Limo rental prices in Miami are built from four things: the vehicle, the time you keep it, the minimum the operator charges, and the extras that may or may not be included. On the Elly8.net price list, a Business Sedan costs US$100 an hour, a First Class Sedan US$160 and an Executive Sprinter US$200, each with a 3-hour minimum, and an airport run from MIA to Miami Beach is fixed from US$180 to US$470. Stretch limousines, party buses and Rolls-Royce cars are priced in the web booker for your date.
Two quotes that look far apart are often closer than they seem once gratuity, minimum hours and fees are added in, and two that look the same can hide very different vehicles. This guide explains how a Miami quote is put together, shows the published numbers, and ends with a checklist for comparing any two offers fairly, including ours.
How much does it cost to rent a limo in Miami?
With Elly8.net, chauffeured cars in Miami cost US$100 to US$200 an hour depending on the vehicle, with a 3-hour minimum, so the smallest hourly booking starts at US$300. A 5-hour evening out runs US$500 to US$1,000 and an 8-hour day US$740 to US$1,475, all-in per vehicle.
Those ranges cover the five classes on the fixed price list. Specialty vehicles such as a stretch limousine, a stretch SUV limousine, a party bus, a Mercedes-Maybach or a Rolls-Royce are quoted in the web booker, because their availability changes from date to date. The full Miami list, with a Reserve now button on every price, is on the Miami limo service page.
The building blocks of a Miami limo quote
1. The vehicle class
The vehicle sets the base rate. These are the published Miami prices for the five fixed classes, by the hour and for the two packages people book most for evenings and full days.
| Vehicle | Passengers and bags | By the hour | Evening out, 5 hours | Full day, 8 hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Sedan | 3 and 2 | US$100 | US$500 | US$740 |
| Business SUV | 6 and 6 | US$125 | US$625 | US$920 |
| First Class SUV | 6 and 6 | US$150 | US$750 | US$1,105 |
| First Class Sedan | 3 and 2 | US$160 | US$800 | US$1,180 |
| Executive Sprinter | 12 and 12 | US$200 | US$1,000 | US$1,475 |
A Business Sedan is a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac CT6, Lincoln Continental or similar. A First Class Sedan is an S-Class or BMW 7 Series. The First Class SUV is an Escalade or Navigator, and the Executive Sprinter is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive van. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley. Our fleet page shows each class.
2. Time and the minimum
Hourly bookings in Miami have a 3-hour minimum, which is common for chauffeured hourly service because the chauffeur and the vehicle are committed for the block either side of your booking. Packages bundle time at a lower effective rate: the 8-hour full day is about 8 percent below the hourly rate and the 10-hour corporate roadshow day is 10 percent below it. The 4-hour private city highlights tour and the 5-hour evening out are priced as fixed blocks.
When comparing quotes from other operators, ask one question first: when does the clock start? Some operators bill from when the vehicle leaves their garage rather than from your pickup time. On an Elly8.net hourly booking, the time is the time you booked with the chauffeur.
3. Point to point or as directed
A transfer, such as MIA to a Miami Beach hotel, is priced as a fixed route. The airport prices are:
- MIA to Miami Beach: US$180 in a Business Sedan, US$235 in a Business SUV, US$290 in a First Class SUV, US$315 in a First Class Sedan and US$470 in an Executive Sprinter.
- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Miami Beach: US$255 to US$665.
- Opa-locka Executive (OPF) to Miami Beach: US$195 to US$510.
"As directed" means the car is yours for the hours booked, with any stops you like inside the area. For one ride, book the transfer; for an evening with a dinner, a show and a late stop somewhere else, book the hours.
Two small choices change the total more than people expect. A round trip on one reservation costs less than two one-way rides: MIA to Miami Beach and back is US$345 in a Business Sedan against US$360 for two singles, and US$895 in an Executive Sprinter against US$940. And an airport pickup with a stop on the way, say lunch in Brickell before the hotel, is often better booked by the hour: three hours in a Business SUV costs US$375 and keeps the bags in the car while you eat, while the straight transfer is US$235 but leaves you to find a second ride from the restaurant with your luggage. If the stop is short, ask the desk to price both ways.
4. What is included
Every Elly8.net price includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. That last pair matters when you compare: a quote that excludes gratuity looks noticeably cheaper than it really is until the tip is added at the end of the night.
5. What is billed at cost
Three things are added only when they happen, at the actual cost: tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time. In Miami the realistic examples are a toll on the route, a venue or hotel garage while the chauffeur waits, and an evening that runs past the hours you booked. City-run garages on Miami Beach cap their daily rate at US$20 and some charge a flat US$15 on weekend nights, according to the city's garage rates, so parking is usually a small line on the bill.
What "per vehicle" means for your group
Every price is per vehicle, not per person. The more of the seats you fill, the lower the cost per head. A few Miami examples using the published prices:
- A couple's anniversary dinner, Brickell to South Beach and home: a 5-hour evening in a First Class Sedan, US$800, or in a Business Sedan, US$500.
- Six friends for a birthday night: a First Class SUV for the 5-hour evening, US$750, or US$125 each.
- Twelve colleagues for a client dinner: an Executive Sprinter evening at US$1,000, under US$85 per person.
- A family of six to the Florida Keys: the 10-hour Islamorada day trip in a Business SUV, US$1,150.
For bigger groups, two vehicles traveling together are usually better than one overfilled one. Our guide to the Miami limo bus compares party buses, stretch SUVs and Sprinters for groups of 8 to 16.
Specialty vehicles: stretch limos, party buses and Rolls-Royce
Some vehicles are not on the fixed price list because there are far fewer of them and their availability depends on the date. These are quoted in the web booker for your exact date, time and route:
- Stretch limousine: up to 8 passengers, the classic choice for proms, anniversaries and weddings.
- Stretch SUV limousine: up to 16 passengers, for the biggest celebrations.
- Party bus: up to 12 passengers with an open cabin.
- Mercedes-Maybach or Rolls-Royce: up to 2 passengers, for a wedding couple or a VIP arrival.
- Jet Sprinter: up to 6 passengers in captain's chairs.
The same rules apply to the quote: per vehicle, all-in, tolls and parking at cost, and the same cancellation terms. If a specialty vehicle is not available on your date, the desk tells you before you pay and suggests the closest alternative.
Why Miami prices do not surge, but availability does
Elly8.net prices are fixed, so they do not rise when the city is busy. What changes is availability. During Art Basel Miami Beach, December 4 to 6, 2026 per Art Basel, during the boat show and the South Beach Wine and Food Festival in February, during Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park on March 26 to 28, 2027 per Ultra, and during the Grand Prix weekend, hourly cars and Sprinters sell out first. The price you see is the price you pay; the risk is that the vehicle you want is gone.
The practical answer is to book as soon as your dates are firm. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, so an early booking costs nothing if plans change well in advance.
A checklist for comparing two Miami limo quotes
Before you choose, put the quotes side by side and answer these questions for each. If an operator cannot answer them in writing, that tells you something too.
- Is it the same vehicle? Class, model and model year, and the number of passengers it seats with a belt each.
- Is the operator licensed and commercially insured? Ask, and ask who actually operates the car if the company is a booking platform.
- What is the all-in total? Add gratuity, taxes, fuel or service fees, airport fees and any credit card fee.
- What is the minimum? Hours, and whether the clock runs from your pickup or from the garage.
- What happens if the night runs over? The rate for extra time and how it is billed.
- What is billed later? Tolls, parking and waiting, and whether they are charged at cost.
- What is the cancellation policy? In writing, with the deadlines.
- Who do you call at 1 a.m.? A number that answers, not an office voicemail.
For Elly8.net the answers are on the page: the vehicle classes and capacities on the fleet page; licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; an all-in price with gratuity included; a 3-hour minimum from your booked pickup; tolls, parking and extra waiting at cost; and a 24/7 desk. The cancellation terms are free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10 percent at 72 hours or less, 50 percent at 48 hours or less, and 100 percent at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, refunded to the original card, as set out on our cancellation policy page.
Limo, black car or Sprinter?
For many Miami bookings, the most useful price decision is not which limo company but which kind of vehicle. A stretch limousine is about the occasion; a black car sedan or SUV is about comfort and punctuality; a Sprinter is about moving a group with bags. Our black car vs limousine guide helps you choose, and how much does a limo or black car cost compares pricing structures across cities. Every Elly8.net city price is on the packages page. Business bookers should also read our guide to Miami executive car service, which covers accounts and monthly invoicing.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest limo rental in Miami?
On the Elly8.net price list, the lowest hourly booking is a Business Sedan at US$100 an hour with a 3-hour minimum, US$300 in total, all-in. For a single trip, a transfer is cheaper still: MIA to Miami Beach is US$180 in a Business Sedan, including gratuity and airport meet and greet.
Is gratuity included in Miami limo prices?
On Elly8.net, yes. Standard gratuity is included in every price, along with the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes and airport meet and greet. When comparing other quotes, check whether gratuity is added on top, because it can change the total by a noticeable percentage at the end of the night.
Why is there a 3-hour minimum?
Because the chauffeur and the vehicle are committed to your booking for a block of time, including travel to and from your pickup. A 3-hour minimum is common for hourly limousine and black car service. For a single journey, book a fixed transfer instead of the hourly rate.
Are stretch limousines more expensive than black cars?
Usually, because there are fewer of them and they are booked for occasions. Stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines and party buses are quoted in the web booker for your date. A First Class SUV seats six at US$150 an hour and is often the better value for a small group.
Do prices go up during Art Basel or race weekend?
No. Elly8.net prices are fixed and do not surge. What changes is availability: hourly cars, Sprinters and specialty vehicles sell out first during Miami's big event weeks. Book as soon as your dates are firm; cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.
What extras can appear on the bill after the ride?
Only tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time, each billed at cost. In Miami that usually means a road toll, a venue or hotel garage while the chauffeur waits, or extra time if your evening runs past the hours you booked.
