The 2027 PGA Show runs from Tuesday, January 26 to Friday, January 29, 2027, with Demo Day at Orange County National Golf Center and three exhibit days at the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive, according to the PGA Show. It is a trade-only event, now in its 74th year, run by RX and the PGA of America, and for one week the golf industry's buyers, brands and professionals fill Orlando's convention hotels.
A pre-booked Elly8.net car gives that week a fixed, all-in price before you fly: MCO to International Drive from US$155 in a business sedan to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, and a chauffeur by the hour from US$95. Rides in Orlando are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How do you get to the PGA Show and Demo Day from MCO?
The Convention Center is on International Drive, about 13 miles (22 km) from Orlando International Airport, roughly 25 minutes on a clear road. Demo Day is farther west, at Orange County National in Winter Garden, about 19 miles (31 km) from International Drive. A fixed Elly8.net transfer from MCO to International Drive starts at US$155.
The show has two locations, and that is the first thing to plan around. The organiser's Overview and Hours page lists:
- Demo Day: Tuesday, January 26, 2027, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Orange County National Golf Center (OCN). PGA of America Golf Professionals with their staff and guests, LPGA Professionals, VIP Buyer Club members and VIP media get access from 9:00 a.m.; general access for all registered attendees starts at 12:00 p.m. It takes place rain or shine.
- Education: Tuesday to Friday, January 26 to 29, in the West Hall E/F corridor meeting rooms at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).
- Exhibits: Wednesday to Friday, January 27 to 29, in the OCCC West Concourse: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
The Demo Day page gives the address as 7643 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, FL 34787, and describes it as the world's largest professional outdoor demo day, with hitting bays, practice greens, short-game areas and a test track. The organiser's "Getting There" travel details for 2027 were still marked as coming soon when this page was written; check the attendee resources before you travel.
Who travels for the PGA Show
The organiser lists the audience as golf industry professionals: buyers for golf facilities and courses, owners, presidents and managers, PGA of America, LPGA and international PGA professionals, directors of golf, coaches and instructors, pro-shop owners, tournament organisers and, increasingly, racquet sports professionals. More than 1,000 brands exhibit apparel, equipment, technology, training aids and travel.
That mix makes for a specific travel pattern. Brand teams arrive early for build-up and stay all week. Buyers come for two or three days of appointments on the floor and dinners in the evening. Club professionals often fly in for Demo Day and the first exhibit day. Many travel with golf bags, sample cases or display kit, which matters when choosing the vehicle.
The transport problem: one big week on International Drive
The Orange County Convention Center is one of the largest convention venues in the United States, with more than 2 million square feet of exhibit space across its West and North-South buildings. When a show of this size opens, International Drive and Universal Boulevard slow down at the morning opening and again at closing time, hotel shuttles fill up, and taxi and app-ride pickup areas get busy.
Demo Day adds a second problem. Orange County National is in Winter Garden, west of the theme-park corridor, and thousands of attendees head there on the same Tuesday, many arriving for the noon general access at the same time. Then they need to get back to International Drive for the evening. A car that waits for you at the golf center, rather than one you have to summon from a crowded lot, is the simplest way to keep the day on schedule.
The arrival: MCO and Sanford
Orlando International (MCO). MCO has three passenger terminals: A and B in the original building and the newer Terminal C. According to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, app rides at Terminals A and B load on the Arrivals Curb (Level 2) and taxis on the Ground Transportation Curb (Level 1), while at Terminal C both use the Arrivals Curb on Level 6. With Elly8.net, give us your airline and flight number; the chauffeur tracks the landing, meets you inside arrivals with a name board and walks you to the car, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. See airport transfers and meet and greet.
Orlando Sanford (SFB). About 37 miles (60 km) north of International Drive, around 53 minutes on a clear road. Sanford is served mostly by leisure carriers; the fixed fare is US$275 in a business sedan up to US$715 in a Sprinter.
| Trip | Distance | Clear-road drive | Business sedan | Business SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MCO to International Drive | 13 mi / 22 km | about 23 min | US$155 | US$205 | US$405 |
| MCO round trip | 13 mi / 22 km each way | about 23 min each way | US$295 | US$390 | US$770 |
| SFB to International Drive | 37 mi / 60 km | about 53 min | US$275 | US$360 | US$715 |
| International Drive to Orange County National | about 19 mi / 31 km | about 35 min | hourly, from US$95 / hr | hourly, US$120 / hr | hourly, US$190 / hr |
The First Class Sedan is US$275 and the First Class SUV US$250 from MCO. A direct run from MCO to Orange County National, roughly 31 miles (50 km), is priced in the web booker because it is not on the fixed list.
The plan for PGA Show week
Build-up and arrival. Exhibitors arrive before Demo Day. A business SUV takes two travellers with golf bags; an Executive Sprinter with driver carries a brand team, sample cases and display kit in one trip. Tell the desk how many bags and cases you have so we send the right vehicle.
Demo Day: a car by the hour. Book car service by the hour, as directed, with a 3-hour minimum: US$95 an hour in a business sedan, US$120 in a business SUV, US$145 in a First Class SUV, US$155 in a First Class Sedan and US$190 in an Executive Sprinter. The car leaves your hotel in time for your access window, waits at the golf center while you test equipment, and brings you back to International Drive. A full day at Demo Day followed by dinner fits the 8-hour full-day chauffeur, fixed from US$700 in a business sedan to US$1,400 in a Sprinter.
Exhibit days. Most buyers walk the West Concourse from opening and leave for lunches and dinners with brands. An hourly booking keeps a car close to the Convention Center for those departures. Buyers with a fixed list of off-site meetings, a club visit or a factory tour can take the 10-hour corporate roadshow day, fixed from US$855 in a business sedan to US$1,710 in a Sprinter. See conference transportation and corporate car service.
Evenings. The organiser lists events such as the Fashion Show and the Winter Jam Concert among the week's experiences, alongside brand dinners and receptions across the resort area. The 5-hour evening out and event night package is fixed from US$475 in a business sedan to US$950 in a Sprinter, with the car waiting nearby. The chauffeur follows Florida rules on what may be carried in the vehicle.
Teams. For a brand with staff in several hotels, the desk schedules multiple vehicles to one arrival time and stages them for the evening. Our group transportation page explains how we run shuttles for larger teams.
Prices for the PGA Show: the Orlando packages
Prices on the Orlando price list do not change for the PGA Show. They are per vehicle, fixed and all-in, and include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
| Package | Business sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MCO to International Drive | US$155 | US$205 | US$275 | US$405 |
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$95 / hr | US$120 / hr | US$155 / hr | US$190 / hr |
| Evening out and event night (5 hours) | US$475 | US$600 | US$775 | US$950 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$700 | US$885 | US$1,145 | US$1,400 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$855 | US$1,080 | US$1,395 | US$1,710 |
The First Class SUV is US$250 from MCO, US$145 an hour, US$725 for the evening, US$1,070 for the full day and US$1,305 for the roadshow day. Every price is on the Orlando fares panel; vehicle sizes and luggage space are on the fleet page.
Orlando hotels fill for PGA Show week, and so do the larger vehicles. The Rolex 24 At Daytona weekend follows straight on, from January 28 to 31, which adds demand for SUVs and Sprinters in the region. Reserve now to fix the vehicle and the price.
Honest alternatives
Orlando's airport publishes approximate fares, and they are fair. The MCO ground transportation page estimates a taxi to the International Drive area at about US$38 to US$45, and lists the local LYNX bus at US$2; the taxi page adds that fares are set by the meter and flat rates are not authorised, so traffic adds to the cost. For one traveller with a carry-on landing mid-afternoon, a taxi is a sensible, cheaper choice. Hotels on International Drive within walking distance of the West Concourse may need no car at all on exhibit days.
A pre-booked chauffeur wins where the show creates pressure: a 9:00 a.m. access window at Demo Day, golf bags and sample cases for three people, a buyer dinner across town after the floor closes, or a late Friday flight home after the 2:00 p.m. close. For the general comparison, read chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft and chauffeur vs renting a car.
Before and after the show
The signature Orlando package is an 8-hour day at Kennedy Space Center, fixed from US$700 in a business sedan to US$1,400 in a Sprinter. The private city highlights tour runs from US$380 to US$760.
Plenty of attendees continue around Florida. We run the same fixed-price service as a Tampa car service, Jacksonville airport transfers, a Palm Beach chauffeur, a Naples, Florida car service, Fort Lauderdale airport transfers and a Miami car service. Longer drives sit under city to city car service.

Demo Day is on Tuesday at Orange County National Golf Center in Winter Garden; education runs all four days and the exhibits open Wednesday to Friday at the Orange County Convention Center West Concourse. The show is trade-only, so check the attendee qualifications before you register.
How much is a car from MCO to the PGA Show?
The fixed Elly8.net fare from MCO to International Drive, where the Convention Center sits, is US$155 in a business sedan, US$205 in a business SUV and US$405 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in per vehicle. A round trip starts at US$295. The price is the same during the PGA Show as in any other week.
How far is Demo Day from International Drive?
Orange County National is about 19 miles (31 km) west of International Drive by road, roughly 35 minutes on a clear road, longer when attendees arrive together for the noon general access. An hourly car from US$95 an hour, 3-hour minimum, takes you there, waits and brings you back.
Will the car fit golf bags?
Yes, if you tell us how many. A business SUV is the usual choice for two travellers with golf bags; three or more people with bags and sample cases should book an Executive Sprinter. The fleet page lists passenger and luggage capacity for each class.
Can the car wait while I am on the show floor?
Yes. Book by the hour, as directed, or the 8-hour full-day chauffeur from US$700. The car stays close to the Convention Center and the chauffeur messages the pickup point when you are ready, which saves the queue at closing time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less a 10% fee applies, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Book early for show week and change times through the desk if your schedule moves.
Do you offer accounts for brands sending a team?
Yes. A corporate account gives you fixed fares, monthly invoicing and one desk for every traveller, so assistants can book for staff arriving on different flights. The same account covers our other Florida cities and the rest of the network.
