A Seattle limo service from Elly8.net is a pre-booked sedan, SUV or Sprinter with a fixed, all-in price before you pay. From Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) to downtown Seattle the fare runs from US$170 in a Business Sedan to US$445 in an Executive Sprinter, and from Boeing Field (BFI) from US$125, with the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet included.
Seattle bookings come in four shapes: airport transfers, private jet arrivals at Boeing Field, cruise embarkation days on the waterfront, and nights out at the stadiums and Climate Pledge Arena. Rides in Seattle are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How much is a car service from Sea-Tac airport to downtown Seattle?
An Elly8.net car from SEA to downtown Seattle costs from US$170 in a Business Sedan, US$225 in a Business SUV and up to US$445 in an Executive Sprinter for groups. The round trip starts at US$325. Prices are fixed and all-in, covering the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet; tolls and parking are billed at cost.
SEA is about 15 miles (24 km) south of downtown, roughly 24 minutes on a clear road via I-5 or SR-99. The northbound run slows at the evening peak and when a Seahawks or Mariners crowd is heading into SoDo, which is when a fixed price is most useful: the fare does not move with traffic.
| Route | Distance | Clear-road drive | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SEA to downtown Seattle | 15 mi (24 km) | about 24 min | US$170 | US$225 | US$300 | US$445 |
| SEA round trip | 15 mi (24 km) each way | about 24 min each way | US$325 | US$430 | US$570 | US$850 |
| Boeing Field (BFI) to downtown | 7 mi (12 km) | about 15 min | US$125 | US$165 | US$220 | US$325 |
| BFI round trip | 7 mi (12 km) each way | about 15 min each way | US$240 | US$315 | US$420 | US$620 |
Arriving at Sea-Tac: where your chauffeur meets you
SEA has one main terminal with its concourses and satellite gates, and almost all ground transportation is organised through the parking garage across the skybridges. That layout matters for how you are met.
With an Elly8.net booking, the chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name board, then walks you to the car. You do not need to find the garage level or join the rideshare queue. Complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing, which covers the long walk from the satellite gates and a normal wait at the carousel.
The Port of Seattle notes that the arrivals drives are often congested between 8 p.m. and midnight, the busiest time for pickups. A chauffeur who already knows your bag-claim door saves real time in that window. See our airport meet and greet page for how the network handles international arrivals and delays.
Taxi, rideshare, Link light rail or a pre-booked car
Seattle has one of the better airport rail links on the West Coast, and for some travellers it is the right choice. Here is the honest comparison from SEA.
| Option | Price, SEA to downtown | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Link light rail 1 Line | US$3.00 adult fare | about 38 min ride, plus the walk to the station | Solo travellers with light bags, hotels near a station |
| Metered taxi | metered, US$20 minimum from SEA | 25-45 min | Two travellers at short notice |
| Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) | varies with demand | 25-45 min, plus the walk to the garage | Flexible, off-peak trips |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$170 fixed, all-in | 25-45 min, door to door | Late flights, meetings, guaranteed pickup |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$445 fixed, all-in | 25-45 min, door to door | Groups, families, cruise passengers with luggage |
Link light rail. Sound Transit's 1 Line runs from the Airport/SeaTac station to downtown in about 38 minutes, and the one-way adult fare is US$3.00, per Sound Transit's fare page. From baggage claim you go up to the fourth floor and cross the skybridge to the garage to reach the station. For one person with a carry-on staying near a downtown station, it is excellent value.
Taxi. SEA offers metered taxis only, waiting on the third floor of the parking garage, and King County sets a US$20 minimum fare for trips starting at the airport, according to the Port of Seattle taxi page. The meter runs on distance and time, so traffic on I-5 shows up in the fare.
Rideshare. App-based pickups are on the third floor of the parking garage, reached across the skybridges, according to the Port's ride-app page; premium app rides meet at a baggage-claim door. Prices follow demand. Our Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur guide covers how fixed and dynamic pricing compare.
A pre-booked chauffeur wins for groups with bags, families with child seats, cruise passengers with a week of luggage, late arrivals, and business travellers who need to be at a meeting on time. One Executive Sprinter at US$445 usually beats two or three separate cars for a group, and it arrives as one.
Boeing Field (BFI): private jets and charters
King County International Airport, known to everyone as Boeing Field, is only about 7 miles (12 km) south of downtown, roughly 15 minutes on a clear road. It serves small commercial airlines, cargo carriers, corporate jets and private pilots, is home to Boeing operations and the Museum of Flight, and regularly hosts dignitaries and sports teams, according to King County.
For private jet arrivals, the chauffeur meets you at your FBO and the drive downtown is short. BFI to downtown is priced from US$125 in a Business Sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter, and the round trip from US$240. Send the tail number, FBO and expected arrival time when booking. See private jet and FBO car service for how we coordinate with handlers and crews, and NDAs are available on request.
Cruise days: Pier 66 and Pier 91
Seattle is a major homeport for Alaska cruises, and embarkation day is one of the busiest days on the waterfront. The Port of Seattle runs two cruise terminals: the Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 on the downtown waterfront, and the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 at the north end of Elliott Bay. The Port's 2027 preliminary cruise schedule runs from late March to mid-October 2027.
Two checks before you book: confirm which pier your ship uses, because the two terminals are in different parts of the waterfront, and give us your sailing time. On a turnaround day several large ships can embark at once, and the terminal approaches back up. Transfers from SEA or a downtown hotel to either pier are quoted in the web booker. An Executive Sprinter is the usual choice for families and groups with cruise luggage. More detail is on our cruise port transfers page.
Downtown, the Eastside and where we drive every day
Most visitors stay downtown, between the Pike Place Market area, the retail core around Westlake, and the waterfront, with more hotels in Belltown and South Lake Union. Steep streets and one-way grids make hotel driveways tricky, so the chauffeur confirms the exact door when the pickup is set.
Across Lake Washington, Bellevue and Redmond are major business centres, connected by the I-90 and SR-520 bridges. SR-520 is a tolled bridge; tolls are billed at cost. A Seattle-to-Bellevue meeting day is a natural fit for hourly service, which runs from US$100 per hour in a Business Sedan to US$200 per hour in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum, through our hourly chauffeur service.
For visitors, the private city highlights tour, from US$400 in a Business Sedan to US$800 in an Executive Sprinter, covers Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and Seattle Center, Kerry Park's skyline view and the waterfront in a few relaxed hours. See private city tours.
Seattle Convention Center, Lumen Field and Climate Pledge Arena
The Seattle Convention Center has two downtown buildings, Arch and Summit, the newer one at 900 Pine Street. Large conferences fill the surrounding hotels, and an hourly car or a multi-day schedule keeps teams moving between hotel, halls and dinners; see conference and trade show transportation.
Lumen Field in SoDo is home to the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC, and T-Mobile Park next door has been the Mariners' home since 1999. On game days the streets south of Pioneer Square close and slow. Climate Pledge Arena at Seattle Center is home to the Seattle Kraken and hosts major concerts.
The evening out and event night package runs from US$500 in a Business Sedan to US$1,000 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur drops you at the closest practical point, stages nearby and meets you at an agreed corner afterwards. See sports event transportation.
Snoqualmie Falls and Woodinville: the signature day trip
The signature Seattle day out combines a waterfall and wine. The eight-hour Snoqualmie Falls and Woodinville wineries package is priced from US$740 in a Business Sedan to US$1,475 in an Executive Sprinter.
Snoqualmie Falls is a 270-foot waterfall east of the city, open year-round, with two observation decks in the upper park and the Salish Lodge beside it. Woodinville Wine Country, back toward the city in the Sammamish River Valley, has more than 130 wineries spread over four districts. A typical day is the falls in the morning, lunch, then two or three tasting rooms in the afternoon. Book tastings where the winery requires it and send the list to the desk. The chauffeur follows local rules on alcohol, and there is no drinking in the vehicle; see wine country tours.
Corporate travel and roadshows
Seattle and the Eastside host roadshows that move between downtown towers, South Lake Union offices and Bellevue and Redmond campuses in a single day. The corporate roadshow day is priced from US$900 in a Business Sedan to US$1,800 in an Executive Sprinter, with one chauffeur and one vehicle for the whole programme, and a full-day chauffeur from US$740 to US$1,475.
A corporate account adds monthly invoicing, saved traveller profiles and NDAs on request. The corporate car service page explains how assistants book multi-stop days in one reservation.
Weddings, proms and nights out
Waterfront venues, historic halls in Pioneer Square, Woodinville wineries and Eastside estates all host weddings with guests spread across several hotels. A First Class Sedan for the couple and an Executive Sprinter for the party is a common plan; see wedding limousine and guest shuttles. For prom and graduation nights, see prom limousine.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service from Sea-Tac to downtown Seattle?
An Elly8.net Business Sedan from SEA to downtown Seattle is US$170, a Business SUV US$225, a First Class Sedan US$300 and an Executive Sprinter US$445. The round trip starts at US$325. Prices are fixed and all-in, covering the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. Tolls, parking and extra waiting are billed at cost.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at SEA?
Inside the terminal at baggage claim, with a name board. The chauffeur tracks your flight and walks you to the car, so you do not need to find the third-floor garage pickup used by taxis and rideshare. Complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing, and you receive the chauffeur's contact details before you fly.
Is the light rail cheaper than a car from Sea-Tac?
Yes, for one person. Link light rail is US$3.00 one way and takes about 38 minutes to downtown, and it is a good choice for a solo traveller with light luggage. A pre-booked car makes more sense for groups, families with child seats, cruise passengers with large bags, late arrivals and anyone heading straight to a meeting.
Can you pick us up from a private jet at Boeing Field?
Yes. Boeing Field to downtown is priced from US$125 in a Business Sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. Send the FBO, tail number and expected arrival time; the chauffeur meets you at the FBO. NDAs are available on request for confidential arrivals.
How do I get from Sea-Tac to the cruise terminal?
Book a transfer to the pier your ship uses: Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 or Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91. Pier transfers are quoted in the web booker. Give us your sailing time so the chauffeur arrives with a buffer, because the terminal approaches back up on busy turnaround days.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Add the number and ages of the children when booking and the chauffeur installs the seats before pickup. Families travelling with a week of cruise luggage usually choose a Business SUV or an Executive Sprinter for the extra room.
Can you handle a group for a game at Lumen Field?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter carries a group together, and the evening out and event night package, from US$500 in a Business Sedan to US$1,000 in an Executive Sprinter, includes a set drop-off and an agreed pickup point after the game. Book early for big games, when streets around SoDo close.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less it is 50%, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show it is 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Contact the desk early if your flight or sailing changes.
