Most Phoenix weddings need two kinds of car: one for the couple and one or more for the people around them. The couple's car is the easy decision. The harder one is moving guests between hotels in downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and the resorts and a ceremony site that may be twenty minutes or more from all of them, then getting everyone back at the end of the night.
With Elly8.net, every Phoenix car on the price list has a fixed, all-in price per vehicle. A First Class Sedan for the couple is US$155 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a 12-seat Executive Sprinter for guests is US$190 an hour. Stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce cars are priced for your exact day in the web booker. This guide counts the cars for three common wedding sizes, prices each plan and sets out when to book.
How many cars does a Phoenix wedding need?
Plan one car for the couple, plus one 12-seat Sprinter for every twelve guests who need a ride between hotel and venue, and a second small car if parents or the wedding party travel separately. In Phoenix, a couple's First Class Sedan and one guest Sprinter for five hours cost US$1,725 all-in.
The count starts with a map, not a vehicle list. Mark the getting-ready locations, the ceremony, the reception and every hotel where guests are staying. If the ceremony and reception are in the same place and guests drive themselves, one car for the couple may be enough. If most guests are flying in and staying in Scottsdale while the venue is in Phoenix, guest transport becomes the larger part of the plan.
The Phoenix fares panel lists every fixed price used below, and the wedding limousine page explains how wedding bookings work in every Elly8.net city.

Three Phoenix wedding plans, priced
These plans use Elly8.net's published Phoenix hourly and package rates. Every figure includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. The evening out and event night package is priced the same as five hours of hourly service.
| Plan | Vehicles | Hours | Total, all-in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small: couple only | First Class Sedan | 3 (minimum) | US$465 |
| Medium: couple plus up to 12 guests | First Class Sedan and one Executive Sprinter | 5 each | US$775 + US$950 = US$1,725 |
| Large: couple, family and up to 24 guests | First Class Sedan full day, Business SUV for 5 hours, two Sprinters for 5 hours | as listed | US$1,145 + US$600 + US$1,900 = US$3,645 |
Small. The couple's car collects one partner, waits through the ceremony and photographs, and takes the couple to the reception. Three hours is tight if the photographs run long, so many couples book four, which is US$620 in a First Class Sedan.
Medium. The Sprinter runs a loop between the main guest hotel and the venue before the ceremony, waits, and brings guests back at the end. Twelve guests sharing it pay the equivalent of about US$79 each.
Large. The full-day First Class Sedan covers getting ready, ceremony, photographs and the exit. A Business SUV moves parents and grandparents, which matters on a day when older guests should not be waiting in the sun. Two Sprinters carry up to 24 guests from two hotels.
If the reception runs beyond the booked hours, extra time is billed at the same hourly rate. Plan for it rather than discovering it at midnight.
The couple's car: what suits a desert wedding
A First Class Sedan, such as a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar, is the quiet, polished choice and has room for a gown that needs space. A First Class SUV, at US$145 an hour, is easier to step into and out of and suits couples who want the wedding party in the same car. For the classic look, a Stretch Limousine seats up to 8, and a Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Maybach is the arrival car for couples who want something photographed. Those three are priced in the web booker, and the fleet page shows every class.
In Phoenix the car has a practical job too. Between the ceremony and the reception, the couple often has a photograph session outdoors, and a chauffeur who parks close by with the cabin already cool makes the session easier. Tell the desk where the photographer plans to shoot, so the car is waiting at the right spot rather than at the venue entrance.
Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, and seven years or newer for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley. Rides in Phoenix are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
Moving guests: shuttle loops that work
Guest transport is where wedding days go wrong, and it is rarely the driving. It is the timing. A Sprinter that leaves the hotel at 4:15 with half the guests, because the other half are still in the lobby bar, has to go back.
- One departure time per hotel. Put it on the wedding website and in the welcome bag, and ask the hotel to post it at the front desk.
- Leave margin before the ceremony. The last guest vehicle should arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.
- Plan the return in waves. One Sprinter run when the older guests are ready to leave, and a second at the end of the night. With two Sprinters, one can leave early while the other waits.
- Name a guest captain. One person in each vehicle with the chauffeur's number makes late changes simple.
Desert venues and resort lawns spread across the Valley. The Desert Botanical Garden in Papago Park hosts weddings and private events, and the big resorts of the Camelback Corridor, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale host many more. A venue that is close to the guest hotel by map can still be a long drive at rush hour on a Friday. Our group transportation page explains how multi-vehicle shuttles are set up.
Think about the guests who should not be in the shuttle queue at all. Grandparents, anyone with limited mobility and guests with small children travel better in a Business SUV or First Class SUV of their own, with child seats fitted on request before pickup. A 5-hour Business SUV block is US$600 in Phoenix and takes up to six people, which often covers both sets of parents.
The exit
The couple's departure is the last moment the photographer usually wants, and it needs its own plan. Decide whether the couple leaves the venue in the same car that brought them, or whether a second car arrives at a set time. If the reception ends late, a full-day booking for the couple's car avoids a second minimum, and the chauffeur knows the timeline from the morning.
Timing the day around the light and the season
Phoenix weddings cluster in the cooler months, roughly autumn through spring, when an outdoor ceremony is comfortable and resort lawns are at their best. That is also the Valley's busiest visitor season, so cars, venues and hotels book out together.
February is the month to plan around. The WM Phoenix Open is set for February 8-14, 2027, at TPC Scottsdale, and Cactus League spring training opens across the Valley on February 19, 2027. A wedding on either weekend competes with tournament hospitality and team traffic for cars and hotel rooms. If your date falls in February, book transport as soon as the venue is confirmed.
Summer weddings are possible and quieter. Most move indoors or start late, after the worst of the heat. Air conditioning that keeps up with doors opening for guests and a vehicle that waits close to the door matter more than any decoration. Plan sunset photographs carefully and keep water in every car.
When to book Phoenix wedding cars
| When | What to settle |
|---|---|
| As soon as the venue is booked | the date, the couple's car class and a rough guest count |
| 4 to 6 months before | the guest hotels, the number of Sprinters and any parent or wedding-party cars |
| 6 to 8 weeks before | final addresses, ceremony time, photograph locations and the end time |
| 1 week before | departure times per hotel, guest captains, one contact for the day |
For a peak-season Saturday, the couple's car and the guest Sprinters should be among the first things booked after the venue. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so an early reservation costs nothing if plans move well ahead of the day. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%, refunded to the original card.
Guests flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor
Destination weddings bring guests through Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), about 5 miles (8 km) from downtown Phoenix and around 11 minutes on a clear road. The fixed fare from PHX to downtown Phoenix runs from US$115 in a Business Sedan to US$300 in an Executive Sprinter, and the same fare applies on the way back to the airport.
Many wedding guests stay in Scottsdale. From PHX to Old Town Scottsdale the fixed fare runs from US$140 in a Business Sedan to US$365 in an Executive Sprinter, and our guide to Phoenix airport to Scottsdale by private car walks through the arrival. Each chauffeur tracks the flight, meets guests inside arrivals with a name board, and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing is included. Child seats are available on request. Sky Harbor's own ground transportation pages list the taxi and shuttle options for guests who prefer them.
The rehearsal dinner, the bachelorette and the morning after
The wedding day is rarely the only day that needs a car. A rehearsal dinner in Old Town or downtown suits the evening out and event night package, US$475 in a Business Sedan or US$950 in an Executive Sprinter. A pre-wedding celebration often ends up in Scottsdale; our Scottsdale bachelorette party bus guide covers routes and costs, and the Phoenix party bus guide covers larger groups.
The morning after, guests head back to PHX in waves. One Sprinter on a 3-hour block, US$570, can run two airport trips from a central hotel. For guests making a holiday of it, the 10-hour Sedona red rocks day trip runs from US$875 in a Business Sedan to US$1,750 in an Executive Sprinter. Visit Phoenix is the official guide for guests planning extra days.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a wedding limo in Phoenix?
A First Class Sedan for the couple is US$155 an hour in Phoenix with a 3-hour minimum, so US$465 for three hours or US$775 for five, all-in. A full day is US$1,145. Stretch limousines and Rolls-Royce cars are quoted in the web booker for your date, route and hours, with the chauffeur, taxes and gratuity included.
How many hours should we book?
Count from the first pickup to the moment the couple arrives at the reception, then add 30 to 60 minutes for photographs that run long. Many couples book four or five hours. If the car must also take the couple away at the end of the night, a full-day booking is usually simpler than two separate blocks.
Do we need transport for guests?
If most guests are staying at one or two hotels away from the venue, yes. A shuttle stops guests driving after the reception and keeps the timeline on schedule. In Phoenix, a 12-seat Executive Sprinter for five hours is US$950, about US$79 per guest when full.
Can the chauffeur wait during the reception?
Yes. On an hourly or full-day booking the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you, as directed. The car can wait near the venue, take the couple to a photograph location and return, or leave and come back at a set time if the booking hours allow.
How early should we book wedding cars in Phoenix?
As soon as the venue is booked, especially for a Saturday between autumn and spring or any February weekend, when the WM Phoenix Open and spring training fill the Valley. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so an early booking costs nothing if plans change well ahead.
Can guests be collected from Scottsdale hotels?
Yes. Enter each hotel as a pickup in the web booker and the route is priced as one booking. Give the hotel names at booking so the chauffeur uses the right lobby, and set one departure time per hotel so the Sprinter is never waiting for half a group.
