A car service from Toronto Pearson to Blue Mountain Village through Elly8.net costs US$330 in a business sedan, US$430 in a Business SUV and US$860 in an Executive Sprinter, fixed and all-in. Pearson is about 122 km (76 mi) from the Village, roughly two hours on a clear road, and on a Friday night in ski season the drive north is exactly the part of the weekend most people would rather hand to someone else.
Rides in Collingwood and Blue Mountain are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Prices are quoted in US dollars and charged to your card in US$, which helps visitors from the United States budget a ski week or a wedding weekend in Ontario.

The Pearson price is to Blue Mountain Village. For a chalet on the escarpment, a home in Collingwood, Thornbury or Craigleith, or a venue on the Georgian Bay shore, the web booker returns a fixed price for the exact address. The Blue Mountain fares panel is at the top of this page.
The drive from Pearson, and why ski bags change the vehicle
There are two common routes. One runs north on Highway 400 to Barrie and then west on Highway 26 through Stayner and Collingwood to the Village. The other heads north-west through Orangeville and Shelburne on Highway 10 before turning toward Collingwood. On a clear road the trip takes about 123 minutes. The chauffeur chooses on the day, because the deciding factors are the Friday queue on the 400 and the lake-effect snow that can close in on the routes near Georgian Bay.
For ski trips, the vehicle choice is about gear as much as people. A sedan suits two travellers with boot bags and soft luggage; skis and snowboard bags need the length of a Business SUV or, for a group, an Executive Sprinter. Tell us the number of ski and board bags when you book and we will confirm the vehicle fits them. All partner vehicles are four model years or newer.
At Pearson, the chauffeur meets you inside arrivals at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board, after baggage, customs and the oversized-baggage belt where skis come out. The flight is tracked, so a delayed arrival from Boston or an early landing from London moves the pickup with it, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. See Pearson airport transfers, and our Toronto limo service and Mississauga car service pages if you stay a night near the airport first.
Blue Mountain Resort and the Village
Blue Mountain Resort at 190 Gord Canning Drive in the Town of The Blue Mountains sits on the Niagara Escarpment just west of Collingwood. The resort sells the Ikon Pass and its own 5x7 passes, and it lists All-Inclusive Ski Week packages for 18 to 21 January and 15 to 18 February 2027. Its winter calendar also includes Holiday Magic in the Village from 20 November to 3 January.
Blue Mountain Village is the pedestrian base at the foot of the slopes, with hotels, condos, restaurants and shops. Cars drop guests at the hotel entrances and the Village edge, and the chauffeur helps carry gear to the lobby. On departure day, we time the pickup to check-out and your flight, and in heavy snow we will call ahead to move it earlier.
Outside ski season, the resort and Village run a busy calendar of their own, including the Apple Harvest Festival in October and summer events, and the drive is easier and the weekends just as full.
Scandinave, Collingwood and the Georgian Bay shore
Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain at 152 Grey County Road 21 is an outdoor Nordic spa on the escarpment, where silence is the house rule and most guests stay three to five hours. It is a natural add-on to a ski day or a wedding weekend, and with a chauffeur nobody has to drive afterwards.
Collingwood itself is the harbour town on Nottawasaga Bay, with a historic main street, waterfront trails and restaurants, while Thornbury and the Town of The Blue Mountains run west along the shore. East of Collingwood, Wasaga Beach Provincial Park has the long freshwater beach that fills on summer weekends. Visit South Georgian Bay is the regional tourism guide.
The private highlights tour, from US$440 in a sedan to US$880 in a Sprinter, covers the escarpment lookouts, Collingwood's harbour and main street, Thornbury and the shoreline, with the chauffeur waiting at each stop. See private city tours.
Getting to Blue Mountain without driving: the honest comparison
There is no train to Blue Mountain, so most visitors choose between a rental car, a shared shuttle, a taxi and a pre-booked car.
Rental car. The cheapest for a long stay with a lot of local driving, but you drive the 400 after your flight, clear the snow yourself and pay for parking. In heavy snow, many visitors would rather not.
Shared shuttle. "Blue Mountain shuttle" is a common search, and shared airport shuttles run on scheduled departures with stops for other passengers. They suit a solo traveller with a modest budget and a flexible schedule.
Taxi. Local taxis serve Collingwood and the Village for short trips, such as dinner in town. A metered taxi from Pearson over this distance is rarely the best value.
Regional transit. Simcoe County's LINX transit operates regional bus routes in the county, with a 10% discount on the adult fare when paying with a LINX card; check its schedules for routes that fit your trip.
| Pearson to Blue Mountain | Price | Time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rental car | daily rate plus fuel and parking | you drive, about 123 min clear road | Long stays, lots of local driving |
| Shared shuttle | per-seat fare | scheduled, with other stops | Solo, flexible schedule |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$330 fixed, all-in | about 123 min clear road | Couples, light gear |
| Elly8.net Business SUV | US$430 fixed, all-in | about 123 min clear road | Skis and families |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$860 fixed, all-in | about 123 min clear road | Ski groups, wedding parties |
Our honest view: a solo traveller with a carry-on and time to spare can use a shared shuttle and save. A pre-booked car wins for families with children who need seats, for groups with ski bags, for a Friday-night arrival in snow, and for anyone whose weekend starts the minute they land. The general comparisons are in chauffeur vs renting a car and chauffeur vs a shared airport shuttle.
Weddings at Blue Mountain and on the bay
The escarpment, the Village, the orchards and the waterfront make this one of Ontario's most popular wedding regions, especially in summer and early autumn. Guests come up from Pearson and Toronto in waves, venues are spread across the countryside, and the reception ends late on dark rural roads. We plan it as one booking:
- Pearson and Toronto arrivals for the couple, families and guests.
- A First Class Sedan or SUV for the couple, and a Sprinter for the wedding party.
- Shuttles between the Village or Collingwood hotels and the venue, with late returns.
- Sunday and Monday departures back to Pearson, timed to each flight.
See wedding limousine service and Sprinter van with driver. The chauffeur follows Ontario rules, so there is no alcohol in the vehicle.
Groups, retreats and corporate weekends
Companies bring teams to Blue Mountain for off-sites, sales meetings and client ski days, often in a single Friday wave from Toronto. We move them in Executive Sprinters and keep an hourly chauffeur on hand for leaders and guests, from US$110 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. See group transportation and corporate car service. Companies that book regularly open a corporate account with monthly invoicing, and NDAs are available on request.
Nights out and après-ski
The evening out and event night package, from US$550 in a sedan to US$1,100 in a Sprinter, covers dinner in Collingwood or Thornbury, a night in the Village or a winery and cider tasting in the countryside, with the chauffeur waiting and the drive home taken care of. In ski season, an evening car is the simplest way to get from a chalet up the hill to dinner in town and back without anyone giving up a glass of wine.

Where does the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
Inside arrivals at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board, after baggage and customs, including the oversized-baggage belt for skis. The flight is tracked, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, so a delay does not mean an extra charge.
