Rolling Loud Florida comes to Camping World Stadium in Orlando from Friday, May 7 to Sunday, May 9, 2027, according to the official festival website, which already has presale tickets on sale. Rolling Loud is a hip-hop festival, and the 2026 Florida edition ran May 8 to 10 at Camping World Stadium and Tinker Field. Fans travel in from across Florida, the Southeast and much further, and most stay along International Drive, near Universal or downtown.
Elly8.net books the ground transport around it: a chauffeur at Orlando International or Orlando Sanford, a fixed drop-off near the festival entrance each day, a pickup at a time and corner agreed in advance, and Executive Sprinters for groups sharing one plan. Prices are fixed, all-in and do not change for festival weekend, and the 24/7 desk runs the booking from landing to departure.
How do you get to Rolling Loud at Camping World Stadium?
Book a car from your hotel to an agreed drop-off near the West Church Street entrance, with a pickup time and corner set before you go in. From International Drive the drive is about 9.6 mi (15.5 km); from Orlando International, about 14.7 mi (23.6 km). Downtown hotels are about 2 mi (3 km) away.
Camping World Stadium sits just west of downtown Orlando, with the festival entrance off West Church Street. For a stadium festival, the problem is not distance but timing: a stadium-sized crowd heads for the same gates in the afternoon and leave together when the last set ends, I-4 and the streets around the stadium fill with cars, the parking lots empty slowly, and app rides surge at the end of the night. There is no re-entry once you have entered, so the day's plan has to be right from the start.
A pre-booked chauffeur turns that into a known plan. You tell the desk your hotel, the day and roughly when you want to arrive; the chauffeur drops you at the nearest permitted point and meets you at an agreed spot afterwards, away from the crowd at the main exits.

Arriving: Orlando International, Sanford or Orlando Executive
Orlando International (MCO) is the main airport, with three passenger terminals: A and B in the original building and the newer Terminal C. From MCO, the fixed fare to International Drive starts at US$155 in a Business Sedan and runs to US$405 in an Executive Sprinter. Orlando Sanford (SFB), north of the city, is served by leisure airlines; its fixed fare to International Drive starts at US$275.
| Route | Distance | Clear-road drive | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |

The First Class SUV is US$250 from MCO and US$440 from SFB. All prices are per vehicle, fixed and all-in: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Downtown, Universal-area and Lake Buena Vista hotels are priced by address in the web booker.
Give us the flight number. The chauffeur tracks the landing and meets you inside the terminal with a name board; waiting after a tracked landing is complimentary. Child seats are available on request. Orlando Executive Airport, the closest to the stadium, handles general aviation; tell us the FBO and tail number for private jet and FBO car service. See airport transfers and meet and greet.
Festival days: drop-off, the night and the ride home
From International Drive, Camping World Stadium is about 9.6 mi (15.5 km), around 17 minutes on a clear road; from downtown hotels it is about 2 mi (3.2 km). On festival afternoons, the last mile is the slow part. The desk sets a drop-off point as close to the entrance as the organisers and the city allow on the day, and a pickup point at a set time away from the busiest corners.
Three ways to book a festival day:
- Drop-off and set pickup. Two fixed legs, the cheapest plan for a couple or a small group.
- Evening out and event night (5 hours). From US$475 in a Business Sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter. Good for an afternoon arrival, the headline sets and a late dinner.
- Full-day chauffeur (8 hours). From US$700 in a Business Sedan to US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter, for long days with a hotel stop or guests arriving at different times.
An hourly chauffeur runs from US$95 an hour in a Business Sedan to US$190 in an Executive Sprinter, three hours minimum. Because there is no re-entry, plan what you bring; the festival's bag policy is strict, and lockers are available to rent on site. The chauffeur cannot hold bags inside the venue, but can keep a change of clothes or a phone charger in the car for the ride home. See concert and festival transportation.
Groups, artists' teams and hosted guests
Rolling Loud weekends are group weekends. An Executive Sprinter keeps a group together, with room for bags and a clean change of clothes in the back, and one vehicle is far easier to find at the end of the night than several app rides at the same pickup zone. For larger groups, the desk books several vehicles on one confirmation, with the same pickup time and corner. See Sprinter van with driver and group transportation.
Management teams, labels and brands hosting guests often need a car on standby all weekend, between the hotel, the stadium, studio sessions and late dinners. The corporate roadshow day (10 hours) runs from US$855 in a Business Sedan to US$1,710 in an Executive Sprinter, with one chauffeur and one vehicle for the whole schedule. For discretion, the desk can assign the same chauffeur for the weekend and sign an NDA. Elly8.net is a car service, not a security company; where an artist travels with security, the chauffeur follows the security team's plan. See event transportation and film and production transportation.
The chauffeur follows Florida rules on what may be carried in the vehicle; the festival has its own zero-tolerance rules on drugs, and security checks every bag at the gate. Companies booking for staff or guests can open a corporate account, and travel advisers can book through travel agent accounts.
Honest alternatives: rideshare, taxis, LYNX and parking
For a solo fan staying downtown, walking or a short app ride is often the right answer. The festival publishes rideshare, parking and locker information on its travel page, and lists Brightline for fans coming from South Florida: Brightline trains run from Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach to the MCO station at the airport.
| Option | Price | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) | Set by the app; surge at peaks | Solo fans, short trips from downtown | Long waits and surge when the night ends |
| Taxi from MCO | About US$38 to US$45 metered to International Drive (airport estimate) | One or two travellers, no booking | Meter rises in traffic |
| LYNX bus | US$2 per ride, US$4.50 all day | Budget travellers with time | Late-night service after the festival |
| Premier parking | US$150 for 3 days (2026 guide) | Groups with a designated driver | Slow exits from the lots |
| Elly8.net car | From US$95/hr, 3-hour minimum, fixed | Groups, visitors from out of town, late nights | Book early for festival weekend |
The taxi and bus figures come from the MCO ground transportation pages; the airport adds that taxi fares are set by the meter and flat rates are not authorized. A pre-booked chauffeur wins for groups, for fans who want a fixed price for the ride home instead of a surge price at midnight, and for anyone who does not want to drive after a long day. Around the weekend
Orlando has more than the festival. The signature Kennedy Space Center day trip is an 8-hour package from US$700 in a Business Sedan to US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter, and the private city highlights tour runs from US$380 to US$760. Fans travelling on can book Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Jacksonville with the same desk, or a city-to-city car service for the drive.
Rides in Orlando are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Elly8.net is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory, LimousineAssociation.International, HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory. Flights and hotels can be booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net; Elly8.net books the car.
