Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2027 takes place from Monday 21 June to Friday 25 June 2027, centred on the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. It is the annual meeting point of the creative marketing and communications industry: agencies, brands, platforms, media owners and creators. Ahead of the 2026 edition, trade press reported around 15,000 delegates from more than 90 countries, and the week's real calendar is far larger than the official programme, with brand beaches, client lunches, yacht meetings and evening events all along the seafront.
That is what makes Cannes Lions different from a conventional conference. The talks happen in the Palais, but the business is spread across the Croisette's beach venues, hotel terraces, the harbour and villas in the hills, and much of it happens after dark. Elly8.net books the week as fixed-price chauffeured cars: Nice airport meet and greet, an hourly car that follows your agenda, and evening cars for the dinners and parties that run late into the night.
What is the best way to get around Cannes Lions?
Walk the Croisette between the Palais and the beach venues during the day. Book a chauffeur by the hour for meeting days that leave the seafront, the evening package for client dinners and parties in the hills or on the Cap, and a fixed-price transfer from Nice airport for arrival and departure.
During Cannes Lions the Croisette is busy from breakfast to well past midnight. Distances between the Palais and the beach venues are short and walking is usually quickest. The trips that need a car are the ones that leave the seafront: lunch in Mougins, a villa event above Super-Cannes, a dinner in Antibes, a party on Cap d'Antibes, or the first flight out of Nice on Friday.
A chauffeur by the hour handles those trips well because it waits. You do not have to find a taxi at the end of a dinner, and you do not have to guess how long a meeting will run. The price is fixed in advance, so the week's transport cost is known before you fly.
Arriving for Cannes Lions: Nice and Cannes-Mandelieu
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) is about 32 km (20 mi) from La Croisette, roughly 41 minutes on a clear road. On Sunday 20 and Monday 21 June the arrivals halls fill with delegates, and the motorway into Cannes is busy in the afternoon and early evening. The chauffeur meets you inside arrivals at the Nice airport with a name board, tracking your flight, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
Cannes-Mandelieu Airport (CEQ), about 6 km (4 mi) from La Croisette, roughly 12 minutes on a clear road, is the business aviation airport for Cannes. Executives flying privately land closest to the festival there. See private jet FBO transfers.
| Route or package | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NCE to La Croisette | US$190 | US$250 | US$335 | US$495 |
| CEQ to La Croisette | US$115 | US$150 | US$205 | US$300 |
| By the hour, as directed (3-hour minimum) | US$90 | US$115 | US$145 | US$180 |
| Evening out and event night (5 hours) | US$450 | US$575 | US$725 | US$900 |
| Corporate roadshow day (10 hours) | US$810 | US$1,035 | US$1,305 | US$1,620 |
Prices are per vehicle and all-in, including the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Round trips from Nice airport are US$365 to US$945. The full list is on the Cannes price list; see airport transfers for how meetings at the airport work.
A Cannes Lions week, planned by day
Monday. The festival opens and arrivals peak. Book the airport transfer with your flight number and the chauffeur handles any delay. If you have a dinner the same evening, add the evening package and the car stays with you.
Tuesday to Thursday. The heart of the week. Mornings in the Palais, lunches and meetings at the beach venues, afternoon sessions, then dinners and parties. A 10-hour corporate roadshow day, from US$810 in a business sedan, covers a full day of meetings and a dinner with one car and chauffeur. For shorter days, the hourly rate from US$90 is simpler.
The evenings. This is when cars are hardest to find. Events run late, they end at the same time, and many are in villas or restaurants away from the seafront. The evening out and event night package (5 hours) is US$450 in a business sedan to US$900 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur waits at an agreed point and messages when in position; the chauffeur follows local rules on drinks in vehicles.
Friday. The final day and the beginning of departures. Book the return to Nice when you book the arrival; Friday afternoon and Saturday morning are busy at NCE.

Choosing the right vehicle for the week
The vehicle classes on the Cannes price list cover most Lions programmes.
- Business sedan for one or two executives moving between meetings, from US$90 per hour. It is also the easiest car to place at a busy hotel driveway on the Croisette.
- Business SUV for up to six with bags, or for an arrival with large suitcases and presentation kit, from US$115 per hour.
- First class sedan or SUV for a chief executive, a keynote speaker or a client of honour, from US$135 to US$145 per hour.
- Executive Sprinter for client groups of up to 12, from US$180 per hour. One vehicle, one chauffeur and one arrival is often simpler than three cars arriving in a queue.
For a programme that mixes all of these, tell the desk who travels with whom and when, and the desk builds the plan: which car is assigned to which guest, which vehicles wait at the dinner, and which leave to collect the next group.
Timing the evenings
Cannes Lions evenings rarely end at a single time, and they rarely end near the hotel. The common problem is not the trip to dinner but the trip back, when several events in the same area finish within minutes of each other and every taxi in town is already taken.
The fix is to agree the return before the evening starts. Give the desk an estimated end time and an address; the chauffeur waits at an agreed point nearby, and you message when you are on your way out. If the evening runs long, waiting beyond the package is billed at cost, and the car stays.
Brand hosts, agencies and client programmes
Brands and agencies that host clients at Cannes Lions run what is effectively a small hospitality operation: guests arriving from different cities, a programme of lunches, talks and dinners, and a beach or yacht that serves as a base. Transport is part of that operation.
An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 guests and is US$495 from Nice airport or US$180 per hour, which makes it the practical way to move a client group from a hotel to a dinner in the hills. For a host with VIP guests in different hotels, the desk times several sedans or SUVs to arrive in order and keeps them under one reference. A corporate account gives one monthly invoice and a named desk contact; event agencies and travel agents book through travel-agent accounts. Larger programmes should read group transportation.
For speakers, executives and well-known creators, the desk can sign a non-disclosure agreement and brief the chauffeur only on timing and route. Elly8.net provides transportation, not security.
Walk, coach, taxi or chauffeur: compared honestly
| Option | Price | Best for | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Walking along La Croisette | Free | Delegates moving between the Palais and beach venues | Not practical for the hills, the Cap or late nights |
| ZOU regional express coach from Nice airport | Regional fare | Solo delegates with light luggage | Fixed timetable; afternoon traffic on the motorway |
| Taxi or app ride | Metered or variable | A single trip off-peak | Scarce when evening events end together |
| Elly8.net chauffeur | From US$190 from Nice; from US$90 per hour | Hosts, client groups, executives, evening programmes | Must be pre-booked; the week books out early |
The regional ZOU express coach network runs an express line between Nice airport Terminal 2 and Cannes, and regional trains run along the coast. If you travel alone with a cabin bag and stay near Cannes station, they are a sensible way in. During the day, walking the seafront is fastest.
A chauffeur is the better choice when you are hosting, when your evenings leave the seafront, when you travel with a team and luggage, or when the company needs a fixed cost for the week. For the general comparison, see chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft.
Before and after the festival
Cannes Lions falls two weeks after the Monaco Grand Prix and a month after the Festival de Cannes, at the start of the Riviera summer. Many delegates add a few days. The signature Saint-Tropez day trip (8 hours) is US$665 in a business sedan to US$1,325 in an Executive Sprinter, and the private city highlights tour starts at US$360.
The city-to-city car service connects Cannes with Nice, Monaco, Milan and Lake Como. Festival news, passes and the programme are on the official Cannes Lions website, and visitor information for the town on the Cannes tourism site. The festival's home, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, publishes its own information for visitors.
How booking works
Rides in Cannes are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer (seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley). Elly8.net is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory and LimousineAssociation.International.

They do not change for Cannes Lions. The cars do run out: the festival week is one of the busiest of the year in Cannes, so reserve now.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a transfer from Nice airport to Cannes Lions?
The price does not change for the festival. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport to La Croisette is US$190 in a business sedan, US$250 in a business SUV, US$335 in a first class sedan and US$495 in an Executive Sprinter, per vehicle and all-in, including meet and greet inside arrivals and standard gratuity.
Do I need a car if my hotel is on La Croisette?
For the Palais and the beach venues, usually not; walking is quicker. A car is worth booking for the airport, for evenings in the hills or on the Cap, for client lunches away from the seafront and for any trip with luggage or a group.
Can a chauffeur stay with us all day?
Yes. Book by the hour from US$90 in a business sedan with a three-hour minimum, or the 10-hour corporate roadshow day from US$810. The chauffeur waits between stops and moves when you message. Extra time beyond the package is billed at cost.
How do we move a client group to a dinner?
An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 guests and costs US$180 per hour or US$900 for the 5-hour evening package. For guests in different hotels, the desk times several cars so that they arrive together, all under one booking reference.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% at 72 hours or less; 50% at 48 hours or less; 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show. Refunds go to the original card.
Can our agency be invoiced monthly?
Yes. A corporate account puts every booking for every traveller on one monthly invoice, with a reference per ride. Travel agents and event agencies can also book on behalf of clients through travel-agent accounts.
When should we book?
As soon as your delegation and dates are known. The Cannes price list is fixed, but late June is a peak period for chauffeured cars on the Riviera, and Executive Sprinters and first class vehicles go first.
Can you meet a private jet at Cannes-Mandelieu?
Yes. Cannes-Mandelieu Airport is on the price list, from US$115 in a business sedan to US$300 in an Executive Sprinter to La Croisette, about 12 minutes on a clear road. The chauffeur meets the aircraft at the FBO named in the booking, with flight tracking on the arrival.
