An Austin wedding limo plan usually covers three jobs: getting the couple to the ceremony and away from the reception, moving the wedding party between getting-ready rooms, photos and the venue, and shuttling guests between the hotel block and a venue that may be well outside the city. With Elly8.net, a First Class sedan for the couple is US$155 an hour, a 12-seat Executive Sprinter for the wedding party or guests is US$190 an hour, both with a three-hour minimum, and a five-hour Sprinter block is US$950, all fixed and all-in.
Stretch limousines and a Rolls-Royce are priced in the web booker for your date and hours. This guide covers when to book, which vehicle does which job, how long each job really takes in Austin, and what a typical wedding day costs. Rides in Austin are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How much does a wedding limo cost in Austin?
With Elly8.net in Austin, a First Class sedan for the couple costs US$155 an hour and an Executive Sprinter for up to twelve costs US$190 an hour, with a three-hour minimum. Distance is the first decision
The biggest cost driver in an Austin wedding is not the car but the map. A downtown ceremony and reception, with the hotel block on Congress Avenue or Cesar Chavez, means short legs and short bookings. A ceremony at a Hill Country or Lake Travis venue means a longer drive each way, and the hours start counting before anyone has said a vow.
Visit Austin describes the Hill Country as the rolling country west of the city, with vineyards, rivers and small historic towns, which is exactly why so many couples choose venues there. Before you book cars, ask the venue for its address, the realistic drive time from your hotel block at the hour you need it, and any rules about where vehicles may stop and turn.
Three patterns cover most Austin weddings:
All downtown. Getting ready, ceremony and reception within a few blocks. The couple's car and a Sprinter for the wedding party can often share a five-hour window.
Downtown hotel, out-of-town venue. The guest shuttle is the critical vehicle, and the drive out and back sets the minimum hours. Plan for the shuttle to make a first run before the ceremony and a last run after the send-off.
Destination weekend. Guests fly in, stay two or three nights and add a rehearsal dinner and perhaps a winery day. Airport transfers and group days become part of the transport plan.
Which vehicle does which job
The couple. A First Class sedan (an S-Class or similar) is the understated choice, from US$155 an hour. A Rolls-Royce is the statement, priced in the web booker. A stretch limousine for up to eight suits couples who want the classic photo with the wedding party on board. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, and seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley.
The wedding party. An Executive Sprinter keeps up to twelve people, dresses and suits intact, together between the getting-ready suite, the photo locations and the ceremony. Standing headroom matters more than it sounds when a gown is involved. See Sprinter van with driver.
Parents and grandparents. A business SUV is easy to step into and has room for a wheelchair that folds, a walker or extra bags. Book it separately so older relatives are not tied to the wedding party's photo schedule.
Guests. One or more Executive Sprinters on a loop between the hotel block and the venue. Each Sprinter carries up to twelve per run; for a hundred guests, two or three Sprinters running a planned schedule usually work better than one bus, because the first guests are not left waiting for the last.

The planning timeline
Nine to twelve months out. Fix the date and check it against Austin's busiest weeks. SXSW 2027 runs March 15 to 21; Circuit of The Americas lists NASCAR on March 5 to 7 and MotoGP on April 23 to 25, 2027; ACL Festival usually takes the first two weekends of October, and the Formula 1 weekend falls in the autumn. Hotels and vehicles book out first on those dates, and guests flying in will pay more.
Four to six months out. Decide the transport pattern above and estimate the guest shuttle count from the RSVP trend. Reserve the couple's car if you want a Rolls-Royce or stretch limousine, since there are fewer of them.
Eight to ten weeks out. Reserve the Sprinters and SUVs. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card, so an early booking is low risk.
Two to three weeks out. Send the desk the run sheet: every address, every time, who rides in which vehicle, and one contact for the day who is not the couple. Include the venue's vehicle instructions.
The week of the wedding. Confirm final guest numbers for the shuttle and the pickup entrance at each hotel. The chauffeurs' names and contacts arrive by email before pickup.
Sample day and typical costs
Here is a downtown-hotel, Hill Country-venue wedding with 90 guests, built only from fixed hourly prices.
| Job | Vehicle | Hours | Cost, all-in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Couple: hotel to photos, ceremony, then the exit | First Class sedan | 6 | US$930 |
| Wedding party: getting ready, photos, ceremony | Executive Sprinter | 4 | US$760 |
| Parents and grandparents | Business SUV | 5 | US$600 |
| Guest shuttle loop, hotel to venue and back | Two Executive Sprinters | 7 each | US$2,660 |
| Total | 5 vehicles | US$4,950 |
The guest shuttle is the line that grows with distance. A downtown wedding might need only one Sprinter for four hours (US$760) for the same guest count, because each run is short. A long day can also be booked as a Full-day chauffeur, eight hours at 8% below the hourly rate: US$1,400 for a Sprinter instead of US$1,520 at the hourly rate.
Remember the extras that sit outside the fixed price: venue parking if charged, tolls if the route uses them, and waiting beyond the booked time if the reception runs over. If you think the night may run long, book an extra hour now rather than relying on overtime.
Guests flying in
For destination weddings, airport transfers are part of the plan. AUS to downtown is US$120 in a business sedan, US$160 in a business SUV and US$315 in an Executive Sprinter, the same in either direction. Every pickup is flight-tracked, with meet and greet inside the Barbara Jordan Terminal at baggage claim. Since the South Terminal closed on April 1, 2026, all airlines use the Barbara Jordan Terminal, per the airport. Give the desk a list of guest flights and it can group arrivals into shared Sprinters. See airport transfers.
For the day before or after, the 10-hour Texas Hill Country winery day to Fredericksburg, from US$875 in a business sedan to US$1,750 in an Executive Sprinter, is a popular way to host out-of-town guests. The chauffeur drives and waits; tastings happen at the wineries. For a bachelorette or bachelor weekend ahead of the wedding, see our Austin bachelorette party bus guide, and for larger celebrations the Austin party bus guide.
Rehearsal dinner, after-party and the morning after
The wedding day gets the attention, but the evenings either side often need cars too, and they are easy to forget until the last week.
Rehearsal dinner. Usually a restaurant downtown, on South Congress or in East Austin, with family and the wedding party. The five-hour Evening out & event night package, from US$475 in a business sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, covers the dinner and the ride back to the hotel without anyone needing to drive or find parking.
After-party. If the celebration moves to a downtown bar after the reception, plan the last shuttle run to the hotel and add one more vehicle for the after-party group rather than holding guests on the shuttle. Remember that Sixth Street is closed to through traffic Thursday through Saturday nights, so drop-off is at a cross street.
The morning after. Departing guests need AUS transfers at staggered times, and the couple may need a car to a honeymoon flight. Airport fares are the same in either direction, so a business sedan from a downtown hotel to AUS is US$120.
Questions to settle before you sign
Is the price per vehicle and all-in? With Elly8.net, yes: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity included.
What exactly happens if the day runs late? Waiting beyond the included time is billed at cost, so build a buffer hour into the booking for the reception.
Who is the contact on the day? Name one person, not the couple, and give the desk their number.
Can the vehicle reach the venue door? Some venues have gravel drives, gates or turning limits. Tell the desk, and choose SUVs over a long stretch if access is tight.
Are child seats needed? They are provided on request; give the number and ages.
What are the rules on board? The chauffeur follows local rules, including on alcohol. Plan any toasts at the venue.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a wedding limo in Austin?
With Elly8.net, a First Class sedan for the couple is US$155 an hour and an Executive Sprinter for up to twelve is US$190 an hour, both with a three-hour minimum. A five-hour block is US$775 or US$950. Stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce are quoted in the web booker for your date and hours.
How many hours do we need?
For a downtown wedding, three to five hours for the couple and four for the wedding party is common. For a Hill Country or Lake Travis venue, add the drive out and back, and plan the guest shuttle around the first arrival and the last departure. Long days can use the eight-hour Full-day chauffeur.
What is the best vehicle for a wedding party of ten?
The Executive Sprinter. It seats up to twelve, has standing headroom that protects dresses, and keeps the party together on one schedule. Four hours is US$760, fixed and all-in, which usually covers getting ready, photos and the ceremony.
How do guest shuttles work?
One or more Executive Sprinters run a planned loop between the hotel block and the venue, each carrying up to twelve per run. Send the desk the guest count and times, and it sizes the number of vehicles. Two smaller vehicles running in turn often beat one large bus for wait times.
When should we book wedding transportation in Austin?
Reserve rare vehicles such as a Rolls-Royce four to six months out, and Sprinters and SUVs eight to ten weeks out. Check your date against SXSW, race weekends at Circuit of The Americas and ACL. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.
Can you collect guests from Austin airport?
Yes. AUS to downtown is US$120 in a business sedan and US$315 in an Executive Sprinter, flight-tracked with meet and greet inside the Barbara Jordan Terminal. Send the desk the guest flight list and arrivals can be grouped into shared vehicles.
