CMA Fest 2027 runs from Thursday, June 10 to Sunday, June 13, 2027, in downtown Nashville. The Country Music Association's official CMA Fest site confirms the dates and sells four-night stadium passes for the evening concerts at Nissan Stadium, while daytime stages and fan events spread across downtown. It is the biggest week on our Nashville calendar: four days of country music, fans from every state and a long list of international visitors, all within a mile or so of Broadway.
The geography is simple and the traffic is not. Downtown hotels and the honky-tonks of Lower Broadway sit on the west bank of the Cumberland River; Nissan Stadium is on the East Bank. Every night a stadium crowd crosses the bridges in both directions within the same hour, rideshare apps surge and pickup points jam. Elly8.net books the BNA transfers, an hourly car or the event night package for stadium nights, and Sprinters for groups, at fixed, all-in prices that do not change for festival week.
How do you get to and from Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest?
Book a chauffeur by the hour or the Evening out and event night package, and agree a pickup point before the show. Nissan Stadium lists its closest rideshare zones on Crutcher Street at the south end and Gay Street at the north end, across the Woodland Street Bridge, with more on the downtown side.
Those details come from Nissan Stadium's transportation page, which describes the current stadium campus. It also lists three walking routes across the river: the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, the Woodland Street Bridge, which the stadium recommends as the fastest, and the Korean Veterans Boulevard Bridge. For concerts and other non-NFL events, on-site parking is extremely limited and must be bought in advance through the stadium's parking operator, and Gray Line Tennessee runs an event shuttle that starts 90 minutes before the show, with return shuttles from 10 p.m. until an hour after the event ends.
For a chauffeured car, that points to a clear plan. The car drops you on the East Bank close to your gate before the show, or on the downtown side if you prefer to walk across. After the last song, rather than joining the crush at the nearest rideshare zone, you meet the chauffeur at a point agreed by text, often a short walk away on either side of the river. Walking back over the pedestrian bridge to a pickup on the downtown side is often the quickest option, because it avoids the post-show traffic on the stadium approaches.
The new, enclosed Nissan Stadium is being built as the future home of the Tennessee Titans. Check the stadium's site and your CMA Fest ticket for the 2027 venue details and gate information; we plan the drop-off and pickup from whichever campus your ticket names.

Distances: BNA, Broadway and the stadium
| Route | Distance | Clear-road drive | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| BNA to downtown and Broadway | 8 mi (14 km) | about 16 min | from US$125 business sedan |
| BNA to Nissan Stadium | about 10 mi (16 km) | about 16 min | priced in the web booker |
| Broadway hotels to Nissan Stadium | across the Cumberland River | a short drive or walk | by the hour, from US$95 |
Clear-road times do not apply on festival evenings. Allow extra time for any drive that crosses the river between late afternoon and the start of the stadium show, and again after it ends.
A stadium night, step by step
Late afternoon. The chauffeur collects you at your hotel, from the Gulch, Midtown or a rental in East Nashville, and takes you to dinner. Lower Broadway is the hardest place in the city for a car on a festival evening, so for a downtown dinner we suggest a restaurant a few blocks off Broadway or in the Gulch, where pickups are simple.
Before the show. Allow a margin for the river crossing and the stadium security queue. The drop is on the East Bank near your gate, or on the downtown side if you would rather walk over the John Seigenthaler bridge and take in the skyline.
During the show. The chauffeur waits nearby or returns at the agreed time. With an hourly booking the car is yours for the whole evening; with the event night package, five hours are included.
After the last song. Text the chauffeur as you leave your seat and walk to the agreed point. If the night continues on Broadway, the car takes you as close as the street allows and comes back for you later, and the time is simply added to the booking.
Flying in for CMA Fest
Nashville International (BNA) is about 8 miles (14 km) from downtown and Broadway, around 16 minutes on a clear road via I-40. The fare is fixed per vehicle and all-in: US$125 in a business sedan, US$165 in a business SUV, US$200 in a First Class SUV, US$220 in a First Class sedan and US$325 in an Executive Sprinter. A round trip starts at US$240 in a business sedan and runs to US$620 in a Sprinter.
The chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you inside the terminal with a name board, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Arrivals tend to bunch on the Wednesday and Thursday before the festival and departures on the Monday after it; booking both legs together locks in the car for each. Festival-week prices
Nashville hourly and package prices, per vehicle and all-in:
| Package | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class SUV | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$95 per hour | US$120 per hour | US$145 per hour | US$190 per hour |
| Evening out & event night (5 hours) | US$475 | US$600 | US$725 | US$950 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$700 | US$885 | US$1,070 | US$1,400 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$855 | US$1,080 | US$1,305 | US$1,710 |
The Evening out and event night package is made for CMA Fest: five hours with the car, covering dinner, the drop at the stadium and the ride back. For a long day of daytime stages followed by the stadium show, the Full-day chauffeur (eight hours) or the 10-hour day fits better. Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; parking, tolls and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. They do not change for festival week. See concert and festival transportation and hourly chauffeur service.
Nashville's chauffeured fleet is finite, and CMA Fest week takes much of it, so the stadium nights and the Monday airport runs go first. Reserve as soon as you have passes and a hotel; cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.
Groups, families and brand teams
Nashville is a group city, and CMA Fest is a group week. Friends travelling together, families with teenagers and fan clubs all want to move as one. An Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 passengers with luggage and costs US$190 per hour, or US$950 for the five-hour event night package, so a group of ten pays a modest share each for a door-to-door ride with no one left at the curb. Larger groups book several vehicles under one reference. See group transportation, Sprinter van with driver and, for groups that want a party atmosphere between stops, party bus rental. The chauffeur follows local rules on alcohol in vehicles.
Labels, sponsors and media teams working the festival need cars on standby between interviews, showcases and dinners. A corporate account puts every ride on one monthly invoice with a reference per traveller, and agencies selling festival packages can book through travel-agent accounts. For artists and VIP guests, the desk can sign an NDA on request. Elly8.net provides transportation, not security.
The honest alternatives
| Option | Cost | Best for | Weak point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Walking from downtown | Free | Fans staying near Broadway | Long nights on foot in June heat |
| WeGo buses to the stadium | WeGo fare | Budget trips | Four direct routes, shared with the crowd |
| Gray Line event shuttle | Set by Gray Line | Fans who want a fixed route | Returns run from 10 p.m. to an hour after the event |
| Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Uber Black) | Set by the app, surges after shows | Off-peak trips | Long waits at the zones after the stadium empties |
| WeGo Route 18 from BNA | US$2 per person | One traveller, light bags | Ends at WeGo Central downtown |
| Elly8.net chauffeur | From US$125 from BNA; US$95 per hour | Groups, families, late nights, fixed budgets | Book early |
For concerts, Nissan Stadium says four direct WeGo bus routes stop on Woodland Street at the corner of South 1st Street, with park and ride from the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center. At the airport, WeGo Public Transit runs Route 18 between BNA and WeGo Central downtown, for a US$2 adult fare. If you are staying on Broadway and happy to walk across the river, you may not need a car at night at all; book the airport legs and enjoy the walk. A chauffeur wins for groups, for families with children, for anyone staying outside downtown, and for a fixed price on the busiest nights of the year. Compare on chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft and chauffeur vs taxi.
Around the festival
CMA Fest days leave mornings free. The Jack Daniel's Distillery day trip to Lynchburg (8 hours) runs from US$700 in a business sedan to US$1,400 in an Executive Sprinter, and the Private city highlights tour starts at US$380. In the evenings the Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry House at Opryland and Bridgestone Arena host shows of their own. Conference teams at Music City Center during the same week use the same cars for meetings by day. Everything is on the Nashville car service page.
Many fans drive in from nearby cities, and Elly8.net covers them too: Louisville, Atlanta, Memphis and Indianapolis. For a one-way chauffeured ride between cities, see city-to-city car service. Flights and hotels are booked through our travel partner BookingWorldwide.net; Elly8.net books the car.

The Evening out and event night package covers five hours with the car, from US$475 in a business sedan to US$950 in an Executive Sprinter. By the hour it is US$95 to US$190, with a 3-hour minimum. Prices are fixed and all-in and do not change for festival week.
