A Las Vegas Sprinter van rental with a chauffeur moves up to 12 people and 12 bags in one vehicle, at a fixed price that does not change with the headcount. With Elly8.net, the Executive Sprinter costs US$325 from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to the Strip, US$190 an hour with a three-hour minimum, US$950 for a five-hour evening and US$1,050 for the six-hour Hoover Dam and Lake Mead day trip, all-in.
This post covers the two Sprinter types we book in Las Vegas, the full rate card with the cost per person, when a Sprinter beats two SUVs or a shared shuttle, and the booking details that make a group trip run on time. Rides in Las Vegas are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.

Two Sprinters, two jobs
The Executive Sprinter. The one on the fixed price list: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in executive configuration with up to 12 forward-facing seats and room for up to 12 bags. It is the default for groups, airport runs with luggage and convention teams. Our Sprinter van with driver page describes the cabin.
The Jet Sprinter. A VIP version with captain's chairs, built for about 6 passengers and 4 bags. It is quoted in the web booker for your date and hours rather than fixed on the list. It suits a small executive team that wants to work between meetings, or a family arrival that wants the cabin rather than the capacity.
A note on the word "rental." In this post a Sprinter van rental means the vehicle with a professional chauffeur. Elly8.net does not rent vans to drive yourself. If you are weighing self-drive, our chauffeur vs car rental comparison covers parking, resort fees and who drives home.
Sprinter, two SUVs or a shared shuttle?
One Sprinter vs two Business SUVs. From LAS to the Strip, two Business SUVs cost US$330 together, and one Executive Sprinter costs US$325. The capacity is the same on paper, 12 people and 12 bags, but the Sprinter keeps the group in one vehicle with one arrival, and it has standing headroom. By the hour, two SUVs cost US$240 an hour against the Sprinter's US$190. Two SUVs make sense only when the group will split, for example when half go to a show and half go to dinner.
One Sprinter vs a shared shuttle. Shared shuttles at LAS leave from the curb, stop at several hotels along the way and are priced per seat by the operator. For a solo traveller with time, that can be fine. For a group of ten, a shared shuttle means waiting for the van to fill, sharing it with strangers and arriving at the last hotel on the route. Our Vegas airport shuttle vs private car comparison goes through the airport's own shuttle rules.
One Sprinter vs taxis. A group of 12 with bags needs three or four taxis at the airport, each paying its own zone fare, fees and tip, and each arriving at a different moment. The Sprinter costs about US$27 per person with gratuity included, and everyone arrives together.
The trips Sprinters are made for
Convention and trade-show teams. Las Vegas conventions sprawl. AWS re:Invent, from November 30 to December 4, 2026, spreads sessions across several Strip venues, according to the re:Invent site, and CES, January 6 to 9, 2027, splits between the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo and ARIA. A Sprinter by the hour runs hotel-to-hall loops in the morning, waits through the day and takes the team to client dinners. Our conference transportation page explains how we plan show weeks.
Golf groups. Four to eight golfers with clubs need cargo space before they need seats. A Sprinter takes the bags without folding seats, and the full-day package covers a round off the Strip with lunch and the drive back.
Bachelor, bachelorette and birthday groups. Twelve friends on the US$950 evening package pay about US$79 each, with one chauffeur waiting outside each stop. If the group wants a classic limousine look as well, our Las Vegas limo transportation guide explains where a stretch fits. Planning a Florida weekend instead? Our Miami bachelorette party bus guide uses the same approach at Miami prices.
Weddings. Guest shuttles between hotels, the chapel or resort ballroom and the reception. Our wedding limousine service pairs a car for the couple with Sprinters for guests.
Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The six-hour signature trip, US$1,050 in a Sprinter, heads past Henderson and Boulder City to Hoover Dam, run by the Bureau of Reclamation, with time at the visitor centre and the dam crest. For a family reunion or a tour group of 12, it is about US$88 each.
A three-day group weekend with one Sprinter
To see how the numbers add up, here is a typical long weekend for a group of 12, booked as separate pieces on one reservation.
| Day | Booking | Price for the vehicle |
|---|---|---|
| Thursday | LAS arrival to the Strip | US$325 |
| Friday | Hoover Dam and Lake Mead day trip, 6 hours | US$1,050 |
| Saturday | Evening out and event night, 5 hours | US$950 |
| Sunday | Strip to LAS departure | US$325 |
| Total | Four bookings, one group | US$2,650, about US$221 each |
That total includes the chauffeur, taxes and standard gratuity on every leg. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond each booking's included time are billed at cost. Booking the arrival and departure as the airport round trip, US$620, saves US$30 on the two airport legs.
A smaller group can scale it down. Six friends in a Business SUV pay US$165 for the arrival, US$665 for the Hoover Dam trip and US$600 for the evening and US$165 for the departure, and the same plan comes to US$1,595, or about US$266 each.
What a chauffeur adds that a self-drive van cannot
A self-drive van needs a driver who stays sober, knows the resort garages, pays for parking and finds the van again at the end of the night. A chauffeur drops the group at the door, waits nearby, takes the bags at the airport and knows which side street to use when a show lets out. On the Hoover Dam day, nobody in the group drives the desert highway after a long morning on foot.
Booking tips that save time on the day
Count bags, not just people. Twelve people with twelve large suitcases fill an Executive Sprinter. Golf bags, show cases, strollers and wheelchairs all need to be in the booking notes. If the group has more luggage than seats, the desk will suggest a second vehicle for bags.
Name a group lead. One person receives the chauffeur's details and is the contact on the night. The confirmation and chauffeur details arrive by email before pickup.
Gather at one pickup point. Picking up at three hotels is possible as a multi-stop ride, but it adds time. If the group is split across resorts, agree a single lobby or allow the extra minutes.
Airport groups: one flight, or a plan. For a group landing together, the chauffeur tracks the flight and meets you in baggage claim, which is where the airport says a pre-arranged driver meets passengers, per the Harry Reid International limousines page. If the group lands on different flights, book separate arrivals or tell the desk which flight the Sprinter should follow.
Build blocks around show times. Hourly time is easy to stretch, but resorts and arenas empty at the same moment. Book an hour beyond the expected end rather than calling for extra time at midnight.
Child seats. Available on request. Give each child's age and weight.
Event weeks. Book Sprinters first for SEMA week in early November, race week from November 19 to 21, 2026, re:Invent, the rodeo in December and CES in January. Large vehicles are in the highest demand those weeks.
Licensing. The Nevada Transportation Authority regulates for-hire passenger carriers in the state and offers a certificate check online. Every Elly8.net partner is licensed and commercially insured, with vehicles four model years old or newer.

Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in a Sprinter van in Las Vegas?
The Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 passengers with up to 12 bags. The Jet Sprinter, a VIP layout with captain's chairs, seats about 6 with 4 bags and is quoted in the web booker. For more than 12, book two vehicles, or a Sprinter plus an SUV, on the same reservation.
How much is a Sprinter from the Las Vegas airport to the Strip?
US$325 one way for the vehicle, fixed and all-in, or US$620 for the round trip. That covers up to 12 people, about US$27 each for a full van, with the chauffeur meeting you in baggage claim, flight tracking and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
Is there a minimum booking for a Sprinter by the hour?
Yes, three hours, at US$190 an hour. For longer plans, the packages are better value: eight hours costs US$1,400 instead of US$1,520 at the hourly rate, and the ten-hour roadshow day US$1,710 instead of US$1,900.
Can I rent a Sprinter van without a driver?
Not through Elly8.net. Every booking includes a professional chauffeur, which means no parking at resorts, no designated driver and no navigating event closures. Gratuity is included in the price, and the chauffeur waits at each stop during hourly or package bookings.
Is a Sprinter cheaper than two SUVs?
Usually, yes. From LAS to the Strip, one Executive Sprinter is US$325 and two Business SUVs are US$330. By the hour, the Sprinter is US$190 against US$240 for two SUVs. Two vehicles are worth it only when the group plans to split up during the trip.
How early should we book a Sprinter for a convention week?
As early as possible. Demand for large vehicles in Las Vegas peaks during SEMA week, race week, re:Invent, the rodeo and CES. Booking early carries little risk, because cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.
