A Las Vegas wedding limo is a chauffeured car booked by the hour for the couple, often with a second vehicle for the wedding party or guests, covering the license run, the ceremony, photographs and the reception. With Elly8.net, a First Class Sedan for the couple costs US$155 an hour and an Executive Sprinter for up to 12 guests US$190 an hour, both with a 3-hour minimum, fixed and all-in.
Las Vegas weddings move quickly. A couple can collect a license Downtown, marry in a Strip chapel and be at dinner the same evening, which means transport has to be timed to the minute and pickup points agreed at every stop. This guide sets out a realistic wedding-day timeline, the vehicle choices that work, typical costs, and the questions to ask before you sign anything.
How much does a wedding limo cost in Las Vegas?
With Elly8.net, a wedding car in Las Vegas costs from US$155 an hour in a First Class Sedan, US$145 in a First Class SUV and US$190 in an Executive Sprinter for the wedding party, 3-hour minimum. A four-hour couple's car is US$620. Rolls-Royce and stretch limousines are priced in the web booker for your date.
Every price is per vehicle, not per person, and includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity; parking and waiting beyond the booked time are billed at cost. Rides in Las Vegas are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.

Step one: the marriage license
Every Las Vegas wedding starts with paperwork, and it is the first car journey of the trip. According to the Clark County Clerk's Las Vegas weddings site, the Marriage License Bureau is at 201 E. Clark Avenue Downtown, open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to midnight, including all holidays.
The county's marriage license requirements say the license costs US$102, cards are accepted with an additional fee and checks are not, and both of you must be there in person at the same time, with valid government-issued photo ID. Its step-by-step guide recommends applying online first and bringing the confirmation number; no appointment is needed at the bureau.
For the license run, a point-to-point trip from your hotel, booked in the web booker, is usually cheaper than starting the hourly clock early. If you are combining the license with the ceremony on the same day, fold it into the hourly booking instead. Civil ceremonies through the Clerk's Office of Civil Marriages are by appointment at 330 S. 3rd Street, also Downtown.
A realistic wedding-day timeline
Here is how the desk would lay out a typical afternoon chapel wedding with a dinner reception for 20 guests. Adjust the times to your ceremony slot.
| Time | What happens | Vehicle |
|---|---|---|
| 1:00 p.m. | Couple's car collects one partner at the hotel for photos | First Class Sedan |
| 1:30 p.m. | Sprinter collects the wedding party and close family | Executive Sprinter |
| 2:00 p.m. | Pre-ceremony photographs, Strip or Downtown | Both waiting nearby |
| 3:00 p.m. | Arrive at the chapel, 30 minutes before the ceremony slot | Both |
| 3:30 p.m. | Ceremony | Chauffeurs stage at the chapel |
| 4:15 p.m. | Photographs at a second location | Couple's car |
| 5:00 p.m. | Sprinter takes guests to the reception | Executive Sprinter |
| 5:30 p.m. | Couple arrives at the reception | First Class Sedan |
That plan is four and a half hours for the couple's car and about four hours for the Sprinter. At the published rates, booking five hours of each is US$775 for the First Class Sedan and US$950 for the Executive Sprinter, or US$1,725 for both, all-in. Booking the extra half hour costs less than the stress of an extension request mid-ceremony.
Two timing rules from the desk. Chapels often run to tight schedules, so plan to arrive early rather than on time. And every stop needs a pickup point agreed in advance, because resort arrival areas on the Strip are busy and each one has its own rules for private cars.
Choosing the cars
For the couple
The First Class Sedan, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar, is the usual choice: quiet, elegant in photographs and easy to get in and out of in a wedding dress. It seats up to 3. The First Class SUV, an Escalade or Navigator class vehicle, gives more room for a long dress and a photographer, at US$145 an hour.
For a grand arrival, the Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Maybach are priced in the web booker, and partner Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley vehicles are seven model years old or newer. A classic stretch limousine, up to 8 passengers, is also priced in the booker and suits couples who want the wedding party in the same car for the photos.
For the wedding party and guests
An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 guests in forward-facing seats with a high roof, which matters for formal clothes. For 20 guests, two Sprinters timed to the same door, or one Sprinter running two loops, are both common. A stretch SUV limousine takes up to 16 but has low seating that is less comfortable in suits and gowns. For a celebration night after the wedding, the Vegas limo bus guide compares party buses and Sprinters.
| Need | Vehicle | Seats | Price from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Couple only | First Class Sedan | up to 3 | US$155/hr, 3-hour minimum |
| Couple, photographer and dress | First Class SUV | up to 6 | US$145/hr, 3-hour minimum |
| Family of five | Business SUV | up to 6 | US$120/hr, 3-hour minimum |
| Wedding party of up to 12 | Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | US$190/hr, 3-hour minimum |
| Grand arrival | Rolls-Royce or Maybach | up to 2 | Web booker |
| Classic limousine photos | Stretch limousine | up to 8 | Web booker |

Photographs: where the car can take you
The most requested photo stop is the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign at the south end of the Strip, followed by Downtown's Fremont Street area and the resort lobbies and gardens. Many couples also want desert portraits.
For desert photos, Red Rock Canyon is the closest. The Bureau of Land Management puts it 17 miles (27 km) west of the Strip, and requires timed-entry reservations for the Scenic Drive from October 1 to May 31 for entry between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Make that reservation before you book the car, and allow for the drive both ways in your hours. For longer desert sessions, our Las Vegas limo tour guide covers Red Rock and Valley of Fire in more detail.
Guests arriving by air
If guests are flying in, the wedding transport starts at Harry Reid International. An Executive Sprinter from LAS to the Strip is US$325 for up to 12 people with up to 12 bags, a Business SUV US$165 for up to 6, and a Business Sedan US$125. Every airport pickup is flight-tracked, with meet and greet inside baggage claim and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Our airport transfers page explains how it works, and the desk can book several arrivals under one reservation.
What to send the desk, and when
Wedding transport is easiest when the desk has one document with everything in it. Planners usually send it about two weeks before the date, then confirm final numbers a few days out. The list:
- Names and mobile numbers for the couple, the planner and one lead contact for the guests.
- Every address in order: hotels, the chapel or venue, each photo location and the reception.
- The ceremony slot and the photographer's schedule, so the cars stage at the right door at the right time.
- Guest counts per vehicle, including children and anyone with reduced mobility.
- Child seats needed, with each child's age and weight. Child seats are available on request.
- Flight numbers for any airport arrivals.
- Special requests: a preferred car color, ribbons on the car, or a quiet stop for the couple between ceremony and reception.
The desk turns that into a timed schedule for each chauffeur and sends it back for you to check. If the ceremony moves or numbers change, one message to the 24/7 desk updates every vehicle. Wedding planners who book several weddings a year can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing, and the Las Vegas wedding car prices are always on the city page.

Questions to ask before you sign
- Is the operator licensed in Nevada? Paid passenger transport here must be licensed or permitted by the Nevada Transportation Authority; ask for the certificate number.
- Which exact vehicle, and how old is it?
- Is gratuity included? Ours is.
- What is the minimum, and when does the clock start?
- What happens if the ceremony runs late? Extra time depends on the chauffeur's next booking; add a buffer when you reserve.
- Is decoration allowed? Ask before attaching ribbons or signs.
- What is the cancellation policy? Ours: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card.
On drinks: the chauffeur follows Nevada and local rules on alcohol in the vehicle, so plan any toast for the venue.

Frequently asked questions
How many hours should we book a wedding limo for in Las Vegas?
For a chapel wedding with photographs, four to five hours for the couple's car covers most plans. An elopement with the license run and a short ceremony often fits the 3-hour minimum, US$465 in a First Class Sedan. Book a buffer rather than relying on extending on the day.
Where do we get a marriage license in Las Vegas?
The Clark County Marriage License Bureau is at 201 E. Clark Avenue Downtown, open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight, including holidays, according to the county. The license is US$102, and both partners must attend together with valid photo ID. Apply online first to save time.
What car do most couples choose?
A First Class Sedan, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar, at US$155 an hour, is the most common couple's car. A First Class SUV, at US$145 an hour, gives more room for a long dress and a photographer. Rolls-Royce, Maybach and stretch limousines are priced in the web booker.
Can one vehicle carry the couple and the wedding party?
Yes, if the party is small. An Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 and works well for a combined group. Most couples prefer their own car for the arrival and photographs, with a Sprinter for the wedding party, so the timing of each can be different.
Can guests be picked up at Harry Reid Airport?
Yes. Airport pickups are flight-tracked, with meet and greet inside baggage claim. An Executive Sprinter from LAS to the Strip is US$325 for up to 12 with bags, a Business SUV US$165 and a Business Sedan US$125, fixed and all-in.
What is the cancellation policy for wedding bookings?
Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less, 10% applies; at 48 hours or less, 50%; and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Date changes are easiest when you contact the desk early.
