A Miami bachelorette party bus keeps the whole group in one vehicle from the hotel to dinner, the rooftop and the late table, with one chauffeur who waits at every stop. With Elly8.net, the fixed-price option is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter for an evening out and event night at US$1,000 for the vehicle, or by the hour at US$200 with a three-hour minimum; a party bus itself is priced in the web booker for your date, route and hours.

This guide is written for the person holding the group chat together. It covers which vehicle fits how many guests, the routes that work between South Beach, Wynwood, the Design District and Brickell, the questions to ask before you pay, and a realistic budget per person. Rides in Miami are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.

How much does a party bus for a Miami bachelorette cost?

On Elly8.net, a five-hour evening out in Miami costs US$1,000 in a 12-seat Executive Sprinter or US$625 in a 6-seat Business SUV, fixed and all-in. Hourly, the Sprinter is US$200 with a three-hour minimum. A party bus is quoted in the web booker for your exact date, hours and addresses.

Those numbers include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Because the price is per vehicle, the cost per guest falls fast as the group grows: twelve guests sharing the US$1,000 Sprinter evening pay about US$84 each, and six sharing the Business SUV evening pay about US$105 each.

Party bus or Sprinter: choosing by headcount

The words "party bus" cover very different vehicles, from a converted coach with a dance floor to a smaller limo bus with wraparound seating. Our fleet listing shows a party bus at around 12 seats and a stretch SUV limousine at up to 16, but sizes vary by city and by vehicle, which is why they are quoted in the booker rather than fixed on the price list. Our party bus rental page explains how those quotes are built.

A simple way to decide:

  • Up to 6 guests. A Business SUV or a First Class SUV. It fits a Brickell dinner and a South Beach club without the attention a bus draws, and it is the easiest vehicle to bring right into a hotel driveway.
  • 7 to 12 guests. The Sprinter van with driver is the practical choice: forward-facing leather seats, standing headroom, room for shopping bags, and a fixed price you can split on the spot. It also doubles as the airport vehicle for the group.
  • 13 to 16 guests. A stretch SUV limousine or a larger party bus, or two vehicles. Two Sprinters cost more, but they let the group split at midnight when half want to go back to the hotel.
  • Over 16. Talk to the desk. Large groups often book a bus for the main night and SUVs for the rest of the weekend.

If the photos matter more than the dancing, compare the limousine look with the practical Sprinter in our black car vs limousine guide.

A route that works: South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell and back

Miami's nightlife is spread across districts on both sides of Biscayne Bay, and the causeways are where time disappears. A good route keeps crossings to two or three a night.

Start in South Beach. Most bachelorette groups stay on Miami Beach. The Art Deco district around Ocean Drive is the classic first stop for photos as the light goes, and hotel driveways there are short, so plan the pickup at the hotel's own entrance rather than on the street.

Cross to Wynwood for the walls. Wynwood, known for its street art and murals, is a short drive across the bay. Murals photograph best before dark, so many groups swap the order: Wynwood at golden hour, dinner afterwards. The chauffeur drops you at a corner near the walls and waits nearby, since the narrow streets fill up on weekend evenings.

Dinner in Brickell or the Design District. Brickell, Miami's high-rise district, has rooftop restaurants and supper clubs with skyline views; the Design District to the north is quieter and more fashion-led. Either works for a reservation at 8 or 9 p.m.

Back to Miami Beach for the late table. The last crossing of the night goes back over the bay. This is the leg where a waiting vehicle earns its price: nobody is standing on a curb at 1 a.m. refreshing an app while the group drifts apart.

A five-hour evening covers that route comfortably if the group sticks to three or four stops. Add hours at the hourly rate if the night runs long; the chauffeur and the desk will tell you before extra time starts.

The weekend timeline, from first message to last ride

Eight to twelve weeks out. Pick the date and check the calendar, because some Miami weekends are far busier than others. Art Basel Miami Beach runs December 4 to 6, 2026; the South Beach Wine and Food Festival runs February 25 to 28, 2027; Ultra Music Festival takes Bayfront Park on March 26 to 28, 2027; and the Formula 1 weekend at Hard Rock Stadium is April 30 to May 2, 2027. Hotels, restaurants and large vehicles book out first on those dates, and Downtown streets around Bayfront Park close during Ultra.

Six weeks out. Fix the headcount band (6, 12 or 16) and reserve the vehicle. A fixed Sprinter or SUV booking takes minutes from the price list. Booking early costs nothing if the date holds: cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card.

Two weeks out. Send the desk the stop list and reservation times. Not every stop needs a time, but dinner does, because the drive to it sets the pickup.

Arrival day. If most of the group lands at the same time, use the Sprinter for the airport as well. MIA to Miami Beach in an Executive Sprinter is US$470, fixed, for up to 12 people and 12 bags, with flight tracking and a chauffeur waiting inside arrivals with a name board. If the group flies into Fort Lauderdale for cheaper fares, FLL to Miami Beach in a Sprinter is US$665. Our airport transfers page explains the meet and greet.

The night itself. Share the chauffeur's details, which arrive by email before pickup, with one or two people in the group, so the plan does not depend on the bride's phone battery.

House rules: the questions to ask before you sign

Party vehicles are where most surprises come from, and almost all of them are avoidable with a few questions. Ask these before you pay, for any operator, and get the answers in writing.

What is included in the price? With Elly8.net the answer is the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity, with tolls, parking and extra waiting billed at cost. If another quote leaves gratuity or fuel off the headline number, compare like with like.

When does the clock start and stop? Ask whether time starts at the first pickup or when the vehicle leaves its base. With a fixed evening package, you know the block before you book.

What about drinks? The honest answer is that the rules depend on local law and on the vehicle, and the chauffeur follows them. Do not plan the night around drinking in the vehicle; plan it around the stops.

Decorations, sashes, confetti and food? Ask what the vehicle owner allows, and whether any cleaning charge applies. Glitter and confetti are the usual cause of disputes after a party night.

Music and connections? Most vehicles have a phone connection, but ask which kind, and agree who controls the playlist before the first stop.

What happens if we change the plan? On an hourly or evening booking, the chauffeur goes where the group directs within the booked time. A completely new destination outside the area is a conversation with the desk, not a surprise on the bill.

Is the operator licensed and insured? Every Elly8.net partner is licensed and commercially insured, and partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.

Budget per guest: three realistic plans

The compact night (6 guests). Business SUV evening, US$625, about US$105 each. Add an MIA arrival in the same class at US$235 for the vehicle if everyone lands together.

The classic night (10 to 12 guests). Executive Sprinter evening, US$1,000, between about US$84 and US$100 each. Add the Sprinter airport arrival at US$470, about US$40 each for twelve.

The full weekend (12 guests). Sprinter arrival from MIA, US$470; Friday dinner at the hourly rate for three hours, US$600; the Saturday evening package, US$1,000; the Sunday departure, US$470. That is US$2,540 for the vehicle across the weekend, or about US$212 each for twelve people, all-in. If the group wants a sightseeing afternoon in between, the private city highlights tour, US$800 in a Sprinter, covers South Beach, Wynwood and Coconut Grove.

For a broader look at how these numbers compare with typical limo pricing, see how much a limo or black car costs.

If the weekend moves beyond Miami

Some groups split the weekend. Fort Lauderdale has its own beach and canal scene, and our Fort Lauderdale car service page has its own fixed prices. For a slower day, the Miami signature day trip runs down the Overseas Highway to Islamorada, fixed at US$1,840 for 10 hours in an Executive Sprinter, and Key West is further down the same road for a group that wants to stay over.

If the group is still deciding between Miami and the desert, our Las Vegas Sprinter van rental guide and Las Vegas limo transportation guide show how the same group would move around the Strip, at Las Vegas prices.

Booking it in three steps

  1. Enter the first pickup, usually your hotel on Miami Beach, and the date. Add the flight numbers if the airport arrival is part of the plan.
  2. Choose the vehicle: a Business SUV or First Class SUV for six, an Executive Sprinter for twelve, or a party bus or stretch SUV limousine from the booker for larger groups.
  3. Press Reserve now on a fixed price, or use the web booker for a quote. Payment is by card and your confirmation arrives by email.

Book any address

Wedding parties often book the bachelorette weekend and the wedding day together. Our wedding limousine page covers the couple's car and guest shuttles on the day itself.

Frequently asked questions

How many people fit in a Miami party bus?

It depends on the vehicle. Party buses and stretch SUV limousines vary in size, often around 12 to 16 seats, so they are quoted in the web booker for the vehicle available on your date. The fixed-price alternative, the Executive Sprinter, seats up to 12 with up to 12 bags. For six or fewer, a Business SUV or First Class SUV is simpler and cheaper.

How far ahead should we book for a bachelorette weekend?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most weekends, and earlier for Art Basel week in December, the wine and food festival in February, Ultra in late March and the Formula 1 weekend at the end of April. Booking early carries little risk, because cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.

Can we drink on the party bus?

Plan the night without counting on it. Rules depend on local law and on the vehicle, and the chauffeur follows them. The real value of the vehicle is that nobody has to drive and nobody waits on a curb between stops. Ask the desk about the specific vehicle's rules when you book.

Is gratuity included?

Yes. Elly8.net prices include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity, so the group does not need to collect a tip at the end of the night. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost, and the desk tells you before any extra time begins.

Can the same vehicle pick us up at the airport?

Yes. MIA to Miami Beach in an Executive Sprinter is US$470 and FLL to Miami Beach is US$665, fixed, for up to 12 people and 12 bags. The chauffeur tracks the flight and waits inside arrivals with a name board, with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.

What if part of the group wants to leave early?

Book two vehicles, or a Sprinter plus an SUV, and agree in advance which one leaves first. On a single booking, the chauffeur can make a drop-off on the way, within the booked time. Telling the desk the likely split when you book is the easiest way to keep the night on budget.
