ISE 2027, Integrated Systems Europe, runs from Tuesday 2 to Friday 5 February 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, according to the organiser, ISE. It is the audiovisual and systems integration industry's big annual gathering, and in 2026 it drew 92,176 unique attendees from 181 countries to a show floor of more than 101,000 square metres across eight halls.
A pre-booked Elly8.net car takes the guesswork out of that week at a fixed, all-in price: El Prat (BCN) to Passeig de Gràcia from US$105 in a business sedan to US$275 in an Executive Sprinter, and a chauffeur by the hour from US$85. Rides in Barcelona are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How far is Fira Gran Via from the airport and the city for ISE?
The organiser gives the road journey from El Prat to Fira Gran Via as 12 km via the C-31, about 15 minutes with normal traffic. From Passeig de Gràcia it is about 7 km (4 mi), roughly 13 minutes on a clear road. A fixed Elly8.net transfer from El Prat to central Barcelona starts at US$105.
The venue sits on the south-west side of the city, between the airport and the Eixample, at Av. Joan Carles I, 64. ISE's location and opening hours page lists three ways in, the South, East and North Access, and describes the fairground as linked to the main motorways and dual carriageways into Barcelona, with four parking garages, A, B, C and F.
The roads around the fairground are quick on an ordinary morning and slow on show mornings, when tens of thousands of visitors arrive within the same hour. The fixed fare does not move with the traffic; the planning is about leaving early enough.
Show hours and the 09:00 early entry
The organiser publishes these hours for ISE 2027:
- Tuesday 2, Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 February: fully open 10:00 to 18:00.
- Friday 5 February: 10:00 to 16:00.
- Early entry: Halls 1, 2, 3, 8.0 (the Audio Demo Rooms) and the Upper Walkway open at 09:00 on all four days, a measure the organiser has used since 2024 to cut queues outside Fira Gran Via.
Those times tell you when the roads fill. The first wave reaches the fairground before 09:00, the main wave before 10:00, and the evening rush starts when the halls empty, earlier on Friday. A car set for 08:15 from a hotel on Passeig de Gràcia gets you to an Audio Demo Room booking without the crush; a car waiting at the close saves the queue for taxis and the metro.
ISE also has a rule that matters for families: the organiser says children under 16 are not permitted at build-up, show days or breakdown. If you are bringing the family to Barcelona, plan their days in the city separately; child seats are available on request for any car.
Who travels for ISE
The 2026 facts on the organiser's site give a sense of the crowd: 1,751 exhibitors, 489 speakers on the content programme and 684 media representatives, alongside system integrators, consultants, designers, IT specialists and facilities managers from sectors such as corporate, education, retail and hospitality. ISE also runs Barcelona Tech Tours and events around the city, so the week is not only about the halls.
For ground transport, that means three patterns. Exhibitor teams arrive early for build-up with cases and sometimes display hardware, and stay the whole week. Buyers and consultants come for two or three days of appointments and demos, often with dinners across the city. Senior executives fly in for one day of meetings and a keynote, and leave the same evening.
The arrival: El Prat
Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat has two terminals, T1 and T2, and the airport operator Aena publishes access information for each; flights from North America arrive at T1. Give us your flight number: the chauffeur checks the terminal, tracks the landing and waits in arrivals with a name board after you collect your bags, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. Morning transatlantic arrivals can mean a slow passport queue, so there is no need to rush. See airport transfers and meet and greet.

The plan for ISE week
Build-up. Exhibitors arrive in the days before opening. An Executive Sprinter with driver carries a stand team and cases in one trip, and a business SUV takes two travellers with large bags. For freight-size equipment, use your logistics provider; the car is for people and their luggage.
Show days: an early drop, then a car on standby. Book car service by the hour, as directed, with a 3-hour minimum: US$85 an hour in a business sedan, US$110 in a business SUV, US$130 in a First Class SUV, US$140 in a First Class Sedan and US$170 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur sets you down at the access closest to your halls, waits nearby, and takes you to a client lunch in the city or back to the hotel at the close. Exactly where cars can stop on the day follows the venue's traffic arrangements; the chauffeur confirms the pickup point by message.
Meeting days. Consultants and integrators with a fixed list of site visits and appointments can take the 10-hour corporate roadshow day, fixed from US$765 in a business sedan to US$1,530 in a Sprinter, or the 8-hour full day from US$630 to US$1,255. See conference transportation, roadshow chauffeur and corporate car service.
Evenings. Partner dinners in the Eixample and receptions on the waterfront fit the 5-hour evening out and event night package, fixed from US$425 in a business sedan to US$850 in a Sprinter, with the car waiting nearby. The chauffeur follows local rules on passengers and alcohol.
Teams in several hotels. The desk can schedule several cars to one arrival time at the fairground and stage them again for dinner, so a sales team arrives together. Our group transportation page explains how we run shuttles for bigger groups.
Prices for ISE: the Barcelona packages
Prices on the Barcelona price list do not change for ISE. They are per vehicle, fixed and all-in, and include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
| Package | Business sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BCN to Passeig de Gràcia | US$105 | US$140 | US$185 | US$275 |
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$85 / hr | US$110 / hr | US$140 / hr | US$170 / hr |
| Evening out and event night (5 hours) | US$425 | US$550 | US$700 | US$850 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$630 | US$810 | US$1,035 | US$1,255 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$765 | US$990 | US$1,260 | US$1,530 |
The First Class SUV is US$170 from the airport, US$130 an hour, US$650 for the evening, US$960 for the full day and US$1,170 for the roadshow day. Every price is on the Barcelona fares panel, and the fleet page shows seats and luggage space.
Barcelona fills up for its February trade shows, and Sprinters and First Class cars for the opening days go early. Reserve now to fix the vehicle and the price; you can still adjust times through the desk.
Honest alternatives
ISE is easy to reach by public transport, and for many visitors that is the right call. The organiser lists the options:
- Metro. Line L9 Sud runs directly from the airport to the Fira and Europa|Fira stations, which serve the East and South Access; line L10 Sud stops at Foc for the North Access. The airport metro needs its own ticket; TMB publishes the fares.
- FGC trains. Lines L8, S3, S4, S8, S9, R5, R50, R6 and R60 stop at Europa|Fira, about five minutes from the South and East Access.
- Free ISE shuttle. From Plaça Espanya to the North Access from 08:30 to 12:00 every 15 minutes, and back from the North and South Access from 16:00 to 20:00 Tuesday to Thursday and 14:00 to 18:00 on Friday.
- Taxi. About 15 minutes from the airport, traffic permitting. Barcelona's metropolitan taxi tariffs for 2026 set a €4.60 airport supplement and a €21 minimum for rides starting at the airport, published in the province's official bulletin.
For a solo visitor staying near Plaça Espanya or an L9 station, the shuttle or metro is quick and cheap. A pre-booked car wins when four colleagues need to arrive together, when you carry demo kit, when a client lunch is across the city in the middle of the day, or when the cost has to be fixed and invoiced. See chauffeur vs taxi and chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft.
Before and after ISE
The signature Barcelona package is a 6-hour day at Montserrat, fixed from US$470 in a business sedan to US$940 in a Sprinter; the private city tour runs from US$340 to US$680.
Visitors heading on can book the same fixed-price service as a Madrid chauffeur service, an Ibiza car service, Nice airport transfers, a Monaco car service, a Cannes chauffeur or a Courchevel transfer for the ski season. Longer road journeys are under city to city car service.
