A corporate account with Elly8.net replaces the patchwork most travel managers live with: a car service in New York, another in London, a taxi receipt from Chicago and a rideshare surge charge nobody approved. One account covers pre-booked chauffeured cars in 141 cities, every ride is priced before it is booked, and the whole month arrives on one invoice.
The account is free to open. There is no minimum spend, no retainer and no annual fee. You pay for the rides your travellers take, at the same fixed, all-in prices published on our city pages.
What does a corporate account give your company?
One account, one price list and one monthly invoice for chauffeured rides in 141 cities across the USA, Canada and Europe. Every price is fixed and all-in before booking, assistants can book for any traveller, each ride carries your cost centre and PO number, and a 24/7 desk handles changes in every city.
- 141 cities, one contract. New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and 134 more. Book a JFK car service, a Heathrow transfer to Mayfair or an hourly chauffeur in Chicago through the same account.
- Fixed, all-in prices. Each price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, the standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost and shown on the invoice line. There is no surge pricing.
- Monthly invoicing. Rides post to the account and are invoiced once a month, so travellers do not need to expense individual receipts.
- Travel-policy vehicle classes. Agree which classes each group of travellers may book, from Business Sedan to Executive Sprinter.
- A 24/7 reservations desk. Changes at 3 a.m. after a cancelled flight are handled by people who book these airports every day.
Prices your finance team can budget
Because every route is priced in advance, a roadshow or a quarter of airport runs can be costed before anyone travels. A few published examples:
| Route or package | Business Sedan | Business SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|
| JFK to Midtown Manhattan | US$210 | US$275 | US$550 |
| O'Hare to the Loop and Magnificent Mile | US$215 | US$280 | US$560 |
| LAX to Beverly Hills | US$170 | US$225 | US$445 |
| Toronto Pearson to downtown Toronto | US$155 | US$205 | US$405 |
| Heathrow to Mayfair | US$195 | US$255 | US$510 |
| CDG to the 8th arrondissement | US$170 | US$225 | US$445 |
| Corporate roadshow day, New York | US$945 | US$1,215 | US$1,890 |
The full list for each city sits on its city page and on the all prices and packages page. For an address that is not on a price list, the web booker quotes a fixed price before you confirm.
Cost centres, PO numbers and clean invoices
Every booking on a corporate account can carry the references your accounts payable team needs: a cost centre, a project or client code, a purchase order number and the traveller's name. Those references print on the monthly invoice against each ride, so finance can allocate spend without chasing receipts.
You choose how the account is billed. Most companies use monthly invoicing to one billing contact. Others keep a company card on file and use the invoice for reconciliation. Either way, the price on the confirmation is the price on the invoice, plus any tolls, parking or extra waiting, each shown separately.
Set vehicle classes that match your travel policy
Travel policies usually say something like "sedan for one or two travellers, SUV for three or more or for senior executives, van for teams". Tell us your rules at sign-up and the desk books to them.
- Business Sedan for individual airport runs and meetings.
- Business SUV for extra luggage, two or three travellers, or winter cities.
- First Class Sedan and First Class SUV for executives, board members and client hosting.
- Executive Sprinter for teams, offsites, site visits and conference shuttles.
Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley. See the fleet for what each class looks like.
Executive assistants booking for others
Most corporate rides are booked by someone who is not in the car. The account is built for that. An assistant can book for any traveller on the account, add the flight number, set the name on the pickup sign and choose who receives the confirmation and the chauffeur details: the traveller, the assistant, or both.
When plans change, the assistant calls or emails the 24/7 desk and the change is made on the existing booking. There is no need to cancel and rebook in another city or another app. For multi-leg trips, one email can cover the whole itinerary: the airport transfer on arrival, an hourly chauffeur for the meeting day and the run back to the airport.
Roadshows, offsites and multi-city days
Investor roadshows are where a pre-booked chauffeur earns its place. A driver who waits outside each meeting, knows the next address and keeps the bags in the car turns six meetings into a manageable day. Our roadshow chauffeur day in New York is a fixed price from US$945 in a Business Sedan; similar day packages run in Chicago from US$900, in Toronto from US$990 and in London from US$945.
For a sales kick-off or a board offsite, the desk can schedule several vehicles against one arrival manifest, mixing SUVs and Sprinters, and invoice it as a single event. See corporate car service for the full range of business bookings.
Duty of care, built into every ride
When your people travel, you are responsible for how they get from the airport to the hotel at midnight. The account gives you a clear answer.
- Flight tracking on every airport pickup, so the chauffeur adjusts to early and late arrivals, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
- Meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board, so travellers are not left searching a kerb.
- The chauffeur's name and contact details sent before pickup, so the traveller knows exactly who is collecting them.
- Licensed, commercially insured operators. Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs. In every other city, rides are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, with Elly8.net taking the booking, fixing the price and running the 24/7 desk.
- A 24/7 desk that the traveller, the assistant or your travel manager can reach.
- NDAs on request for confidential travel, deal teams and senior executives.

Reporting your travel team can use
Because every ride runs through one account, the monthly invoice doubles as a record: who travelled, where, in which vehicle class, against which cost centre and at what price. Travel managers use it to check policy compliance and to compare spend by city. If you need the data in a particular layout for an expense system, tell us at sign-up and we will confirm what we can provide.
Why not just expense rideshare and taxis?
For a single traveller with a carry-on at two in the afternoon, a taxi or rideshare can be the cheaper choice, and we say so in our chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft comparison. A corporate account pays off where cost control and reliability matter more than the lowest fare: late arrivals, executives, teams with luggage, client hosting, and any city where surge pricing turns a routine trip into an unpredictable one. It also replaces dozens of receipts with one invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee or minimum spend to open a corporate account?
No. The account is free to open, with no minimum monthly spend, no retainer and no annual fee. You pay the published, fixed price for each ride your travellers take. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost and listed separately on the monthly invoice.
Which cities does a corporate account cover?
All 141 Elly8.net cities in the USA, Canada and Europe, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, London and Paris. One account and one invoice cover every city. See all cities for the full list, and use the web booker for addresses outside the published price lists.
Can assistants book for several travellers?
Yes. Authorised bookers can reserve for anyone on the account, add flight numbers, set the name on the pickup sign and choose who receives the confirmation and chauffeur details. Changes and cancellations go through the 24/7 desk on the original booking, so nothing has to be rebooked from scratch.
What is the cancellation policy for corporate rides?
The same as for every Elly8.net booking: free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go to the original card. Read the full cancellation policy.
Can we add PO numbers and cost centres to each ride?
Yes. Each booking can carry a cost centre, project or client code, purchase order number and traveller name. Those references print on the monthly invoice against each ride, so finance can allocate spend without collecting individual receipts from travellers. Tell us the fields you need at sign-up.
Do you also book flights and hotels?
No. Elly8.net books the car only. For flights and hotels, our travel partner is BookingWorldwide.net, and the travel desk page explains how the two work together. Your corporate account covers every ground leg, from airport transfers to roadshow days, on one monthly invoice.
