A Pearson to Muskoka car service through Elly8.net costs US$430 in a business sedan from Toronto Pearson to Bracebridge and the lakes, US$560 in a Business SUV and US$1,120 in an Executive Sprinter, fixed and all-in per vehicle. The drive is about 182 km (113 mi), roughly two hours and 25 minutes on a clear road via Highways 400 and 11, and the fare is the same in the other direction when you head back for your flight.
The value of booking is less about the drive than about the first ten minutes: landing tired, finding your driver, loading a week of luggage, and not having to think about the 400 on a Friday afternoon. This guide walks through the arrival step by step, then the drive, the vehicles and the return.
How does a Pearson to Muskoka pickup work?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight, waits inside arrivals at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board after baggage and customs, and walks you to the car. The drive to Bracebridge is about 144 minutes on a clear road. The fare, from US$430, is fixed when you book and includes waiting after a tracked landing.
Rides in Muskoka are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Your card is charged in US dollars, which keeps things simple for American families who own or rent on the lakes.

Step by step: from the gate to the car
1. When you book. Enter Pearson as the pickup with your flight number, and the full civic address of the cottage, resort or marina as the drop-off. Add the number of passengers and bags, any oversized items such as golf clubs or a stroller, and child seats if you need them; seats are fitted before pickup.
2. While you fly. The flight is tracked. If you land early, late or on a different flight after a missed connection, tell the desk; the pickup moves with the tracked arrival.
3. After landing. International arrivals clear customs and collect bags first, which can take a while at busy times. The chauffeur waits inside the arrivals area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with a name board, and there is complimentary waiting after a tracked landing, so a slow customs hall does not change your fare.
4. Meeting. Look for your name on the board as you come out. The chauffeur helps with the bags and walks you to the vehicle, so you are not left looking for a car at a busy curb.
5. Before setting out. Mention anything you want to add: a stop for groceries in town before the cottage, a rest stop on the way, or a change to the drop-off. A rest stop is included on request.
6. Arrival. The chauffeur drives to the address you gave and helps with bags to the door or the dock.

Arriving from the United States or overseas. Many Muskoka visitors are American families and international guests, so the customs hall is part of the arrival. Clearing it can be quick on a quiet morning and slow when several long-haul flights land together. You do not need to message the chauffeur from the hall; the tracked landing tells the desk you are on the ground, and the waiting is complimentary. If your phone will not work in Canada until you reach Wi-Fi, note the desk's number from your confirmation email before you fly, so you can reach us if anything changes.
The fixed fares from Pearson
| Pearson to Bracebridge and the lakes | One way | Round trip | Passengers | Bags |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Sedan | US$430 | US$820 | up to 3 | 2 |
| First Class Sedan | US$755 | US$1,435 | up to 3 | 2 |
| Business SUV / Van | US$560 | US$1,065 | up to 6 | 6 |
| First Class SUV | US$690 | US$1,315 | up to 6 | 6 |
| Executive Sprinter | US$1,120 | US$2,130 | up to 12 | 12 |
The fares include the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and meet and greet inside arrivals. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost; the standard route on Highways 400 and 11 has no tolls, and Highway 407 is used only if you ask. Passenger and bag capacities come from our fleet page.
Flat rate, not metered. The fare is set when you book, not when you reach the highway. On a summer Friday, when the drive can run an hour longer than the clear-road time, you pay the same as on a quiet Tuesday. That is the main difference from any metered or time-based option.
Your exact address. The published fare is to Bracebridge and the lake district around it. For a cottage further north, a resort near Huntsville, or a marina on Lake Rosseau or Lake Joseph, enter the address in the web booker and it returns a fixed price for that address, with the Bracebridge fare as the starting point.
Choosing the vehicle by luggage, not just people
A cottage week fills a car faster than a business trip. The desk's rule of thumb: count the bags first.
- Two people, two cases: the Business Sedan at US$430 is fine.
- Two people, four cases, golf clubs or a dog crate: book the Business SUV at US$560. It is US$130 more and ends the packing puzzle.
- A family of five with a week of luggage: the Business SUV seats six with six bags.
- Three couples sharing a cottage, or a wedding party: the Executive Sprinter seats 12 with 12 bags, at US$1,120; split twelve ways that is about US$93 a head, as arithmetic for comparison only, since the price is per vehicle.
- A premium arrival: the First Class Sedan or First Class SUV, for an executive or a couple who want the quietest cabin.
The drive: what two and a half hours really means
From Pearson, the chauffeur takes Highway 427 or 409 to Highway 400, north past Barrie, then Highway 11 to Gravenhurst and Bracebridge. On a clear road that is about 144 minutes.
Two things stretch it. The first is cottage traffic: Friday afternoons northbound and Sunday afternoons southbound in summer, and the holiday Mondays, can add an hour or more. The second is winter, when snow squalls around Barrie and north of Orillia slow everything. Neither changes the fare.
There are 24-hour ONroute service centres on Highway 400 at King City and Barrie northbound and Innisfil southbound, which make easy rest stops for children and coffee. The desk checks Ontario 511 for closures and conditions before long runs. For the full guide to timing and stops on this road, including the long weekends to avoid in 2027, read our Toronto to Muskoka by private car post.
Car service vs Landline vs the alternatives
Pearson has one new public link to Muskoka, and it is worth knowing.
Air Canada Landline. According to the Muskoka Airport airlines and flight services page, from 15 June 2026 an Air Canada Landline motorcoach links Pearson and Muskoka Airport (YQA) near Gravenhurst, on one Air Canada itinerary. Arriving at Pearson, you collect your luggage, go to the Ground Level, follow signs for Ground Transportation, and an Air Canada agent escorts you to the coach and loads the bags. The airport notes that its winter schedule is under review, so check with Air Canada. It suits a solo Air Canada passenger; from YQA you still need a ride to the cottage. Our Muskoka airport limo guide covers that pickup.
The Northlander train. Ontario Northland is preparing to return the Northlander, with Gravenhurst and Bracebridge on its proposed schedule. It starts at Union Station, not Pearson.
A rental car. Sensible for a two-week stay with daily driving. For a weekend, or after an overnight flight, it means driving the 400 tired. See chauffeur vs renting a car.
A taxi or rideshare from the airport. Possible, but a 182 km trip is not what either is built for: the price is not fixed in advance the way ours is, and the driver may not know the cottage roads. Ask for the full fare in writing before you set off. Our Muskoka taxi or rideshare guide covers getting around once you are there.
| Pearson to Muskoka | Price | Door to door? | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Air Canada Landline to YQA | ticketed with your Air Canada flight | no, YQA is near Gravenhurst | solo Air Canada passengers |
| Rental car | daily rate, fuel and parking | yes, you drive | long stays with local driving |
| Elly8.net Business Sedan | US$430 fixed, all-in | yes | couples, late flights |

| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | US$1,120 fixed, all-in | yes | groups, wedding guests |
The return to Pearson
The fare back to the airport is the same fixed price. For departures, we work back from your flight time, the season and the day of the week, and suggest a pickup that leaves margin for southbound traffic and airport queues. A Sunday afternoon in July needs much more margin than a Wednesday morning in November.
Booking both directions together as a round trip costs less than two one-way fares: US$820 in a sedan against US$860, and US$2,130 in a Sprinter against US$2,240. If the return date is not settled, book the arrival now and add the return later in the booker.
Cottages, resorts and private roads
Muskoka addresses need more detail than city ones. Give the full civic address, the road or fire-route number, any gate code and landmarks. Many cottages are on long private roads; if a road is not suitable for a Sprinter, the desk will say so and suggest an SUV or a meeting point at the road's end. For a resort such as Deerhurst near Huntsville, the chauffeur drops at the main entrance and helps with bags to the lobby.
Wedding guests, conference delegates and families arriving on different flights can be grouped onto shared vehicles where the timing allows. See group transportation and wedding limousine service. Companies sending executives to a retreat can bill every transfer to a corporate account.
If several members of a family or wedding party land on different flights within an hour or two of each other, tell the desk. Where the timing allows, we group them onto one larger vehicle with a short, agreed wait, which often costs less than separate cars.
