A Seattle wedding limo plan starts with geography. Ceremonies and receptions here are spread across waterfront venues, Pioneer Square halls, Woodinville wineries, Eastside estates and island venues reached by ferry, and the guests are usually in three or four different hotels. The cars have to connect all of that on a schedule, often in the rain, on hills and across tolled bridges.
With Elly8.net, the core wedding vehicles are on a fixed Seattle price list: hourly cars from US$100 an hour in a Business Sedan to US$200 an hour in a 12-seat Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum, all-in. Rolls-Royce, stretch limousines and party buses are quoted in the web booker for your date and addresses. This guide sets out the timeline, the vehicle choices and the costs.
How much does a wedding limo cost in Seattle?
With Elly8.net, a First Class Sedan for the couple is US$160 an hour and an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party US$200 an hour, each with a 3-hour minimum, all-in. A full-day chauffeur runs from US$740 to US$1,475. Rolls-Royce and stretch limousines are quoted in the web booker for your date.
Every price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls and parking are billed at cost, which matters for Eastside venues reached over SR-520, a tolled bridge, and for ferry crossings. The figures below are the published Seattle rates, so you can build a budget before the first phone call.
| Vehicle | Seats | By the hour (3-hour minimum) | Evening out package | Full-day chauffeur |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Sedan | up to 3 | US$100 | US$500 | US$740 |
| First Class Sedan | up to 3 | US$160 | US$800 | US$1,180 |
| Business SUV | up to 6 | US$125 | US$625 | US$920 |
| First Class SUV | up to 6 | US$150 | US$750 | US$1,105 |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | US$200 | US$1,000 | US$1,475 |

The vehicle plan: who rides in what
Most Seattle weddings need three things moving on the day: the couple, the wedding party, and the guests. Each has a different best vehicle.
The couple. A First Class Sedan, an S-Class or similar, is the quiet, elegant choice and handles narrow venue driveways easily. For the photographs, a Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach (two passengers each on our fleet page) is quoted in the web booker. Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley partner vehicles are 7 model years or newer; every other class is 4 model years or newer.
The wedding party. The Executive Sprinter seats 12 with room for dresses, bouquets and a photographer's bag. It keeps the party together between the getting-ready suite, the first-look location and the ceremony, which is where most wedding-day delays begin. A stretch limousine (up to 8) or stretch SUV limousine (up to 16) suits couples who want the classic look; both are quoted in the web booker.
The guests. A shuttle loop between the main hotel and the venue saves guests from parking at a winery or estate and from looking for a ride home. One or two Executive Sprinters running timed loops usually cover a guest list of 40 to 80, depending on how many stay at the main hotel. Our wedding limousine and guest shuttle page explains how loops are scheduled, and group transportation covers larger moves.

Drive times to the venues couples choose
Distances from downtown Seattle are modest, but water and hills shape the route. These are routed distances and clear-road times; on a Saturday afternoon in summer, add a margin.
| From downtown Seattle to | Distance | Clear-road drive | What to plan for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bellevue | about 10 mi (16 km) | about 17 min | I-90 or tolled SR-520; tolls billed at cost |
| Kirkland | about 11 mi (18 km) | about 20 min | Eastside traffic on summer weekends |
| Woodinville wineries (Chateau Ste. Michelle) | about 18 mi (29 km) | about 30 min | winery driveways and parking; guest shuttles help |
| Snoqualmie Falls and Salish Lodge | about 29 mi (47 km) | about 41 min | mountain-pass traffic on I-90 on weekends |
| Tacoma | about 34 mi (54 km) | about 46 min | I-5 south is slow at peak hours |
| SEA airport (guest arrivals) | about 15 mi (24 km) | about 24 min | fixed transfers from US$170 |
Woodinville. Wine country weddings are popular because the estates combine ceremony lawns and reception rooms. Chateau Ste. Michelle is the best-known name, and Woodinville Wine Country lists the wider district. The practical issue is the drive home: a guest shuttle back to the Seattle or Bellevue hotel solves it, and nobody has to choose between a toast and the car keys.
Snoqualmie. The Salish Lodge sits beside Snoqualmie Falls, about 41 minutes east on a clear road. It is a beautiful setting and a long way for guests to drive in the dark after a reception, which is why couples often book a late return Sprinter from the lodge to the city.
Parks and public spaces. Ceremonies in a Seattle park need a permit; Seattle Parks and Recreation lists weddings and ceremonies among the activities that require one. Ask the permit office about vehicle access and drop-off points, because many viewpoints have only street parking.
Island weddings and the ferry
Bainbridge Island and Vashon Island venues add a ferry to the timeline. Washington State Ferries runs the Seattle to Bainbridge Island route from the downtown waterfront and the Fauntleroy to Vashon route from West Seattle, and notes that vehicle reservations are offered only on some routes. On routes without reservations, cars wait in the terminal holding lanes for the next sailing with space.
That changes the plan in three ways:
- Build in a sailing. Schedule the car to reach the terminal well before the sailing you need, and treat the next sailing as your buffer.
- Consider foot passengers. For a wedding party staying downtown, walking on to the ferry and meeting a car on the island side can be simpler than taking a vehicle across. The desk can book the island leg separately in the web booker.
- Fares and waiting are at cost. Ferry fares for the vehicle and any waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost, like tolls and parking.
A day-of timeline that works
This is a typical plan for a 4 p.m. ceremony at a Woodinville winery with the couple getting ready at a downtown hotel. Adjust the times to your venue.
- 11:30 a.m. First Class Sedan or Rolls-Royce arrives at the hotel for the first-look photos, often at a nearby viewpoint or the waterfront.
- 1:30 p.m. Executive Sprinter collects the wedding party from the hotel.
- 2:15 p.m. Both vehicles leave downtown for Woodinville, about 30 minutes on a clear road, with a 30-minute margin for Saturday traffic on I-405 or SR-520.
- 2:45 p.m. Guest shuttle loops begin from the main hotel, running until 3:30 p.m.
- 4:00 p.m. Ceremony. Chauffeurs stage at the venue.
- 6:00 p.m. The couple's car is released or kept for a sunset photo stop; the Sprinter stays for the party's return.
- 10:30 p.m. onward. Return shuttles to the hotel at fixed times announced at dinner, with a final loop at the end of the night.
This day uses the couple's car for roughly 6 to 7 hours, the Sprinter for 9 or more, and one or two shuttle Sprinters in two blocks. At published rates, a full-day chauffeur is the simpler way to book the long blocks: US$1,180 for a First Class Sedan and US$1,475 for an Executive Sprinter.
What a Seattle wedding transport budget looks like
Three example plans, using Elly8.net's published Seattle prices, all-in:
- Small city wedding: a First Class Sedan for the couple, 3 hours, US$480; one Executive Sprinter for the party, 4 hours, US$800. Total US$1,280.
- Woodinville winery wedding: a First Class Sedan full day, US$1,180; an Executive Sprinter full day for the party, US$1,475; a second Sprinter for guest loops, 3 hours before and 3 hours after, US$1,200. Total US$3,855.
- Out-of-town guests: SEA airport arrivals for family at US$170 in a Business Sedan or US$445 in an Executive Sprinter per vehicle, with flight tracking and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Boeing Field (BFI) arrivals from US$125.
Tolls, parking and ferry fares are billed at cost on top. For a general benchmark of limousine pricing, see how much does a limo cost; the questions to ask about minimums and fees are the same in every city, and our Philadelphia limo prices guide lists them in detail.
Rain, hills and Seattle details
Rain plan. Ask your venue where a car can pull up under cover, and give the chauffeur that door. A covered drop-off protects the dress and the flowers far better than a dash across a wet parking lot.
Hills. Some Queen Anne and Capitol Hill streets are steep and narrow. A sedan reaches more doors than a Sprinter; if the getting-ready house is on a tight street, the party may walk a block to the Sprinter on a main road.
Big weekends. Summer brings large events that close streets, such as the Seafair Torchlight Parade, which usually runs in July according to Seafair. Check your date against the city's event calendar before fixing pickup times.
Alcohol. The chauffeur follows local rules on alcohol in vehicles. Toasts belong at the venue.
A planning timeline for couples
- 9 to 12 months out: reserve the couple's car and the wedding party vehicle once the venue is booked. Summer Saturdays in Woodinville book early.
- 3 to 4 months out: confirm the guest shuttle plan with the hotel block numbers.
- 4 to 6 weeks out: send the desk the final timeline, addresses and contact on the day, usually the planner.
- 72 hours out: final headcount and times. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup; at 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%, refunded to the original card.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a wedding limo in Seattle?
At Elly8.net's published rates, a First Class Sedan is US$160 an hour and a 12-seat Executive Sprinter US$200 an hour, both with a 3-hour minimum, all-in with gratuity and taxes. Full days run from US$740 to US$1,475. Rolls-Royce and stretch limousines are quoted in the web booker for your date and addresses.
How far ahead should we book wedding cars in Seattle?
Book the couple's car and the wedding party vehicle as soon as the venue is confirmed, ideally 9 to 12 months ahead for summer Saturdays. Guest shuttles can be confirmed 3 to 4 months out, once hotel blocks are clear. Final times are due about 72 hours before the day.
Can a wedding car take the ferry to Bainbridge Island?
Yes. Vehicles can travel on Washington State Ferries, which offers vehicle reservations only on some routes, so the plan should build in a spare sailing. Ferry fares and extra waiting are billed at cost. For parties staying downtown, walking on and meeting a car on the island side is often simpler.
What is the best vehicle for a wedding party of ten?
The Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 with room for dresses and bags, at US$200 an hour in Seattle with a 3-hour minimum. A stretch SUV limousine, quoted in the web booker, seats up to 16 if the group wants the limousine look. Either keeps the party together on schedule.
Do you run guest shuttles from hotels to Woodinville?
Yes. Executive Sprinters run timed loops between the main hotel and the winery, before the ceremony and again at the end of the night. Woodinville is about 30 minutes from downtown on a clear road. Shuttles are booked by the hour at published rates, with the schedule agreed in advance.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Give the desk the covered entrance at each venue, and the chauffeur pulls up there. The timeline should include a few spare minutes, because wet roads slow traffic on I-5 and the bridges. Rain does not change the price, which stays fixed and all-in.
