A Nashville bachelorette party bus works best when it is planned as part of a weekend, not a single night. The group lands at BNA, checks into a rental or hotel, does a Saturday that runs from brunch to the last song on Broadway, and flies home tired on Sunday. Elly8.net books every leg at a fixed, all-in price: the 12-seat Executive Sprinter from BNA to downtown is US$325, and the evening out package in the same Sprinter is US$950.
Party buses with lounge seating and lights are quoted in the web booker for your exact route and hours. This guide covers both, along with the routes groups actually take, the rules your chauffeur works by, and a realistic weekend budget per person. Rides in Nashville are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk.
What does a Nashville bachelorette party bus cost for a weekend?
For twelve people, a typical Elly8.net weekend is a BNA round trip in an Executive Sprinter at US$620, plus the Saturday evening out package at US$950: US$1,570, or about US$131 each, all-in. Party buses are priced in the web booker for your hours, with taxes and standard gratuity included.
Every figure on the Nashville price list is per vehicle, not per person, and includes the chauffeur, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and time beyond your booking are billed at cost. That means the per-person figure falls as the group grows, up to the twelve seats in a Sprinter.

The weekend, leg by leg
Most bachelorette weekends we book in Nashville follow the same shape. Plan each leg as its own booking line and the weekend is priced before anyone buys a flight.
Friday: the arrival
Nashville International (BNA) is about 8 miles (14 km) from downtown, around 16 minutes on a clear road, and Friday afternoon is when traffic is heaviest. The Executive Sprinter is US$325 one way, with room for twelve people and twelve bags, so outfits, gift boxes and the bride's suitcase travel together. The chauffeur tracks the flight and meets the group in baggage claim with a name board, and there is complimentary waiting after a tracked landing.
Groups rarely land on one flight. The simplest plan is one Sprinter for the main group and a Business Sedan, US$125, for the friend landing three hours later. The desk links both to one reservation. Our airport transfers page explains flight tracking, and departures are the same fixed price in the other direction.
Saturday: the day and the night
Saturday is where the party bus or Sprinter earns its keep. A common pattern is a late brunch, an afternoon activity, a break at the rental to change, then dinner and Broadway. Some groups book two blocks: a short daytime booking and the evening package. Others book the evening out package alone and walk or take a short car to brunch.
If the afternoon plan is a day out of town, the 8-hour Jack Daniel's Distillery day trip to Lynchburg is US$1,400 in the Sprinter, with the chauffeur waiting while the group tours. Book your tour slot first on the Jack Daniel's Distillery site, then send us the time.
Sunday: the departure
Sunday departures are spread across the day. Book the Sprinter back to BNA for the biggest group, and sedans or an SUV for anyone on an earlier or later flight. If you booked the round trip with the arrival, the return leg is already covered at the round-trip price.
Routes groups actually take
Nashville's going-out districts are close together but each moves differently for a vehicle. These are the routes we see most, with what to expect at the curb.
The Broadway classic. Hotel or rental, dinner in the Gulch or SoBro, then the honky-tonks of Lower Broadway. Broadway is the busiest street in the city on a Saturday night and closes for events, so the chauffeur stops at the closest legal point, often a side street, and you walk the last block. Agree the pickup corner before you get out. For the late pickup, a corner a block or two off Broadway is far quicker than the strip itself.
Midtown and Music Row. Bars and restaurants along West End Avenue and around Midtown, close to Music Row and the recording studios. It is easier for pickups than Broadway and a good second stop when downtown is packed.
East Nashville. Across the Cumberland River, with bars and restaurants around Five Points and many of the short-term rentals groups stay in. The river bridges are the bottleneck on event nights, so plan an extra 15 to 20 minutes for crossings when there is a stadium show on the East Bank.
The Opry night. The Grand Ole Opry House is out at Opryland, near the airport, not downtown. A show there, with dinner nearby, makes a full evening on its own and suits groups who want one big moment rather than a bar crawl.
The daytime culture stop. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is downtown, and the Ryman Auditorium runs daytime tours a block up from Broadway. Both are easy drop-offs for a Sprinter and a good way to fill the hours before dinner. For a slower afternoon, the private city highlights tour, US$760 in the Sprinter, covers the Parthenon in Centennial Park, Music Row, the Capitol and the East Bank river views with the chauffeur handling every stop; see private city tours.

Party bus or Sprinter for a bachelorette group
Both work, and the choice comes down to what the group wants from the ride.
| Executive Sprinter | Party Bus | Two Business SUVs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seats | up to 12 | up to 12 on our fleet page | up to 6 each |
| Price basis | Nashville price list, US$190 an hour | web booker quote | Nashville price list, US$120 an hour each |
| Evening package | US$950 | quoted for your hours | US$600 each |
| Cabin | forward-facing seats, high roof | lounge seating, lights, sound | leather seats, quiet cabin |
| Best for | a group that wants to arrive together and load fast | a group that wants the ride to be part of the party | a group that will split up later in the night |
The party bus is the photo moment: lounge seating, lights and music between stops. The Sprinter is the practical one: it loads quickly at a crowded curb, carries shopping bags and has a fixed price. Two SUVs are the flexible one, letting half the group head home at midnight. Our party bus rental page and fleet page show the seats in each.
House rules: what your chauffeur works by
Every group asks about the rules. These are the ones that apply to every Elly8.net booking, and the questions worth asking any operator.
- Alcohol. Rules on alcohol in vehicles differ by city and vehicle type. Your chauffeur follows local rules throughout, and we never plan a ride around drinking on board. Ask the desk before your trip if you are unsure what applies.
- Seats. Book for the real head count. Each passenger needs a seat, and the chauffeur cannot take more people than the vehicle is booked for.
- Stops. Tell us the stops you know about when you book. Adding a stop on the night is usually fine within your booked hours; adding hours is billed at the hourly rate.
- Decorations. Sashes and outfits are part of the weekend. Ask before bringing anything that marks the interior, such as glitter or confetti, because cleaning charges with any operator usually come from exactly that.
- Timing. The vehicle waits at agreed points. A late group at the end of the night eats into booked time, so agree the final pickup time and corner before you head into the bar.
- Safety at the curb. On Broadway the chauffeur picks the closest safe, legal stop, which is often around the corner rather than at the door. That is deliberate.
A realistic weekend budget per person
Here is what the ground transport for a typical twelve-person weekend looks like on the fixed price list. Every figure is per vehicle, all-in.
| Leg | Vehicle | Price | Per person, 12 guests |
|---|---|---|---|
| BNA arrival and departure (round trip) | Executive Sprinter | US$620 | about US$52 |
| Saturday evening out package | Executive Sprinter | US$950 | about US$79 |
| Optional: Lynchburg distillery day | Executive Sprinter | US$1,400 | about US$117 |
| Optional: late-arrival friend from BNA | Business Sedan | US$125 | paid by the group or the friend |
Without the day trip, the weekend's driving comes to US$1,570, about US$131 each. With the Lynchburg day, it is US$2,970, about US$248 each, for three days of door-to-door transport with nobody driving. For a group of eight in SUVs, swap in the Business SUV figures: US$315 for the BNA round trip and US$600 for the evening package, per SUV.
Booking timeline for a bachelorette weekend
- As soon as dates are fixed: book the Saturday evening vehicle. Sprinters and party buses go first on spring and summer weekends.
- When flights are booked: add the BNA arrival and departure with flight numbers, so the chauffeur can track them.
- Two weeks out: send the desk the brunch, dinner and bar plan, with addresses, and any tour times.
- The week before: confirm the final head count. If it has grown past twelve, the desk adds a second vehicle timed with the first.
Avoid CMA Fest week if you want an easy weekend, unless the festival is the point of the trip. CMA Fest is scheduled for June 10 to 13, 2027, and that week fills hotels and vehicles across the city. Visit Music City, the official visitor site, lists what else is on when you are choosing dates.
Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% at 72 hours or less, 50% at 48 hours or less and 100% at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card; the full wording is on our cancellation policy page. A tip for organisers: if the head count is still moving, book the vehicle that fits the likely number now and adjust with the desk later, rather than waiting and finding the Sprinters gone. If the wedding is in Nashville too, our Nashville wedding limo guide covers the big day. Groups continuing to Kentucky can book a Louisville car service for the bourbon trail.
Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in a bachelorette party bus in Nashville?
The party bus on our fleet page seats up to 12, the same as the Executive Sprinter. A Stretch SUV Limousine seats up to 16. For larger groups, the desk books two vehicles timed together, which also lets the group split up later in the night without anyone waiting.
Can the chauffeur pick us up at a rental in East Nashville?
Yes, at any address where the vehicle can legally stop. Give us the address and any access notes, such as a narrow street or a gated drive. If the group is staying in two rentals, list both, and allow time for each pickup in the hours you book.
Is it cheaper to use rideshare for a bachelorette group?
For a short hop on a quiet evening, sometimes. On a Saturday night, twelve people need two or three app cars, prices rise with demand, and the group arrives at different times. A Sprinter at US$950 for the evening is about US$79 each, fixed, with one vehicle waiting at every stop.
Can we drink in the party bus?
Alcohol rules in vehicles differ by city and vehicle type, and your chauffeur follows local rules throughout. We never plan a ride around drinking on board, and the vehicle is not treated as a bar. Ask the desk before the trip if you have questions about what applies.
What if one of us lands hours after the others?
Book a Business Sedan from BNA for the late arrival, US$125 one way, linked to the group's reservation. The chauffeur tracks that flight separately and meets the guest in baggage claim with a name board, so the main group does not wait at the airport.
Can we change the plan on the night?
Within your booked hours, yes. Tell the chauffeur the new stop and they will take you there, as long as it is safe and legal to stop. Extra hours are billed at the hourly rate, US$190 an hour in the Sprinter, so agree the final pickup time before the last bar.
