IAAPA Expo 2026, the global attractions industry show, takes place at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, with education from November 16 to 19 and the show floor open from November 17 to 20, 2026, according to IAAPA. The show has used the OCCC North and South Building, and for 2026 it adds the West Building. IAAPA lists more than 1,100 show floor exhibitors and more than 170 education events, covering theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, ride makers and the companies that supply them.
IAAPA week has a particular rhythm: days on a very large show floor, evenings at parks and attractions, and many attendees touring Orlando's resorts as part of the trip. Elly8.net books the cars around that rhythm at fixed, all-in Orlando prices, from US$155 in a business sedan from Orlando International to International Drive, with chauffeurs by the hour for park visits and Sprinters for teams.
What is the best way to get to IAAPA Expo at the OCCC?
Book a fixed transfer from Orlando International (MCO) to your International Drive hotel, from US$155 in a business sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter. Walk, take the I-RIDE Trolley or use the show's inter-building buses by day, and keep a chauffeur by the hour, from US$95 an hour, for park visits and dinners.
IAAPA's travel page suggests walking from nearby hotels, the I-RIDE Trolley along International Drive or LYNX buses to the convention centre, and links a map of transportation between the buildings. With the West Building added this year, the distance between your booth, your meetings and the entrance you use matters more than usual.

The geography of IAAPA week
The OCCC is on International Drive, the centre point we use for Orlando fares. IAAPA lists the South Building at 9400 Universal Boulevard and the West Building at 9800 International Drive; the convention centre reports more than 2 million square feet of exhibit space across its West and North-South buildings, which puts it among the largest convention venues in the United States.
| Route | Distance | Clear-road time | Elly8.net fixed fare |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orlando International (MCO) to International Drive | about 13 mi (22 km) | about 23 min | from US$155 to US$405 |
| MCO round trip | from US$295 to US$770 | ||
| Orlando Sanford (SFB) to International Drive | about 37 mi (60 km) | about 53 min | from US$275 to US$715 |
| SFB round trip | from US$525 to US$1,360 | ||
| By the hour, as directed | from US$95 to US$190 an hour, 3-hour minimum |
The fixed fare covers hotels in the International Drive area. For a hotel at Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Universal or Downtown, enter the address in the web booker for an exact fixed price.
Arriving at Orlando International
MCO has three passenger terminals: A and B in the original terminal building and the newer Terminal C. The airline decides which, so the flight number tells the chauffeur where to wait. The chauffeur tracks the flight, meets you inside with a name board and allows complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. App rides at Terminals A and B load on the Arrivals Curb (Level 2) and taxis on the Ground Transportation Curb (Level 1), and at Terminal C both use the Arrivals Curb on Level 6, according to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
Fixed transfers from MCO to International Drive run from US$155 in a business sedan and US$205 in a business SUV to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in with chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. Round trips booked together run from US$295 to US$770. Some attendees arrive on leisure fares into Orlando Sanford (SFB), about 37 miles (60 km) north; that transfer runs from US$275 to US$715. See airport transfers and meet and greet.
Executives flying privately give the desk the tail number and FBO, and the chauffeur meets the aircraft; see private jet and FBO transfers.
The IAAPA plan: when a chauffeur makes sense
Exhibitors and build-up. Ride makers, game developers and suppliers arrive before the floor opens, with staff, samples and display material. An Executive Sprinter moves a booth team with its cases in one vehicle; hourly Sprinter service in Orlando is US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. Show floor hours, according to IAAPA, are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, so the evening pickup is predictable.
Park and attraction visits. For an attractions-industry crowd, visiting the parks is part of the work. Universal Orlando now lists four parks, including the newest, Epic Universe, on the Universal Orlando site, and Walt Disney World and the other resorts are a short drive from International Drive. An hourly chauffeur drops a group at the entrance and is waiting at closing time, when the kerb queues for app rides are longest.
Client dinners and evening events. Exhibitor dinners and receptions fill the week. The 5-hour evening out and event night package runs from US$475 in a business sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, with the chauffeur waiting through dinner. IAAPA's travel page also lists discounted tickets for an Orlando Magic game at Kia Center during the week; the same package covers a game. Chauffeurs follow local rules on alcohol in vehicles.
Executive days. For a full schedule of meetings, booth visits and a park tour, the 8-hour full-day chauffeur runs from US$700 to US$1,400, and the 10-hour corporate roadshow day from US$855 to US$1,710. See roadshow chauffeur.
Operator delegations. Park operators from abroad often travel as a delegation with a set itinerary of site visits. The desk plans a multi-day booking with one coordinator, NDAs on request, and Sprinters or several SUVs travelling together. Elly8.net is a chauffeur service, not a security company. See group transportation and conference transportation.
Drop-offs and pickups at the OCCC
With three buildings in use, tell the desk which building and entrance you need for each leg; your booth number or meeting room is enough for the chauffeur to plan. International Drive and Universal Boulevard slow down at opening and closing times during a major show, and hotel shuttles fill quickly, so the desk times the morning pickup to arrive before the doors open rather than with everyone else.
Before each pickup, the chauffeur sends the exact meeting point and vehicle details by message. Parking for a waiting chauffeur at the convention centre is billed at cost. When your next stop is a short walk or one trolley ride away, the chauffeur will tell you so.
Corporate accounts for IAAPA teams
Exhibitors and operators sending a team can open a corporate account: every traveller's rides on one monthly invoice, itemised by passenger, with one contact at the desk who knows your schedule. Travel agencies arranging IAAPA packages can use a travel agent account, and hotels on International Drive can book for guests through a hotel account. For year-round business travel, see corporate car service.
Elly8.net vs taxi, app rides, the trolley and the bus
The cheaper options are real. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority's taxi page explains that taxi fares from MCO are set by the meter and flat rates are not authorized, so traffic adds to the fare. Within the International Drive area, the I-RIDE Trolley and LYNX buses are the public-transport way to the OCCC, and walking works from the closest hotels.
| Option | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Taxi from MCO | metered, no flat rate | one or two travellers, light bags |
| App ride | changes with demand | flexible travellers, off-peak times |
| I-RIDE Trolley or LYNX | public transport fares | short hops along International Drive |
| Elly8.net business sedan from MCO | from US$155, fixed and all-in | late flights, executives, fixed budgets |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter from MCO | from US$405, fixed and all-in | exhibitor teams, families with luggage |
The honest reading: one attendee with a carry-on and a hotel near the OCCC needs little more than a taxi from the airport and the trolley. A pre-booked car wins for teams with luggage and samples, for late arrivals, for park visits that end at closing time, and for client evenings across town. Frequently asked questions
When is IAAPA Expo 2026?
Education runs from November 16 to 19, 2026, and the show floor is open from November 17 to 20 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The show adds the West Building to the North and South Building for 2026. Floor hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
How much is a car from Orlando airport to International Drive?
Fixed transfers from MCO to International Drive run from US$155 in a business sedan and US$205 in a business SUV to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in with chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. From Sanford, fares run from US$275 to US$715.
Can a chauffeur take our team to the theme parks after the show?
Yes. Book by the hour from US$95 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or the 5-hour evening out and event night package from US$475. The chauffeur drops you at the park entrance and waits at an agreed point at closing time.
Which convention centre building should I give the chauffeur?
The building and entrance nearest your booth or meeting room. IAAPA uses the North, South and West Buildings in 2026, with the South Building on Universal Boulevard and the West Building on International Drive. The chauffeur confirms the exact point by message.
Is a taxi or the trolley cheaper?
Yes, for one traveller with light bags. MCO taxis are metered, and the I-RIDE Trolley and LYNX buses serve International Drive. A pre-booked car makes more sense for teams with samples, late arrivals, park evenings and anyone who wants a fixed price.
Can our company book cars for the whole team?
Yes. A corporate account puts every traveller's rides on one monthly invoice, itemised by passenger, and lets coordinators book and change cars. Sprinters suit booth teams, and NDAs are available on request.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before pickup, cancellation is free; 72 hours or less costs 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Refunds go to the original card.
