An Orlando Sprinter van rental through Elly8.net is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-class van with a professional chauffeur, not a self-drive rental. The Executive Sprinter seats up to 12 passengers with room for 12 bags, and every price is fixed and all-in: US$405 from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to International Drive, US$190 an hour as directed with a three-hour minimum, or US$1,400 for a full day.

Rides in Orlando are operated by licensed, commercially insured local chauffeur partners vetted through the Limousine Worldwide network; Elly8.net takes the booking, fixes the price and runs the 24/7 desk. Partner vans are four model years old or newer. This guide sets out the Sprinter prices on every Orlando route we publish, the group arithmetic against SUVs and shared shuttles, and the booking details that keep a dozen people on schedule.

How much does a Sprinter van with driver cost in Orlando?

An Elly8.net Executive Sprinter in Orlando costs US$405 from MCO to International Drive, US$715 from Sanford (SFB), US$190 an hour with a three-hour minimum, US$950 for an evening out, US$1,400 for a full day or the Kennedy Space Center trip, and US$1,710 for a corporate roadshow day, per vehicle and all-in.

All-in means the chauffeur, the van, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet are inside the price. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost. The fare does not change if the expressway is slow or the flight is late.

Split twelve ways, the MCO to International Drive run works out to under US$34 a head. Any address off this list, such as a Disney resort, a Kissimmee vacation home or a cruise terminal at Port Canaveral, is quoted as a fixed price in the web booker. The full price panel with every vehicle class is on the Orlando car service page.

One Sprinter, two SUVs or a shared shuttle?

Choose by people, bags and whether the group needs to split up during the day. These are the classes Orlando groups compare, with capacities from our fleet page:

  • Business SUV / Van: up to 6 passengers and 6 bags.
  • First Class SUV: up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, in a premium SUV.
  • Executive Sprinter: up to 12 passengers and 12 bags, with individual seats and standing headroom.
  • Jet Sprinter: a lounge-style van with fewer, larger seats, priced in the web booker for clients who want space over capacity.

The Orlando price list makes the arithmetic easy. From MCO to International Drive, two Business SUVs cost US$410 (US$205 each) against US$405 for one Sprinter, so the difference is almost nothing. Two SUVs win when the group is going to two hotels or arriving on two flights. One Sprinter wins when everyone is going to the same place and wants to arrive together.

By the hour, the van pulls ahead: two Business SUVs at US$120 each cost US$240 an hour against US$190 for one Sprinter, and over a full day two SUVs come to US$1,770 against US$1,400. For a group moving as one, the Sprinter is the cheaper and simpler choice.

The honest comparison with a shared shuttle van matters too. The airport's approximate rates list a shared shuttle van to the International Drive area at US$21 per person one way, and the airport's shuttle van page confirms that shuttle fares are charged per person. Twelve shuttle seats come to about US$252 one way, well below US$405. The private Sprinter costs more but leaves when your group is ready, goes straight to one door, waits for a delayed flight and carries child seats on request. Our MCO shuttle vs private car guide sets out both sides in detail.

The Orlando trips groups book a Sprinter for

Two families landing at MCO

This is the most common Orlando Sprinter booking. Give us both families' flights. If they land within a short window, one van with complimentary waiting after a tracked landing works well; if they land hours apart, two SUVs are kinder to whoever lands first. Child seats are available on request, and each seat takes a seat position, so count them when you count passengers.

Conference and trade show teams

The Orange County Convention Center reports nearly 200 events a year, including about 115 conventions and trade shows, with more than 1.5 million attendees. Exhibitor teams book Sprinters for the MCO arrival, the morning run from hotel to hall, and client dinners. IAAPA Expo 2026 runs November 16 to 20, 2026, according to IAAPA. Our conference transportation page covers group manifests, and our Orlando executive car service guide covers what corporate travellers expect.

Golf groups

Orlando golf trips carry golf bags, and golf bags change the arithmetic. A full-size golf bag takes the space of a large suitcase or more, so a group of eight golfers with clubs and luggage may need the full van, or a van plus an SUV. Tell us the number of golf bags when you book. The PGA Show returns to Orlando on January 26 to 29, 2027, according to the PGA Show site, and the trade crowd books cars well ahead.

Weddings and celebrations

Destination weddings use Sprinters as guest shuttles between hotels and the venue, with return runs at the end of the night. Our wedding limousine page explains how we plan the timings. For birthdays and nights out, the evening package at US$950 keeps the van waiting between stops, and the chauffeur follows local rules throughout.

Cruise groups to Port Canaveral

Cruise travellers carry heavy bags, and a group of eight with two cases each fills a Sprinter. The port route is quoted in the web booker because terminals and sailing times vary. Our guide to the MCO to Port Canaveral transfer covers timing and terminals.

Space Coast day trips

The Kennedy Space Center package runs eight hours, with the chauffeur waiting while you visit. In a Sprinter it costs US$1,400 for up to twelve people. Launch days bring heavy traffic toward the coast, so tell us if your date lines up with a launch window.

Booking tips that keep a group on time

Book any address

  1. Send a manifest. List passenger names, flight numbers and a lead contact's mobile number. The chauffeur needs one person to call.
  2. Count bags honestly. Twelve people with twelve large cases fill the van. Add strollers, golf bags, scooters and carry-ons to the count.
  3. Give exact addresses. A resort name, a vacation-home address with a gate code, or a convention hall entrance. Vacation-home communities in the Kissimmee area often have gates; add the code in the notes.
  4. Name the meeting point for returns. For an evening out, agree where the van waits, such as the hotel front drive or a venue's passenger drop-off.
  5. Book early for peak dates. Spring break, summer holidays, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and big convention weeks fill quickly. A booking more than 72 hours ahead can be cancelled free of charge.

Cancellation terms are exact: more than 72 hours before pickup is free; 72 hours or less is 10%; 48 hours or less is 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100%. Refunds go to the original card. For groups over twelve, two vans are scheduled to the same door; see group transportation and our Sprinter van with driver service page.

What happens on the day

A Sprinter booking runs on the same process as any Elly8.net ride, with a few group-specific steps.

Before the day. The confirmation arrives by email, and the chauffeur's name and contact details follow before pickup. Share them with the lead contact in the group, and give us one mobile number that will be answered on the day.

At the airport. For an MCO arrival the chauffeur tracks the lead flight, waits inside the arrivals area with a name board and gathers the group before walking to the van. If one family is still at the carousel, the van waits; complimentary waiting after a tracked landing covers the normal time it takes a group to collect bags. If one member of the group is on a much later flight, book a separate car for them rather than holding twelve people at the airport.

At hotels and venues. Large vans cannot always use the smallest hotel driveways or venue drop-offs. The chauffeur knows where a van is allowed to stop and will tell the lead contact the exact meeting point for pickups. For conference halls, that is usually the passenger drop-off for the building you are using; for theme parks, it is the designated drop-off area rather than the parking garage.

Between stops. On hourly bookings and packages the van and chauffeur wait for the group. Bags and shopping can stay in the van while you are inside. The chauffeur follows local rules throughout, including on evenings out.

Accessibility. If anyone in the group uses a wheelchair or scooter, tell us at booking. A folded wheelchair takes luggage space, and some mobility needs suit a different vehicle better; the desk will advise before you pay.

What a Sprinter is not

A Sprinter is a comfortable group shuttle, not a party bus. If the group wants a celebration vehicle with a lounge layout, ask about a party bus or stretch limousine in the web booker; our black car vs limousine guide explains the differences. It is also not a self-drive van: the chauffeur drives, handles parking and waits, which is the point of booking one in a city where a group of twelve rarely wants to navigate toll roads and resort entrances themselves.

Going beyond Orlando

Groups often continue to the coast. A Sprinter transfer to another city is quoted in the web booker under our city-to-city car service. We have fixed-price pages for Tampa car service, Jacksonville car service, Fort Lauderdale car service and Miami car service. Elly8.net is a member of LimousineWorldwide.Directory, LimousineAssociation.International, HotelsWorldwide.Directory and VacationsWorldwide.Directory.

Frequently asked questions

How many people fit in an Orlando Sprinter van?

The Executive Sprinter takes up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. Child seats take a seat position each, and golf bags, strollers and scooters take luggage space, so count them when you book. For more than twelve people, we schedule two vans or a van and an SUV to the same door.

Can we rent a Sprinter van to drive ourselves?

No. Elly8.net books chauffeur-driven vehicles only. The chauffeur drives, handles tolls and parking, and waits between stops on hourly bookings. Tolls and parking are billed at cost; everything else is inside the fixed price.

Is the Sprinter price per person?

No, it is per vehicle. US$405 from MCO to International Drive covers up to twelve people, which is under US$34 each. A shared shuttle seat is cheaper per head, but it is per person, may stop at other hotels and does not wait for your group.

What is the hourly minimum for a Sprinter in Orlando?

Three hours. The Executive Sprinter costs US$190 an hour as directed, so the minimum booking is US$570. For a set evening, the event night package is US$950, and a full day is US$1,400.

Can the Sprinter take us from MCO to Port Canaveral?

Yes. The cruise port route is quoted as a fixed price in the web booker because terminals and sailing times vary. Enter your flight, the cruise terminal and your boarding time, and add the luggage count; cruise groups often fill the van with bags.

Do you supply child seats in the Sprinter?

Yes, on request. Give each child's age and weight when you book, and the seats are fitted before pickup. Each seat uses one passenger position, so a group with three child seats has nine other seats available.
