A Miami limo bus is any chauffeured group vehicle booked so that 8 to 16 people travel together: a party bus with an open cabin, a stretch SUV limousine, or an Executive Sprinter with individual seats. On Elly8.net the Executive Sprinter has fixed Miami prices, US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum or US$1,000 for a 5-hour evening out and event night, while party buses and stretch SUV limousines are priced in the web booker for your date.
Most limo bus nights that go wrong go wrong before the night starts: the vehicle is smaller than the group, the quote leaves out the minimum hours or the tip, or nobody agreed where the bus would wait outside a stadium with tens of thousands of other people leaving. This guide covers each of those, with Miami's own venues and event weeks in mind.
How big is a limo bus, and how many people fit?
In the Elly8.net fleet, a party bus carries up to 12 passengers, a stretch SUV limousine up to 16, an Executive Sprinter up to 12 with 12 bags and a classic stretch limousine up to 8. Count every guest, including anyone joining later, and book the vehicle with seats to spare.
Seating claims in adverts are often generous. The useful number is how many adults sit comfortably with a seat belt each, because that is also what Florida law expects for younger passengers in a motor vehicle. These are the group vehicles on our fleet page:
| Vehicle | Passengers | Bags | Best at | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stretch limousine | up to 8 | 2 | Anniversaries, proms, a classic arrival | Web booker quote |
| Executive Sprinter | up to 12 | 12 | Comfort, luggage, longer drives | Fixed Miami prices |
| Party bus | up to 12 | 2 | Celebrations with an open cabin | Web booker quote |
| Stretch SUV limousine | up to 16 | 2 | The largest single celebration vehicle | Web booker quote |
| Business SUV | up to 6 | 6 | Small groups and airport runs | Fixed Miami prices |
For 17 or more people, the honest answer is two vehicles. Two Executive Sprinters carry up to 24, and the desk schedules both to the same door at the same time. Our group transportation page explains how multi-vehicle nights are coordinated.
What a limo bus costs in Miami
Elly8.net prices are fixed and per vehicle: the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity are included, and tolls, parking and waiting beyond the booked time are billed at cost. The published Miami prices for the Executive Sprinter are:
- By the hour, as directed: US$200 an hour, 3-hour minimum, so a short night starts at US$600.
- Evening out and event night: US$1,000 for 5 hours, with the chauffeur waiting while you are inside.
- Private city highlights tour: US$800 for 4 hours of sightseeing.
- Full-day chauffeur: US$1,475 for 8 hours.
Twelve people sharing the evening package pay under US$85 each, with the tip already in. For a smaller group, a First Class SUV evening for up to six is US$750, and a Business SUV US$625. The full price panel is on the Miami limo service page.
Party buses and stretch SUV limousines are quoted in the web booker because there are fewer of them and availability depends on the date. The quote follows the same rules as the fixed list, so you can compare it directly with the Sprinter. Our guide to Miami limo rental prices explains how minimums, packages and at-cost extras are built into any quote.
Party bus, stretch SUV or Sprinter: which one?
The three look similar in photos and feel very different on the night.
A party bus has perimeter seating facing inward and an open cabin, which suits a birthday or a night out where the ride itself is part of the fun. It carries less luggage and is not the vehicle for an airport run.
A stretch SUV limousine is about the arrival. It seats the most people in one vehicle and makes an entrance at a hotel driveway, but it is long, which matters on narrow South Beach streets and tight venue drop-offs.
An Executive Sprinter has forward-facing individual seats, standing headroom and real luggage space. It is the practical choice for a group that wants comfort, for longer drives such as a day in the Keys, and for any night that starts or ends at the airport. It is also the only one of the three with fixed published prices in Miami, which makes budgeting simple.

Game nights, concerts and festival weekends
Big venues are where a group vehicle pays for itself, and where planning matters most.
Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium is at 347 Don Shula Drive in Miami Gardens, north of the city, according to the stadium. It hosts the Dolphins, major concerts and the Miami Open, which returns from March 14 to 28, 2027. After a sold-out event, tens of thousands of people leave at once and app pickups become slow and expensive. With a limo bus, the desk agrees a pickup point before the night and the chauffeur is there when you walk out. For the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix on April 30 to May 2, 2027, drop-off and pickup areas are set by the promoter, so book early.
Kaseya Center and Bayfront Park
The Miami HEAT and touring concerts play at Kaseya Center on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown, next to Bayfront Park. Ultra Music Festival takes over Bayfront Park on March 26 to 28, 2027, according to Ultra, and streets around Biscayne Boulevard close for the event, so pickups move to agreed points a few blocks away. An evening package keeps the bus nearby rather than stuck inside the closure.
Miami Beach nights
Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the hotel driveways along them are busy every weekend. A long vehicle cannot always stop at the door, so the chauffeur may stage around the corner and come to you when you call. On-street parking in the South Beach Entertainment District is enforced around the clock, which is one more reason to leave the parking to the chauffeur.
Our concert transportation and sports event transportation pages explain how event nights work in every city.
What happens inside the vehicle
Rules on alcohol and behavior in hired vehicles differ by city and by vehicle type, and the chauffeur follows local rules. Ask about them before booking rather than at the curb. Two Florida points are worth knowing. The state's Safety Belt Law requires passengers under 18 in a motor vehicle to be restrained, while its definition of a motor vehicle excludes buses used to carry people for compensation, so seat belt rules depend on the vehicle you book. And possession of alcohol by anyone under 21 is unlawful in Florida, which matters for mixed-age birthday and graduation groups.
Smoking, damage to the vehicle and anyone becoming unwell are typical reasons for an operator to end a night early, so it pays to agree the ground rules with the group before the bus arrives.
Planning the night, hour by hour
A limo bus night runs best when the timetable is agreed before the chauffeur arrives. A typical 5-hour evening for a birthday group of twelve looks like this:
- 7:00 p.m. Pickup. One address for everyone works best. If guests are spread across Brickell and Miami Beach, add the stops to the booking in order so the chauffeur plans the route, and allow 15 to 20 minutes for each extra pickup.
- 7:45 p.m. Dinner. Give the desk the restaurant name. The chauffeur drops at the door, then waits nearby rather than idling in a valet lane.
- 9:45 p.m. The main event. A concert at Kaseya Center, a game, or a late table on Miami Beach. Agree the pickup point and a rough finish time before you go in.
- 11:30 p.m. The last stop. One more venue, or straight home. Tell the chauffeur early if the plan changes, so the route home is ready.
- Midnight. Drop-offs. In reverse order of the pickups, unless the group agrees otherwise.
If the night runs over, extra time is billed at the hourly rate, so it helps to decide in advance who in the group can approve it. One organizer with the confirmation email and the desk number keeps the evening simple.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a limo bus cost in Miami?
An Executive Sprinter for up to 12 people is US$200 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, or US$1,000 for a 5-hour evening out, fixed and all-in including standard gratuity. Party buses and stretch SUV limousines are quoted in the web booker for your date. Tolls, parking and extra time are billed at cost.
What is the largest limo bus available in Miami?
On Elly8.net the largest single celebration vehicle is the stretch SUV limousine, which seats up to 16. Party buses and Executive Sprinters take up to 12. For larger groups the desk books two vehicles and schedules them to arrive at the same door together.
Can a limo bus wait for us at Hard Rock Stadium?
Yes, on an hourly or evening booking. The desk agrees a pickup point before the night, outside the busiest exits and within the stadium's rules for event traffic. For the Grand Prix, pickup and drop-off areas are set by the promoter, so book early and expect a short walk.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Yes. Every Elly8.net price includes standard gratuity, along with the chauffeur, the vehicle and taxes. Only tolls, parking and waiting beyond the booked time are added afterwards, each at cost, so the group knows the real total before the night.
Is a Sprinter or a party bus better for a group of 10?
A party bus suits a celebration where the ride is part of the night. An Executive Sprinter suits comfort, luggage and longer drives, and it has fixed Miami prices. For 10 people going to a game or a concert with a dinner first, the Sprinter's forward-facing seats usually work better.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the date is set, and earlier still for Art Basel week, Ultra weekend, Miami Open evenings and the Grand Prix. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so booking early costs nothing if plans change well in advance.
