Fruit Logistica 2027 runs from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 February 2027 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds, Messedamm 22, according to the organiser's planning page. It describes itself as the world's leading trade show for the fresh produce business, bringing together buyers, growers, retailers, suppliers, technology providers and logistics specialists from around the world, and for three winter days the hotels of Charlottenburg and central Berlin fill with them.
A pre-booked Elly8.net car gives you a fixed, all-in price before you fly: Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) to Mitte from US$150 in a business sedan to US$390 in an Executive Sprinter, and a chauffeur by the hour from US$85. Rides in Berlin are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
How do you get from BER to Fruit Logistica?
Messe Berlin is on the west side of the city, about 31 km (20 mi) from BER by road, roughly 35 minutes on a clear road via the A113 and A100. The organiser warns of delays from a current closure on that route. A fixed Elly8.net transfer from BER to Mitte starts at US$150; drops at the Messe are priced in the web booker.
The organiser's arrival page gives the drive from the airport as the A113 motorway and the A100 northbound to exit 9, Messedamm, and adds that, because of the current closure, there may be delays, so allow sufficient time. In practice that means leaving earlier than a map suggests on show mornings and building slack into airport runs on Friday afternoon, when the show closes early and many visitors head for the same flights.
The grounds also sit just outside Berlin's environmental zone, which the organiser notes: drivers arriving via the motorway and entering at the Messedamm interchange do not need an emissions sticker. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer and carry the right sticker anyway, so a chauffeured car can go on to Mitte for dinner without a second thought.
Opening hours and the four entrances
According to the organiser, Fruit Logistica 2027 is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. The grounds have four entrances, and choosing the right one saves a long walk through the halls in winter clothes:
| Entrance | Halls | Nearest rail |
|---|---|---|
| South Entrance (Jafféstraße) | Halls 1 to 6 | S-Bahn Messe Süd |
| Hall 7 Entrance | Halls 7 to 11 | S-Bahn Messe Nord |
| North Entrance (Hammarskjöldplatz) | Halls 18 to 24 | U-Bahn Theodor-Heuss-Platz and Kaiserdamm, S-Bahn Messe Nord |
| Hall 27 Entrance | Halls 25 to 27 | S-Bahn Messe Süd |
Tell the desk which hall your stand or first meeting is in. The chauffeur sets you down at the matching entrance and, at the end of the day, collects you there or at the entrance you message. The organiser notes that taxi stands, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations and bus stops are near the entrances and that only a limited number of parking spaces are available on the grounds, which is one more reason not to bring a rental car.
Who travels for Fruit Logistica
The audience is the fresh produce trade: buyers, growers, retailers, suppliers, technology providers and logistics experts, in the organiser's own list. New for 2027 is a Buyers Club, which the organiser describes as a hand-selected network of qualified international buyers in fresh fruit procurement. Many visitors come with a dense schedule of stand meetings and supplier dinners; country delegations often travel together.
That makes three common patterns: exhibitors who arrive before opening for build-up and stay all three days; buyers who fly in for one or two days of back-to-back meetings; and delegations moving as a group between their hotel, their national pavilion and official receptions.
The arrival: Berlin Brandenburg Airport
BER has two terminals within walking distance of each other, according to Berlin Brandenburg Airport: Terminal 1 is the main building, with arrivals and baggage claim on level E0 and the railway station beneath it, and Terminal 2 is next door. Give us your flight number; the chauffeur tracks the landing and waits in the arrivals area of your terminal with a name board, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing. See airport transfers and meet and greet. For business aviation arrivals, see private jet and FBO transfers.
| Trip | Distance | Clear-road drive | Business sedan | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BER to Mitte | 27 km / 17 mi | about 33 min | US$150 | US$265 | US$390 |
| BER round trip to Mitte | 2 x 27 km | about 33 min each way | US$285 | US$505 | US$745 |
| BER to Messe Berlin | about 31 km / 20 mi | about 35 min | web booker | web booker | web booker |
| Mitte to Messe Berlin | about 9.5 km / 6 mi | about 18 min | hourly, from US$85 / hr | hourly, US$140 / hr | hourly, US$170 / hr |
The business SUV is US$195 and the First Class SUV US$240 from BER to Mitte. The fixed fares are quoted to Mitte; for a hotel in Charlottenburg or a drop straight at the Messe, the web booker gives the fixed price.
The plan for Fruit Logistica week
Build-up and arrival. Exhibitors arrive early in the week with stand teams and sample cases. An Executive Sprinter with driver carries a team and its luggage in one trip, and a business SUV suits two travellers with large cases.
Trade days: drop at your entrance, car on standby. Book car service by the hour, as directed, with a 3-hour minimum: US$85 an hour in a business sedan, US$110 in a business SUV, US$130 in a First Class SUV, US$140 in a First Class Sedan and US$170 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur drops you at the entrance for your hall, waits nearby, and is ready for a lunch meeting in Charlottenburg or a supplier visit across the city. For a full day, the 8-hour chauffeur is fixed from US$630 in a business sedan to US$1,255 in a Sprinter.
Meeting-heavy days. Buyers running a printed schedule of appointments, on and off the grounds, can take the 10-hour corporate roadshow day, fixed from US$765 in a business sedan to US$1,530 in a Sprinter. See conference transportation, roadshow chauffeur and corporate car service.
Delegations. National pavilions and ministry delegations can book several cars and Sprinters under one reservation, with NDAs on request, through government and diplomatic transportation. Elly8.net arranges cars and chauffeurs; we are not a security company.
Evenings. Supplier dinners and receptions in Mitte, around the Kurfürstendamm or in Kreuzberg fit the 5-hour evening out and event night package, fixed from US$425 in a business sedan to US$850 in a Sprinter. February nights in Berlin are cold and dark early; the car waits nearby, and the chauffeur follows local rules on passengers and alcohol.
Prices for Fruit Logistica: the Berlin packages
Prices on the Berlin price list do not change for Fruit Logistica. They are per vehicle, fixed and all-in, and include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.
| Package | Business sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BER to Mitte | US$150 | US$195 | US$265 | US$390 |
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$85 / hr | US$110 / hr | US$140 / hr | US$170 / hr |
| Evening out and event night (5 hours) | US$425 | US$550 | US$700 | US$850 |
| Full-day chauffeur (8 hours) | US$630 | US$810 | US$1,035 | US$1,255 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$765 | US$990 | US$1,260 | US$1,530 |
The First Class SUV is US$240 from BER, US$130 an hour, US$650 for the evening, US$960 for the full day and US$1,170 for the roadshow day. Every price is on the Berlin fares panel, and the fleet page shows seats and luggage space for each class.
Fruit Logistica fills Berlin's west-side hotels, and the Berlinale follows from 10 to 21 February 2027, so the larger cars in the city are busy through the month. Reserve now to fix the vehicle and the price.
Honest alternatives
Berlin's public transport reaches the grounds well, and the organiser encourages it. S-Bahn lines S3 and S9 stop at Messe Süd; S41, S42 and S46 stop at Messe Nord/ZOB; U-Bahn line U2 stops at Kaiserdamm and Theodor-Heuss-Platz. From the airport, BER's public transport page lists the Airport Express (FEX) to Hauptbahnhof and S-Bahn lines S9 and S85; the S9 also serves Messe Süd. A trip from BER to the centre needs an ABC ticket. For one buyer with a carry-on, the train is cheap and avoids the motorway closure entirely.
In 2026 the organiser ran a free hotel shuttle bus to the grounds during the show; check the arrival page to see whether it runs again in 2027. Licensed taxis wait at the ranks in front of BER Terminal 1 and near the Messe entrances, and charge by the meter.
A pre-booked chauffeur wins for teams arriving together, sample cases, a hotel far from an S-Bahn line, lunches and site visits across the city, a late Friday flight after the 4 p.m. close, and any trip that needs a fixed price and an invoice. See chauffeur vs taxi and chauffeur vs renting a car.
Before and after the show
The signature Berlin package is a 6-hour day at the Potsdam palaces, fixed from US$470 in a business sedan to US$940 in a Sprinter; the private city tour runs from US$340 to US$680.
Visitors continuing their trip can book the same fixed-price service as a Hamburg car service, a Prague chauffeur, Copenhagen airport transfers, a Munich chauffeur service, a Vienna car service or a Frankfurt chauffeur. Long road journeys are under city to city car service.

How much is a car from BER during Fruit Logistica?
The fixed Elly8.net fare from BER to Mitte is US$150 in a business sedan, US$195 in a business SUV, US$265 in a First Class Sedan and US$390 in an Executive Sprinter, all-in per vehicle. Transfers straight to the Messe or a Charlottenburg hotel are priced in the web booker. Prices do not change for the show.
Which entrance will the car drop me at?
The one for your hall: the South Entrance on Jafféstraße for Halls 1 to 6, the Hall 7 Entrance for Halls 7 to 11, the North Entrance on Hammarskjöldplatz for Halls 18 to 24, and the Hall 27 Entrance for Halls 25 to 27. Tell the desk your hall when you book.
Is the S-Bahn quicker than a car?
Sometimes. The S9 runs from BER to Messe Süd without a change, and it avoids the motorway closure the organiser warns about. For one traveller with light luggage it is a good choice. For a group, sample cases or a day of meetings off the grounds, a car is simpler.

Yes. Book by the hour, as directed, from US$85 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or the 8-hour full-day chauffeur from US$630. The car waits nearby and the chauffeur messages the pickup entrance when you are ready.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup. At 72 hours or less a 10% fee applies, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show 100%. Refunds go to the original card.
