Guest airport transfers
Airport transfers are the request concierges handle most. With an Elly8.net hotel account, a transfer takes a few minutes to book: guest name, flight number, mobile number and the number of bags. The chauffeur tracks the flight, meets the guest inside arrivals with a name board and brings them to your entrance. Complimentary waiting applies after a tracked landing, so a delayed flight is not a problem for the guest or for your front desk.

Some hotels keep a house car. Many have found it expensive to insure, staff and keep available at the moments guests actually need it, which is usually several requests at once. An Elly8.net account gives you a flexible alternative: as many cars as you need on a busy Friday, none on a quiet Tuesday, and vehicle classes from a Business Sedan to an Executive Sprinter for a family or a wedding party.
If you already run a house car, we can be the overflow: the second and third car when your own vehicle is out, or the SUV and Sprinter your fleet does not include.
One concierge booking line
Your concierge team gets a dedicated way to reach our 24/7 desk, by phone or email, for every request: an airport run, an hourly chauffeur for a shopping afternoon, an evening out, a private city tour or a day trip such as the Hamptons from New York or Champagne from Paris. Changes are made on the existing booking, and the concierge receives the chauffeur's name and contact details before pickup.
Room charge and master account billing
Guests prefer to keep everything on one bill. Choose how each ride is paid:
- Guest pays directly by card through the Reserve now checkout or the web booker.
- Charge to the room. The hotel adds the ride to the guest folio, and the ride is settled through the hotel account.
- Hotel master account. For VIP arrivals, group bookings and hotel-hosted guests, rides post to a master account invoiced monthly.
The price on the confirmation is the price billed. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost and listed separately.
Events and weddings at your hotel
Ballroom weddings, galas, board dinners and conferences all need ground transport, and the guest experience is judged as a whole. We schedule several vehicles against one guest list or arrival manifest: a wedding limousine for the couple, SUVs for family, Sprinters to shuttle guests between the ceremony venue and your ballroom, and late departures at the end of the night. For corporate events, our conference transportation service covers arrivals, venue shuttles and VIP cars.
Your events team can bring us in at the planning stage, and the transport can be quoted alongside the room block and catering. Our chauffeurs follow local rules on alcohol in vehicles, which differ by city.
Who operates the rides
Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. In every other city, rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, with Elly8.net taking the booking, fixing the price and running the 24/7 desk. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley.

Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Add the number and type of seats when booking and the chauffeur arrives with them fitted. This is one of the most common concierge requests for family arrivals, and one of the main reasons families choose a pre-booked car over a taxi.
