A Miami executive car service is judged on one thing: whether the car is at the curb, or inside arrivals, when the executive walks out. Everything else, the leather and the bottled water, matters far less than a chauffeur who tracked the delayed flight from Bogota, knows which Brickell tower has the loading bay and has the next meeting's address before the first one ends. With Elly8.net, executive trips in Miami are booked at fixed, all-in prices: MIA to Miami Beach from US$180 in a Business Sedan or US$315 in a First Class Sedan, hourly from US$100, and a 10-hour corporate roadshow day from US$900.

Rides in Miami are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. This guide is written for the people who book cars for others: travel managers, executive assistants, event planners and hotel concierges.

What should a company expect from a Miami executive car service?

Expect a fixed price agreed before the trip, flight tracking on every airport pickup, a chauffeur waiting inside arrivals with a name board, vehicles four model years old or newer, licensed and insured operators, a desk that answers at any hour, and one monthly invoice for every ride your company books.

Those are the basics, and they are what Elly8.net provides on every Miami booking. The differences between providers show up in the details below: how the price is built, how waiting is handled when a meeting runs over, and what happens during the weeks when Miami's roads are closed for a summit, a festival or a race.

Where Miami business travel actually goes

Corporate trips in Miami concentrate in a handful of districts, and each one drives differently.

  • Brickell. The financial district south of the Miami River, dense with bank towers, law firms and business hotels. Morning arrivals are about reaching the right lobby on time; the chauffeur needs the building name, not just the street number.
  • Downtown. Government offices, Kaseya Center, Bayfront Park and the hotels along Biscayne Boulevard. Festival weeks close streets here, so pickups move to agreed corners.
  • Coral Gables. Office buildings and long client lunches in a leafy grid southwest of Downtown, a short drive from MIA.
  • Doral. West of the airport, with large hotels, offices and golf resorts. It is often the closest business address to MIA.
  • Miami Beach. The convention center, the big oceanfront hotels and the client dinners. Most of our airport prices are quoted to Miami Beach.
  • Wynwood and the Design District. Creative agencies, galleries and brand showrooms, busy with client entertaining during Miami Art Week.

Our corporate car service page explains how the account works in every Elly8.net city, and the Miami car service page has the full local price list.

Point to point, by the hour or a roadshow day

The most common booking mistake in corporate travel is choosing the wrong pricing structure. A single airport run is cheapest point to point; a day of four meetings across Brickell, Coral Gables and Miami Beach is cheaper and calmer with one car kept by the hour. These are the published Miami prices for the two classes most companies use, plus the Sprinter for teams.

Prices are per vehicle and all-in: chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost, and they appear on the invoice as separate lines so your finance team can see exactly what was added.

A simple rule we give travel managers: if the executive has more than two stops in a day, or if meeting end times are uncertain, book hourly. The car waits outside the building, the bags stay in the trunk and nobody has to request a new ride between meetings. The full-day package works out about 8 percent below the hourly rate and the roadshow day 10 percent below, so for a full schedule the package is the better buy. Our roadshow chauffeur page explains how we sequence back-to-back meetings, and our guide to Miami limo rental prices breaks down how hourly minimums and extras work.

What "shows up" means in practice

Reliability is not a slogan; it is a set of routines. On a Miami executive booking they look like this.

Flight tracking and customs. Executives landing at MIA from Latin America or Europe can spend a long time in immigration. The chauffeur watches the flight, adjusts to the actual landing and waits inside arrivals with a name board. Complimentary waiting after a tracked landing means a slow passport line is not billed to your cost center.

A known, licensed operator. MIA itself warns passengers to ignore offers of transportation from solicitors inside the terminal, noting that solicitation is illegal and that many illegal solicitors are unlicensed and uninsured, on its ground transportation safety page. For a company, that is a duty-of-care issue: you want every traveler in a vehicle from a licensed, commercially insured operator that you booked in advance.

Newer vehicles. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer, seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley. A Business Sedan is a Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac CT6, Lincoln Continental or similar; a First Class Sedan is an S-Class, BMW 7 Series or similar.

A desk that answers. The 24/7 desk number is in every confirmation email. If a traveler cannot find the chauffeur, or a meeting moves across town, the desk handles it at 3 a.m. as readily as at noon.

Duty of care for traveling employees

Travel managers ask the same questions in every city, and Miami adds a few of its own.

  • Who is driving? A licensed chauffeur working for a commercially insured local partner vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, not a private individual with an app.
  • Where is the meeting point? Inside arrivals at MIA, FLL or the FBO at Opa-locka, with a name board, not a pickup zone on another level.
  • What if plans change? Hourly bookings absorb changes. For point-to-point trips, the desk can rebook or extend, and changes appear on the monthly invoice.
  • Confidential visits. NDAs are available on request for executives, board members and deal teams who should not appear on anyone's social media.
  • Families on relocation trips. Child seats are available on request, with the age and weight of each child added at booking.

For delegations, ministers and security-led itineraries, the separate government and diplomatic transportation page explains how we coordinate with security details and motorcade plans.

Accounts, invoicing and who can book

You can open a corporate account on the corporate accounts page. Once it is set up, authorized bookers in your company reserve at the same fixed prices shown on the site and the rides go onto one monthly invoice instead of individual card charges. The same account works in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New York, London and every other Elly8.net city, which helps when an executive's trip continues from Miami to Palm Beach or to Fort Lauderdale for a boat show.

Travel agencies booking for clients can open a travel agent account, and hotels whose concierge teams book cars for guests can use the hotel partner sign-up. For larger programmes, such as an incentive group or a three-day sales conference, the desk builds one schedule and one invoice for the whole event.

The cancellation terms suit corporate planning: free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10 percent at 72 hours or less, 50 percent at 48 hours or less, and 100 percent at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, with refunds to the original card.

Planning around Miami's biggest business weeks

Some weeks change how the whole city drives, and they are exactly the weeks when executives fly in. These are the next confirmed dates.

  • Art Basel Miami Beach, December 4 to 6, 2026. The fair's dates are on Art Basel's official page. Collectors, sponsors and gallery teams fill Miami Beach, Wynwood and the Design District all week, and hourly cars sell out first.
  • G20 Leaders' Summit, December 14 to 15, 2026. The G20's official calendar lists the Leaders' Summit in Miami, preceded by a Sherpa meeting on December 10 to 12. Expect security perimeters and rolling closures; we plan routes around them and book delegations early.
  • Miami International Boat Show, February 10 to 14, 2027. The show's official site confirms the dates, with the Miami Beach Convention Center as one of its hubs. Buyers and exhibitors often keep a car for the full day.
  • Miami Open, March 14 to 28, 2027. The tournament returns to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, according to the Miami Open, with dates subject to change. Sponsor hospitality makes evening packages popular.

For exhibitors and delegates, our conference and trade show transportation page explains shuttle loops between hotels and venues.

Private aviation through Opa-locka

Many executives arrive privately. Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF) is about 17 mi (28 km) from Miami Beach, and the fixed price is US$195 in a Business Sedan, US$345 in a First Class Sedan and US$510 in an Executive Sprinter. Give the desk the tail number and the FBO; the chauffeur meets the passengers planeside or at the FBO lounge as the operator allows. Our private jet and FBO car service page covers ramp access.

Executive car service or Uber Black?

App-based black car tiers are useful for a spontaneous single trip, and we say so. For corporate travel the differences are predictability and paperwork: a pre-booked chauffeur has a fixed price agreed in advance, meets the traveler inside arrivals, waits between meetings and bills monthly on account, while app prices move with demand and pickups happen in designated zones. Our Uber Black vs a pre-booked chauffeur comparison sets out both sides fairly.

How to book for an executive or a team

  1. Enter the trip: pickup and drop-off, the flight number or tail number, and for hourly days the stops in order.
  2. Choose the vehicle: a Business Sedan for one or two travelers, a First Class Sedan for senior executives, a Business SUV when there is luggage, and an Executive Sprinter for teams. Our Miami Sprinter van rental guide covers group moves.
  3. Reserve now on a fixed price, or use the web booker for any address. The confirmation arrives by email; on a corporate account the ride goes onto the monthly invoice.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an executive car service cost in Miami?

A Business Sedan from MIA to Miami Beach is US$180 and a First Class Sedan US$315, fixed and all-in. Hourly service starts at US$100 an hour in a Business Sedan with a 3-hour minimum, and a 10-hour corporate roadshow day starts at US$900. Tolls, parking and extra waiting are billed at cost.

Can our company pay by monthly invoice?

Yes. Open a corporate account and authorized bookers reserve at the published fixed prices, with every ride on one monthly invoice instead of individual card charges. The same account works in Miami and every other Elly8.net city, so a trip that continues to Palm Beach or New York stays on one statement.

Where does the chauffeur meet an executive at MIA?

Inside arrivals, holding a name board, after the traveler has collected bags or cleared customs. The flight is tracked, so the chauffeur adjusts to early or late landings, and complimentary waiting after a tracked landing covers a slow immigration line. The desk number in the confirmation email reaches us around the clock.

Should we book hourly or point to point for meetings?

Book point to point for one or two transfers in a day. If the executive has three or more stops, or meeting end times are uncertain, book hourly so the car waits outside each building. For a full schedule, the 8-hour full-day and 10-hour roadshow packages cost less than the same hours at the hourly rate.

Do you sign NDAs for confidential visits?

Yes, NDAs are available on request. Mention it when you book, or ask the desk to add it to your corporate account so it applies to every ride. It suits board meetings, deal teams, investor visits and senior executives whose schedules in Miami should stay private, and the request is noted on every booking made under the account.

What happens to bookings during the G20 summit or Art Basel?

Bookings go ahead, with routes and pickup points planned around official closures and security perimeters. Book as early as possible for those weeks, because hourly cars and Sprinters sell out first, and keep in mind that cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup.
