Dallas has three airports that matter to a car service, and the right one depends on where you are going. DFW International is the long-haul hub halfway to Fort Worth, Love Field is a short hop from Uptown and the Park Cities, and Addison Airport in the northern suburbs is where many private jets land. Elly8.net books a Dallas limo and car service from all three at a fixed, all-in price, so the cost is settled before the chauffeur leaves for the airport.
From Love Field (DAL) to Uptown Dallas, a business sedan is US$115 and an Executive Sprinter US$300. From DFW (DFW) the range is US$200 to US$520, and from Addison (ADS) US$160 to US$420. Each airport price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, a standard gratuity and meet and greet. Rides in Dallas are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How much is a car service from DFW to Uptown Dallas?
A fixed Elly8.net business sedan from DFW to Uptown Dallas costs US$200 all-in, a business SUV US$260, a First Class sedan US$350 and an Executive Sprinter US$520. From Love Field the same trip starts at US$115. Tolls and parking are billed at cost; the price does not rise with traffic or demand.
DFW sits about 21 miles (34 km) from Uptown, around 27 minutes on a clear road, but the toll roads and the LBJ, I-35E and Dallas North Tollway corridors decide how long it really takes at 5 p.m. Round trips are priced below two one-ways: DFW to Uptown and back is US$380 in a business sedan and US$990 in an Executive Sprinter. To book a DFW car service, pick the vehicle on the price panel and reserve.
| Airport | Distance to Uptown | Clear-road drive | Business sedan | Business SUV | First Class sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) | about 21 mi (34 km) | about 27 min | US$200 | US$260 | US$350 | US$520 |

| Addison Airport (ADS) | about 14 mi (23 km) | about 19 min | US$160 | US$210 | US$280 | US$420 |
Arriving at DFW
DFW is a big, spread-out airport with five passenger terminals, A, B, C, D and E, connected airside by the Skylink train. Because the terminals are semicircles strung along a central spine road, "meet me at the curb" can mean a long walk if driver and passenger pick different doors, which is why an Elly8.net airport transfer includes a chauffeur inside arrivals with a name board.
Your chauffeur tracks the flight number, adjusts to the actual landing time and is waiting when you come through to baggage claim. Complimentary waiting after a tracked landing is part of the airport price, which takes the pressure off a long Customs queue or a late connection. The meet and greet page explains the routine; if you prefer a curbside pickup, the desk will set it up.
DFW lists taxis on the lower level of Terminals A, B, C, D and E, with an airport guest assistant at the taxi stands from 8 a.m. to midnight (DFW ground transportation). Rail is the other choice: the DART Orange Line runs from Plano through downtown Dallas and Irving to DFW Airport Terminal A Station, and TEXRail runs from downtown Fort Worth to Terminal B (DFW public transit).
Love Field and Addison Airport
Love Field is the city airport. It is about 5 miles (9 km) from Uptown and roughly 13 minutes on a clear road, with Southwest as its main airline, and it is the quickest way into Highland Park, the Medical District and the Design District. The Love Field fare starts at US$115 in a business sedan, and a round trip is US$220. For Love Field the chauffeur meets you by baggage claim; with a short drive, it is the most efficient Dallas airport for a day of meetings in Uptown.
Addison Airport is a general aviation airport in the northern suburbs, used by private and charter flights, about 14 miles (23 km) from Uptown. A private jet and FBO car service from Addison starts at US$160 in a business sedan; tell the desk the FBO and the tail number, and the chauffeur coordinates with the handler for a planeside or lobby meeting where the FBO allows it. Addison is also convenient for Legacy West, the Galleria Dallas and the North Dallas office corridor.
Taxi, rideshare, DART or a pre-booked chauffeur?
There is an honest answer for each trip. A solo traveller with one carry-on landing at DFW in the middle of the day, staying near a DART station downtown, can take the Orange Line from Terminal A and pay a DART Local pass fare; DART's airport guide explains the Day and 3-Hour pass options and the Love Link bus that connects Love Field with Inwood/Love Field Station. A short Love Field hop with one bag is often fine by taxi or app.
A pre-booked chauffeur earns its price when the trip is harder: a 10 p.m. DFW arrival with a family and car seats, a team of five with sample cases, an early meeting in Las Colinas, a Cowboys game in Arlington, or a week when demand pushes app prices up. The Elly8.net price is fixed when you book, so there is no surge and no meter, and you know the total before you land.
| Option | Price | Time to Uptown | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elly8.net business sedan from DFW | US$200 fixed, all-in | about 27 min clear road | Fixed budget, meet and greet, families, late flights |
| Elly8.net business sedan from Love Field | US$115 fixed, all-in | about 13 min clear road | Day meetings, fast Uptown access |
| Taxi from DFW | metered fare, varies with traffic | varies | One traveller, light bags, off-peak |
| DART Orange Line from DFW Terminal A | DART Local pass fare | rail plus walk or transfer | Budget solo travel to downtown or Irving |
| Rideshare | app price, varies with demand | varies | Short notice, one or two travellers |

Uptown, downtown and the business districts
The price panel uses Uptown as its centre because so many visits start there: the hotels along McKinney Avenue, the towers of Cedar Springs and Harwood, and Victory Park around the American Airlines Center, home of the Mavericks and the Stars. Downtown has the Arts District, the large convention hotels and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, while Deep Ellum, the Bishop Arts District and Lower Greenville carry the evening.
Corporate Dallas is spread wide. Las Colinas in Irving, Legacy West and the Plano campuses to the north, the Telecom Corridor in Richardson and the Stemmons Freeway office belt sit in different corners of the Metroplex, linked by toll roads and freeways that slow sharply at rush hour. A car service by the hour from US$95 an hour in a business sedan (3-hour minimum) is usually simpler than separate transfers when a day takes in three of them.
Conventions, AT&T Stadium and the State Fair
The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas hosts trade shows and conventions year-round, with a major expansion set to debut in 2030; the desk books shuttles and executive cars under conference transportation. In Arlington, AT&T Stadium is home to the Dallas Cowboys and the Cotton Bowl Classic, and it draws stadium concerts and championship events. Game days close streets and fill every lot around the stadium and neighbouring Globe Life Field, so plan pickups with the chauffeur in advance; see sports event transportation.
Each autumn the State Fair of Texas takes over Fair Park (the 2026 fair ran September 25 to October 18), bringing heavy traffic to the streets around Fair Park on fair weekends. An Elly8.net Evening out & event night, from US$475 in a business sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, keeps one vehicle and chauffeur with you for concerts, galas and games; the chauffeur follows the venue's pickup arrangements. Galas and private parties are covered under event transportation, and arena shows under concert transportation.
Corporate travel and roadshows
Dallas is one of the busiest corporate travel markets in the country, with headquarters across finance, energy, telecoms and logistics. The Corporate roadshow day package, from US$855 in a business sedan to US$1,710 in an Executive Sprinter, covers a full day of meetings with one chauffeur and vehicle, timed to the last flight out of DFW or Love Field. A Full-day chauffeur starts at US$700.
A corporate account adds monthly invoicing, traveller profiles and NDAs on request, and assistants can book for executives with one login. The corporate car service and roadshow chauffeur pages explain how the desk manages delays and agenda changes. Hotels and travel agents can book through hotel and travel-agent accounts.
Fort Worth Stockyards day trip and city tours
The signature Dallas day trip is 6 hours in the Fort Worth Stockyards, from US$525 in a business sedan to US$1,050 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur drives west across the Metroplex, waits while you watch the twice-daily longhorn cattle drive, browse the Western shops and eat barbecue, and brings you back to your Dallas hotel. More on that side of the Metroplex is on our Fort Worth car service page.
Inside Dallas, the Private city highlights tour starts at US$380 and can take in Dealey Plaza and the Sixth Floor Museum, the Arts District, Klyde Warren Park, the Bishop Arts District and the mansions of Highland Park. See private city tours for how tours are planned.
Weddings, proms and nights out
Dallas weddings move between hotel ballrooms, churches in the Park Cities and venues in the Design District or out in the countryside. The desk books wedding limousines for the couple and Sprinters for guests, plus prom limousines with parent contacts and fixed pickup times. Many Dallas groups search for a party bus; for most groups of up to a Sprinter's size, a Sprinter van with driver is the more comfortable choice, and larger groups can see party bus rental. The chauffeur follows local rules on alcohol in the vehicle.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a car service from DFW to downtown or Uptown Dallas?

The price includes the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, a standard gratuity and meet and greet. Tolls and parking are billed at cost. A round trip starts at US$380.
Is DFW or Love Field better for Dallas?
For Uptown, downtown and the Park Cities, Love Field is closer: about 5 miles (9 km) and 13 minutes on a clear road, with car service from US$115. DFW has far more routes and almost all international flights, and it is about 21 miles (34 km) from Uptown. If your meetings are in Irving, Las Colinas or Arlington, DFW is often the better fit.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at DFW?
Inside the terminal, at arrivals or baggage claim, with a name board. For international flights, the chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit after Customs. The flight number lets the chauffeur track your landing, and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing is included in the airport price.
Can you pick up from a private jet at Addison?
Yes. Book Addison Airport (ADS) and give the FBO name and tail number. The chauffeur coordinates with the FBO for the meeting point, which may be the lobby or, where the FBO permits, planeside. A business sedan from Addison to Uptown is US$160 and an Executive Sprinter US$420.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request. Tell the desk how many seats you need and the children's ages when you book, and the seats are fitted before the pickup. This is particularly useful for families landing at DFW after a long flight, when nobody wants to install seats at the curb.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%. Refunds are made to the original card. For time or address changes, contact the 24/7 desk as early as possible.
Can you handle a group for a Cowboys game or a convention?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter costs US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$950 for an Evening out & event night, and several vehicles can be booked under one reference. For AT&T Stadium the desk plans the drop-off and pickup around the stadium's traffic plan, so book early for big game days.
Do you offer corporate accounts in Dallas?
Yes. Corporate accounts include monthly invoicing, saved traveller profiles, booking by assistants and NDAs on request. The Corporate roadshow day starts at US$855 in a business sedan. Apply through the corporate accounts page and the desk will set up your company's access.
