A limo bus in Vegas is a chauffeured group vehicle, usually a party bus, a stretch SUV limousine or an Executive Sprinter, booked by the hour so 8 to 16 people move between hotels, dinners, shows and clubs together. With Elly8.net, the 12-seat Executive Sprinter costs US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$950 for the evening out and event night package; party buses and stretch SUVs are priced in the web booker for your date.
Group nights in Las Vegas go wrong in predictable ways: the vehicle is too small for the real guest list, the booking ends an hour before the night does, or the pickup point at a busy resort turns into a 30-minute search. This guide deals with each of those, for bachelor and bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, wedding parties and fight or festival nights.
How many people fit in a Vegas limo bus?
In the Elly8.net fleet, an Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 passengers, a party bus up to 12, a stretch SUV limousine up to 16, a classic stretch limousine up to 8 and a Business SUV up to 6. Larger party buses exist in Las Vegas on some dates; the desk confirms what partners can offer before you pay.
Advertised capacities for limo buses are often generous. The useful number is how many adults sit comfortably, with a seat each, after coats, bags and the occasional cooler are on board. If your list is 12 today, it is often 14 by Friday.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Luggage | Best for | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business SUV | up to 6 | 6 bags | Small groups, airport runs | Published hourly and route prices |
| Stretch limousine | up to 8 | 2 bags | The classic photo, short Strip loops | Web booker |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | 12 bags | Comfortable seats, airport groups, long drives | Published hourly, evening and route prices |
| Party bus | up to 12 | 2 bags | An open cabin for celebrations | Web booker |
| Stretch SUV limousine | up to 16 | 2 bags | The largest single celebration vehicle | Web booker |
Capacities are from our fleet page. For more than 16 guests, the honest answer is two vehicles, not one overfilled one. Two Executive Sprinters carry up to 24, and the desk times both to the same door.

How many hours to book
Hourly bookings in Las Vegas have a 3-hour minimum, and most group nights need more than that once you count the gaps. A dinner, a show and a club is rarely under five hours door to door, because each resort stop involves a walk from the casino floor to the arrival area.
| Night | What it usually includes | Hours to book | Suggested booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bachelor or bachelorette night | Dinner, one club or lounge, a late food stop | 5 | Evening out package, Executive Sprinter |
| Milestone birthday | Strip photo stops, dinner, a show | 5 to 6 | Evening package plus extra hours |
| Fight or concert night | Hotel to arena, then an after-party | 3 to 4 | Hourly, 3-hour minimum |
| Wedding party | Chapel, photos, reception transfer | 4 to 5 | Hourly Sprinter alongside the couple's car |
| Festival night at the Speedway | Round trip with a set pickup time | Priced as a round trip | Web booker |
Book a little more time than you think. Extending on the night depends on the chauffeur's next booking; an hour added at the time of booking is guaranteed. Waiting beyond the time you booked is billed at cost.
What a Vegas limo bus costs per guest
Elly8.net prices are fixed and all-in per vehicle: the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity are included, with tolls and parking billed at cost. The published Las Vegas rate for the Executive Sprinter is US$190 an hour, 3-hour minimum, and the evening out and event night package is US$950.
| Executive Sprinter booking | Vehicle total | Per guest, 8 people | Per guest, 12 people |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 hours, hourly | US$570 | about US$71 | about US$48 |
| 4 hours, hourly | US$760 | US$95 | about US$63 |
| Evening out package | US$950 | about US$119 | about US$79 |
| Full-day chauffeur | US$1,400 | US$175 | about US$117 |
For a smaller group, a Business SUV for the evening package is US$600, or US$100 each for six. Party buses and stretch SUVs vary with date and size, which is why they sit in the web booker rather than a fixed list; the number it shows is the number you pay. Our Las Vegas limo rental prices guide explains each line of a quote, including the gratuity and fees other quotes sometimes add at checkout.
Party bus, Sprinter, stretch SUV or two SUVs?
Choose by the group and by what the group wants the vehicle to be.
Party bus. Perimeter seating, lighting and a sound system make the vehicle part of the celebration. It suits bachelor and bachelorette nights and birthdays where the ride between stops is half the point. Our party bus rental page covers what to expect.
Executive Sprinter. Forward-facing seats, a high roof and real luggage space. It is the better choice for an airport arrival with bags, a long drive to the Speedway, a wedding party in formal clothes or a group that wants to talk at dinner volume. See Sprinter van with driver.
Stretch SUV limousine. Up to 16 guests and the classic limousine look, at the cost of low seating and very little luggage space. Good for the photographs and a short loop; less good for a long night of getting in and out.
Two Business SUVs. For 8 to 12 people who may split up later, two SUVs at US$120 an hour each cost US$240 an hour together, US$50 an hour more than one Sprinter, and give you flexibility the bus cannot. The black car vs limousine guide has more on the trade-offs.
A sample five-hour group night, step by step
Here is how the desk would lay out a Saturday for ten guests on the evening out and event night package, US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, using the published Las Vegas fares.
- 7:00 p.m. Pickup at the group's hotel. The lead contact has the chauffeur's number, and everyone meets at the agreed arrival door rather than the casino entrance.
- 7:15 p.m. Photo stop at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign at the south end of the Strip, 15 minutes, then on to dinner.
- 7:45 p.m. Dinner. The chauffeur stages nearby and is back at the door ten minutes before the agreed time.
- 9:30 p.m. A show or a lounge on the Center Strip, with the pickup point set before the group goes in.
- 11:00 p.m. Downtown for Fremont Street, or a club on the Strip.
- Midnight. Return to the hotel, or a late food stop on the way.
The point of the plan is not the exact times; it is that every stop has a pickup point agreed in advance, and that the last hour is already booked rather than hoped for.
Pickups at the resorts and the airport
Every resort on the Strip manages its own arrival area and its own rules for private and larger vehicles. Before the night, the chauffeur confirms the exact pickup point for your hotel and every stop, and keeps the group's lead contact updated by text. Agree one meeting point per stop, and send the group there together.
For a group arriving by air, the airport is clear about where pre-booked cars meet you. The Harry Reid limousine page says that when you have arranged a limo or car service in advance, your driver meets you in baggage claim; limo and SUV pickups are on the west side of Terminal 1 baggage claim, outside exit doors 7 to 10, and at Terminal 3 on Level Zero at each end of the building. An Executive Sprinter from LAS to the Strip is US$325 for up to 12 people with bags, fixed and all-in. Our airport transfers page explains flight tracking and meet and greet.
Event weeks: book early
Group vehicles are the first to sell out in Las Vegas. The weeks to plan around:
- Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, November 19-21, 2026. The street circuit changes routes on and around the Strip; the desk sets pickups around the closures.
- New Year's Eve. The busiest night of the year for party buses and stretch vehicles. Reserve months ahead.
- EDC Las Vegas, May 14-16 and 21-23, 2027. The official festival site lists both weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Book a round trip with a fixed pickup time, and see concert and festival transportation.
For fight nights at T-Mobile Arena and games at Allegiant Stadium, our sports event transportation page explains how the chauffeur stages after the event. Visit Las Vegas carries the full events calendar.
On board: the rules
The chauffeur follows Nevada and local rules on passengers, capacity and alcohol in the vehicle, and those rules are not negotiable on the night. Tell the desk the real number of guests when you book, including anyone joining later; a vehicle will not take more passengers than it is licensed to seat. Please do not ask the chauffeur to stop where stopping is not allowed, including on the Strip itself during busy hours.
Questions to ask before you sign anything
- Is the operator licensed in Nevada? The Nevada Transportation Authority says paid passenger transportation must be licensed or permitted by the NTA, or the Taxicab Authority for taxis. Ask for the certificate number.
- How many seats, exactly, and how old is the vehicle? Elly8.net partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.
- Is the price per vehicle, with gratuity and taxes included? Ours is.
- What is the minimum, and when does the clock start?
- What is billed at cost? Parking and extra waiting should be named.
- Is there a cleaning or damage charge, and how much? Ask before the night, not after.
- What is the cancellation policy? Ours: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo bus in Vegas for 12 people?
An Elly8.net Executive Sprinter for up to 12 is US$190 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$950 for the evening out and event night package, which works out to about US$79 per guest for 12. Party buses are priced in the web booker for your date and hours. Prices include gratuity and taxes.
How far ahead should we book a limo bus in Las Vegas?
As early as your dates are firm. For New Year's Eve, race week in November and festival weekends, group vehicles sell out weeks or months ahead. For an ordinary weekend, booking a few weeks out gives the widest choice, and the desk can sometimes help at shorter notice.
Can a limo bus pick us up at the airport with our luggage?
Party buses and stretch vehicles carry very little luggage. For a group arriving at Harry Reid, book an Executive Sprinter, US$325 to the Strip for up to 12 with 12 bags, then switch to a party bus for the night if you want one.
Can we drink on a limo bus in Las Vegas?
The chauffeur follows Nevada and local rules on alcohol in the vehicle. Ask the desk what applies to your vehicle when you book, and plan the night assuming the chauffeur will apply the rules strictly. Never ask a chauffeur to bend them.
What if our night runs longer than booked?
Extra time depends on the chauffeur's next booking, so it is safer to add an hour when you reserve. If the night overruns and the chauffeur can stay, the additional time is billed. The desk will tell you before it applies.
Is a party bus or a Sprinter better for a bachelorette weekend?
A party bus suits a night where the ride itself is part of the fun. A Sprinter suits arrivals with bags, longer drives and dinners in formal clothes. Many groups book a Sprinter for the airport and daytime, and a party bus for the main night.
