Las Vegas Motor Speedway's 2027 Spring NASCAR Weekend runs from 19 to 21 March 2027. The headline race, the Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube in the NASCAR Cup Series, is on Sunday 21 March at 1:00 p.m., and The LiUNA in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series runs on Saturday 20 March, according to the speedway's Pennzoil 400 page. The weekend also brings the Fan Zone, the Neon Garage, driver appearances and entertainment.
The speedway sits in the desert north of the city, at 7000 Las Vegas Boulevard North, and nearly every fan approaches along the same stretch of I-15. Elly8.net books Las Vegas Motor Speedway transportation at fixed, all-in prices: a chauffeur from Harry Reid International Airport, a race-day car from your Strip hotel to the track and back, and the same car on standby for dinner when the race is done.
How do you get from the Strip to Las Vegas Motor Speedway?
Book a chauffeured car by the hour for race day, or a fixed return in the web booker, from your Strip hotel to the speedway. The car takes I-15 North to Exit 54, Speedway Boulevard, drops you as close as traffic officers allow, and is ready when the race ends, so you skip the post-race wait for an app ride.
The track's directions page puts the speedway about 10 miles north of downtown Las Vegas. On our routing it is about 17 miles (27 km) from the centre of the Strip, roughly 25 minutes on a clear road, and about 25 miles (40 km) from Harry Reid International Airport. On race morning the interstate exit is the bottleneck, and the speedway recommends arriving early to avoid delays.
The speedway's directions are specific. From the Strip and the south-west of the valley, it suggests I-15 North to Exit 54 (Speedway Boulevard), using the left two lanes of the ramp to go straight into the free Blue Lot. From Henderson, Boulder City and the south-east, it suggests US-95 North to Las Vegas Boulevard and Entry 3 for public parking. A chauffeur plans the route from your hotel around those flows and confirms the drop-off and pickup point by text.

Arriving in Las Vegas for race weekend
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is about 9 miles (14 km) from the Strip, roughly 39 minutes on our routing because of the airport roads, connector tunnels and hotel driveways. LAS has Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. The airport's taxi and ride share page puts app pickups on Level 2 of the Terminal 1 garage and the Valet Level of the Terminal 3 garage, with taxis outside baggage claim. An Elly8.net chauffeur tracks the flight, meets you inside arrivals with a name board and walks you to the car, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
Henderson Executive Airport (HND) and North Las Vegas Airport (VGT) handle private and corporate aircraft. VGT is about 8 miles (13 km) from the Strip and on the north side of the valley, the same side as the speedway. Tell the desk the FBO and tail number; see private jet and FBO transfers.
| Route | Business Sedan | Business SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|
| LAS to the Las Vegas Strip | US$125 | US$165 | US$325 |
| LAS round trip to the Strip | US$240 | US$315 | US$620 |
| HND to the Las Vegas Strip | US$155 | US$205 | US$405 |
| VGT to the Las Vegas Strip | US$125 | US$165 | US$325 |
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$95 per hour | US$120 per hour | US$190 per hour |
First Class sedans and SUVs are on the Las Vegas price list too, from US$200 to US$275 for airport legs. See airport transfers for how pickups work.
The race-day plan
Before the race. The chauffeur collects you at your hotel's porte-cochere with time to spare; the gates, the Fan Zone and the Neon Garage reward an early arrival. If you are heading out for Saturday's O'Reilly race as well, book both days in one reservation.
During the race. On an hourly booking, the chauffeur stays in the area. A message is enough if you leave early or decide to watch the post-race celebrations.
After the race. The finish is when everyone leaves at once and I-15 southbound fills. The speedway's own maps include separate NASCAR inbound and outbound traffic plans. Your chauffeur is staged before the checkered flag and texts the meeting point, and the price was fixed before you travelled.
Our hourly chauffeur service in Las Vegas costs from US$95 per hour in a Business Sedan, US$120 in a Business SUV and US$190 in an Executive Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. A Sunday race fits neatly into the evening out and event night package (5 hours), US$475 in a Business Sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter, or the full-day chauffeur (8 hours), US$700 to US$1,400, if you add a dinner. For a fixed one-way or return price to the speedway, enter your hotel and the track in the web booker. See sports event transportation for more.
Saturday and Sunday: booking the double
Many fans buy the weekend package, which covers both The LiUNA on Saturday 20 March and the Pennzoil 400 on Sunday 21 March. That means two trips north from the Strip, two drop-offs and two post-race exits. Book both days in one reservation and the desk keeps the same pickup pattern, ideally with the same chauffeur, so the meeting point after Saturday's race becomes the familiar one on Sunday.
Fans staying in Henderson or at the south-east resorts follow a different route. The speedway suggests US-95 North to Las Vegas Boulevard and Entry 3 for public parking, rather than I-15. Tell the desk where you are staying and the chauffeur plans the approach accordingly. Fans camping at the speedway sometimes need only one airport transfer each way; the VGT and LAS legs can be priced to the track in the web booker.
If your plan is a race followed by a show on the Strip, allow plenty of margin. A Sunday 1:00 p.m. start leaves time for dinner, but the drive back depends on how quickly the lots and I-15 clear after the finish.
Groups, sponsors and hospitality
Race weekend in Las Vegas is a group weekend: friends who fly in together, sponsors entertaining clients, teams with guests. An Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 with bags, US$325 from LAS to the Strip and US$190 per hour on race day, so the whole group arrives at the track together and leaves together. For bigger groups the desk books several vehicles under one reference; see Sprinter van with driver and party bus rental with driver.
For companies hosting at the track, a corporate account puts every guest's rides on one monthly invoice, and hospitality planners and travel agents can book through travel-agent accounts. NDAs are available on request for drivers, team owners and guests who expect discretion. Elly8.net provides transportation, not security.
Speedway transport options compared honestly
| Option | Cost | Best for | Weak point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drive and park | Free Blue Lot; VIP lots need a pass | Fans with a rental car | Early arrival, a walk from the lot and a slow exit |
| Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Uber Black) | Varies with demand | Solo fans going out off-peak | Everyone requests a ride at the finish |
| Taxi from the Strip | Metered | One-way trips | Hard to get one back from the speedway |
| Elly8.net chauffeur | Hourly from US$95, 3-hour minimum, or a fixed booker price | Groups, hosts, families, VIP guests | Must be booked in advance; race weekend books early |
For airport runs, Las Vegas is one of the few cities that publishes flat taxi fares. The Nevada Taxicab Authority lists approximate zone fares from the airport to the Strip of about US$22.25, US$26.25 or US$30.25 depending on the zone, plus a US$3.00 card fee, and notes special-event surcharges approved for recurring events. For one or two people with light bags, that taxi is good value from LAS, and we would say so.
The speedway is a different trip. It is a long way north of the Strip, the free lot means a walk, and finding a ride back at the finish is the hardest part of the day. A pre-booked chauffeur wins for groups who would otherwise need several app rides, for hosts and VIP guests, for families with children who need seats (available on request), and for anyone who wants the trip home settled before the race starts. See chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft and Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur.
After the race and the rest of the trip
Most fans make a long weekend of it. The evening after the race is a classic Las Vegas night, and the evening package covers dinner and a show with the chauffeur following local rules on drinks in vehicles. The signature Hoover Dam and Lake Mead day trip (6 hours) is US$525 in a Business Sedan to US$1,050 in an Executive Sprinter, and the private city highlights tour starts at US$380.
The NASCAR Cup Series races at Phoenix Raceway the weekend before. If you are following the series through the desert, our Phoenix car service page has Sky Harbor prices, and a city-to-city car service covers onward legs to Los Angeles, Palm Springs or San Diego.

Booking takes three steps:
- Enter the pickup and drop-off, with your flight number for airport legs and the speedway for race days.
- Choose the vehicle: Business Sedan, Business SUV, First Class Sedan or SUV, or Executive Sprinter. The fleet page shows seats and luggage.
- Press Reserve now on the Las Vegas price list, or use the web booker for any address not on the list. Confirmation arrives by email.
Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Prices do not change for race weekend; availability does, and the following week brings two large conferences to the Strip, so reserve early.
