The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One returns from Thursday, February 25 to Sunday, February 28, 2027, according to the festival's official site. The 26th annual edition features more than 100 events spanning Miami-Dade and Broward counties, with more than 500 chefs, winemakers, spirits producers and culinary personalities. All net proceeds benefit Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, and the festival reports more than US$46 million raised to date.
The festival is not one venue. Its signature nights take place on the sand in South Beach, while dinners, brunches, tastings and late-night parties are spread across Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, the Design District and up into Broward. Most of them pour wine or spirits. Elly8.net plans the four days as a set of chauffeured evenings and hotel-to-venue runs, so nobody in your party has to drive after a tasting, at fixed, all-in prices that do not change for festival week.
How do you get around the South Beach Wine & Food Festival?
Plan by night, not by venue. The big beach events are in South Beach, where parking is tight and streets fill at once; the dinners are scattered across Miami. Book a five-hour evening car for each festival night, from US$500 in a business sedan, or a chauffeur by the hour, and let the car wait while you eat.
The festival's two hubs in South Beach are the Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village and the American Airlines North Venue. The 2027 schedule lists Mike's Amazing Burger Bash, hosted by Rachael Ray, on Thursday, February 25 at 7:30 p.m., and Tournament of Champions LIVE, hosted by Guy Fieri, on Friday, February 26 at 7:30 p.m., both at the North Venue. During festival week, the box office is at 13th Street and Ocean Drive, per the festival FAQs. Other events are listed one by one with their own locations on the festival's events pages, and the organizer notes that venues and times can change.
For drivers, the festival's transit and parking page lists garages for each hub: near the North Venue at 1557 Washington Avenue, 1661 Pennsylvania Avenue, 1755 Meridian Avenue and the 17th Street Garage at 640 17th Street; near the Grand Tasting Village at 550 Lenox Avenue, 200 7th Street, 1301 Collins Avenue and 1557 Washington Avenue. The City of Miami Beach offers real-time traffic texts (text MBTraffic to 888777) and a free trolley service.
Arriving for the festival: MIA and Fort Lauderdale
The festival itself points visitors to Miami International and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood as the airports that serve it best. Our Miami prices are set to Miami Beach, per vehicle and all-in:
| Airport | Distance to Miami Beach | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Miami International (MIA) | about 15 mi (24 km), about 30 min clear | US$180 | US$235 | US$315 | US$470 |
| Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) | about 27 mi (43 km), about 41 min clear | US$255 | US$335 | US$450 | US$665 |
| Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF) | about 17 mi (28 km), about 32 min clear | US$195 | US$255 | US$345 | US$510 |
Round trips are priced together, from US$345 in a business sedan at MIA. The chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you inside arrivals with a name board and waits at no charge after a tracked landing. Late-February Friday arrivals at MIA are busy; a tracked pickup absorbs a delayed landing without a second phone call. See airport transfers and meet and greet. If you are staying in Broward for events there, our Fort Lauderdale car service has its own prices from FLL.
A festival weekend with a chauffeur
Thursday and Friday nights. The North Venue evenings start at 7:30 p.m. and end when the crowd leaves, all at once. The evening out and event night package keeps one car and chauffeur for five hours: pickup at the hotel, drop-off at the agreed point near the venue, the wait, and the drive home or on to a late-night party. Agree the pickup corner in advance; Collins and Washington Avenues are slow after a big event, and a meeting point a block away is faster than the front of the crowd.
Saturday and Sunday on the sand. The Grand Tasting Village is a daytime crowd in South Beach. A car by the hour drops you near the box office end of Ocean Drive and collects you at the time you set, then takes you to a dinner in Brickell, about 7 miles (12 km) from the Convention Center area on our routing, or Wynwood, about 7 miles (11 km).
Dinners and brunches. Intimate chef dinners are spread across the city, often a different neighborhood each night. One chauffeured evening per dinner is simpler than four separate app rides, and the price is known before you fly.
Packages in Miami, per vehicle and all-in:
| Package | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |

| Evening out & event night (5 hours) | US$500 | US$625 | US$800 | US$1,000 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$740 | US$920 | US$1,180 | US$1,475 |

Book Miami car service by the hour for a brunch and a tasting, or the evening package for a festival night; our event transportation page explains how evening waits and pickups are planned. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
The responsible part
Most festival events serve alcohol, and the organizer urges adults to consume responsibly. No one under 21 is admitted unless an event says otherwise, according to the festival's ticket terms. A chauffeured car is the simplest answer to "who is driving home": nobody in your party is. The chauffeur follows Florida's rules on what can and cannot happen in the vehicle, and the car is transport between venues, not a venue itself.
Bags are checked at every entrance, and the festival lists backpacks, large bags and suitcases among prohibited items. If you are going straight from the airport to an event, leave the luggage in the car or at the hotel. Outdoor events go ahead rain or shine, and all festival tickets are non-refundable, so plan the car around a fixed ticket, not the forecast.
Groups, sponsors and hospitality guests
Friends and couples often book festival weekends together. An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers at US$200 per hour in Miami, and a five-hour Sprinter evening is US$1,000 all-in, about US$83 a head for a full van. Several vehicles run under one reference with one meeting point. See group transportation, Sprinter van hire with a driver and, for bigger celebrations, party bus rental.
Sponsors, wine and spirits houses and restaurant groups move talent, staff and guests all weekend. A corporate account puts every ride on one monthly invoice with a reference per guest, and our corporate car service handles meetings around the festival. Concierges can book for guests through hotel accounts, and agencies through travel-agent accounts. The desk signs NDAs on request for talent and private dinners; Elly8.net provides transportation, not security.
SOBEWFF transport options compared honestly
| Option | Cost | Best for | Weak point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Miami Beach free trolley | Free | Guests staying in South Beach | Routes and times, not door to door at night |
| Drive and park in a listed garage | Garage rates | Guests who are not drinking | Event-night traffic and full garages |
| Miami-Dade taxi from MIA (meter) | roughly US$55 to Miami Beach, plus tolls and tip | One or two travelers, light bags | Taxi line; meter runs in traffic |
| Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Uber Black) | Varies with demand | Short hops on quiet nights | Surge and crowds when a big event lets out |
| Elly8.net evening car | From US$500 for 5 hours, US$100 per hour | Couples, groups, sponsors, multi-venue nights | Book ahead; festival weekend fills early |
The fair comparison first. For guests staying in South Beach within walking distance of the Grand Tasting Village, walking or the City of Miami Beach's free trolley is the right choice, and we say so. From the airport, MIA's published rates on its taxi and ride app page work out to roughly US$55 to Miami Beach before tolls and tip, and Route 150 buses run every 30 minutes from the MIA Metrorail station to Miami Beach, per MIA's public transportation page. Rideshare is fine for a short hop on a quiet evening.
A pre-booked chauffeur wins on the big nights, when an event of several thousand people empties onto the same streets and app prices rise, and on nights with a dinner in a different neighborhood. It also wins for groups, for guests staying in Brickell, Coconut Grove or Bal Harbour, and for anyone who wants to know the full cost before arriving. See Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur and chauffeur vs taxi.
Make a week of it
The festival closes February's run of big Miami events. If you stay on, the Florida Keys day to Islamorada (10 hours) runs from US$920 in a business sedan to US$1,840 in an Executive Sprinter, and the private city highlights tour from US$400 to US$800. Elly8.net also covers Palm Beach, Naples, Florida and Key West, and our Miami car service page has everything else in the city. Flights and hotels can be booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net; Elly8.net books the car.
How booking works
Rides in Miami are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Frequently asked questions
When is the 2027 South Beach Wine & Food Festival?
Thursday, February 25 to Sunday, February 28, 2027. The 26th annual festival has more than 100 events across Miami-Dade and Broward counties, with the signature events in South Beach. Burger Bash is on February 25 and Tournament of Champions LIVE on February 26, both at 7:30 p.m. at the North Venue.
How much is a car for a festival night?
The evening out and event night package keeps one car and chauffeur for five hours: US$500 in a business sedan, US$625 in a business SUV, US$800 in a First Class Sedan and US$1,000 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in per vehicle.
Where will the car drop me off for beach events?
At an agreed point near the venue entrance, confirmed by text, since streets around the Grand Tasting Village and the North Venue are crowded. The festival box office is at 13th Street and Ocean Drive. The chauffeur waits nearby or returns at the time you set.
How much is a transfer from MIA during the festival?
The price does not change for the festival. MIA to Miami Beach is US$180 in a business sedan, US$235 in a business SUV and US$470 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in, with meet and greet inside arrivals.
Can we drink in the car between events?
No. The chauffeur follows Florida's rules on alcohol in vehicles, and the car is transport, not a venue. The benefit is that nobody in your group has to drive after the tastings: the chauffeur does.
Can I bring luggage to an event?
The festival checks bags at every entrance and lists backpacks, large bags and suitcases as prohibited. Go to the hotel first, or leave luggage in the car if your chauffeured booking continues after the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and it is free. At 72 hours or less the fee is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less, or a no-show, 100%. Refunds go to the original card. Times can be changed through the 24/7 desk.
Can you move a group or a sponsor team?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers at US$200 per hour in Miami, and larger groups book several vehicles under one reference. Corporate and hotel accounts receive one monthly invoice with a reference per guest.
