Elly8.net transfer from Charles de Gaulle to the 8th arrondissement costs from US$170 in a business sedan, US$225 in a business SUV and US$445 in an Executive Sprinter. The price is per vehicle and includes the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet in arrivals. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.
The 8th is the reference point because it holds the Champs-Élysées, Avenue Montaigne and the hotels of the Golden Triangle, but the same fares cover most addresses in central Paris. A round trip from CDG costs from US$325 in a business sedan to US$850 in a Sprinter.
CDG is about 29 km (18 mi) from the 8th, roughly 32 minutes on a clear road. That clear road is rare: the A1 motorway and the Boulevard Périphérique are among the most congested routes in France, and a weekday morning arrival can take an hour or longer. Your fare is fixed regardless.
Paris airports: CDG, Orly and Le Bourget
| Airport | Distance to the 8th | Clear-road drive | Business sedan | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Charles de Gaulle (CDG) | 29 km / 18 mi | about 32 min | from US$170 | US$300 | US$445 |
| Orly (ORY) | 19 km / 12 mi | about 29 min | from US$135 | US$240 | US$355 |
| Le Bourget (LBG) | 19 km / 12 mi | about 27 min | from US$135 | US$240 | US$355 |
Charles de Gaulle (CDG). Almost every flight from New York, Washington, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Montreal, Toronto and the West Coast lands here. CDG is spread across Terminal 1, the long Terminal 2 complex (halls 2A to 2G) and Terminal 3, and the walk between halls in Terminal 2 can be long. That is why the flight number matters: the chauffeur checks which hall your flight is assigned to, tracks the landing, and waits in the right arrivals area with a name board. Passport control at CDG can be slow at the morning transatlantic peak, and waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary. Book a CDG car service for a fixed fare, and see meet and greet for how the meeting works inside the terminal.
Orly (ORY). South of the city, Orly handles a share of transatlantic leisure flights along with domestic and short-haul European traffic. It is closer to the Left Bank and the southern arrondissements, and transfers to the 8th start at US$135 in a business sedan, US$180 in a business SUV and US$355 in a Sprinter. Round trips start at US$260.
Le Bourget (LBG). Paris's business aviation airport, about 19 km (12 mi) north of the 8th, is where most private jets to Paris land. Your chauffeur meets you at the handler's terminal and, where the operator allows it, at the aircraft. Fares match Orly: from US$135 in a business sedan and US$240 in a First Class Sedan. RER B, taxi, rideshare or a pre-booked chauffeur
Paris public transport to the airports is good, and for some travellers it is the right answer. Since 1 January 2026, Île-de-France Mobilités prices the Paris Region to Airports ticket at €14 per trip, valid on the RER B to Charles de Gaulle and on metro line 14 or Orlyval to Orly. Paris taxis from the airport ranks charge regulated flat fares to the city, with one price for the Right Bank and another for the Left Bank, set by the authorities and posted at the rank.
| Option | Price | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| RER B to central Paris | €14 Paris Region to Airports ticket | Train time plus stops and changes | Solo travellers with light bags, daytime |
| Metro line 14 or Orlyval from Orly | €14 Paris Region to Airports ticket | Train time plus changes | Budget trips to stations on the line |
| Official Paris taxi | Regulated flat fare by bank, from the rank | Same roads as any car | Spontaneous trips with no booking |
| Rideshare | Varies with demand | Pickup at the designated zone | Light travellers comfortable with apps |
| Elly8.net business sedan from CDG | US$170 fixed, per vehicle | Door to door | Families, groups, late arrivals, executives, fixed budgets |
The trade-off is honest. The RER B is cheap, but it is a commuter line: it stops in the northern suburbs, it is crowded at rush hour, and stations such as Gare du Nord and Châtelet-Les Halles involve stairs and long corridors with luggage. For one person with a carry-on heading to a hotel near a station, it makes sense. A licensed taxi from the rank is reliable and the flat fare removes meter anxiety; the queue at CDG after a cluster of morning arrivals is the main drawback.
Where a pre-booked chauffeur wins is everything around the ride: a name board in the hall rather than a queue, child seats already fitted, room for four large cases in an SUV, a Sprinter for a family of seven, and a price agreed weeks ahead in your own currency. Hotel districts, business addresses and stations
The 8th arrondissement and the Golden Triangle. Avenue Montaigne, Avenue George V and the Champs-Élysées form the Triangle d'Or, home to palace hotels and the flagship fashion houses. Chauffeurs here work with narrow hotel forecourts and doormen who keep the kerb clear for a few minutes only, which is why the car arrives exactly at the time you set rather than circling.
The 1st, Place Vendôme and the Louvre. Rue de Rivoli, Rue Saint-Honoré and Place Vendôme are dense with jewellers, hotels and restaurants, and are partly pedestrianised. Your chauffeur knows where drop-offs are permitted.
The Left Bank. Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the 7th around the Eiffel Tower are quieter and residential. Transfers from Orly are often the faster choice for these addresses.
La Défense. The business district just west of the city limits is where many roadshows start. The corporate roadshow day package costs from US$810 in a business sedan to US$1,620 in a Sprinter for a full deal team, with the car held between meetings in La Défense, the 8th and the 9th.
Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon. Eurostar trains from London arrive at Gare du Nord; high-speed trains to the Alps and the Riviera leave from Gare de Lyon. If you are travelling on to our London chauffeur service or connecting with a Courchevel transfer, book train station transfers at both ends.
Events and trade shows in Paris in 2027
These are the dates published by organisers for the next editions after October 2026. Book early: hotel rates rise, roads close and every car in the city is busy.
- Roland-Garros, 17 May to 6 June 2027. The French Open at the Stade Roland-Garros in the 16th, including qualifying week, per the official tournament site. The Porte d'Auteuil area is congested every afternoon. An hourly booking lets you leave when the last match on your court ends.
- Paris Air Show, 14 to 20 June 2027. The Paris Air Show returns to Paris-Le Bourget, the same airport that handles private jets. Trade days fill the A1 and the roads around the airport; a chauffeur who knows the exhibitor and visitor access points saves real time. Delegations should book Sprinters well ahead through conference transportation.
- Paris Fashion Week. The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode runs menswear and haute couture weeks in January and around June to July, and womenswear in late February to early March and late September to early October; the most recent womenswear week ran from 28 September to 6 October 2026. Schedules are published on the FHCM calendar. Show days involve five or six venues across the city and doors that close on time, so most editors and buyers book a car by the hour.
- Trade fairs. Viparis operates Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte and the Palais des Congrès de Paris, which between them host the largest exhibitions in the country, including VivaTech each June at Porte de Versailles. Villepinte is near CDG, which makes an airport-to-show transfer simple.
- Arenas and stadiums. Concerts at the Accor Arena in Bercy and internationals at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis create heavy exits. See concert transportation and sports event transportation.
For galas, private dinners and evenings at the opera, the evening out and event night package costs from US$450 in a business sedan to US$900 in a Sprinter. More on event transportation.
The Champagne day trip and other days out
The signature Paris day trip is a 10-hour day to the Champagne houses of Reims and Épernay: out along the A4 to Reims for its cathedral and the cellars carved into the chalk, then to Épernay and the Avenue de Champagne before the drive home. It costs from US$830 in a business sedan, US$1,060 in a business SUV, US$1,335 in a First Class Sedan and US$1,660 in an Executive Sprinter for a group, all-in. The Reims tourist office and the Épernay tourist office list house visits; many need advance reservations, so book those before you book the car. The chauffeur drives, so everyone else can enjoy the tastings; the chauffeur follows local rules in the vehicle itself. See our wine tours page for how the day runs.
Versailles, Giverny, Fontainebleau and the Normandy D-Day beaches all work on a full-day chauffeur, from US$665 in a business sedan to US$1,325 in a Sprinter. Normandy is a long day; start early.
In the city, the private city highlights tour costs from US$360 in a business sedan to US$720 in a Sprinter, covering the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre-Dame and Montmartre with stops where you want them. To set your own pace, book Paris car service by the hour: US$90 an hour in a business sedan, US$115 in a business SUV and US$180 in a Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum. See also private city tours.
Corporate travel, weddings and groups

Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service from Charles de Gaulle to Paris?
A fixed Elly8.net transfer from CDG to the 8th arrondissement costs from US$170 in a business sedan, US$225 in a business SUV, US$300 in a First Class Sedan and US$445 in an Executive Sprinter, per vehicle. It includes the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at CDG?
In the arrivals area of your terminal and hall - Terminal 1, a Terminal 2 hall from 2A to 2G, or Terminal 3 - holding a name board once you have cleared passport control and collected your bags. The chauffeur tracks the flight from your flight number, so a change in landing time or hall is handled automatically.
Is the RER B cheaper than a car?
Yes, for one person. The Paris Region to Airports ticket costs €14 per trip and covers the RER B to CDG and metro line 14 or Orlyval to Orly. For two or more travellers with luggage, a fixed US$170 car door to door is closer in cost than it looks and avoids station stairs and changes.
What if my flight lands late or immigration is slow?
The chauffeur follows the tracked landing time, and waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary, which covers the usual passport and baggage delays at CDG. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, contact the 24/7 desk and we move the booking to your new arrival.
Are child seats available in Paris?
Yes. Ask for child or booster seats when you book and give the children's ages, and the partner fits them before pickup. A Business SUV or Executive Sprinter gives a family the room for seats, a stroller and transatlantic luggage in one vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less a 10% fee applies, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds return to the original card.
Can you handle groups and fashion week schedules?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter carries a group in one vehicle, from US$445 from CDG, and an hourly booking from US$90 an hour with a 3-hour minimum keeps a car on call between shows, showrooms and dinners. Send the schedule through the web booker and the desk plans the timings.
Do you offer corporate accounts for Paris?
Yes. Corporate accounts include fixed fares at CDG, Orly and Le Bourget, roadshow days in La Défense and central Paris, monthly invoicing and NDAs on request. The same account books our other cities across Europe and North America, so a traveller moving from Paris to London or New York keeps one set of terms.
