Las Vegas limo transportation works best when the vehicle fits the trip and the timing fits the city. A stretch limousine is right for a celebration with light bags, an SUV for a family or a golf four, an Executive Sprinter for a group of twelve, and a sedan by the hour for a business day. With Elly8.net, a chauffeured car in Las Vegas costs from US$95 an hour in a Business Sedan to US$190 an hour in an Executive Sprinter, three-hour minimum, fixed and all-in.
This guide is the local view: how the city's districts connect, when traffic actually peaks, which routes visitors book most, and which vehicle we would put you in for each. Rides in Las Vegas are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
What does limo transportation in Las Vegas cost?
Elly8.net Las Vegas prices are fixed per vehicle and include the chauffeur, taxes and standard gratuity. By the hour, it is US$95 in a Business Sedan, US$120 in a Business SUV and US$190 in an Executive Sprinter, three-hour minimum. Airport rides to the Strip start at US$125, and stretch limousines are quoted in the web booker.
The packages are often simpler than counting hours. Here is the Las Vegas list in its two most-booked classes.
| Package | Length | Business Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|
| By the hour, as directed | 3-hour minimum | US$95 per hour | US$190 per hour |
| Private city highlights tour | 4 hours | US$380 | US$760 |
| Evening out and event night | 5 hours | US$475 | US$950 |

| LAS airport to the Strip | one way | US$125 | US$325 |
Business SUV, First Class Sedan and First Class SUV prices sit on the Las Vegas price list. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines and party buses are not on the fixed list, because the vehicles vary; the web booker quotes them for your date and hours.

Reading the Las Vegas map like a local
Visitors think of the Strip as one place. Chauffeurs think of it as several, each with its own driveways and its own traffic.
The South Strip. The resorts around Tropicana Avenue and down to Mandalay Bay, closest to the airport and to Allegiant Stadium, which sits just west of Interstate 15. Game and concert nights here load the interstate ramps and Tropicana at the same time.
The Center Strip. The big resorts between Tropicana and Flamingo, with T-Mobile Arena tucked behind the boulevard. This is the busiest stretch on a weekend night, because the shows, the restaurants and the arena all let out around the same hour.
The North-Center and North Strip. North of Flamingo, the resorts near the Sphere and the Venetian, then on toward the Las Vegas Convention Center and the north end of the boulevard. Convention weeks change this district more than any other.
Downtown and the Arts District. The original casino district around Fremont Street, a short drive north of the Strip, with the Arts District just south of it. Good for an evening that starts with dinner and ends somewhere less polished.
Summerlin and Red Rock. The western suburbs, with resort casinos, golf and the road out to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, run by the Bureau of Land Management.
Henderson and Lake Las Vegas. South-east of the Strip, with quieter resorts, golf communities and Henderson Executive Airport for private flights.
A useful rule: a ride that stays within one district is short; a ride that crosses the Strip from east to west at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday is not. The chauffeur will usually avoid the boulevard itself and use the parallel roads; tell the desk your evening's stops in order, and the route is planned around them.
When Las Vegas traffic really peaks
The city has its own rush hours, and they are not the ones on a commuter map.
- Friday afternoon and evening. The weekend wave lands at Harry Reid International, the hotel driveways fill with arrivals, and the airport roads slow. Through December 2026 the airport connector tunnels also run with reduced lanes for repaving.
- Show and game let-out times. When a residency, a fight or a stadium event ends, thousands of people want a car in the same ten minutes. A chauffeur staged at an agreed point beats any queue.
- Sunday late morning. Checkout time. Hotel driveways back up with departing cars and taxis.
- Convention weeks. The SEMA Show runs November 3 to 6, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, AWS re:Invent from November 30 to December 4, 2026 across several Strip venues, and CES from January 6 to 9, 2027. These weeks fill hotels and taxi lines at the same hours every day.
- Race week. The Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19 to 21, 2026 on a street circuit along the Strip, with the race on Saturday night. Crossing the circuit can take far longer than usual, and pickup points move.
- Rodeo week. The National Finals Rodeo brings ten nights to the Thomas and Mack Center, December 3 to 12, 2026.
For event weeks, book early and give the desk your hotel and the exact venues. If you are attending CES, our CES transportation guide goes venue by venue.
Which vehicle fits which trip
| Trip | Vehicle we would book | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Couple, dinner and a show | First Class Sedan, evening package | Quiet cabin, waits at the theatre |
| Birthday or bachelorette, 8 guests, light bags | Stretch limousine, quoted in the booker | The photos and the arrival |
| Bachelor group of 12 | Executive Sprinter, evening package US$950 | Standing room, one vehicle, about US$79 each |
| Family of five from LAS | Business SUV, US$165 | Six seats, six bags, child seats on request |
| Golf four with clubs | Executive Sprinter or First Class SUV | Club bags need the cargo space |
| Executive with three meetings | Business Sedan by the hour | Car waits between stops |
| Hoover Dam with grandparents | Business SUV, 6-hour package US$665 | Easy step-in, room to stretch |
| Trade show team of 10 | Executive Sprinter by the hour | Hotel loops and client dinners |
Two notes from the desk. First, a stretch limousine has many seats but little trunk space, about two bags, so it is a night-out vehicle, not an airport vehicle for a group. Second, an Executive Sprinter by the hour costs the same for six people as for twelve, so a group of eight should not hesitate to book one. Our Las Vegas Sprinter van rental guide has the per-person maths, and our black car vs limousine comparison explains the trade-offs in any city.
The routes visitors book most
Airport to the Strip. About 9 mi (14 km) from LAS to the centre of the Strip, around 39 minutes on a clear road, US$125 to US$325 fixed. The chauffeur meets you in baggage claim.
Strip to Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and the Sphere. Short drives, long exits. Book the return with a named pickup point; see our sports event transportation and concert transportation pages.
The Strip after dark. The private city highlights tour, four hours from US$380, takes in the boulevard, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, Downtown and Fremont Street at your own pace. The official visitor site, Visit Las Vegas, has the show calendar.
Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The signature day trip, six hours from US$525 in a Business Sedan, heads past Henderson and Boulder City to Hoover Dam, with time for the visitor centre and Lake Mead viewpoints.
Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Red Rock is west of Summerlin; Valley of Fire State Park is farther out to the north-east. Both suit the full-day chauffeur, eight hours from US$700, because the chauffeur waits at each viewpoint while you walk. Carry water; the desert is hot for much of the year.
A sample Saturday, planned the local way
Here is how the desk would lay out a typical celebration Saturday for a group of ten on the Center Strip, in an Executive Sprinter on the five-hour evening package at US$950.
- 6:30 p.m. Pickup at the hotel's own arrival area, not the main boulevard entrance, which is jammed at that hour.
- 6:45 p.m. A photo stop at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, while it is still light enough for pictures.
- 7:30 p.m. Dinner Downtown, approached on the roads parallel to the Strip rather than the boulevard itself.
- 9:45 p.m. Back to a Center Strip theatre for a 10 p.m. show, with the chauffeur holding at an agreed point nearby.
- 11:10 p.m. The show lets out. The group walks to the waiting Sprinter instead of joining the taxi line, and the night ends back at the hotel inside the five-hour block.
Each stop is set in advance, but the plan bends: within the booked time, the chauffeur goes where the group directs.
Booking a limo in Las Vegas the right way
Check who operates the ride. In Nevada, the Nevada Transportation Authority regulates for-hire passenger carriers and transportation network companies, and its site offers a certificate check. Every Elly8.net partner is licensed and commercially insured, and partner vehicles are four model years old or newer.
Price the whole night, not the hour. An hourly quote that excludes gratuity or fuel is not comparable with an all-in package. With Elly8.net, gratuity and taxes are included; tolls, parking and extra waiting are billed at cost.
Agree pickup points in advance. Each resort has its own rules for where private cars wait, and the large ones have several entrances. The chauffeur confirms the exact spot.
Do not plan the night around drinks in the vehicle. Rules depend on the law and the vehicle, and the chauffeur follows Nevada and local rules.
Book in three steps. Enter your first pickup with any flight number; choose the vehicle; press Reserve now on a fixed price or use the web booker for a quote. Confirmation arrives by email. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less, and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card.
For a one-on-one driver rather than a party vehicle, read our Las Vegas private driver guide. Planning a wider trip? Elly8.net books Scottsdale limo service and Orange County car service at their own fixed prices, and our limousine service page explains how stretch bookings work in every city.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo in Las Vegas per hour?
With Elly8.net, a chauffeured Business Sedan is US$95 an hour, a Business SUV US$120 and an Executive Sprinter US$190, with a three-hour minimum, all-in with gratuity. Stretch limousines and party buses vary by vehicle and are quoted in the web booker for your date and hours before you pay.
Is it better to book a limo by the hour or a package?
For a set plan, a package is simpler and often cheaper. The five-hour evening out is the same as five hours at the hourly rate, but the eight-hour full day, the six-hour Hoover Dam trip and the ten-hour roadshow day all cost less than the same hours booked one by one.
When is Las Vegas traffic worst?
Friday afternoons and evenings, show and stadium let-out times, Sunday checkout and every major convention week. Race week, November 19 to 21, 2026, changes routes around the Strip itself. Book early for those dates and give the desk your venues so pickups are planned around the closures.
Can a stretch limo pick us up at the airport?
It can, but it carries only about two bags. For a celebration with light luggage, that works. For a group with suitcases, book an Executive Sprinter for the airport, US$325 for up to 12 people and 12 bags, and keep the stretch for the night out.
How do I know a Las Vegas limo company is legal?
The Nevada Transportation Authority regulates for-hire passenger carriers and offers a certificate check on its website. Elly8.net works only with licensed, commercially insured local partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, with vehicles four model years old or newer.
Do you offer the Hoover Dam trip by limo?
Yes, as a six-hour package from US$525 in a Business Sedan up to US$1,050 in an Executive Sprinter. The chauffeur collects you at your hotel, drives past Boulder City to Hoover Dam, waits during the visit and can add Lake Mead viewpoints on the way back.
