A Mississauga airport limo on Elly8.net turns the last stretch of a journey into a predictable sequence: the desk tracks your flight, a chauffeur meets you inside arrivals at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), and a fixed fare covers the drive to your door. Pearson to Square One and the City Centre costs from US$105 in a business sedan to US$275 in an Executive Sprinter, and the drive is about 13 km (8 mi), roughly 18 minutes on a clear road.
For most Mississauga travellers, the drive is the shortest part of the trip. The time goes on taxiing, the walk through the terminal, customs and the baggage carousel. This guide follows a typical arrival step by step, shows realistic drive times to different parts of Mississauga, and explains what happens with delays, lost bags and changes of plan.
What happens after you land at Pearson?
The desk sees your actual landing from flight tracking. You taxi to the gate, walk to border processing if you are arriving from abroad, collect bags, and exit into arrivals, where your chauffeur waits with a name board. The chauffeur walks you to the car, and the drive to Square One takes about 18 minutes on a clear road.
Toronto and the GTA run on the Elly8 fleet and chauffeurs, so your Mississauga pickup is handled by the same vehicles, chauffeurs and 24/7 desk as our Toronto bookings. The fare is fixed before you fly and includes the chauffeur, vehicle, taxes, standard gratuity and airport meet and greet; tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost.

The arrival, step by step
Before you fly. You book with your flight number and receive a confirmation by email. Before departure, you receive the chauffeur's contact details.
Touchdown. Flight tracking records the actual landing, whether you are twenty minutes early or two hours late. The chauffeur's timing follows the aircraft, not the timetable.
Taxi to the gate. Pearson is a large airport, and taxiing to the gate can take a while after landing. You do not need to message anyone; the desk can see the flight is on the ground.
Border processing. Passengers arriving from outside Canada go through Canadian border processing before reaching the arrivals hall. Have your documents ready; the Canada Border Services Agency lists what travellers need to enter Canada. This step varies most, from a few minutes at a quiet hour to much longer when several wide-body flights arrive together.
Baggage claim. Bags arrive on the carousel for your flight. Oversized items, such as golf bags, strollers and sports equipment, often come out at a separate counter.
The meet. You exit into the arrivals area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and see your name on a board. Complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing, so the time you spent in customs and at the carousel is covered.
To the car. The chauffeur takes the luggage and walks you to the vehicle.
The drive. From Pearson, Square One is about 18 minutes on a clear road and 25 to 40 minutes in rush hour, on the routes around the Highway 401, 403 and 410 interchanges.
Drop-off. The chauffeur stops at your lobby door, hotel entrance or driveway, unloads the bags and, for condo towers, waits until you are inside if you ask. Your receipt is the fixed fare on your confirmation.
Drive times from Pearson across Mississauga
The fixed Mississauga fare is set for Square One and the City Centre. Other addresses are priced in the web booker; because most of Mississauga is within about 30 minutes of the airport outside peak hours, fares stay in the same range.
| Destination | Approx. distance from Pearson | Clear-road drive | Peak hours | How the fare is set |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| International Centre, Airport Road | close to the airport, about 12 km (8 mi) by road | about 17 min | longer on show days | Web booker |
| Square One and the City Centre | about 13 km (8 mi) | about 18 min | 25 to 40 min | Fixed: US$105 to US$275 |
| Streetsville | about 18 km (11 mi) | about 21 min | longer at rush hour | Web booker |
| Meadowvale | about 19 km (12 mi) | about 22 min | longer at rush hour | Web booker |
| Erin Mills | about 21 km (13 mi) | about 24 min | longer at rush hour | Web booker |
| Port Credit | about 25 km (15 mi) | about 28 min | longer at rush hour | Web booker |
Distances and clear-road times beyond Square One are from routing data, measured from Terminal 1; actual times depend on the terminal, the time of day and the weather. Weekday mornings and late afternoons are the slow periods, and so are Sunday evenings when long-weekend traffic returns.
If you prefer to avoid tolls, say so when you book. Highway 407 ETR crosses north Mississauga and is a toll road; tolls are billed at cost, and most Pearson to Mississauga trips do not use it. 407 ETR publishes its rates.
What the fixed fare means in practice
The price does not change with the clock. Landing at 1 a.m., in a snowstorm, or in the middle of a busy evening of arrivals costs the same as a quiet Tuesday afternoon.
Customs and baggage time are covered. Complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing, so the variable part of the arrival is not your problem.
Same price both ways. Square One to Pearson costs the same as Pearson to Square One. A round trip booked together runs from US$200 in a business sedan to US$525 in an Executive Sprinter.
Per vehicle, not per person. An Executive Sprinter at US$275 carries up to twelve people and twelve bags. Divided between twelve, that is about US$23 each; the division is arithmetic for comparison only.
What is billed at cost. Tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time, for example if you stop for a long meal in the terminal before coming out, or if you change plans without telling the desk.
When things do not go to plan
Early landing. Common on flights from Europe with tailwinds. Flight tracking moves the meet earlier, and the chauffeur is in arrivals when you come out.
Late landing or a long hold. The pickup moves to the actual landing time. Complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing, so a delay does not cost you more.
Missed connection. If you are rebooked onto a later flight, message the desk with the new flight number. If you cannot reach us before the original flight lands, contact the desk as soon as you can and the pickup is rescheduled.
Lost or delayed bag. Report it at the airline's baggage office before you exit, and message the chauffeur to say where you are. Waiting for a baggage report is part of the normal arrival; very long waits beyond the included time are billed at cost.
Wrong terminal. Your flight number tells the desk which terminal you are arriving at, and the chauffeur goes there. If an airline changes terminals, the desk follows the flight.
Snow. Winter driving slows the 401 corridor and the side streets in residential areas. The fixed fare does not change; the desk allows more time for departures.
Flat rate vs metered and app pricing
Every option out of Pearson prices the same short trip differently, and each is the right answer for someone.
| Option | How it is priced | Where you meet it | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Taxi or airport limo rank | Regulated airport fare that varies by destination | Terminal rank | Walk-up arrivals, one or two people |
| Rideshare | Up-front app price that changes with demand | The airport's designated pickup area | Off-peak, flexible plans |
| Local bus (check MiWay routes) | C$3.50 PRESTO single fare on MiWay | Airport bus stops | Light luggage, no time pressure |
| UP Express train | C$12.35 adult one way | Pearson Station, Terminal 1 | Travellers going to downtown Toronto, not Mississauga |
| Elly8.net business sedan | Fixed: US$105 to Square One | Inside arrivals, name board | Late flights, meetings, fixed budget |
| Elly8.net Executive Sprinter | Fixed: US$275 per vehicle | Inside arrivals, name board | Families, teams, wedding guests |
The MiWay fare is from the City of Mississauga's fare prices page, and the UP Express fare from UP Express. The UP Express runs east from Terminal 1 to Union Station in downtown Toronto, so it does not help a traveller heading to Square One.
The fair verdict: on a short trip like this, one or two people arriving at a quiet hour with light luggage can reasonably take a taxi from the rank, and we say so. Rideshare can be good value off-peak and less so when weather delays and banked arrivals push demand up. The pre-booked car is worth it when you land late, travel with a family and bags, need child seats fitted before you reach the curb, have a meeting straight away, or need a fixed number on an expense claim before you fly. See chauffeur vs taxi and chauffeur vs Uber and Lyft.
Arrivals with special requirements
Families. Child seats on request; give ages and weights. A business SUV takes up to 6 passengers and 6 bags.
Wedding guests. Mississauga hosts many large weddings, often with relatives arriving from abroad on the same day. Send the arrival list and the desk plans Sprinters and SUVs around it. See wedding limousine and guest shuttles.
Executives and clients. A first class sedan or first class SUV, a name board with the company name, and an NDA on request. A corporate account adds monthly invoicing; see corporate car service.
Exhibitors. For shows at the International Centre, give your entrance number and list display cases; see conference transportation.
Luggage-heavy trips. If you are unsure which vehicle holds your bags, our companion guide, Mississauga Pearson airport limo: meet and greet, luggage and booking tips, works through it item by item.

Will the price change if my flight is delayed?
No. The fare is fixed when you book. Flight tracking moves the pickup to your actual landing, and complimentary waiting starts after a tracked landing. Only tolls, parking and waiting beyond the included time are billed at cost, and the fare on your receipt matches your confirmation.
Is there a train from Pearson to Mississauga?
Not directly. The UP Express runs from Terminal 1 east to Union Station in downtown Toronto, C$12.35 for an adult one way. Local buses connect the airport with Mississauga; check current routes with MiWay, where a PRESTO single fare is C$3.50. For luggage, families or late arrivals, a car is the practical choice.
Can you take me to the airport as well?
Yes. The fare to Pearson is the same fixed price as the fare from it, and a round trip booked together starts at US$200 in a business sedan. From Square One, leaving about 2 hours and 15 minutes before a US or international flight is usually comfortable outside rush hour.
