HLTH USA 2026 takes place from November 15 to 18, 2026, at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, according to the HLTH 2026 event page. The organiser lists more than 12,250 attendees, more than 4,400 of them in the C-suite, over 8,500 meetings and more than 950 sponsors and exhibitors. It is a health-care and health-tech event built around meetings: founders and investors, payers and providers, pharma teams and the press, most of them on tight schedules for four days.
For a conference held inside one resort, the ground plan is mostly about the edges of the day: the airport run, meetings and dinners away from The Venetian, and teams moving together. Elly8.net books those cars at fixed, all-in Las Vegas prices, from US$125 for a business sedan from Harry Reid International to the Strip, with chauffeurs by the hour for the rest.
What is the best way to get to HLTH at The Venetian Expo?
Book a fixed transfer from Harry Reid International (LAS) to The Venetian, from US$125 in a business sedan to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter, and walk to the expo inside the resort. For meetings at other hotels, investor dinners and late nights, keep a chauffeur by the hour from US$95 an hour.
The Venetian Expo is part of The Venetian Resort, which describes itself as a fully integrated resort, with expo halls and more than 300 meeting rooms listed on its meetings page. If you sleep at The Venetian or The Palazzo, you reach the halls on foot. Many HLTH attendees stay elsewhere on the Strip, and that is where the car plan begins.

The geography of HLTH week
The Venetian sits in the middle of the Strip, about 1.2 miles (1.9 km) by road from the centre point we use for Las Vegas fares, around 4 minutes on an empty road. The Strip is rarely empty in the evening. Hotels at the southern end of the Strip, or the Henderson resorts, are a real drive at rush hour, not a walk, and crossing between resorts means driveways, garages and lights at every block.
| Route | Distance | Clear-road time | Elly8.net fixed fare |
|---|---|---|---|
| Harry Reid International (LAS) to the Strip | about 9 mi (14 km) | about 39 min | from US$125 to US$325 |
| LAS round trip to the Strip | from US$240 to US$620 | ||
| Henderson Executive (HND) to the Strip | about 13 mi (21 km) | about 21 min | from US$155 to US$405 |
| North Las Vegas (VGT) to the Strip | about 8 mi (13 km) | about 17 min | from US$125 to US$325 |
| By the hour, as directed | from US$95 to US$190 an hour, 3-hour minimum |
By road, LAS to The Venetian works out at about 10 miles (16 km). The time depends less on distance than on the airport roads, the Strip itself and the hotel driveway at the other end, so the desk times each pickup from your tracked flight, not from a guess.
Arriving at Harry Reid International
LAS has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and the one you land at depends on your airline. Give us the flight number and the chauffeur tracks the flight and meets you inside with a name board, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Pre-arranged private cars collect on the west side of Terminal 1 baggage claim, outside exit doors 7 to 10, and on Level Zero at each end of Terminal 3, as set out on the airport's limousines page.
That matters on HLTH Sunday, when the event opens and flights from the East Coast and the Midwest land close together. The taxi lines and the rideshare garages fill at the same time, while a pre-booked car is already staged at the private-car area.
Fixed transfers from LAS to the Strip run from US$125 in a business sedan and US$165 in a business SUV to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in with chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet. A round trip booked together runs from US$240 to US$620. See airport transfers and meet and greet for how the meeting works.
Private aviation. Investors and executives flying privately into Las Vegas often use Henderson Executive Airport or North Las Vegas. Send the tail number and the FBO with the booking and the chauffeur meets you at the aircraft's FBO. Transfers from HND to the Strip run from US$155 to US$405, and from VGT from US$125 to US$325. See private jet and FBO transfers.
The HLTH plan: when a chauffeur earns its fare
A meeting-heavy schedule. HLTH is a meeting event first, and many of those meetings are not on the expo floor: suites in other resorts, restaurant private rooms, a portfolio company's hospitality space. An hourly chauffeur waits nearby and is at the door when you message. In Las Vegas the hourly rate runs from US$95 in a business sedan to US$190 in an Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum.
Investor and partner dinners. Dinners off the Strip, or at a steakhouse in a different resort, are where a car on standby pays for itself. The 5-hour evening out and event night package runs from US$475 to US$950. The chauffeur waits through dinner, then takes the table on to the next stop or back to the hotel. Chauffeurs follow local rules on alcohol in vehicles.
Executive days. For a CEO with a keynote, press interviews, investor meetings and a dinner in one day, the 8-hour full-day chauffeur runs from US$700 to US$1,400, and the 10-hour corporate roadshow day from US$855 to US$1,710. See roadshow chauffeur for how we plan a multi-stop day.
Teams and exhibitors. Sponsors moving staff, demo equipment and printed material between the hotel and the expo do better in one Executive Sprinter than in four separate app rides. For larger groups, see group transportation and conference transportation.
Discretion. Health-care deals, clinical data and acquisitions get discussed in cars. NDAs are available on request, and the desk shares passenger details only with the assigned chauffeur. Elly8.net is a chauffeur service, not a security company; if your principal travels with protection, we coordinate pickup points with the security lead.
Picking up and dropping off at The Venetian
Every large resort has its own driveway rules, with rideshare, taxi and private-car pickups in different places, and the arrangement can change during a big event. The resort links its own maps, parking and rideshare pages from the meetings site; check those for the latest layout. We do not publish a fixed pickup point that may have moved by the time you arrive.
Instead, the chauffeur sends you the exact meeting point and the vehicle details by message before each leg. On an hourly booking, message the chauffeur as your meeting ends; the car is staged nearby and comes to the door. If two of your meetings are both inside The Venetian and The Palazzo, walk: the desk will tell you so.
Corporate accounts for HLTH delegations
Companies sending a team to HLTH can open a corporate account: every traveller's rides on one monthly invoice, itemised by passenger and cost centre, with one contact at the desk. Executive assistants and event managers can book, change and cancel cars for the whole team. Agencies managing HLTH travel for clients can use a travel agent account. For business travel beyond the conference, see corporate car service.
Elly8.net vs taxi, rideshare and the bus
Be honest about the alternatives. For one traveller with a carry-on landing in the afternoon, a taxi is good value: the Nevada Taxicab Authority publishes approximate flat zone fares from the airport to the Strip of about US$22.25 to Zone 1, US$26.25 to Zone 2 and US$30.25 to Zone 3, plus a 3% excise tax and a US$3.00 card fee. Taxis wait outside baggage claim near doors 1 to 4 at Terminal 1 and on Level Zero near door 52 at Terminal 3, and app rides pick up on Level 2 of the Terminal 1 garage and the Valet Level of the Terminal 3 garage, per the airport's taxi and rideshare page.
| Option | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Taxi from LAS | flat zone fares from about US$22.25, plus tax and card fee | one or two travellers, light bags |
| App ride | changes with demand | flexible travellers, off-peak arrivals |
| Elly8.net business sedan | from US$125, fixed and all-in | executives, late flights, meetings soon after landing |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | from US$325, fixed and all-in | teams of colleagues with luggage or kit |
A chauffeur wins when time is worth more than the fare: a meeting 40 minutes after landing, four people with bags, a dinner across town, a late return when the apps are slow. Our fare is fixed when you book and does not rise when a session ends. See chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft, Uber Black vs a chauffeur and chauffeur vs taxi.

Frequently asked questions
When and where is HLTH USA 2026?
HLTH USA 2026 runs from November 15 to 18, 2026, at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. The organiser lists more than 12,250 attendees, more than 4,400 C-suite attendees and more than 950 sponsors and exhibitors. Check the official HLTH site for the agenda and registration details.
How much is a car from Harry Reid airport to The Venetian?
Fixed transfers from Harry Reid International to the Strip, including The Venetian, run from US$125 in a business sedan and US$165 in a business SUV to US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. The price is all-in with chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet; tolls and parking are billed at cost.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at LAS?
Inside the terminal with a name board, after tracking your flight. The airport's private-car pickup areas are on the west side of Terminal 1 baggage claim, outside doors 7 to 10, and on Level Zero at each end of Terminal 3. Waiting is complimentary after a tracked landing.
Can I keep a car for a day of meetings at different resorts?
Yes. Book by the hour from US$95 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, the 8-hour full-day chauffeur from US$700, or the 10-hour corporate roadshow day from US$855. The chauffeur stays close and comes to the door when you message, so back-to-back meetings start on time.
Can our company put the whole HLTH team on one invoice?
Yes. A corporate account puts every traveller's rides on one monthly invoice, itemised by passenger, and lets assistants book and change cars for the team. NDAs are available on request for confidential meetings.
Is a taxi cheaper from the airport?
For one person with light bags, usually yes: the Nevada Taxicab Authority publishes flat zone fares to the Strip from about US$22.25 plus tax and a card fee. A pre-booked car makes more sense for groups, late arrivals, executives on a schedule and anyone who wants the price fixed before landing.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before pickup, cancellation is free; 72 hours or less costs 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Refunds go to the original card.
