Orlando is the one city where the same airport arrival can mean a CIO heading to a conference hotel on International Drive, a family of five with two car seats bound for a Disney resort, and a cruise couple who need to reach Port Canaveral before boarding closes. An Elly8.net chauffeur covers all three at a fixed, all-in price: Orlando International Airport (MCO) to International Drive runs from US$155 in a Business Sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, with the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet included.
Rides in Orlando are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. This page covers both airports, the resort and convention districts, the theme parks, the Space Coast and the honest comparison with a taxi, an app ride and the local bus.
How much is a car service from MCO to International Drive?
A pre-booked Elly8.net car from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to International Drive costs US$155 in a Business Sedan, US$205 in a Business SUV, US$250 in a First Class SUV, US$275 in a First Class Sedan and US$405 in an Executive Sprinter. Each price is per vehicle, fixed and all-in, including taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet.
International Drive is the reference point for our Orlando prices because it sits between the airport, the Orange County Convention Center, Universal and the Disney resorts. The drive is about 13 miles (22 km) and roughly 23 minutes on a clear road, but the same trip can take far longer when a convention lets out or an afternoon thunderstorm slows the interstate. The price does not move with the traffic.
A round trip, airport to International Drive and back on your departure day, is published at US$295 in a Business Sedan up to US$770 in an Executive Sprinter. For addresses off the price list, such as a Lake Buena Vista villa, a Celebration rental or a Winter Park hotel, the web booker on this page quotes the exact route.
Orlando's two airports: MCO and Sanford
Orlando International Airport (MCO)
MCO has three passenger terminals: A and B in the original terminal building and the newer Terminal C. The difference matters for pickups. According to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority's ground transportation pages, app rides at Terminals A and B load on the Arrivals Curb (Level 2) and taxis on the Ground Transportation Curb (Level 1); at Terminal C, both app rides and taxis use the Arrivals Curb on Level 6.
With Elly8.net you do not need to remember any of that. Your chauffeur tracks the flight, waits inside the arrivals area with a name board, helps with the bags and walks you to the vehicle. Tell us your airline at booking so the chauffeur goes to the right terminal; it is the single most useful detail you can give for an MCO pickup. You get complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, so a late inbound from the northeast or a long wait at a carousel is not a cost to you. See how our airport meet and greet works.
MCO is also home to the MCO Train Station, where Brightline trains run to West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and Miami, daily between about 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. according to the airport's Brightline page. For travellers going on to South Florida, the train is a genuine option; our Miami car service and Fort Lauderdale car service pick up at the other end.
Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB)
Sanford is about 37 miles (60 km) north of International Drive, around 53 minutes on a clear road. The airport lists Allegiant, Arajet, BermudAir and seasonal or charter service from Contour and Sun Country on its airlines page, so many families arrive here on leisure fares and then face a long transfer south. A Business Sedan from SFB to International Drive is US$275; a Business SUV is US$360 and an Executive Sprinter, which seats a large family with luggage, is US$715. Round trips run from US$525 to US$1,360.
| Airport route | Distance and clear-road time | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MCO to International Drive | 13 mi (22 km), about 23 min | US$155 | US$205 | US$275 | US$405 |
| MCO round trip | same, both ways | US$295 | US$390 | US$525 | US$770 |
| SFB to International Drive | 37 mi (60 km), about 53 min | US$275 | US$360 | US$485 | US$715 |
| SFB round trip | same, both ways | US$525 | US$685 | US$925 | US$1,360 |
The First Class SUV sits between those columns at US$250 from MCO and US$440 from SFB. Full details are on our Orlando airport transfers service page.
Disney, Universal and the resort corridor
Families make up a large share of Orlando travel, and the practical question is almost always child seats. Ask for them when you book; we add the seat type you need for each child, and the vehicle is ready when you walk out of arrivals. That alone is a reason many parents choose a pre-booked car over an app ride, where you either carry your own seats through the airport or hope for a car that has one.
Walt Disney World Resort. The resort is spread across a very large area southwest of the airport, with several theme parks, Disney Springs and many resort hotels, each with its own driveway. Give us the exact resort name and the chauffeur goes to the right entrance. Hourly bookings work well for a park-hopping day or a dinner at Disney Springs followed by fireworks from a resort.
Universal Orlando Resort. Universal Orlando now lists four parks: Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay and the newest, Universal Epic Universe. Late park exits are when a pre-booked car is most valuable, because the curb queues for app rides at closing time can be long.
International Drive. I-Drive is the hotel and restaurant spine: the convention hotels, ICON Park, attractions such as SeaWorld Orlando nearby and a long strip of dining. Our Orlando hourly chauffeur rate runs from US$95 an hour in a Business Sedan to US$190 in an Executive Sprinter, three-hour minimum, and suits an evening of several stops.
Downtown, Winter Park and Lake Nona. Downtown Orlando has the Kia Center, home of the Magic and big touring shows, and Camping World Stadium. The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced that their 2027 home games will be played at Camping World Stadium while their own stadium is rebuilt, which adds NFL game days to Orlando's calendar. Our evening out and event night package, from US$475 to US$950, covers a dinner, a game or a concert with the car waiting.
Orange County Convention Center and the big shows
The Orange County Convention Center on International Drive reports more than 2 million square feet of exhibit space across its West and North-South buildings, which puts it among the largest convention venues in the United States. When a major show is in town, International Drive and Universal Boulevard slow to a crawl at opening and closing times, and hotel shuttles fill quickly.
Shows with confirmed dates on the official organiser sites include:
- IAAPA Expo 2026, the attractions industry show: education November 16 to 19 and show floor November 17 to 20, 2026, adding the West Building for the first time (IAAPA).
- PGA Show 2027, January 26 to 29, 2027 (PGA Show).
- InfoComm 2027, the audiovisual industry show, with education June 12 to 18 and exhibits June 16 to 18 in the West Building (InfoComm).
Golf also brings the Arnold Palmer Invitational to Bay Hill, March 15 to 21, 2027, according to the tournament site.
For exhibitors and corporate groups we book MCO arrivals by flight, hourly cars for client dinners and Executive Sprinters for team moves between hotels and the halls. Our conference transportation page explains how we handle group manifests, and the corporate car service page covers monthly invoicing. A full corporate roadshow day in Orlando runs from US$855 in a Business Sedan to US$1,710 in an Executive Sprinter.
Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral
The signature day trip from Orlando is the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on the Space Coast. Our eight-hour Kennedy Space Center package is US$700 in a Business Sedan, US$885 in a Business SUV and US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter, with the chauffeur waiting while you tour. Launch days bring heavy traffic toward the coast, so tell us if your visit lines up with a launch window and we plan an earlier start.
Port Canaveral is the cruise port for most Orlando departures, and MCO to Port Canaveral is one of the most searched transfers in the state. The port route is not on this page's price list because terminal, ship and timing vary; enter your flight, the cruise terminal and your sailing time in the web booker for an exact fixed price, or read our cruise port transfers guide. A common plan is a night on International Drive, then a mid-morning transfer to the ship with all the luggage in one SUV.
Taxi, app ride, bus or Elly8.net from MCO
We would rather you choose well than choose us by default. Here are the real options for MCO to International Drive.
| Option | Price to International Drive | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Taxi from the rank | about US$38 to US$45 metered (airport estimate), plus tip | metered; longer in traffic | One or two travellers, light bags, no booking needed |
| App ride (Uber, Lyft) | varies with demand; premium tiers cost more | curb wait plus the drive | Flexible travellers happy to queue at the curb |
| LYNX local bus | US$2 per ride, US$4.50 all day | longer, with stops | Budget travellers with carry-on bags |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$155 fixed, all-in | about 23 min on a clear road | Late flights, business arrivals, a guaranteed car |
| Elly8.net Business SUV | US$205 fixed, all-in | about 23 min on a clear road | Families with child seats and luggage |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$405 fixed, all-in | about 23 min on a clear road | Groups and conference teams |
The taxi estimate comes from the MCO ground transportation page; the airport's taxi page adds that fares are set by the taximeter and flat rates are not authorized, so traffic adds to the fare. The LYNX fares are from the airport's local bus page.
The honest reading: one traveller with a backpack landing mid-afternoon will save money with a taxi or the bus, and that is a sensible choice. The pre-booked car wins when the flight lands late, when there are children who need seats, when four people and six bags will not fit a standard sedan, when a meeting starts soon after landing, or when a fixed budget matters more than the cheapest possible fare. We compare the categories in more depth in chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft and chauffeur vs taxi.
Weddings, proms and nights out
Orlando hosts a great many destination weddings, from resort ballrooms to lakeside venues in Winter Park. We book guest shuttles in Executive Sprinters between hotels and the venue, plus a First Class Sedan for the couple. Our wedding limousine page explains timing and how we plan return runs at the end of the night. For proms and graduations, a parent can book and pay, and the chauffeur follows local rules throughout the evening.
How booking works
- Enter pickup and drop-off. For an airport arrival, add your flight number so we can track it. For a resort, give the exact hotel name.
- Choose the vehicle. Business Sedan for up to three, SUVs for families and luggage, an Executive Sprinter for groups. Add child seats in the notes.
- Reserve now or use the web booker. Published routes go straight to Stripe checkout; any other address is quoted in the web booker below the hero. Confirmation arrives by email, and the chauffeur's details follow before pickup.
Cancellation is simple: more than 72 hours before pickup is free; 72 hours or less is 10%; 48 hours or less is 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Elly8.net books the car only; for flights and hotels our travel partner is BookingWorldwide.net.
Elly8.net is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory, LimousineAssociation.International, HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.
Beyond Orlando
Florida trips often combine cities. We have fixed-price pages for Tampa car service, Jacksonville car service, Palm Beach car service and Naples, Florida, along with Miami and Fort Lauderdale. For a one-way transfer between cities, our city-to-city car service quotes the exact route.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service from MCO to Disney or Universal?
Our published reference route is MCO to International Drive, from US$155 in a Business Sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter. Disney resorts and Universal hotels are close to that corridor but are separate addresses, so enter the exact resort in the web booker for a fixed, all-in price before you pay. The quote includes taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at MCO?
Inside the arrivals area of your terminal, with a name board. MCO has Terminals A, B and C, and pickups differ between them, so give us your airline and flight number at booking. The chauffeur tracks the flight, so an early or late landing is handled, and then walks you and your bags to the vehicle.
Are child seats available in an Orlando car service?
Yes. Child seats are available on request. Tell us the number of children and their ages or seat type when you book, and the seats are fitted before pickup. This is one of the most common requests for Orlando trips, and an SUV is usually the best choice for a family with seats and luggage.
What happens if my flight into Orlando is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks the flight and adjusts to the actual landing time. You get complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, so delays on the inbound flight are not charged. Waiting beyond the included time, for example if you stop for a long meal before meeting the driver, is billed at cost.
Do you do transfers from Orlando to Port Canaveral?
Yes. Because cruise terminals and sailing times vary, the Port Canaveral route is priced in the web booker rather than on this page's table. Enter your flight or hotel, the cruise terminal and your sailing time to get a fixed price. Many travellers stay one night on International Drive and transfer in the morning.
How much is the Kennedy Space Center day trip?
The eight-hour Kennedy Space Center package is US$700 in a Business Sedan, US$885 in a Business SUV, US$1,070 in a First Class SUV, US$1,145 in a First Class Sedan and US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur drives you there, waits during your visit and brings you back to your hotel.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. Within 72 hours the charge is 10%, within 48 hours 50%, and within 24 hours or for a no-show 100%. Refunds go back to the original card. Conference planners booking many cars should book early and adjust names as plans settle.
Can my company set up an account for Orlando conferences?
Yes. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing, one point of contact at the 24/7 desk and group bookings for shows at the Orange County Convention Center. Apply through our corporate accounts page, and we can sign an NDA on request for confidential roadshows and executive visits.
