Limo rental prices in Cincinnati depend on three choices more than anything else: the vehicle, how many hours you keep it, and whether you book a fixed package or pay by the hour. On Elly8.net, an hourly chauffeur runs from US$95 an hour in a business sedan to US$190 an hour in a 12-seat Executive Sprinter, with a 3-hour minimum, and fixed packages start at US$380 for a private city tour. Every price is per vehicle and all-in.
That headline range is only useful if you know what it includes. A low hourly rate with a long minimum, a separate gratuity line and billing that starts when the car leaves the garage can cost more than a higher rate that is genuinely all-in. This post sets out the real ranges for Cincinnati, explains the minimums, and lists the questions that expose extra fees in any quote, ours included.
How much does it cost to rent a limo in Cincinnati?
On Elly8.net, a Cincinnati chauffeur costs US$95 to US$190 an hour depending on the vehicle, with a 3-hour minimum, so the smallest hourly booking is US$285 in a sedan or US$570 in a Sprinter. Fixed packages run from US$380 for a city tour to US$1,750 for a 10-hour Bourbon Trail day.
All of those figures include the chauffeur, the vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and, on airport runs, meet and greet. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. Stretch limousines and party buses are not on the fixed list; the web booker prices them for your exact date, route and hours.

The full price ranges, by vehicle and by booking type
Here is the Cincinnati price list in one place. Use it to sanity-check any quote you receive.
| Booking | Business Sedan | Business SUV | First Class SUV | First Class Sedan | Executive Sprinter |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVG to downtown, one way (either direction) | US$150 | US$195 | US$240 | US$265 | US$390 |
| CVG round trip | US$285 | US$375 | US$460 | US$505 | US$745 |
| By the hour, 3-hour minimum | US$95/hr | US$120/hr | US$145/hr | US$155/hr | US$190/hr |
| Private city highlights tour | US$380 | US$480 | US$580 | US$620 | US$760 |
| Evening out and event night | US$475 | US$600 | US$725 | US$775 | US$950 |
| Full-day chauffeur | US$700 | US$885 | US$1,070 | US$1,145 | US$1,400 |
| Corporate roadshow day | US$855 | US$1,080 | US$1,305 | US$1,395 | US$1,710 |
| Kentucky Bourbon Trail day trip, 10 hours | US$875 | US$1,105 | US$1,335 | US$1,430 | US$1,750 |
Two quirks are worth noticing. The First Class SUV is priced below the First Class sedan on this list, so a family that wants the top tier often gets more room for less. And the Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 people for roughly double the price of a business sedan that carries three, which is why groups tend to save by going bigger rather than booking several small cars.
The full set of packages across every city is on our prices and packages page, and the general picture is on how much does a limo cost.
What drives the price up or down
Vehicle class. The step from business to First Class buys a newer luxury model and a quieter cabin. The step from sedan to SUV buys space: three passengers and two checked bags in a sedan, six and six in an SUV. The fleet page lists every class.
Hours. Hourly bookings are billed for the hours you reserve, and the minimum is three. A two-hour dinner still costs three hours, so build the plan to use them.
Package or hourly. For a planned evening, the package is usually simpler. The evening out and event night package in a Sprinter is US$950, which is the same as five hours at the Sprinter hourly rate, and it fixes the price for the night. The 10-hour Bourbon Trail day in a Sprinter is US$1,750, against US$1,900 for ten hours at the hourly rate.
Distance. The fixed list covers CVG and downtown. For Blue Ash, Mason, West Chester or a Kentucky address, the web booker calculates a fixed price for that route before you pay.
Vehicle type outside the list. A stretch limousine (up to 8 passengers), a stretch SUV limousine (up to 16) or a party bus is priced in the booker for the date, because availability and vehicle size vary more than any other class.
What does not change the price on the Elly8.net list: the day of the week, a Bengals home game, a sudden rush of demand. The number you see is the number you pay.
Minimums, explained honestly
Minimums are where most first-time bookers get surprised, so here is how ours work and what to ask elsewhere.
- Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. That puts the floor at US$285 in a business sedan, US$360 in a business SUV and US$570 in an Executive Sprinter.
- Transfers have no hourly minimum. A CVG run is a single fixed fare, from US$150.
- Packages are fixed blocks. The city tour, evening out, full day, roadshow and Bourbon Trail prices are complete prices for the package, not a minimum on top of an hourly rate.
When comparing with other operators, ask how many hours the minimum is on a Saturday in wedding season, whether the minimum differs for stretch limousines or buses, and whether it changes on holidays such as New Year's Eve or prom weekends. Longer minimums at peak times are common in the industry, and a quote is only comparable once you know the real number of billed hours.
The fees to ask about in any quote
These are the line items that make a cheap-looking quote expensive. Ask about each one in writing.
| Line item | The question to ask | How it works on Elly8.net |
|---|---|---|
| Gratuity | Is the tip included, and at what rate? | standard gratuity included in the price |
| Taxes | Is the price before or after tax? | taxes included |
| Garage time | Does billing start when the car leaves the garage, or at my pickup? | priced on your booking, not the operator's garage |
| Fuel or service charges | Are there fuel, admin or "service" surcharges? | none on top of the listed price |
| Tolls | Are tolls added, and how? | billed at cost; the standard CVG route has none |
| Parking | Who pays for event or garage parking? | billed at cost |
| Waiting and overtime | What is the rate if we run late? | waiting beyond included time billed at cost; extra hours at the hourly rate |
| Cleaning or damage | Is there a cleaning fee, and when does it apply? | the operator may charge at cost for damage or cleaning beyond normal use |
| Cancellation | What do I lose if plans change? | free over 72 hours; 10%, 50% or 100% closer to pickup |
Parking is the line most likely to appear on a Cincinnati booking. Paycor Stadium notes that many of the lots and garages next to it are reserved for holders of a Bengals parking pass on game days, so the desk plans a drop-off and pickup point instead of parking at the stadium, which usually keeps the parking line at zero.
Per-vehicle pricing and what a group really pays
Elly8.net prices are always per vehicle, never per person. If you want to see what the bill looks like spread across a group, here is the arithmetic, for comparison only:
- A Sprinter evening out at US$950 shared by 12 people is about US$79 each.
- A business SUV evening out at US$600 shared by six is US$100 each.
- A Bourbon Trail day in a Sprinter at US$1,750 shared by 10 is US$175 each, against the whole group renting cars and choosing designated drivers.
The vehicle price is what you are charged; the per-person split is up to the group.
Matching the booking to the occasion
Weddings. One sedan for the couple and a Sprinter for the wedding party covers most Cincinnati plans, with photos at Eden Park or on the Roebling Bridge. A full-day chauffeur from US$700 keeps the couple's car on standby all day. See wedding limousine.
Proms. A fixed pickup list and a firm return time agreed with parents. A Sprinter at US$190 an hour usually beats several stretch cars for a big group. See prom limousine.
Game nights and concerts. The evening out package covers the drive in, the wait and the drive home. See sports event transportation.
Bourbon country. The Kentucky Bourbon Trail lists distilleries across the state; from Cincinnati, a typical day heads for the Lawrenceburg and Frankfort area, roughly two hours away. Book distillery tours in advance and send the times to the desk.
Business. A corporate roadshow day from US$855, or hourly chauffeur service for shorter days. For shows at First Financial Center, the renamed convention centre that Visit Cincy says reopened in January 2026, the desk can quote several vehicles on one booking.
If you are still deciding between a classic limousine and a black car, read black car vs limousine. For groups bigger than a Sprinter, see our Cincinnati party bus guide.
A worked example: one Saturday wedding
Take a typical plan: the couple needs a car from 1 p.m. to the end of the reception, and eight members of the wedding party need to get from the hotel to the church, then to photos at Eden Park, then to the reception venue.
- The couple. A full-day chauffeur in a First Class sedan is US$1,145, or US$700 in a business sedan, and the car stays with them all day.
- The wedding party. An Executive Sprinter for four hours at the hourly rate is US$760, enough for the hotel pickup, the ceremony, photos and the drop at the reception.
That is US$1,460 to US$1,905 for both vehicles, all-in, with the timings agreed with the desk in advance. Add a late shuttle for guests and the desk prices it as a separate booking.
A booking checklist before you pay anyone
- Write down the real head count and the number of checked bags.
- List every stop with times, including the last drop-off.
- Decide between hourly and a package, and do the arithmetic both ways.
- Ask for the all-in total in writing, with gratuity, taxes, tolls and parking spelled out.
- Check the cancellation terms against how firm your plans are.
- Confirm who operates the vehicle and that it is licensed and commercially insured.
On Elly8.net, steps 4 to 6 are answered on the booking: rides in Cincinnati are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network, and Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Partner vehicles are four model years old or newer. Comparing a quote with taking cabs instead? Our Cincinnati taxi guide covers the alternatives.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest limo-style booking in Cincinnati?
A one-way CVG transfer in a business sedan at US$150 is the lowest fixed fare on the list. For a booking around town, the 3-hour minimum puts the smallest hourly job at US$285 in a business sedan. Both are all-in per vehicle, with gratuity and taxes included.
Is gratuity included in Cincinnati limo prices?
On Elly8.net, yes. Every listed price includes the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes and standard gratuity. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. When comparing other quotes, always ask whether gratuity is included and at what rate, because it is often a separate line.
How much is a party bus or stretch limo in Cincinnati?
Party buses and stretch limousines are priced in the Elly8.net web booker for your exact date, route and hours, because availability and vehicle sizes vary. The fixed-price alternative is a 12-seat Executive Sprinter at US$190 an hour, or US$950 on the evening out package.
Is an hourly booking or a package better value?
For a planned evening, the package fixes the total and is usually simpler. In a Sprinter, the evening out package costs the same as five hours hourly, US$950. For a 10-hour Bourbon Trail day, the package is US$1,750, which is US$150 less than ten hours at the Sprinter hourly rate.
Are prices higher on game days or weekends?
Not on the Elly8.net price list. Fixed prices do not change with the day of the week or local demand. What can change is availability: partner capacity on Bengals Sundays, prom weekends and wedding Saturdays is finite, so book early for those dates.
What happens if we go over our booked hours?
Extra time is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, and waiting beyond the included time is billed at cost. Tell the chauffeur or the 24/7 desk as soon as you know the plan is running long, so the next part of the night is confirmed before the booked time ends.
